The worst car buying experience ever. They sold me the car and I paid in full for it. However, they screwed up the paperwork and backed out from the sale. Now I have been waiting for over two weeks to get my money back and dealer basically ignores my phone calls and never returns them. I am going to call police and file report very soon if I don't get my money back. And the worst part is that new car sales manager Randy said that he spoke to mr Chastang, the owner of the place, and he said literally I am quoting " mr Chastang doesn't want to deal with this sh*t ". Please stay away from this dealership.

If you have a problem you can be assured Chastang Ford will work with you until it is solved. Their service department is as good as it gets. Courteous! Professional! Listens! THEY MADE US THINK THAT MY CREDIT WAS JUST AWFUL AND THAT THEY WHERE DOING ME A BIG FAVOR. I KNEW THIS WASN'T RIGHT AND I WAS DISGUSTED AND IT MADE ME FEEL LIKE ALL SALESMEN WHERE CROOKS AND FAKE JUST TRYING TO MAKE A SALE AND EXTRA MONEY AT ALL COST. THEY DIDN'T CARE ABOUT ME OR MY NEEDS THEY JUST SAW $$$$$$. SHE ASK ME TO GIVE THEM A TRY AND I DID. CHASTANG FORD TREATED ME WITH RESPECT AND DID NOT PRESSURE ME INTO ANYTHING. THEY MADE ME FEEL RIGHT AT HOME AND COMFORTABLE. EVERYTHING THING WAS AN EASY PROCESS NO COMPLICATIONS NO HASSLE NO PRESSURING. I MADE MY PURCHASE QUICK. I ENDED UP PURCHASING A FORD PLATINUM. I have bought a lot of cars in 40 years but this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Found the vehicle through autotrader knew exactly what I was looking for when I went in. 2012 F-150, I made it to the dealership to purchase a new battery and made it there 20 minutes before closing time on a Saturday. The service Rep. Val F. walked out, greeted me, had the mechanic take it back and test/ pull the old battery. It didn't pass the battery test. We walked inside where he called parts and had them bring the new battery over. Once they brought the new battery over the mechanic put it in & pulled my truck to the front. In & out in 20 minutes! I selected this dealer by going out for quotes on a new Transit van to ten different dealers across two states.Chastang Ford offered me a fair price and more importantly offered a most professional buying experience on the ordering of a custom vehicle. There were numerous problems with Ford Motor Co. throughout the ordering process and the Chastang salesman stayed on top of things and kept me apprised the entire time. I can not imagine how my buying experience could have been improved.NOTE: I cannot rate the customer service nor the quality of work (below) because I have not had that experience as yet. However, I fully expect a good experience based on observations.

It started with an internet search then proceeded to email correspondence with Nadia Connor. I had a number of questions that she answered in a courteous and timely manner. The latter of which is very important to me. She inquired if I was ready to come in and take a test drive and I told her no, that I had more questions and needed a little more time to look around. She didn't press the issue any more but still was there to talk options, price ranges etc., and this was on remaining stock 2014 F150's. I knew the selection was getting smaller day by day but still no high pressure from her. The way she handled that was probably one of the main reasons I purchased here. I got what I thought was a fair deal on my trade and sale price of my new F150. Cody Delaney came in to help with the process and came in on a Saturday to give me the new vehicle orientation and set up my phone with the vehicle as well. He knows his product. The whole staff on the sales floor went out of their way to help me out through the entire purchase process. I'm a satisfied customer, simple as that.

Val was my Service Advisor. I took my Chastang-purchased 2012 F150 Platinum in for a routine oil change and service right after I picked it up from a local body shop my insurance company recommended. It seems we had parked the car a few blocks from a Mexican restaurant and while we were dining our parked car and the one parked behind it was heavily damaged by another vehicle being driven by a criminal fleeing the scene of his robbery. I told Val at Chastang Ford about his and he had the service department road test my truck and discovered several more problems which I was unaware of. Val recommended taking it right back to the other shop since they had missed these items. I did and I gave them another chance. Picked up the truck for the second time and took it straight to Val to have him check it out again. He found more things wrong so THIS time I told him to get with my insurance company and get it fixed at Chastang. He did. It is working great. I learned my lesson. Take it to Chastang the first time. They listen. They get it done.

i was highly impressed with Chastang Ford and Brian Hinkle. needed a 4 wheel drive truck to replace my 2 wheel drive one. looked at new trucks, but decided to wait for a good used one. Turned out they had the perfect vehicle on the lot. had a small issue with the truck bed cover after purchase, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently! and i feel i got a fair value in trade for my 2 wheel drive truck (that i'd had since new and put 125,000 miles on! ) I recommend them for anyone looking to buy a truck.

Purchase Ford E-250. Windsheild leaked air and There was no Tire Jack and no Lug wrench on vehicle. Had a Flat on the way home and had to call AAA to come help me out. The windshield had to be pulled and reset and new molding had to be installed. Not Exactly what I was expecting since I was told that Chastang Ford did a 125 point check on the used vehicles before they go out on your lot. I chose Chastang because I had done business with you last year and was pleased. I paid a couple hundred more for this vehicle with 1500 more mile than one just like it at League city.So I guess I was expecting to not have all the trouble that I got. You did overnight the jack and lug wrench. Which I do appreciate.

I had been in the market for a 2014 Ford Raptor, and am currently living in Tucson, AZ. I am originally from Houston and am familiar with the area, however I could not come to an agreeable price with any dealers in AZ, so began looking back in Texas. I spoke with several dealers in Houston and San Antonio, but ultimately ended up doing business with Chastang. The reason for this was not only because we agreed on a price I could accept, but due to the impeccable service I received from Chastang as I did all me dealing over the phone with Mike and Randy and they were always responsice. Once everything was agreed upon I arranged to drive out there on the weekend to pick up my new Raptor. This is our second vehicle from Chastang Ford and both experiences were great. Our most recent purchase was a 2015 Explorer XLT from Brian Hinkle and Jesse Alvarez. They did a great job locating the right vehicle for us and they were very patient with some indecisiveness on our part. When it came time to pick up the Explorer it had been detailed, inspected and tank filled. Randy Wooldridge took care of us in finance again and did a great job explaining all the services available to us and even reminded me to give him a call for an extended service plan on my 2012 F150. Before we left we had a few questions about floor mats for the vehicle. I was taken over to Stanley in parts and service where he assisted me in getting the correct mats. Overall I have truly enjoyed doing business at Chastang Ford and no longer cringe at the idea of having to go "vehicle shopping". Keep up the good work.

I drove 90 miles to purchase my F350 XL SRW 4x4 Diesel truck from Chastang. Chastang had the package that I was looking for. It is a work truck but has some of the comfort items like electric windows and door locks and the FX4 package. I traded up from an F250 XLT and so far the only thing I miss is the auto headlights. David Ross and Randy Wooldridge were top shelf and treated me well, respected the value of my time, and gave me a great deal. I recommend Chastang to anyone looking for a Ford truck at a good price

Everything was great except for one thing. I went in to get my usual oil change and was paying the full price at Chastang with a mail in rebate. In the past the salesperson was very knowledgeable regarding the rebate and have even gone so far as submitting it for me before I leave. Great Service. This time, the salesman had no knowledge regarding the rebate and just told me to go online to ford. This was not correct. Went online to owners/ford as instructed searched and searched nothing there. Days later called Chastang, knowledgeable salesperson able to help me. The rebate was actually with Quick Lane. I never would have known this. Between my wife and I we own three Fords. Starting going to Chastang about a year ago and I still plan on going back in the future

I brought my Ford Fusion into Chastang for its 90,000 mile service on Friday morning at about 8:30. Dan was so helpful, and courteous. I really appreciate the extra attention he gave to me! On Saturday of the Labor Day holiday, Dan informed me that he would not be working and suggested that I call prior to 3:00 to check on the status of my car. I did call at about 2:15, but did not reach the service department. So, my husband and I went to pick up the car. It was not ready, and we arrived to find one service representative alone, who told me that he had not returned my call because he had been "swamped". Anyway, I left without my car on Saturday. Dan called on Tuesday to tell me that he was sorry that the car was not ready, due to a transmission issue. I appreciated his call, and his apology.Finally picked my car up yesterday, Thursday. The car is running great, with new tires and brakes! I still really don't understand what the problem was with my transmission.I do really like Chastang, especially Dan, who goes out of his way to be pleasant. One final comment, I had just replaced my carpet mats, less than a month ago. The gentleman who serviced my car smeared grease and oil all over the driver side mat. It is ruined. Please consider putting down paper or some sort of protection. Now, I have to replace them all over again.

I was working in Stillwater Oklahoma, but I live in Louisiana. I needed a new F-250 and since my commute back home was nearly 1000 miles, I decided to get prices from Tulsa to Oklahoma City, Dallas to Houston, Lake Charles to Baton Rouge.... Needless to say, I had quite a few quotes come back and the best deal I found was at Chastang Ford in Houston. I was contacted by David Ross, via email as requested, and he worked with me and did what I asked, going as far as doing a thorough body walk around and taking pictures of the engine bay since I was not going to be able to view it in person being in Oklahoma... Always polite and very professional, I highly recommend him as an individual and a sales consultant. Since I was still in Stillwater at the time of purchase, I had to do all my paperwork over the internet and through the mail, but these were obstacles that were easily overcome by the staff at Chastang.
