This place is ridiculous. I had made an appointment with Jenine Mauro to look at a car that I was interested in. Had allowed them to run the credit report and got pre-approved before the appointment. Showed up and Jenine wasn't even working. Edward picked us up and went to look for the car. A half hour later, he informed us that the car had been sold 2 days earlier. No notice, phone call, email...nothing. Nothing but a complete waste of my time. Don't waste yours! I sent Jenine an email about what happened-she had sent me 15 emails the days leading up to the appointment day and not surprisingly, I never heard back from her. Guess they don't care about wasting your time or apologizing for their mistakes either. Bad, bad, bad all around.

We went to Chapman Jeep during a long day of car shopping. It was a very positive experience! We purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. From the moment we stepped on the lot we were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. D.J. Crilly greeted us promptly and did an excellent job of presenting the vehicle. Apparently a proper walk around of a new vehicle is a thing of the past but not at Chapman. D.J. did a wonderful job of taking his time to really go through the car and make us aware of what we were looking at from bumper to bumper. He demonstrated a good knowledge of the vehicle without sounding like he was reading from the owner's manual. He stuck to the features that were important to us and was ready to answer even the most technical question right off the top of his head. We went inside and met with Frank Alexander who worked with D.J. to get us what I feel is an excellent price. There wasn't a ton of back and forth and Frank was available throughout the entire negotiation making us feel comfortable as opposed to that feeling that you're dealing with the wizard behind the curtain. We came to an agreement on price fairly quickly and never felt like it was an "us against them" situation.We couldn't be happer with the Jeep but we are also very, very happy with the entire process. Could we have played 2-3 Jeep dealers against eachother to save nickels and dimes? Maybe maybe not, but the true value of this transaction is that we don't care. We got a car we love, at a price that is more than fair, in an environment that was friendly and positive the entire time at a dealership that we wouldn't hesitate doing business with in the future. We will certainly be service customers and will recommend Chapman, D.J and Frank to anyone we know who is looking for a new or used car.

My husband and I purchased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4 from Chapman Horsham in August 2015 as we wished to trade in his 2007 Chevy Equinox. Having never driven a Jeep before and not as familiar with the brand we decided to take a look at them. Originally, we went to dealership to look at the 2015 models as they were moving the inventory for the 2016 models. Steve Levitt, one of the sales representatives, approached and offered to show us the models available. With the inventory of the 2015s low, Steve had us look at the 2016 models as well to gauge the differences between the two. As we told Steve when we walked in, we had a monthly payment we were comfortable with, and he kept repeating, well work with you. We decided to test drive the 2016 rather than the 2015 model. The ride was smooth and comfortable. Not to mention, the features! Once we were back at Steves desk he worked with us to find a price that again we were comfortable paying each month. Steves patience working with us and the finance team at Chapman was remarkable. They provided us a good trade in-value for the Equinox and found as many qualifying discounts to bring the price of the car down. He compared the numbers for the 2015 and 2016 models and the options for financing. In the end we went with the 2016 model. We additionally bought the 5 year protection plan and all parts 7 year warranty that covers many aspects of the car from damage on the outside and inside. Before finalizing the process, we asked Steve if it would be possible for Chapman to put a hitch on the car. In the end, Chapman does not install hitches, but they were able to work with us to provide payment for half the cost of the hitch and install somewhere else.Hands down this was a great experience. The 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4 has been great so far and we were fortunate to have worked with Steve!

Below is my email in response to an "automatic email sent to me on the morning of 6/10/15 at 6:30 am from a representative at Chapman stating they were trying to get in touch with me to come in to test drive the vehicle I was interested in...Chapman's internet marketing process is so problematic I don't know where to start...Even this email highlights the inadequacies of your system as it implies you are still trying to get intouch with me, despite the fact that you have spoken with me twice on the phone and met me in person yesterday. It is obvious that the focus at Chapman's is 100% on selling cars and 0% on customer service.Yesterday I took a half day off work to drive 3 hours from my home in Salisbury MD to look at 2 cars I saw on cars.com. I sent a return email indicating my interest in the vehicles and received emails from you thanking me for my interest and that they were still available. You called me twice on Tues June 9 first at 9:10 am to find out when I could come to see the vehicles and then at 4:45pm to find if I was still coming. I told you I was coming from Salisbury MD yesterday morning, and during the second call notified you that I was on my way and caught up in traffic around Philadelphia, but would arrive within the hour.Upon my arrival to Chapman's I asked for you by name and was directed to another salesperson. You did make a brief appearance and said I was in "good hands." Much to my surprise I was told that the first jeep I was interested in, a yellow 2013 Rubicon had been sold "just a half hour before I arrived" and was already off the lot being prepped. The second vehicle I was interested in was a 2015 yellow Rubicon Jeep. This vehicle was actually in the show room and was a demo vehicle which I was told had been been driven by the owner of the dealership. I inquired about the price listed on the windshield tag as it was approximately $13,000 more than the price listed in the Internet ad! The salesman wasn't sure why there was a discrepancy and went to talk to the general manager. I was told that the Internet price did not include the "add-ons" and these ads were handled by A "third-party"and essentially Chapman's had no responsibility for the error. The salesman then told me that The general manager would call the owner to see what they could do to resolve the situation. After approximately 10 minutes I was told that basically there was nothing that could be done and the price would remain the same as the tag price on the windshield. The salesman was profoundly apologetic and professional however he was caught in the middle between a detached Internet marketing department and upper management. When I reiterated my disappointment in how Chapmans had handled this whole situation and said I would not consider paying $13,000 more than what had been advertised on the Internet I started to leave, and the salesman said he just wanted to have his general manager speak with me before I left. The general manager again apologized for the situation and said he would "Call the owner" and see if something else could be done. When he walked away I said to the salesman I thought he already called the owner, he replied no he must've spoken to someone else... at any rate, the GM came back and said they could do another thousand dollars off the window price, As they were already taking a "thousand dollar loss" on the vehicle.What happened yesterday at Chapmans in my mind is inexcusable. I wasted eight hours of valuable time traveling to and from Horsham Pennsylvania. I work in the service industry and I understand the importance of customer satisfaction. There is a big disconnect between your Internet marketing department and your sales force on the floor. This very email I received this morning illustrates this point. I feel that given the circumstances the Internet price should ultimately be honored for the 2015 yellow Jeep Rubicon. I understand that may represent a significant loss to the auto dealership, however a greater loss is losing potential life-time customers. I hope others can avoid similar pitfalls in dealing with Chapman's Auto Group.

Coming from a 2011 BMW, I was use to be treating in a customer oriented manner! I was immediately blown away at how accommodating and courteous all of the staff at Chapman were. They were more than willing to help me customize my 2015 Jeep Wrangler exactly the way I wanted it. They went over and above to make sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle and my purchasing experience. Communication was nothing less than outstanding. They fielded my multiple questions while I waited for my ordered vehicle to come in. Again, I can not say enough nice things about Chapman Jeep and their entire Staff. Special credits go to Steve Levitt (Sales Associate) and Frank Alexander (Sales Manager). Amazing! I was in need of a new car, and stopped by Chapman Jeep based on reputation. With the help of salesman Ken Sheldon, Sales Manager Frank Alexander, and Finance Specialist Tara Juel, I drove off in a 2015 Jeep Cherokee that day. Remember those names when you decide to purchase a new vehicle. Ken helped me pick out my car, was extremely personable and knowledgeable, and led me to the right choice. From there, Frank was able to parlay my needs into a great deal. When they directed me to Tara in order to sign all of the annoying paperwork, I was pleasantly surprised by the way she organized and simplified the process. Overall, Ken, Frank, and Tara were able to provide me with an excellent experience, which would normally deter me from a dealership. My family and I will continue to deal with Ken, Frank, and Tara for all of our automotive needs. I will proudly drive around with the Chapman logo for years to come.

Kelly Smith (sales dept.) was fantastic to work with when I went looking for a new vehicle. She was very friendly and best of all did not push me to buy anything, she let me know all the details about the vehicles I was interested in. Kelly is very knowledgeable about all the features and even service plans. One thing I liked was she didn't sit me at her desk and try to work numbers on a vehicle that I just saw. Most dealerships would have you sit there and run numbers until you wanted to buy the car. Kelly made herself available via phone, email, and event text if I had any questions. I prefer email or text so that was a great bonus! I did purchase a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Kelly. When I first visit the dealership and met Kelly, I was undecided on the type of engine, diesel vs gasoline. Kelly took the time and sat down with me to work out all the pros and cons of each engine and even helped me calculate which was the better value over the life of the vehicle. She didn't try to sell me on the more expensive diesel model, because she wanted me to find the right fit for my needs and best investment. Yesterday I leased my fifth vehicle from Chapman. Well, not all of my Jeeps have been leased, but all of my Jeeps have been from Chapman. First, the staff is unbeatable. I know them all by name and they all know me. I'm not sure they ever take a day off, because every time I come in for service George is right there! But about last night ... I arrived late - around 6pm. Ken Marko bought me pizza and Frank Alexander immediately starting bringing cars to the window of the dealership doing a sort of fashion show of cars he thought I would like (that's awesome because it was COLD). After doing a couple of test drives, we got down to the brass tacks. I told Ken and Frank my bottom line monthly payment (I truly don't care about the overall sticker price) and they got me a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland at a $1 LESS than the price I wanted. Although we were there until 10 pm, we got the deal done and the whole staff - down to the detail guy - stayed to make sure I was happy. They were awesome and I even got a hug at the end.Chapman truly does hire quality people who care about their customers. Although I'm moving out-of-state, I think I'll come back and get my cars from Chapman.

I would give this dealer zero stars if possible. Looked at a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara unlimited. Upon walking into the dealership the jeep show room is dirty and looks like a 2nd rate used car dealership. The salesperson knew nothing about the Jeep I was looking at - no experience what so ever. I was educating him on the features. After going through 3 offers the sales manager came to discuss the pricing with me. He was rude, unprofessional and fell just short of excusing me of lying in regards to pricing I received from another dealership. I left Chapman and went straight to Fred Beans in doylestown. What a different experience. I ended up getting the exact same jeep from Fred Beans with all the options I wanted for $2k less than Chapman offered me. If their emblem is on your car - you definitely paid too much!

Ken Marko Rocks! I walked in ready to buy a new car but knowing that money was tight so I had to be smart about my decision. Chapman Horsham was the first dealership my wife an I went to when we began our search for our new SUV. We were fully prepared to be attacked by salesmen when we walked in. This was not the case. We walked into the showroom and was approach by Bob. He didn't bug us or attack us with a sales pitch he simply introduced himself and gave us his card. After walking around for a couple minutes our questions began and he was extremely knowledgable. He walked us through every component of the Jeep Grand Cherokee. After the great tutorial we left the dealership and went to three others and the service was no where near the same nor was the price. After we agreed on a price with Bob, the closing process was quick and easy. We have had the Jeep Grand Cherokee for a month now and are extremely happy. This was the first car my wife and I bought together and I'm surprised to say it was a fun/easy experience.

We actually had started our search for a jeep wrangler at a dealer closer to where we lived. Passing Chapmans lot after hours my husband pulled in to take a look at the many jeeps that were available. My husband and daughter met Steve Levitt getting ready to lock up for the night, but he still had them in and answered many questions , not rushing them at all. He was such a genuine person, even though the dealership was quite some distance from our house, my husband immediately decided to deal with Steve. Through the whole sale , Steve was such a pleasure to work with. If there was a question or concern that we had , if he wasn't completely sure of the answer he would put some research into it to give us a full detailed answer and then some. We are so pleased that we met Steve and were able to have him handle our sale. Such a large investment can be a stressful process, but through a special order Steve was able to get exactly what we wanted and needed out of a vehicle. He honestly cared more about us being comfortable and happy with the whole process than him actually getting sale out of it. It was truly refreshing because you very rarely find that quality in a salesman. There isn't a thing from start to finish that we would change, and would very highly recommend Steve Levitt.

Prior to meeting Chris Capen of C&C jeep in Horsham PA I like many people was becoming frustrated and stressed with the entire car buying experience. I was referred to Chris by a coworker who had just bought a car with him. We could not locate the specific Wrangler I was looking for so I had to build and order my baby. This is where Chris shines as a salesmen. You may have thought that the "non-commission" salesmen was extinct, a thing of a by gone era , well you would be wrong. Chris works for you and with you to get the best possible product at the best price. We actually went to the dealership a few times but Kenny Sheldon was the sales person who actually took the time to work with us and convince us to go with a Jeep. He followed up in a polite manner, listened to what we wanted, and worked to get us the deal , so now we are very happy to be driving a Jeep. I went to this dealership because of it's close location to my home. It was the 3rd ford dealership I visited looking for an escape. I was not even out of my car yet by the time I was approached by a sales person. After saying I was just there to look at inventory, the salesmen continued to walk through the lot with me, despite the fact that I wanted some space to talk to my father about possible vehicles without being given a sales pitch. I honestly felt like the prey with the sales people being the predator. Very uncomfortable feeling. Despite this, I liked one of the vehicles the salesman said they could secure for me. After discussing the vehicle for lease, my father and I left feeling fairly confident. After another day and another email, I realized the car that was sent to me was not the one discussed. After leaving a few voicemails I decided to just go into the dealership and handle it face to face. We seemed to agree on a car to lease. That evening, I called back saying I would also like the figures for purchase in case I want to make a bigger investment. The sales "manager" is the one I spoke with and he assured me there was no other costs and the figure given to me was an out the door price. The next day I went in and the same "manager" told me there would also be close to $1600 in taxes. I reminded him that he gave me another price and he said "well everything you buy is taxed" to which I responded, "that's not true, but ok". He then gave me a look and this attitude and said "everything you buy is taxed in this country". I then said "again, that's not true but ok". He said "whatever" and walked out of the room. I then went in the next day to give a deposit on the vehicle I was told would be secured from another lot for me. This was at 9am on a saturday. As I am about to write a check, I am told it could not be guaranteed it would be secured. I said I wanted it to be guaranteed before I paid for a car I may not get. They said they would contact me. I left three more voicemails on Saturday, none responded to. I left a voicemail Monday morning, not responded to. I then called another sales manager and explained the situation to which he said let me look into it and I will call back. Magically, 10 minutes later, my salesman calls me to say they can secure the vehicle but not sure when. I was totally disgusted that as a customer, I could not be kept in the loop all day Saturday; even if it was a call to tell me they are still working on it. I decided to drive an hour and a half to get my vehicle at another dealer- All American Ford in Old Bridge NJ. What an amazing dealership in comparison to the joke that Chapman was. Everyone was friendly and they gave me a car almost $3,500 below their invoice, even after Chapman told me they could not come close to invoice. I got more features, including an upgraded engine, for a few thousand less. The people at Chapman constantly lied and changed stories about where vehicles were and what they were doing. The only friendly person (and I wish I knew his name) was the second sales manager I spoke to, not Joe "I'm a sales manager but don't know about tax laws" Barrios. I honestly would like to think my sales person, David, was trying to get a car for me, but when you are led by lying and unfriendly "managers", it has to be tough. Joe Barrios acted worse with being told he was incorrect than my 8th grade students do. Watching him speak to other co-workers it was apparent he was a bully. Being an educator, I don't deal with bullies. Not in my classroom, and not in the real world. I would try ANY (and I wish I could bold and increase the size on "any") other Ford dealer before this one. I wonder if the owners or GM (whom I asked to speak with but was told he was out) know how their "managers" are "managing" the customers and sales people.

Please take notice to this review as hopefully this will spare you a lot of future angst and aggression towards them. I bought a 2013 Ford Escape from them this past December 2012. While the salesman who helped me was very nice, it has been a nightmare for me since then. I have had 6 major issues with the car since I bought it and had I gone somewhere else it would have saved me several headaches. The issues include: A faulty tire, fuel vapor leak, broken CD player, broken car horn, broken audio control panel and broken passenger's side window. This is all within the past few months of a BRAND NEW CAR! Also, when the horn was looked at the mechanics got grease all over the inside of the car and they replaced my audio control panel on my steering wheel with a different one than I had on before. Furthermore, the service director, Mr. Phil D'amore was a complete jerk and could not care less about my problems when I spoke to him because he gets done at 5PM and I called around 4:30PM when I got done work. This car dealership should be ashamed of their product.

Worst dealership ever. I got an 07 Ford 500 from this place. Test drove great and came back a few days later to purchase. The car would not accelerate with the gas pedal and even accelerated on its own at some points! Went back to the dealership (with the car cutting off twice on the way) and I was essentially told that they did not have to help me even though it was the same day and the car couldn't even get me home. They even told me the car was fine after employees drove it around. After loudly complaining and attempting to cancel the auto draft they finally decided to try and fix the car. Sad thing is, my wife found the issue on google before the mechanics could figure out the problem (that they claimed didn't exist). Customer service was horrible and when I threatened to call the better business bureau the managers shrugged and laughed. Last year my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee had a problem with the service engine light coming on. After 5 visits to service they finally realized it was a o2 sensor just like my local mechanic had told me from the start. Now my engine light is back on again took it to my local mechanic and was told o2 sensor bank one sensor #2 was faulty. Called Chapman and was told they would have to have the Jeep to diagnose it and could not rely on my mechanic. Same as last year when I had to go back and fourth with service about the last sensor. Isn't the codes stored in the computer so they can see what happened, no this isn't good enough. Chapman wants me to drop everything the next time the light comes on so they can see it for them self, same as last year. Why did I buy the extended warranty to get this aggravation from Chapman Service. I wish there was a closer Jeep dealer in my area.

When shopping for a car, I have always entered the dealership with every intention of walking out with the purchase of a car. We arrived at the dealership and was approached by a salesman who never asked for our names nor introduced himself who asked us what we were interested in. We told him we were interested in the new Jeep Laredo. He reluctantly took us to the area of the lot where the 3 Jeeps you had in stock were parked and allowed us to take a look. My husband choose the one he was most interested in and requested a price for the automobile. Your salesman then took us back into the showroom and immediately upon walking back in told us he had another customer who just arrived and he would have to turn us over to a different salesperson.(was our business not that important to him?). He passed us on to one of the female sales reps (I believe her name was Vanessa) who did go out of her way to try and help us, but with the limited amount of information that was supplied to her from the first salesman had us starting over again from ground zero giving her the details of what we were looking to purchase/lease, etc. After getting all the necessary information needed to present us with a purchase/lease price, she brought in who presumably was your sales manager (while we sat waiting for approximately 45 minutes) who presented us with a price that was totally outrageous. After we conveyed this to him, he basically told us that was the best he could do and if we weren't interested in making athe deal someone else would be within the next 3 days to purchase the car and therefore we left the dealership without Chapman Ford/Jeep making a sale!

I was in an accident on July 5, 2010 in my brand new 2008 Ford Focus. This was a new experience for me and approached the situation blindly. The other drivers insurance company was not very helpful and I was not happy with the way I was treated. From the day I dropped my car off to Ford's Collision Center with Jim Toth, I've had no issues. He's helped me every step of the way and I felt supported when having to deal with the uncooperative insurance company. Even up until recently, when I misplaced the check I received from the insurance company, Jim was calm and helpful and told me not to worry and to "be careful driving to work." I was extremely thrilled with his service and it gave me another reason to appreciate C&C Ford in Horsham. Thank you Jim!!
