Found the car we liked on-line and exchanged a phone call, visit and phone call with the dealership's on-line sales rep, Johnny. The next day we purchased the car. We were in/out of the dealership in approximately 2 hours. Facility is very clean, nicely decorated with antique automobiles and western motif type decor. David Scott was our salesman. He was respectful, knowledgeable and professional. The finance director, Brandon Dominguez was very knowledgeable especially concerning the extended warranty. The car was cleaned so well it appeared brand new. Our experience with this dealer was great! I highly recommend this dealership. 2011 F-150 SERVICE
I made an on-line appointment for "The Works" service on my 2011 F-150 truck. My appointment was at 8am. I arrived at 7:55am. The service writer got to me very quickly and service began soon after. By 9am I was ready to continue my day. I appreciate a dealership and service department that are prompt and very customer oriented.

Good morning Sonny, Its not often that I send an email out like this. But I had to in this case. I just wanted to let you know how much me and my wife appreciate the kindness and most friendly welcome we get when we visit your dealership, especially from Roland Trevino. I bought a 2013 F150 XLT about two years ago from him and was looking to trade it in for a 2015 Lariat. I wont lie when I tell you that I looked and talked to two other dealerships. Well after talking to them I told myself why? I already have someone at Chaparral Ford who treated me and my wife very well. SO I called Roland up and told him what I was looking for. Within that day he had a truck for me to look at even though he had to go out and search for it. The first one he found I didnt like. Due to our busy schedules, the only time we were able to visit was 6:30 PM on a Friday evening. Johnny Villanueva and the Chaparral staff stayed late and allowed us to take our time with two test drives and gave us time to make our decision without pressure. The buying process itself was quick and hassle free!
Our new 2016 Ford F250 buying experience
We went in on a Saturday morning to look at a 2016 Ford F250 advertised on the internet and by early afternoon we were driving away in our new truck. Roy Ortiz and Roy Fernandez were both extremely friendly, helpful and fair throughout the whole process. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we would definitely recommend this dealership.

Whenever I go to get service I am greeted right away. The service dept always takes care of me quickly and my car is ready when then say -usually earlier. No complaints.

Everything was great. Staff is always helpful. My only negative is the high price of dealership services. Of course all dealerships are higher than most shops. We have a 2015 F150, a 2009 expedition and an F 350 pickup.
Oil Change
We live a 1 hour south of Chap Ford. there are several shops that do lube service but I don't trust them. I would rather drive an hour to Chap Ford because have confidence that they will do a great job.

Poor Service Experience
I'm very unhappy with the service I received on my vehicle. The car has about 15,000 miles on it. A brake warning light came on (Fluid Low), so I brought it in first thing in the morning. Service rep seemed disinterested in resolving my problem--the warning light saying get service immediately apparently wasn't as urgent to him as it was to me. Along with the oil change (which it was early for), a tire rotation (which I had to ask for when they failed to do it in the first place), their fix for the brake fluid problem was add more fluid. I've driven for 20+ years--never had a brake system eat fluid unless there was structural failure in the system. Took it to another mechanic and he found the source of the leak. This service department put me back on the road with a vehicle that was going to fail again. Poor service.

My wife went to have the oil changed in her fusion. While there at the service isle. The service write or tech noticed the front tires showing wear and checked the tire depth. By doing show the tires were rotated and save unnecessary wear and tear on my tires and extend the life of them. Thank you for the great customer service.

When I contacted the dealer about the car that they had they were very responsive to my needs. I was traveling a great distance to see the car and they said that they would set it aside. I had already applied for credit and they saw that I had and took the time to find me a better rate. When I arrived to see the car they had it ready out front for me to test drive. Then when I decided to purchase the car they were very quick to have the paperwork ready. Very courteous.
