We went to Central Florida Chrysler Jeep looking to trade my daughters old bug in. Gilbert was very patient with her and helped her find the right car and one she could afford. Needless to say she loves her car and even got a co-worker to come and see Gilbert for a car. We were very impressed with how professional and caring he was and how he really wanted to find the right car. We were very impressed with Gilbert that we came back and traded our Nissan in for a new Jeep limited. Gilbert truly takes the time to understand what the needs of the customer is and helps find the right vehicle and payment that is right for you. Thank you Gilbert, we are now a Jeep family and we will be back to see you the next time we need a new Jeep. I would recommend anyone to ask for Gilbert when looking for your next vehicle! Gilbert was my salesperson. He was extremely patient with me, as I had many issues to overcome with my past experience leasing another Chrysler. Gilbert answered all of my calls, and was quick to address any of my questions or concerns. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a car, as he knows how to treat his customers. All in all, he did a good job assisting me with my purchase.

just bought a car here 2 weeks ago. The horn isn't working on the car and I knew it. I was promised it would be an easy fix. After I purchased the car I found other things wrong with the car too. Took the car in the first time and was there for 3 hours and told they didn't have the part that they needed to fix the car. They said it would be 4 days to get the part. so brought the car back again the following week. Said they installed the part and its STILL not working. So now they are ordering the SAME part again and I have to wait another 4 days. (doesn't this place overnight parts????) So now my brand new car has sat in the shop more than I have driven it. And I wondering if I get a lemon with all this stuff wrong on a brand new car. No one seems to care that im waiting so long with my car in the shop while waiting for parts to come. in. Im really sorry I bought a car here. This is second time I bought a car here and it seems things have changed. Not a way to get someone excited over the purchase of a new car. They NEVER return calls either. There is no emergency on their part to get my car fixed and make a happy customer. Ive never seen anything like it. So now I guess I will see what happens next week with the part. In the meantime Im driving a rental that stinks, doesn't have tinted window and doesn't have Sirius radio. Had to cancel a road trip for this weekend because my brand new car is sitting in the shop until sometime next week. And who knows if this part will even work or how long it will last since there seems to be problems with it.added 6 days later and STILL no part.

Professional from start to finish.

In Sept 2016 we were on vacation in Orlando when an indicator light came on, on our 2015 Dodge Journey. We contacted Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge to get our vehicle serviced under warranty. They were able to get us in within 2 days from when we called. From phone call to schedule an appointment until all service was completed they were 100% professional!! Their facilities were very clean with great amenities to make us comfortable while we waited. Since then my wife has state several times that if we lived Orlando we would be purchasing our next car thru them. - I would like to just say thank you to Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge for taking care of us while we were on vacation.

Did research online and found the jeep i wanted at Central Florida. Negotiated online with Judson and came to terms. He was fair and pleasant to deal with. Test drove the jeep the next day with Eldar. Eldar was great! Very friendly and personable. Since we did everything online, paperwork was ready to go, Finance guy was fantastic! We were in and out in an hour. Would absolutely recommend this dealership to family and friends. Thanks for a great experience!!

The atmosphere was different from what I have previously experienced. The showroom is very clean, the greeters were friendly and helpful. They allowed me and my mother to wonder the show room without being hassled by any of the white collars (sells man). I love the white challengers they have. The salesmen answered all the questions I had about being a first time buyer. Hopefully when I come back I can drive off the lot in my all white challenger.

I went to Central Florida Chrysler expecting the worst.Just because I went to several other dealers and got practically thrown out and embarrassed. But when I got in, Saying I was pleasantly surprised by the service and professionalism wold be an understatement. The sales staff there was friendly and informational. The facility was very clean. The cleanest and BIGGEST dealership I've ever been to. I drive a pre-owned maxima. Jason was an excellent sales manager. I would recommend this place to anyone I know!

Said either leaking oil or coolant. They tested it with fancy computers and told me the car is good .I took it bak few days ago with same smell all the two months and now its heating up bad. They tested it next day and said it need water pump . BUT we don't have it in stock . My car will be ready in a few days.- They make you wait 45 min before anyone says hi to you.- Staff keep changing and no one knows anything- Shuttle not available- they do not offer car loaner- Un experienced staffI was thinking of trading my 2013 with 2017 i will still do it BUT not with this dealer.

I just purchased a used truck from CF CJD, they gave me a great deal and the transaction was the easiest that I have ever had. I dealt with Edgar by email and text to get the price of the vehicle nailed down then drove 2 1/2 hours to get it. The deal was so good that I was fully expecting it to be another bait and switch like I just experienced at Jacksonville Chrysler Dodge. To my surprise the truck was exactly as described and the price was exactly what Edgar quoted me. My wife and I were driving away in our new truck in less than an hour after arriving.I'm not sure that I've ever wrote a review on anything before but im so pleased that i had to this time.

I bought my Jeep Laredo from this dealership back-in 2007 and had great service and customer satisfaction up until service department started to loose original staff, (Randy in particular) the last oil change I took my jeep in for earlier this year I was informed that there were 5 software updates for my jeep at $25:00 each, I received no notification of these updates until this point. after some discussion they decided they would reduce the cost to just over $19:00 per update. And last week I received a Recall notification for a replacement ignition switch, I called and talked to a service person (unfortunately i did no get his name) during Thursday-Friday last week and was informed the Switch was available and that I could bring my Jeep in this morning 10/19/15 at 08:00am and that it would take 1 hour for the replacement to be installed, I arrived at just after 08:00am and was informed that it would take about 3 hours to install so I asked to talk to a manager and he informed me it would take about 2hours, so this is now anywhere between 1-3hours depending who you talk to, These fools need to get the act together, and a couple of hours of my time wasted again, with up-to 3-4hours again tomorrow. Once my final oil change which I have prepaid for is completed at the end of this year this will be the last time I will use this circus.

The people seem very nice and helpful when your buying a car. As soon as you sign the papers its a different story afterwards. I bought a car from this dealership and found out it had a bad carfax. I traded my car in that had one owner and never been in a wreak. This car they sold me has had multiple problems. The extended warranty is crap, don't pay for it they won't fix anything. I also have tried to trade this car in for something different just to make things right and they give me low ball offers on the car they sold me. Save yourself some trouble and go somewhere else.

I purchased pre-owned car a month ago from out of state. The entire experience has been FIVE STAR!My sales person was Javier and massive amount of paper work was handled by Katrina. KUDOS! Because I had driven five hours to get there, I was both tired and nervous. Javier was extremely patient and the transaction went like clockwork. I felt very happy with the car. They completed all that they promised to complete. I would not hesitate to return to them in the future. THANK YOU JAVIER AND KATRINA.

Unbelievable serviceFirstly took no notice of all the emails I sent them before going there, so when I did get there started showing me vehicles out of my budget then because they could not match the price of a local competitor they started getting almost abusive on text messages because I would not buy from them. Said don't need or want your business anyway and I did not deserve to buy a vehicle from them. Totally unbelievable and what a joke, sort of thing you expect from children in a play ground!!

I called to make an appointment on Monday only to find out that my regular guy no longer worked there. This should have been my first clue. I proceeded to backtrack through history with the service person, and scheduled an appointment for that upcoming Saturday. We also ordered the part, which would take 1 day to receive. I received a confirmation via email that the part was there. Fast forward, I show up first thing on Saturday to drop off my vehicle for the repairs. After 4-5 hours with no call I followed up on the status. I was then informed that they had not started any work on the car, and that they didn't show the part had been ordered. Next they tried to say someone called me to tell me this earlier(which never happened), and I let them know that it was complete bs. The guy then tells me that they would not be able to get it done that day, they are owed on Sunday, and it would be sometime Monday.Unacceptable! I ended up just picking up the vehicle after 7.5 hours and nothing done, with an appointment mind you. I asked 3 service people to call the manager so I could speak with them and get my vehicle. All of them ignored me. Finally a salesman as able to find him.Not only will I never go back there, but I do not see me buying their vehicles ever again. I have owned 3, so it is definitely their loss.

I recently brought my 2012 Town & Country (that is still under the 3 / 36 warranty) in for warranty work that required the service department to take pictures of the 4 warrantied items and send them to Chrysler for approval. After 4 weeks of them asking me to come in for more pictures when pressed for a status I was told that Chrysler denied the claim. I checked with Chrysler that day and found that they never denied the claim because they never got one from CFCJD. After talking with the Chrysler rep I went to another dealership in town and had the 4 items replaced in 1 day. After that experience I will make sure that I don't return to them for service or new car sales.

great place to take your car if you don't care about it and have loads of money to give them...If your car is out of warranty take it somewhere else that specializes in the work you need. They are overpriced and service is done by "keep repairing things until we fix it". They don't complete jobs in the times stated when dropping the vehicle off.8 months ago I took my sprinter in and was told I needed a complete service on my transmission because of a leak. I also asked to have my AC charged. The AC cost was outrageous because they said they had to vacuum out the old refrigerant and replace it with a new "special" kind - all I asked for was a recharge!! The transmission was fixed several days after promised with assurance the leak was fixed. 500 miles later the leak was still there - after research I found out it was due to a $12 electrical adapter that took 30 minutes to replace!!Fast forward to today. Took my jeep in to see if they woudl do a recall - they did not have the parts!! But my jeep also had some jerkiness in the transmission. Was told I needed a complete rebuild - $4000 later and over a week past told it would be ready we picked it up. The problem was not fixed and if anything worse. Was then told the problem was due to a pcm that would cost over $1000 more to repair. And oh by the way the reason the first fix took so long was they ordered in "special extra heavy duty parts and fluid" so we would never have a transmission issue again!! Oh yeah, the parts had to be air shipped in from Germany and the service manager personally paid for the overnight shipment. The problem still persisted. We took it back and were told that now it was due to a dipstick issue and the transmission would have to be flushed and the .50 grommet replaced. Again this took way longer than they said. Be very wary of taking your vehicle to a dealership that needs to "embellish" on the capabilities, reasons for not completing work and need to fix by repairing things until they seem to work right. With what I know now I would have take my vehicles to a transmission and air conditioning specialist.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.Bought a car 4 months ago, multiple things wrong since. They damaged it while it was in for repair, said I couldn't prove it, but even if I could they wouldn't do anything about it. David Stee one of the managers literally said to me that if my car blows up a mile away from the dealership they wouldn't do anything about it, because they don't have to.

went to dealer this morning to look at used cars, told the salesman that we only had a total of $11,000 to spend and that had to include everything and asked if they had any cars we could look at. they showed us a Honda that had a price of $10,900. we again said it could not cost more then $11,000 out the door and they made us believe that could be done. we thanked them and said that was the first car we looked at and wanted to see what else was out there. we returned thinking that was the best deal around and was told by the sales manager that there was no way they were going to sell that car for any less then the price $10.900 plus all fees making the total over $12,000. we told the manager that he lied to us and he became an xxx. I will never go back to this dealer and will worn everyone I know not to.

I visited the service center on a Saturday because my window was stuck. All I wanted was someone to assist me with at the very least getting it back up because it was about to rain. When we pulled up there were two guys staring us down like we were criminals all because we came a whole hour and thirty minutes before closing time. They proceeded to make us aware of the fact and unhelpfully told us to come back on Monday. So still giving them the benefit of the doubt we came back on Monday because my window was still broken. After waiting thirty minutes just for someone to talk to me a man comes out and tells me that there was nothing he could do for us because there were no technicians available until Friday. He wouldn't even get anyone to look at it! Needless to say I was frustrated. What made it worse was his rude and hostile attitude. these people are definitely not meant to be in the business of customer service. If you're looking to waste time and get yourself worked up this may be the place for you. If not I strongly recommend that you get your car serviced anywhere but here. It's not worth the trouble.

Glen their service manager is a lazy old man who does not want to work and xxxxxxx about everything. He actually told me if i thought their service department was poorly run to take my business someplace else. This guy needs to be fired and so does the idiot who this he is doing a good job. 3. The quality of work is terrible you will just have to return again and again or just take it to another dodge dealership. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP YOU WILL REGRET IT SOONER OR LATER. DON'T FALL FOR ALL THE PRETTY CARS AND THE BIG BUILDING. IF YOU BUY FROM THEM YOUR VEHICLE IS MARKED UP JUST TO PAY FOR THAT BIG BUILDING. Outrageous mark up on the 2015 Hellcat Challenger. If a dealer decides to gouge the customer on a new sought after model, what ways will they try to gouge the customer on other sales and services to better line their pockets with? The only recourse I have as a consumer is to no longer consider CF CJD dealerships for ANY current or future purchases and services for my auto needs.

I brought in my Chrysler 300 for a basic oil change. Pulled in the service area and got out of my car thinking that like every other dealership, a service person would come out to write me up. Nope - a customer walking out told me I had to go in to find a service person. I found a person to write me up and then headed off to wait for the job to complete. After 90 minutes I went looking for my service person (no luck finding him) but did find my car on the side of the service area. Finally found someone nice enough to take my money and went to my car which still had the paper service mat and plastic sheet over the seat. This dealership will never see me again and I'll be emailing Chrysler as I don't expect much from new car dealers but CFCJD underperforms even my low standards. Avoid this dealership at all costs - unless you like wasting 90 mins of your life of a basic oil change.

After visiting a number of dealerships, on a trip to Orlando, we decided to stop into Central Florida Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. We met Javier Atencio, and explained what we were looking for. With patience Javier showed us a number of vehicles, explaining all the features and answering all our questions. We took a test drive, made a decision on color, and sat down to do business. With the help of Daniel Ortiz, sales manager, and the announcement that a second vehicle was in play, we ended the day with Twice the Pleasure of getting two new vehicles with terms that addressed our budget concerns. Javier Atencio, Daniel Ortiz, Scott the sales director, and Kevin Bolan made this and rewarding experience for us. ,

I've been using the service center since purchasing my car at the dealership. In the past year they've been seriously lacking customer service, organization, and honest people. My previous oil change I was told the wait was 30 minutes ( I had somewhere to be). I was there for 2 hours!! I was also told my AC filter needed to be changed right then. I asked to wait until the next time and they said it MUST be changed the next time $45.00. I asked for my car to be take through the wash. It was not taken through the wash and no one aired up my tires!! I got there with 29psi and left with 29 to go put my own air back to 34. I went to have my oil changed again. 10/6/14. I was told the wait was 45mins. I was there for 2.50 hours!! Arturo Borrego was who handled me from the get go. I asked a few questions about some service lights that came on in my car ABS and another. He was very short and said " im not sure why theyre on you'll need to make an appt. to come back and have it checked." I said ok and let him know about my AC filter needing to be changed and to please have my car put through the wash. Then, went to wait for my car. 2.40hrs later I get up and go looking to find out the hold up! No one new where my paperwork was. It was found on Arturo's desk. I found out It had BEEN finished and no one came and got me... that's just rude. Arturo didn't explain anything that was listed on my service sheet. Just pushed across the desk and said "please sign." I flipped through it myself to see that my AC filter hadn't been changed. I explained to him how important the last employee stressed that it needed to be changed THIS time. He said " oh, well it must not be that bad bc our service people didn't flag it." I asked " are you SURE they even checked it???? He said well they can change it for you but it's going to be a while.... NO, they SHOULD have changed it the first time as requested. I just grabbed my stuff and left.... to my car that had NOT been put through the was like I asked either... Terrible, terrible, service...

Danny Stakem, Service Advisor who handled my Liberty 'repair' work was exceptional. He was very communicative and answered all of my concerns. During the last couple of months I've had my vehicle in for regular service, repair work. The advisor(s) I've dealt with in the past were anything, but helpful. They checked me in, but that was where the communication ended - I had to inquire as to when my vehicle would be complete - since I saw it worked on and then parked out front. Danny 'made up' for my past 'not so good' experiences.

I went with my sister on February 22nd, 2014 to buy a Grand Caravan. We specify to the salesperson Jose Marrero that we needed a Minivan with A/C in the Back, he said they all come with A/C in the back so we had nothing to worry about. We test drove a white one with tan interiors because he didn't have the key at the time to let us test the white one with black interiors. We like it we went inside and sign all the paperwork and got out of the dealer around 9:30 PM.the nightmare started 2 dates later when my sister realized that the Minivan they gave us didn't had A/C in the back. We went back to the dealership and the sales person told us he didn't know that they come without A/C, that he was very sorry and will try to help us. The finance guy came an told us that the papers had already left to the bank and that we needed to wait more time, he said to wait until July and that way my sister's credit score will go up more and he will be able to get her the minivan she wanted. We trusted him, and on July 29th we went back to the dealership, after receiving an email from the salesperson Jose Marrero, where he states that they gave us the wrong car. To do the trade in they wanted to give me Journey instead of the Caravan, and on top of that we needed $1,500 down and guess what? the payment was going to be higher than the one we currently had. I spoke to the used cars managers and the new car manager, none of them care of the mistake the dealer did and there answer was that they were not there at the time when we did it so they couldn't do anything. I told them I was willing to put $900 down but they needed to do something with the $600 difference. they said they will call me the following day.I try calling and asked for the owner, they said he wasn't there, left a message and until this day I haven't heard from them. When you loose the trust of your customers you loose it all. Will never buy any car in this dealership!Guess what? I went to Reed Nissan and they got my trade in and I'm driving a 2014 Nissan Murano with no downpayment and my payments are the same as they were with the Dodge Caravan! Way to go Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge!!! NOT!!!

I had been working with Judson on locating a vehicle for me as I live a distance from the dealership. He consistently responded to my emails and questions. This dealership was also able to give me a trade in value on my vehicle before even seeing it. When I finally arrived at the dealership I told Judson that I was interested in something bigger than a Cherokee and wound up in a 2014 Ram Crew Cab. At the dealership I worked with Joe Leiberman, a great guy, who knew the truck very well,He was friendly and definitely not pushy. We test drove the truck and wound up with a similar one due to options. This was one of the easiest deals that I have been involved with as I have purchased more than a dozen cars from various dealers. I was also interested in an aftermarket cover but the pricing was too high. The sales manager came back and offered it at cost, a savings of $600.00. Oh, also the guess on my trade value was between 28-29,000, after looking at the vehicle they offered $31,000. I got the deal I wanted, the interest rate and the term no haggling, no deception and they even offered to pick my new vehicle up the next day to install the tonneau cover and they also filled it back up with gas and detailed it, the service department had me in and out in about an hour too. Every aspect of this transaction went great. I would refer any of my family and friends to this dealership and ask them to work with Judson and Joe.

I visited Central Florida to buy a new Grand Cherokee. I was specifically looking for the Altitude edition, as soon as the lot monkey realized he didn't have one. He was very persistent to push a Durango on me. We did look at new Durango's and there was one that actually sparked my interest. We test drove, then went back into the dealership to talk numbers. Eventually the salesman brought over his manager (uncle fester)... No lie, that's actually on his business card. They attempted to strong arm me into their "4 square" tactics. Also, I was asked to write a check to show my commitment to the manager. Really? The fact that I took time out of my day to visit the dealership, wasn't enough of a commitment. I was entertained at the failed attempts for the dealership to screw me over. When I was ready to leave, they did everything in their power to not give me back my keys, from the appraisal, and my Driver License from the test drive. Buyer Beware!!!

I've purchased many a new car in my day and most of my experiences have been very painful at best. I just purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge and had a great experience. I live about an hour away from the dealership and wanted to work out the deal as much as I could over the phone and via e-mail. They were very patient with all of my questions and worked hard to make sure the deal was to my liking. They were always quick to respond and once the deal was agreed to in principle, they went above and beyond to meet my needs. The vehicle had to be located and without me even having to ask they drove 300 miles round trip to get the vehicle and have it there the day I needed it. They stayed late on a Friday night to close the deal and had a tremendous attitude the whole time. They never once tried to make me feel like my trade was worth less than it was.I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I didn't think such an experience could be had these days. My expectations were very low when I started the process of buying a new car and these guys made it a wonderful experience. I contacted 2 dealers about the same vehicle before contacting Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge. One of the dealership told me the monthly payment would be over $200 a month more than what it actually turned out to be. The other dealership wouldn't return my call when I needed them to.Great job Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge (especially Judson and Joe)!!

On February 22nd we went to this dealer and test drive a Grand Caravan, we were looking for a white one with black interiors and the sales person Jose Marrero told us he didn't have the key for the one with black interiors and he took us in a white one with tan interiors. We really liked it, the windows on the 4 doors go down and there was a second A/C unit for the passengers. We really like it and we decided to make a deal. We sign all the paper work and headed home for a family birthday celebration. 2 days later we are going to use the car and find out that the Minivan they sold us wasn't the one we wanted. This one didn't have the 2nd A/C Unit and the windows on the rear door do not go down. We went to the dealership and the manager told us we need to wait until we receive the paperwork from Chrysler and he would change it for us. I ask why do we have to wait it was not our fault it was them. he said he would give me a call back in 2 days because he was going to be out and he needed to talk with the sales person. Guess What? sales person told me there was nothing he could do and the manager who never called me when we went there he said he could do a trade in and you know we were going to be missing a lot of money!!! I am beyond disgusted with the level of integrity and customer service with this dealership. I purchased a new car from them and they never sent me my license plates. Months later, after I received a ticket for driving with no plates, they promised to pay my ticket since it was not my fault that I had no plates. They never paid my ticket, I had to pay out of pocket. In addition, they lied in reference to my lease. I truly feel like I have been scammed and would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I wish I had known and I would have never purchased my car here. It has been a nightmare.

I first initiated the procedure with Judson Barteaux in order to get a price on a specific RAM 1500 configuration. He responded immediately by email. Later, by phone we discussed ordering a vehicle compared to purchasing one off the lot. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. The next day we came to an agreement, again by phone, on a vehicle on the lot. I went down there from Leesburg the following morning, where I was introduced to Javier Soler (Uncle Fester) and he led me through the vehicle test drive, inspection and buying process. The process was a pleasure and completely stress free due to his knowledge, competence and professionalism. He answered all my questions and I was informed about every single paper that needed my signature, as well as every step along the way, and never once felt any pressure or anxiety about having something "slipped into" the deal. Lastly, I dealt with Kevin Bolan in the finance process. He too was extremely efficient, friendly and upfront about the financing numbers. When I asked him countless questions about extended warranties he answered all of them intelligently and with patience. If I sound like I work there....I don't. I am a VERY satisfied customer who did not even know where Central Florida CJD was located until just before I went down there for the purchase. ALL car dealerships should model themselves after CFCJD and their staff, and the car buying world would be a better place. I would highly recommend that you do your vehicle research online first, test drive without buying (wherever convenient to you), then contact "Uncle Fester" (yes he calls himself that) to make your purchase. P.S. Javier has left 2 messages on my voice mail following up on my purchase and offering assistance on ANYTHING (his emphasis) where I may need help. I have bought about a dozen cars in my lifetime and this was the best experience by far.

My new Jeep Laredo was in for a new transmission replacement. Car has less than 4000 miles. The dealer did not want to issue a rental for the duration of the repair, we had to call corporate number to get the rental approved. The rental was a much smaller vehicle. When the repair was finished two weeks later, they didn't have the courtesy to put it through a car wash and vacuumed the inside. Over all the bare minimum was done. The dealer did not go the extra mile to satisfy their client. Good to know for considering any future purchases made at this dealership.

I have walked out of dealerships in a matter of minutes, not because of their selection but for poor service. I would say we visited at least 10 dealerships and walked out within 10 minutes because of service. The moment we entered this dealership we were greeted, attended to very quickly, and offered something to drink. Our sales guy, Javier aka Uncle Fester, was amazing! He knew everything about anything that had to do with the cars we were looking at. I am a no BS type of girl so his direct and honest answers were much appreciated. He took the time to sit down with us and learned about our likes and dislikes. I felt like I was car shopping with an expert family member. He genuinely gave us advice and opinions that ultimately helped us decide on a 2012 Chrysler 300s. Not once did he pressure us into a sale. He helped us negotiate a price with management that we were all happy with. The manager that helped us finance the car made it too easy. It is so refreshing to buy from a dealership that knows what its doing! These guys are the real deal. I will go back and buy my next car from them without a doubt. And no this is not a paid review. I am a very happy and real customer. PS Javier was bilingual which was another plus.Cristina - Miss Florida Latina 2013

I came into to purchase a new vehicle here at Central Florida Chrysler Jeep and Dodge! And I had an overall fantastic experience! My salesman was very knowledgable and helpful, he was very kind and patient as we looked at all the different models. We went for a test drive and I fell in love with the ride! It drove way better then any Toyota I've ever owned! And I have owned 3 toyotas: yaris, rav4 and corolla, (2010-2013 models). What I really liked about the avenger is it had a very smooth ride, it was quiet, doesn't make any road noise, so smooth and takes bumps very well! I'm really happy with my purchase and glad I switched over from Toyota to dodge! This is the best car I have driven since I owned a Toyota! And the dealership was great! They provided excellent customer service! My finance manager made everything clear and they gave me a great price and a great interest rate! My salesman was very nice as well! I was so happy with my experience! I was very happy with all the employees that I dealt with! I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family, great service!

I went to central florida because of the tv ad. $7000 off any new vehicle and $7000 minimum for your trade in. This put a brand new 2013 Jeep in reach. As soon as I entered I was told nope. Jeeps have no discount ever. I should have walked away then, but I decided to look to see what they had anyway. I discussed where I wanted to be payment wise with the saleman and he began showing me used Jeeps. I found one I liked, so we sat down to see what they could do. We came up with a deal which included a hard top. This is where the issues started. I was told 2 to 3 weeks for a hard top to be made and delivered. I took delivery of my Jeep and it came with a broken windshield, which their glass guy screwed up even more, dead bulbs, which I was stopped by the police for, and was not cleaned up very well. But that is fine.I kept checking in on the hard top and when I called via phone, I was told "we will call you when it is here", they did not even want to hear what I was saying to them. 2 weeks, 3 weeks and now I had to go on a trip and really wanted the hard top for this trip. No here yet! 4 weeks, I drive to the dealership to find out what is going on. I even threatened to give them back their Jeep. Nothing. It was supposed to be delivered any second now. I check back the next day, Im told it was delivered but nobody can find it. How do you loose a box the size of a small car?Week 5 rolls around and they find the box and it is delivered. Im told to show up at 7am at service. I get there at 7am to see the sign stating they open at 8am. I was told it would take about 2 hours to put it on. the service manager handling it said 4 to 5 hours. Perfect! So I decide to give up a day of work to get this done.I get my Jeep back, everything is installed and when they put the soft top back in my Jeep to take, they only game me the top the frame and rear side windows. The rest of the hardware they kept, even though it was mine! I do not recommend this dealership to anyone for any reason. They have poor communications between each other and their customers. They do not like answering questions over the phone. They give you a real feeling of being ripped off. Their add is either fake or I was lied to by the salesman.

DISHONEST SERVICE*Nick gave a verbal estimate as to the cost of repair. Said if I repaired my Jeep there, the diagnostic cost of $99 would be deducted from labor and parts cost, yet that was never done. At pick up, the diagnostic was not even listed on my recipe. Nick took advantage that I'm eager to drive away. Don't have the energy to ask for a Supervisor. And at the same time I was pleased they found the problem (supposedly). I just wanted to pay and never look back.*Telling me the repair was needed when in fact it was not needed. Nick said the diagnostic concluded it was a sensor issue. The same sensor I CHANGED 2 DAYS AGO.*Falling to repair complete in accordance with verbal request.I especifically told NICK, "I was told dealers perform a diagnostic while the car is running. Since my mechanics who happen to be my brother and uncle do not have that at their shop, can you do that here?I was given no written confirmation of what diagnostic they did. But Nick GUARANTEED me changing the sensor to a DEALER BOUGHT sensor, I would fix the original problem: the car turns on, drives, and stalls.I inquired if they test drove it. Nick said they test drove it for 25-30 minutes.Yet I pick up my car, and 15 miles later, it is still stalling on me. Giving me the same issue I had brought the car into the service department for. If they would have test driven it as he guaranteed, they would have ran into the same problem I did while on the road after the so-called REPAIRED.*Charging me for MISC SHOP SUPPLIEs. There was an extra $20 fee for supplies Nick said they needed to change a sensor? Yet NICK could not specify what those extra supplies were. He kept saying.."something, anything, what ever else needed"In totality, this dealership in not trustworthy. Please beware of dealers like this. They are dishonest and take advantage of people.

I called Kimo back to advise him once my husband was off from work we would return the vehicle...in the meantime my husband called Kimo to find out what was going on & Kimo was very rude demanding that my husband bring the vehicle back right now...my husband explained that he was at work & would come to the dealership when he got off Kimo stated that would be ok....When we got up there at 4:45pm Kimo asked what we wanted to do about the vehicle & my husband expressed that he wanted to return the car & didnt want to go through with the new deal based off the fact that Kimo was RUDE to him earlier...Kimo jumped out of his chair stated that he wasn't going talk to my husband started yelling he was the only one trying to help him while pointing his fingers in my husband's face the he stormed out of his office stated he was going to get Mike so that they can take the vehicle back...I WAS LOST FOR WORDS WITH HIS BEHAVIOR...I advised my husband to speak with Kimo's boss because that was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL...Kimo's boss stated that was out of character for Kimo & that he would talk with him about it...Based off his actions today he sould be TERMINATED...

This is the third car that we have bought from this dealership so we pretty much knew what we wanted when we went in. We were fortunate to get Kimo as our salesman. He was friendly and very informed about all the gadgets and how they worked on the model that we wanted. We came back several times before we actually purchased the car and every time Kimo was friendly and answered any questions we may have had or gladly let us take another test drive. I must admit, this is the first time we actually had a good time buying a car...all of the staff that we dealt with treated us with respect and showed us that they appreciated our business. Kimo even came in on his day off the day we got our car to make sure everything went smoothly.

He set me at ease and told me I would be leaving with my new car that night, I must say, I was a little skeptical but 2 hrs. later I drove off in my new car! Kudos to Kimo, it was a wonderful experience.

The only reason I am not satisfied with this dealership is because of a "loyalty fee". We have been searching for a used Sebring convertible and we have been waiting for them to one day get one in that we want. We really wanted to buy from them. Our last visit, we were informed about a $750 Loyalty fee that we would be charged on top of the $700 plus dealer fee. Needless to say we are never going back to them again, and we found the car we wanted at another dealership.

Aldo the salesman and the rest of the staff there were very nice. There are a few problems I have. The first one is the car I saw on the internet was no longer there.(this is probably common practice for dealers) The second problem I have is they did a terrible job cleaning the car. There was overspray from the tire cleaner all over the bottom of the vehicle, there were water marks from the window cleaner all over the inside of the doors, and the low tire pressure light was on. They told me it would turn off when i was driving off. Of course it did not so we stopped at a gas station on the way home and put air in the tires. Now the light is off. Despite these stupid little issues I would still recommend this dealer to my friends and family.

Central Florida Jeep was the third dealership I visited when shopping for a Jeep. After my experience at the first two, I was starting to feel discouraged about the likelihood of getting a good deal on a vehicle. The environment and customer service at Central Florida was "night and day" compared to the first two. They were patient and straight-forward with me at all times. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed. Also, I felt that all of the employees there were completely transparent at every step of the process. I ended up walking out that day with a great vehicle and an honest deal on my trade in. Completely stress free. I give them my highest recommendation.

Randy delivered as much information as we needed and took us for a test drive as many times as it was necessary. He was very friendly and patient. We bought the vehicle that we had in mind at the price we had in mind, nothing more, nothing less. The tire pressure warning light went off the same day we purchased it, but we were advised it was normal due to the change in the weather. The light stayed on until the next day so we came back to the dealership. Service dept. advised it was due to the tire pressure being below normal on all four tires, which means the vehicle wasn't properly checked on the day of sale. Also, at sale we were advised the roof rack did not include the crossbars. One day later we found the vehicle description on the glove compartment and it clearly stated the crossbars were included... So we had to come back and request the bars. Bars were installed at the same time tire pressure was fixed.

first things first, I put Chadd's name in there because I didn't know the financing guys name and I am very satisfied with Chadd. My wife and I went to this dealership to buy a new Jeep Patriot, found the car online that we knew we already wanted. our salesman Chadd H. was a very knowledgeable and informative. we test drove the one that we had looked at online and also test drove a more basic one. We had a 07 Nissan Murano for trade in, still owing a little more than trade in. we knew we wanted to go no higher than $400. After all the mumbo jumbo talk, they came at us with $2500 down $11000 for trade (we owed $14000) and a payment of around 520. So I laughed. then they came at us with no money down and 500 a month. and again i didn't do it. then a different guy came over, said they could do $458 no money down and delay our payment till Jan 4th. (45 days) which we decided we could do the $58 extra a month because we were paying off bills with our tax money. so we did it all and left with a $470 payment (with gap insurance) a week later they call my wife saying they need her to come in and just "sign a paper the finance guy missed". so she drives (30 min drive) up there on a thursday and they tell her that the guy isn't there but would be there on Sat. My wife and I drive back up there on Saturday with our 14 month old daughter thinking we'd sign the paper and the leave. We get into the finance office and they sit us down and say, We need you to put $3000 down because the loan from the bank is off that much. We looked at each other and laughed. Asked for our keys to the Murano and we'd leave. he then asked what about $1000. so we told him the whole reason why we signed is because we didn' t have that to put down. He then asked if we could do $500. the $500 dropped our payment to $420 (because they were covering that with our trade.) and that was with gap insurance. My wife and I talked and thought about it and decided to say no we can't do that either. we thought he'd say ok and we'd just take our car back but to our amazement he asked $200. we thought again about it and we caved and said ok we can do that. so they ended up adding $2800 onto our $12000 trade in for our car, and having a $418 payment. we were pretty happy, although annoyed at the way the beat around the bush. I thought that everything was over after that, but then I got a letter from the lender today (12-16-10) saying our payment is due on the 20th. I called my wife and so she called the dealership and the dumbass from financing listened and said well its a signed contract and theres nothing I can do. so some where the due date got changed, and no one told us at all, even before my wife signed the second time, i asked Is everything else the same except the trade in and $200 down. he said EXACTLY. well it wasn't. now there is nothing they can do.

We left and they forgot to give us our wireless headphones for DVD player and the navigation system did not work (They would have seen this if they actually showed us how to use it) I have to take it back to have the navigation fixed, to get the headphones and to have the license plate fixed. After researching the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, building one on the Jeep Website, and arriving at a price, I started researching Dealerships within a 200 mile radius. I went to my local Dealership and after they attempted to jack up the price by a thousand dollars, I found the same vehicle at Central Florida Chrysler-Jeep and it had been discounted by $2,000.After contacting them and being assigned to Howard Heron, I arranged to meet him the following day. I drove my trade-in, covered with Love Bugs, in and recieved a very generous offer. After crunching numbers, an sales price was made and accepted by all.Having bought and sold more vehicles in my lifetime than I care to remember, this was truly a very comfortable transaction. At no time did I feel pressured or feel like they were trying to take advantage of the sale. From the Receptionist, to the Sales Staff, to the Sales Manager, everyone was friendly, courteous, and willing to do what it took to make the sale.A very positive experience and I highly recommend Howard, Bob, and Vinny!!!

I like their internet service where I was able to look at their inventory and pick out several cars to look at. Ryan was our salesman and he showed us around to the vehicles that we chose over the internet. I made my own list of vehicles with the color, VIN, stock number and price. They were easy to find. I looked at three Jeep Wranglers, three Ram pickups, two Jeep Liberty's and five Town and Country's. The Wranglers were sturdy and a nice car but my 4 year old son could not get into it. (We look forward to buying one of these in the future) The same was with the Dodge Ram pickups. The Jeep liberty's were nice but they were just not a right fit for us. We then went and looked at the Town and Countrys. Ryan showed us all of them on the list except for two (I guess they were sold). But out of the others we look at blue, titanium and white gold. My wife and I liked the white gold Town and Country. We took it for a test drive and started negotiations for the purchase. I ended up with a better than expected price for my trade(14000) for my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee in and nice rebates (2750).The only thing that they could have done different is the inclusion of the window tinting, wheel locks and pinstriping.

Roy made a routine service visit an enjoyable experience. He was prompt, efficient, got everything right that was to be done and made sure I was kept in the loop the entire time so I knew what was happening and when the vehicle would be done. An unusual part needed to be ordered that was not in stock (warranty work) and he arranged for me to come back the next day to complete the repair. He even tried to get an accessory part repaired that (while bought at the dealer it was installed by myself) and was out of warranty. Overall I was veery satisfied with my second experience for service at the dealer and with Roy Campbell. And if you need to wait around for your car it is a pretty comfortable place to do that, and EVERYONE is so friendly.

Buddy Valley was very helpful and really knew the Dodge Ram 1500 product very well. He was able to answer every question that we had, including the towing capacity of the different engines sizes. He even ending up saving us money. When we thought we needed a 5.7 HEMI and only needed the 4.7 V8 to pull our boat. This saved us at least $2.000.Thanks to Buddy Valley and the entire sales team at Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We definitely will come to see Buddy the next time we are in the market for another vehicle.

Even though I did not buy at this time, I will definitely return. I already own a Jeep I bought there and the service department is excellent. Terrific customer service. No pressure in the sales department, just a desire to meet the customer's need.

OK, so I see all the bad reviews but these guys have the used SUV I want, I know the price includes $3000 down as it says so in the ad big as anything---I was greeted nicely, asked about the SUV, Mark went and brought it around, brought me out to the vehicle, walked me all around it and showed me some things I didn't know about it. We went for a test drive and I decided this was what I wanted. They also advertised something about paying more than book value for my trade which they did. After some back and forth, I ended up paying a little less than I thought I was going to have to pay so that was nice. I guess Adam was my closer but he was more of a facilitator. The entire transaction was professional and stress free. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking or a vehicle. They have a nice selection, the sales staff was great, the manager Steve even came over, shook my hand and thanked me for my business.

We went into CF Chrysler with the intention of buying a used car for our daughter, her 1st car. We clearly told the sales person, Chad our budget, no trade-in, no finance required. Did the test drive, showed interest and started negotiation on price. Even though Chad was a nice gentleman, he failed to mention anything about cash $3K or trade-in value equivalent to $3K. We were given the impression that the price given to us was the final price from the dealer, exclusive of tax, tag and title. When I got home and went online, and chanced upon this website of Dealer Rater, read some of the reviews/feedback. I realized that I should call and clarify with the sales person on the negotiated price and if the $3K cash & trade-in value was applicable. To our disappointment, whatever price given was NOT the final price, there should be an additional $3K to it. When brought up that this should have been told to us during our negotiation, the response we got was "thought you saw our ad...". The sales person called back and apologized for their strategy, and after checking with his manager, he offered the final price ie. $xx,xxx. We were ready to give it a 2nd chance. We went back again, this sales person was not available, and his colleague attended to us. So we had to explain what happened and went through the pricing and budget. At this point, we were ready to get the final price and write the cheque. The manager came out with a haughty attitude, and the final price he gave was higher than what was given to us earlier by the sales person. This whole experience was a complete waste of time and frustrating. They are so unprofessional and lack integrity. We will NOT recommend them to anyone, and will certainly not hold back in telling people our bad experience.

Test drove aconvertable 2010 touring.Pricetag29950. Lovedit.Except for the color. Sat with Darren. Wanted white with beige top and interior. Didn't like shades of cloth but leather was very pretty. Said we could have it but would have to pay aftermarket to have the seats changed to the lighter interior beige that I wanted. added cost 950. showed us a van with that color inside that was beautiful. Manager came offered us a closing price.Said he had that car on another lot and would bring it in.Would we take it? Took credit infoand application. New car camein. It had a toupe top and shades of grey interior, very dark, notwhat I wanted.Promised the leather man could change it out. I took the car as Adam promised and found it couldn't be done. Found out that it was a free option on the touring to choose it in cloth or leather. They lied to me over and over. manipulated me to get what they wanted. They are deceitful and crooked. There were numerous other lies told me to get what they wanted .Adam assured us that the leather was zippered on.If by chance we didn't care for it ,we could remove it at a later date an the cloth seat would still be intack. Lie.He showed me the exact color match sample that I wanted but the leather man had nothing like that at all. All of the plastic that held the seat was very dark and the leather man.(Ross) had a picture of a car done that way and assured me that it would be hidious.Just oposite of Adam's assurance of the many times they had done it and every just LOVED IT> Kattie called on a very high stress day after I asked the manage not to call me on that particular day because of a serious situation that I had to handle and I would speak with him the very next day to try and straighten things out. Of course she called me that day and yelled at me the two point close. " You have two choices.we will send the money for the leather work to you or to gmac. Which do you want? " I happen to be in sales also and knew what she was doing.Later, Darren Offered to replace the dark plastic around the seats for an additional fee of another $1500. so that I could spend $950. on a lighter shade of grey . Then he sent me a brochure of the car that I really wanted in the first place. Now that I owned a USED2010. I could trade it in and get the one I really wanted. What a racket. I have owned three Chryslers so far and enjoyed every one of them. But this crew is the worst I haveevr met in my life. This letter probably won't go any place. But that's OK because I have alot of other places that I am sending it myself. Sincerely,Patricia L. Olinger

Stay away! they do not honor their publish prices. We saw a used car online and the price was listed at $9988 as an internet special. It seem like a great deal so my husband chatted with James S. a Sales Manager before we went up to the dealership to confirm the price. He was told that was the price and it was such a good deal that they would not be able to come down any lower. My husband printed out the information about the car... straight from CF Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge's website, which said $9988. We immediately drove up there and James S. handed us off to a Salesman, also named James. He was helpful and took us on a test drive. During this test drive my husband asked again that the price of the car was $9988... he said yes. We then went inside to see down payments and monthly payments (we were going to pay cash). When James (salesman) was typing in the car info he must have noticed a discrepancy and asked for our printout about the car. He then took it to his Manager. After about 10 minutes he came back and said the price was actually $12, 988 and that the listed price includes a $3000 down payment. This was nowhere listed on the report we printed. he then brought over a Manager, Adam, who proceed to tell us the same thing. When my husband mentioned that James S. told him on an online chat that the price was $9988 he said he could print up the transcript. When he retuned... the "transcript" did not have the price part of the conversation. The "transcript" was obviously altered ... there was a significant block of time missing, and the conversation made no sense without the missing lines. He refused to honor the price they have listed online and told us they would only sell the car at $100 over invoice, which was $12888... absolutely no lower. He was very hostile and condescending during the entire conversation. We had shopped at this dealership in the past (did not buy and had a bad experience then) but several years had passed and we kind of forgot how bad they were. We will never go back again... this I promise.Stay away from this bait and switch dealer... all the negative reviews are correct!

When I arrived the car porters met me and they tried to be helpful. I told them that I was having battery problems. So the car porters tried to test the battery; the service rep didn't come out for 15-20 min. When I told him it was the battery he told me no that the battery was ok. I explained that we had to jump the battery in order for me to get it to the dealership, but he insisted the battery was ok, so I just did an oil change. When they finished changing the oil he was friendly. Well, the battery wasn't good it was running 163 amp out of 650. I had to get AAA out to jump the car so that I could take it to Orlando Dodge. It wouldn't have been so bad at Central Florida, but waiting for someone and then feel like he gave me no credit. In the past we have brought in our two cars for oil changes and tire rotation to find out that even though we paid for tire rotation. When we took the cars into other dealerships they told us the tires had never been rotated.I do not trust this dealership to work on my cars anymore. My cars are going to Orlando Dodge. They listen and make you feel like you have credibility when discussing your car.

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Not only did I waste a good 4 hours of my life dealing with these snakes, they tried to pull a "fast one" by depositing the loan check prior to sending the paperwork (gee, maybe because they KNEW the LTV ratio was too high), the manager never called me back about coming down on the price so I drove their vehicle around for a week. When I took the car back, they AGAIN kept me waiting. It just so happens that when the 10 minutes I gave them was up, the manager was available at that moment. He proceeded to YELL at ME, telling me I couldn't leave the car there since it was mine, and that they would do whatever they had to to find someone else to finance the vehicle....withOUT my permission?! And now I'm still getting e-mails, snail mail and phone calls about getting the car maintained, and other crap, even though I have asked them at lest 4 times to remove ALL of my information from their system.I found the car I'm driving at CarMax, was very pleased with the results, but am frustrated that I wasted as much time and energy as I did with this company that has NO understanding of how to provide any sort of customer service. My son went there to buy a new or used Jeep. While he selected a car and they agreed on trade-in. They said the car had a 36/36000 miles warranty, etc. Well he did the deal and being a used car he signed a "As-Is" statement. Well, it was a 2008 with only 6000 miles so it was basically new. After he paid for the car then things started falling apart. They only gave him 1 key and never disclosed they only had 1 before he paid or signed anything. It did not come with any type of mats which are normally put in at time of delivery as well. Then they said the warranty was only from date of 1st owner. They also did not honor the $1000 coupon they sent us via email. To sum it up they could care less about the customer and satisfaction and only about getting his hard earned money.Beware are shop else where.

Rude, sleazy sales manager. They changed the price from the online price of $11,888 to $14,888 + $799 dealer fee once I got there! The manager said I "must not be a careful reader" and claimed the ad said the price included my $3000 cash. What a ridiculous premise for a price anyway. So, when I got home I double checked the ad, here's a shocker, it had no mention of any cash or trade equity. To call them "sleazy" doesn't even come close. At $15,600 they're over KBB by a grand and Nada by $1,600 and over the rest of the market by about $3,000! What sort of idiot would pay that much of a premium to deal with these guys?! The car wasn't in great shape and the dealer doesn't offer any special perks or warranty anyway so who cares?Save your time, skip ANYTHING that looks like it might be a good deal here. If you don't like my review, take a look at the rest of the reviews for this dealer. I'm being nice.

Traveling from Ohio to Orlando Florida my 2003 Dodge Durango transmission started acting up. Once we arrived at Universal Studios I took my Durango to Central Florida Chrysler and my Service Advisor was Randy McClean. Later that day he contacted me with the news that my transmission has had an internal failure and I have two choices to fix it:A) For $2300.00 they would rebuild it with a basic rebuild kit and new torque converter. This was on Thursday and they said that it would be done late Friday early Monday. This option carried a 1yr 12K mile otherized dealer warrantyB) For $4000.00 they would install a remanufactured transmission which would be pushing being ready Wed. This option carried a 3yr 100K mile Mopar warrantyI went with option (A) primarily due to our early checkout time Wed and the cost. Saturday came and I hadn't heard from them so around mid day I called but Randy was not in. So I asked the individual about the status of my Durango. He looked it up and said that a BUNCH of parts have been ordered but it is not done yet and to check back on Monday. So after noon on Monday I called and talked to Randy which is when I found out that they were installing a remanufactured transmission which was not what we agreed on. After a few back and forth on and off the phone correspondences Randy said he didn't know how this happened but they can pull it back out and rebuild mine but couldn't guarantee it would be ready in time for Wed. Out of pure frustration I told him I can't take that chance to proceed on with the remanufactured transmission installation but he is going to have to work with me on the price due to this miscommunication.Tuesday they called saying it was ready. When I got there Randy explained that he did everything he could in regards to labor and the final bill was $3968.29. I expressed to Randy that I was not happy and questioned why on Saturday an individual said that a bunch of parts have been ordered when a remanufactured transmission is only one part which is the only part listed on the bill. He said that he don't know why someone would have said that and it was probably just due to the cost the individual though it was a bunch of parts. After it was obvious Randy was not going to do anything more on the cost I asked to see the Service Manager. That's when Randy told me that he is the Service Manager. Thats when I asked to see his boss who was Tom Grabbe. I will say that Randy did not like this but he did get Tom after briefing Tom on the situation. Tom came over with me and Randy and I told him what happened and what I thought with no corrections or comments from Randy. Tom told me that the labor has been adjusted and they can not do anything about the part. I asked him to talk to the parts department. When he came back he said thats the best they can do. After pushing more on the subject he informed me that they can't do this for free and that they are only making $195.00 on the part which was $3195.10. I informed Tom that back home I can buy the parts for 10% over cost through a guy that works on my Dodge vehicles at times so I will be checking and I will know if your being straight or not. Tom held to his statement and I said well if that's all your making on the part and this is the best you can do then fine. So I paid them and left. On my way back I gave my friend a call and gave him the exact VPN of the remanufactured transmission and my VIN. He got back with me about an hour later to let me know that I was lied to. His cost was $1974.50 at 10% over dealer cost which puts the real cost of the transmission at $1795.00. So I then contacted my local Dodge dealer where I bought the vehicle new and talked to their Service Manager. He gave me a Chrysler Customer Service number which I called. After working with this customer service agent Chrysler decided to do a 50/50 reimburesment since I was out of warranty by 6564 miles. The agent said that Florida Chrysler did not do anything against the Chrysler Franchise agreement but did recognize that alot of miscommunication is evident and suggested that I contact the owner of the dealership. Then about 5 days later while we finished up our vacation in Clear Water Florida the check engine light came on. So I made an appointment for diagnosis at SunCoast Chrysler Jeep Dodge. After a little over $100.00 I find out that the down stream 02 sensor connector and wiring has melted against the catalytic converter. I had the service manager ask the mechanic if this could be the result of the newly installed transmission. The mechanic said that it has to be unhooked to swap out transmissions. The required parts to fix this could not be obtained before we had to leave Florida to go home but the said it was safe to drive. Now after I looked under it and seen what had happened two things was obvious:1) The connector clips on to a bracket mounted at the top of the transfer case which has to be removed for a transmission replacement.2) If routed correctly which is from the end of the transfer case over to the 02 sensor even if it comes unclipped it will not rest on the right side of the catalytic converter. But since they routed it over and around the exhaust if it was clipped and then came off for no apparent reason it just melts away!3) How can a wiring harness be in place for 6yrs without melting away?Anyway I contacted Central Florida specifically Tom Grabbe about this the morning of the day we are going home. He told me to FAX the bill and they would take care of the $100.00 cost once they talk to SunCoast. So I FAXED it to him within an hour later requesting that he contact me once he receives the FAX. He never contacted me and I left a few messages for him once we were on the road. Once I got back to work I finally got him to respond to an email and for the last two weeks I have been trying to do what he says in order to get the diagnosis bill covered and the wiring fixed. At this time niether have happened and we returned to OH on Sat 08/08/09.Now to top it all off we are starting to have problems with this transmission which are identical to our original one but the severity and frequency is less. I definately feel that since I was 1000 miles away from home I got taking to the cleaners.

This is a review for the service department after I went in for upgrades to the new Jeep Wrangler that I bought at the dealership. While my experience with the sales department was less than satisfactory, my experience with the service department was quite different. Both people that I dealt with for service (Katie and Roy) were very helpful, professional and polite.Katie was very helpful in arranging the service for my vehicle.Roy was the service professional that I dealt with and he was very helpful and polite. I was given a 4 hour estimate to get the upgrades put on, and the estimate was correct. Roy came out to the service waiting room and kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle. After getting the upgrades Roy gave me a tutorial on the use of the new hitch and made sure I was educated on its use.The quality of the work seemed to be very top-notch and my wait in the louge was pleasant.

StaffBtyan: Nice young salesman. Got to say very littleAdam: Sales manager. Did most of the talking.Jim: Designated closer. Lied outright to my wife and I to get the deal.I went to the dealer to look for a specific Jeep that I wanted. I went in with the paperwork for an employee discount and had a car for a trade in that was appraised at other dealerships for $9000 or greater (the pay-off was $8500). After looking around I gave the salesman(Bryan) my paperwork for the discount and explained that I needed it right back because it had personal information that I had written on the back. The salesman brought back his "manager"(Adam) with the offer. I looked at the sheet and explained that I dont have to pay for the destination fee with my EP discount. He said that the destination fee wasnt added. I pointed out the destination fee on the sheet that was $795. He said just to "ignore" that. Over the next few hours I was subjected to a variety of deals. During this time I asked for my paper (with personal info) back no less that 4 times. The "manager" kept misplacng my paper as a ploy to keep me from leaving. Also, The car keys to the car I drove in with always seemed to be missing also. When I finally stood up and demanded my paper back for the 5th time the "sales manager"(Jim) came over and told me I hit the lottery ticket. He stated that he found a buyer for my trade in and would give $13000 for my trade in. With the owed amount of my trade in being $8500, that would be a $4500 credit in my favor when buying the new car. Also, he told me with the $13000 he was giving me for my trade in, it would bring the vehicle payment to where I wanted it. I let myself get more excited than I should have and took the deal. After looking over the paperwork after signing the papers for the vehicle, I noticed that the "sales manager" lied and that I wasnt given $13,000 for the trade in, he only extended that payments to 84 months with an interest rate of 8.8%. (I have a credit rating of 788). I was already so excited about getting the new Jeep that I just kept my mouth shut and left the place. However, after leaving the dealership and thinking about how the manager (later found out was really a designated closer) lied outright to me to get the sale, I just had to come on the forum and warn others about this dealership.Note 1:When I asked someone else in the dealership what title Jim held, he told me that Jim was a designated "closer." (not the sales manager that he introduced himself as)Note 2:The floor salesman Bryan was a young kid and very helpful. However, after the test drive he didnt get a chance to speak again because he turned me over to AdamNote 3:I was told by Jim that I was getting $13,000 for my trade-in, however the finance work only reads $12,000. I also noticed that the sticker price on the vehicle was jacked up $5000 before the credit from my trade-in was applied. I did ask for an upgrade from 16" to 18" wheels, a tow hitch and the low-end step bar. I expect that adding these bolt-on items could raise the selling price by $1000-$1500, but no where near $5000!Note 4 I brought in the proper paperwork for the EP discount(friends & family), yet when I checked the finance paper, this discount was never applied.Note 5:My next step will be to contact the BBB and Chamber of Commerce. Then I will seek out other customers who feel that tey were either cheated or lied to by the staff. Here is what made me mad:1. The sales manager lied about how much I was getting for my trade-in2. With a credit rating of 788, I was given financing with 8.8% interest3. Held me hostage by "misplacing" my personal paperwork(with private info in it).4. Held me hostage by "misplacing" the keys to the car I drove there in5. I was told by Jim that I was getting $13,000 for my trade-in, however the finance work only reads $12,000. I also noticed that the sticker price on the vehicle was jacked up $5000 before the credit from my trade-in was applied. I did ask for an upgrade from 16" to 18" wheels, a tow hitch and the low-end step bar. I expect that adding these bolt-on items could raise the selling price by $1000-$1500, but no where near $5000!Avoid this dealership unless you are a law enforcement officer there for a sting operation to bust them.

I took my Jeep in for service, it is an SRT8 Jeep (420hp 0-60 in under 5 seconds). I asked that they not let the mechanics joy ride in my new car and was assured that would never happen. When I picked up my Jeep after they were done with the repairs they had put 58 additional miles on the odometer. When I complained I was told that was normal! I expected a few miles maybe ten at the most but 58 miles is way out of line. I am sure they were out having a good old time beating on my 420hp SRT8 jeep burning up my gas at my expense. I took my complaint as high as I could and got no where. I have since learned that this dealer is known for bad service after the sale. I will never walk into that dealer again for anything and I suggest you stay far away from it as well.

took my vehicle, was quoted on a price on repairs, gave the go ahead to to the work, hours later call and asked for more money, told then to forget the repair and told them was going to take it elsewhere, they would no release the vehicle until i payed 300 to for the check out, found it over priced, payed it anyways and told them that i will never return and told then that i will write a review about this dealership, worst experience ever, I will definitely not recommend this dealer to anyone whether they are purchasing a vehicle or sending it for repairs

This is the worst dealership i have ever been to in my life. THe customer service was horrible and they were extremely unprofessional. WHen i bought the car they basically hurried me out the door and didnt tell me they need any other informaion from me. Then after a month later they said they made attempts to call me, which they didnt, they said they were needing all this extra information and made me pay my payment to the car dealership since they never got their money from the finance company. They threatened to try and take my car which they couldnt have done because someone on their end screwed up. DO not buy form this dealership they are crooks and will try to hustle you out of more money. They sales men have no knowledge of the cars and their finance department is a joke.

I went to this dealership on 2007/11/18 to check the validity of a 'prize'. Since I was there, I figured I would see if they had anything that would get me lower monthly payments than what I currently have. I currently owe about $13K on a Ford Taurus which I pay $375/mo. The salesman(David) showed me a Jeep which looked like they just traded it in that day and the previous owners just left everything in there. I told the salesman I didn't want to waste his time because I wasn't interested. He told me that he could probably get me into a new car for the same monthly payments. I wanted to see what he had to offer which was a 2007 Dodge Caliber. During the course of the 'sale', a manager came to me and said that he could get me the car, but I would have to sell the Taurus myself. I said that I wasn't comfortable with that because I've never sold a car before. He said that if I was unable to sell the car, then I just have to give it back to the bank and my 'beacon' score goes down about 30 points, but I would already be in a new car so I would be building it back up. I still expressed concern about having a reposession and he made it sound like it was no big deal and that the only negative effect is my decreased score. I believed him so I proceeded. Well, the next day, I found out what happens when a vehicle is reposessed. This guy NEVER made it clear that the vehicle would be auctioned and I would get stuck with the difference. If I had known that, I would not have taken the deal. I tried to return the vehicle in LESS than 24 hours and the same guy tells me how there's no 'cool-off' period in Florida and that there is no returning the car. He said that if I don't sell the car, then just get a loan to pay the difference like it's not a big deal. I spoke to another manager to no avail and then to Julie Morelli. At first when I told her about the incident, she sounded outraged and asked if she could call me back. Once she called back, her tone was just like everyone else. She asked me what I was looking for. I told her that I either wanted out of the deal, or they need to help me sell my Taurus. Once again, she asked to call back. When she did, she started beating around the bush and suggested things I could do and then finally said that the bottom line is that the car is mine and that they're not going to do anything for me. The thing that sickens me is that nobody seems to care because they all got what they want. I can't believe that businesses are allowed to operate like this. I checked the BBB and they show 38 complaints in the past 36 months! The ONLY good thing I can say about this place is about David. He was very friendly and just doing his job and I could tell that he didn't feel right about the situation when I went back the next day.

I have bought 12 cars in my lifetime ( I am 59 yrs old). This dealer has to be the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. They Play lots of games and bounce you around from one deal closer to the next. After spending three hrs there, I stormed out and promised to never go back. If you are looking for a Chrysler product, you would be a fool to go to this dealer.AL from Winter Garden

I have bought several new cars over the years and I will say that this was the worst experience ever. I went into the dealership to look at a vehicle that I was going to buy eventually. I was looking for a specific hard to find vehicle and they were the only jeep dealership to have one. Their high pressure, "buy it today" sales tactics wore me down and I ended up taking the vehicle with me that day 3 hours later. I am upset with myself for letting them get control and wearing my patience to the point that I just wanted to get it done and get out. They were in such a hurry to get me to take that car that they sent me out of there with a brand new vehicle leaking coolant. They called the next day and told me to bring it back so they could check out a transmission leak that was noticed the day before but wasn't fixed before they sold it. It wasn't even tran fluid it was coolant from a radiator hose that I fixed myself by tightening a clamp with turn of a screwdriver. I agreed to a service contract that, now that I recieved the paperwork by mail, I realize is worthless and covers nothing in addition to the manufacturer's warranty and my maintainence service is going to cost me over $300 per oil change. They used every trick in the book to squeeze every penny out fo me from the vehicle down to the high interest rate they tried to force on me in the financing office. I had to threaten to leave to get the rate to where it should be. If I wouldn't have said anything they would have charged the highest rate they could get away with. The finance manager just changed the rate with a couple of mouse clicks after I told him I would provide the financing with the lowest rate. I should have been patient and waited for the vehicle to arrive at a different dealer after a problem I had with the service department on a recall issue of another car earlier in the year. It was very similar to a previous post, but thats another story.

my 2005 dodge ram had a check engine light code. first they suggested a $200+ fuel system cleaning service which i refused. They stated that this service is performed on all vehicles when they reach 30,000 miles. My truck has 26,740 miles and I did not find anything about this type of service in the maintenance manual. when i drove my vehicle from the service parking area to the front of the dealer, my truck began to malfunction and the check engine light was back on. I told the service tech that they just reset the computer and needed to do their job and take the truck back into the shop. the next day they stated that they ordered a part "throttle body assembly" and this would fix the problem. I called Customer Service at Chrysler corporate office where i was interviewed by a representative and later received a phone call from the service representative at the dealer questioning me as to why i had called corporate office and how his boss had gotten on his case about not delivering good service. After 8 hours i called the dealer, since i had not heard from them and they said they were ordering another part "power train control module" sounds like a transmission part which i do not think has anything to do with the truck not wanting to idle properly. i was denied a rental car even-though my receipt contained a coupon for a free loaner car with a $350 or more service or repair. The dealer stated that since the repairs were warranty repairs, this did not qualify for the loaner program. I must clarify that the coupon does not state valid only on out-of-warranty repairs or services. i was also forced to call a neighbor to give me a ride from my job to my house since I cannot drive my tractor trailer to my home. I also have to find a ride over to the dealer whenever they decide to call me and tell me the vehicle is ready. I am disappointed with the manner in which Central Florida Dodge handled by case. I will definitely not recommend this dealer to anyone whether they are purchasing a vehicle or sending it for repairs.

When getting service from a Car dealership you expect to have great service and no hidden or misrepresentation of charges on your bill once the service is done. We turned in our Jeep to the Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealer on 8675 Commodity Circle in Orlando, FL 32819. To start this whole thing off, we called to make an appointment to fix the recall that was on our car. The service representative on the phone advised us that the way they do their services on Saturdays is on a 'first come, first serve basis'. Since when does a DEALERSHIP not accept appointments for services?? Once we arrived to this dealership on January 6th of 2007, we presented our letter for the recall. The service representative told us that they did not do recalls on Saturday, and mentioned another Chystler Jeep dealership that does. Since we were there, we decided to have the vehicle remain there until the job was finished instead of spending our Saturday running around busy Central Florida to drop off a car to be serviced. We gave our information to this representative, while he typed it in on a hand held computer, who said that we needed to be placed in their system so they could contact us before they do additional work and after the job was finished. We mentioned that we would also like an oil change, and to check out the horn because it was not working. We expected them to tell us of all the standard charges before doing anything to our Jeep. The only thing he says is: "We'll get to it as soon as we can" and proceeded to the next customer. This was good enough for us - we brought another car and left. However, once we picked it up on Monday January 8, there was a charge of $95.00 for 'electrical repair'. When we questioned this 'service', the service representative stated it was for a 'computerized diagnostic check'. This was not told to us by the service technician, Frank Muniz, at the time of checking in the Jeep. I then asked a service representative about it and tried to resolve the issue. It was answered with: 'Well...it is in the Florida law to charge for the diagnostic'. I said I understand but it is also in the law to advise the consumer of all charges applied to his or her bill before doing the work. He then says that he will get the service manager, because there was not anything he could do. He did so in an efficient manner. The Service Manager, Mr. Richard Burton, approached us and we shook hands and properly introduced ourselves. I tell him of the problem, and still get nowhere on the issue. While leaning in to show him a specific area of the bill (that Mr. Burton was holding), he then steps back and accuses me of 'getting in his space'. Personally, I think this was his way of stopping the conversation (it was already after 5). The tone of my voice did not change, and was not pointing to anything other than the piece of paper that he was holding in his hand (he also accused me of pointing in his face). Then, I try to talk to the Operations Director, Mr. Tom Grabbe. He was being uncooperative as well. When I asked for his boss's name and phone number, I only get a first name and no number. So his boss Cory _____ will call me back once he returns into town, Friday. It is amazing how much of a run around one gets once the service provider doesn't practice better business.

called about a 2003 impala in the just release auto trader for $7988; the car was sold but they offered a 2002 ls for the same price and invited me for a test drive. During the test drive I told the rep i was paying cash and wanted a reliable car and had talked about that exact car over the phone the day before. The rep asked me four times if i was going to finance. He also asked me who i worked for, what i did and if I was a single mother. I turned off the ignition after the drive and the rep tried to turn it back on to back it in place. The car hesitated to start. I assumed maybe a old battery or a ignition switch and offered to buy the car if the had it fixed because it had just been traded in 2 days before. At the table he came out with a paper that said 15,988 which is much more than retail value. The sales manager would not budge on the price even though i told him of the prior offer and the starting problems and the value on nadaguides and kelly blue book and black book. I left the dealership and found another car at sun state ford on w colonial that was 2years newer with half the mileage for 12,900. The original person i called tried to get me back in to buy the vehicle for 13475. I declined citing the better offer that i recieved. I was offended because they kept trying to get me to finance over 15k after I clearly said cash over and over and told them i didnt want payments, They also didnt even try to come close to what they offered me over the phone. They didnt lower the price at all until I called them to say i found better. They also seem to try to take advantage of women that they think are single mothers I am actually a married banker with 2kids. I will make sure i tell all my loan clients about my experience.
