I went to central gmc for an oil change. As I have done so, for the past yr and a half. The service was never stellar to begin with. All I have ever gone there for is a oil change and tire rotation. I have never been there for under a hr and a half. Just for a oil change! With a appointment!! I recently got a oil change done 2 Fridays ago. I had an appointment as usually. I showed up. It took an hour for my truck to be brought into the shop! 58 min later it was finally done. I went to get into my 60 thousand dollar truck! There was greasy paw prints all over the running boards and door handles. I drove away and almost instantly started to smell a oil buring smell. I figured they put there greasy mits all over my exhaust or just made a mess of things underneath. So I finally decided to check it out. Not only was there oil dripping from the oil filter. There was oil all over the drain pan. I didn't see any oil on the exhaust. So I started to question why I was getting such a strong odor inside the cab. I popped the hood and low an behold they "forgot" to put the dip stick back in!! Oil is now saturated in my hood insulation!!! and made a frigging mess under the hood!! Thanks central gmc. As a former technician. 15-20 mi. Tops for a oil change is the average time. With a 27 point inspection. Tire rotation and fill all fluids. This hour two hour sh*t is a joke!! No wayy your techs are flat rate. Leaving a frigging mess an not to mention the dam dip stick. Strikes all kinds of unprofessional ideas about central gmc. If you want fast friendly service. Heres my advice. Go somewhere else. xxxx jiffy lube is probably better!!

I visited multiple GMC dealers over the past month or so. I stopped by Central on a whim as I was going to the shopping center on university ave. I met with Cristiano the sales rep and told him I was looking for a 2016 sierra denali in red with tan interior. I had previously driven one and was told by other dealers that there were no models in the area. Cristiano did a search of the area and confirmed that that specific truck was not within 200 miles of MA. he then went and did a search beyond 200 miles and found one in VT. we reviewed the specs and it matched exactly what I was looking for. about a week later I was driving the exact truck that I had been looking for. the whole purchase was easy and the entire staff was helpful. Cristiano took the time to review all of the truck features with me. he was very knowledgeable about the sierra line and was very professional.

I should really write two reviews. One for the great service leading up to the purchase of my vehicle and another for the absolutely horrid experience after. I purchased a used vehicle. Having purchased used vehicles before, I knew to ask about a second key. The sales rep indicated that they had one but followed up with the commitment to get one if they for some reason did not. I took that as an acceptable answer and purchased the vehicle without additional follow up. My mistake. As it happened, I had to return to the dealership a week later to have services finished that should have been done prior to the purchase (inspection, correct paperwork, pick up registration, interior cleaning, wheel balancing). I used that trip as a chance to also pick up the second key that I expected to be waiting. Unfortunately for me, the purchase transaction had already happened therefore satisfaction was no longer guaranteed. Now, no key was promised but rather, "a concerted effort" to get one and putting even that in writing was not an option. William Glidden, sales manager, was actually confrontational about the issue, argumentative and insulting. It's truly unfortunate that this individual interacts with the public. There was a heated exchange and he even followed me into the parking lot after I walked out to continue. He actually left his seat behind the desk and followed me to my car to continue the argument rather than just let me leave. This is behavior I would expect from someone sitting at a bar, not the public face of a car dealership. I was honestly worried he was going to turn the argument into a physical altercation. Certainly that is a not a feeling one should expect when buying a car.It's too bad really. I don't expect perfection when I buy a used car and I wasn't really complaining about the other inconveniences I had to work with because those are simple mistakes. However, when I'm promised a second key I expect a second key. They very easily could have had one made at the Chrysler dealership in the SAME PARKING LOT. William Glidden turned me from a long term customer into someone who will avoid this dealership at all costs, over a key.

I went to Central Buick with what was not so much car troubles but a car emergency. My Jeep was ready to go any day. It was 2 days before Christmas when it did and with having to get around for the holidays with my 2 kids and still get to my job, (that was pretty much impossible to do w/out a car) I was in a panic. The 1st dealership I went to I was out of there in 5 mins. But when I got to Central I felt like I was welcomed with open arms and that they were going to do anything they could to help me out. Before I had even gotten to the dealership I figured it would be impossible to get financed unless I went to 1 of those no credit bad credit places. To my surprise I was wrong. Bill and Nick whom I dealt with the most were beyond amazing. They did everything that they could and more to help me with my situation and I couldn't have asked for a better place to have gone to. Everything was done in a timely manner, I didn't feel like they were trying to force me into a car by any means like the 1st place I had gone to, and they pretty much preformed a miracle getting me financed and into a car with not having to go to much over what I could afford. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I just leased a 2016 Encore at Central Buick over Presidents' Day Weekend. First, Kirsten Wilson (internet sales) was extremely pleasant, informative and responsive. After completing an online inquiry form, she called me almost immediately, answered all my questions over the phone and set up an appointment for me at Central the next day. At the dealership, Kirsten introduced me to Cristiano Oliveira, the gentlemen who assisted me with the Encore lease. He was fabulous to work with! Cristiano not only took me for the test drive, but completely reviewed all the Encore's functionality, helped me set up my OnStar account, as well as Remote Link on my phone and explained how to transfer my EZ Pass. This was especially helpful because I am not a very technologically savvy end user. Cristiano's knowledge of the Encore, his ability to provide me with the features I wanted at the monthly price I needed, and most especially ... his patience with me and my lack of technological knowledge, made my entire experience at Central Buick thoroughly satisfying. I highly recommend Central Buick and will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I went with family and a friend to look for a new vehicle. We had narrowed our search down to Buick Encore and GMC Terrain. Cristiano met us inside, listened to our requirements and worked hard to meet them. We test drove both vehicles and decided the Terrain was the best choice. While we couldn't get a perfect match, we are very happy with the SUV. Cristiano did everything he said he would do including making sure I had all the paperwork set up so I could leave the next morning to be out of state.

I am really hoping to be able to post an update to this with his response but time will tell. Peter, After my recent experience at Central GMC in Norwood I wanted to reach out to you and make you aware of what took place. A couple weeks back I stopped in after chatting with Kirsten via email about a used truck (2012 Denali 2500) that you guys have for sale on your lot. When I arrived luck of the draw I got Barney as a sales person. After chatting with him some and having lots of smoke blown up my behind we couldnt put together a deal so we parted ways. Fair enough agree to disagree. After about a week I I texted Barney and began negotiations again as I had decided that I was willing to bend on my end. Just to be clear if this wasnt a used car purchase I would have left your dealership after dealing with Barney and moved on to the next but since its a one of a kind type deal being used I just went with the flow. We finally agree to a price (in writing text) and I call him to give a deposit over the phone. As soon as I call he says I cannot do that we are back up 500 bucks at the 34k. Okay so now he is backing out of a deal. Oh well its 500 bucks. I say screw it lets get this done. I call Barney and say if I drive over tonight and get all the paperwork completed can you get this truck delivered it a reasonable amount of time. Of course the answer was yes. I drive over to Norwood (not exactly close) and pay for the truck in full. Once I am sitting with Tim (good guy but) he makes me aware of a title situation involving the truck. At this point I am sitting there thinking Why did Barney have me drive here to pay for a truck that Central doesnt actually own and furthermore he said a speedy delivery would be no problem at all. So at this point its an oh well it is what it is situation. I texted Barney a couple days later asking how things were going to and go no response for a while and then some blow off cryptic message. Thursday in the morning I text Barney and he says yup bed liner and other stuff is done we are waiting on the title. I happen to be working in RI that day and had to drive by so when I was leaving I texted Barney to see if the title had arrived and we could get this taken care of. No response at all. About 2.5 hours later I was driving by so I figured I would stop in and see what is going on since I am not getting and responses back. Well come to find out nothing Barney said was done had been done. So now I have been straight up lied to. I let Tim know that he has until Saturday afternoon to deliver the truck. Sure enough the title did not show up and I went in to unroll the deal. The amount of time wasted by lies has been extensive and now I am left with no car as well. I am not sure if there is anything you can do but I think you need to know what is going on over there. If I treated a customer like I was treated I would need to find a new job. Honesty would have saved everyone the deal and I would probably still be quietly waiting for the car that was sold to me that you guys didnt even own.

I had previously posted about not buying from this dealership, after having to get the state involved. I went for an oil change after "all" of the problems were fixed. My mechanic told me that the right control arm was not safe and that the front tire shook, which was one of the main reasons I got the state involved. I was told I would not pass inspection. I began having issues with my brakes, which of course is scary. I was told I would need new rotors, which the dealership was supposed to replace when I bought the vehicle. I don't know about a lot of other people, but it is not often that I hear from anyone else that they need to do as much work on a vehicle within such short periods of time. I see a lot of reviews on here about false car fax reports, which I will now be looking into, as my car jolts back and forth when I try to break, and no mechanic has EVER felt this in a car before.I also agree with all of the other reviews regarding poor customer service. They blame you for the problems, and do not accept their faults. I would not allow them to inspect your vehicle, as they passed mine with 4-5 safety issues. I also brought my vehicle back 3+ times regarding the tire pressure light coming on, which they frequently told me was resolved, and I continue to have issues with the tire, where I need to inflate it every two weeks, and the system to read the tire pressure does not read one of the tires.Thank you for all of the problems Buick/GMC.

Went looking for a new car in June and after spending 3 worthless hours at another Buick dealership, I went back to Central. They were helpful, got me into the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. There was some confusion in completing the registration paperwork which I found to be odd and was finally sorted out 2 weeks later, therefore 3 stars for the buying process.

The majority of simple service jobs like oil changes were fine. However, they were either dishonest and/or couldn't correctly diagnose a couple of major issues. We started having various issues with our 2010 Enclave after a couple of years. It was frequently taking longer than normal to start. Sometimes all the interior lights would dim and then completely go out for a split second or so before finally starting. It also sounded like it was struggling to turn over. The service adviser claimed that was the normal start-up sequence which I knew wasn't right. They checked it approximately 2-3 times over a year and couldn't find anything wrong with it. One weekday afternoon I got a call from my wife saying the car wouldn't start at all - she was stuck in a parking lot. She had just dropped off one of our young kids and needed to bring our other child to an appointment immediately I had to leave work and deal with getting the car towed to Central. The next day they finally determined the starter was the issue and needed to be replaced. We also had issues with the entertainment system. Normally when you play a DVD, the audio would automatically switch over from the radio to the movie. After a couple of years, it would play both the radio and the DVD audio (at a very low level) at the same time. Central couldn't replicate the problem on at least two different occasions. Prior to the bumper to bumper warranty expiring, I asked them to check it again. Once again I was told they couldn't find a problem but would document it in case it continued to act up. The problem continued and about six months later, they finally replicated the issue. However, they told me that I would have to pay for a new DVD system as the warranty expired. I made numerous phone calls (including to Buick) but they refused to replace it even though the problem was well documented.

I had a very good experience with this dealership: everything was seamless and I was in and out in no time with exactly what I wanted. I did not feel any sales pressure which was a huge relief although I think part of that had to do with my sales consultant being new to the car sales business. Honestly- it was a breath of fresh air knowing that we could talk on a real level and not have any strain of annoyance for sales pressure. I had been to other dealerships in my process of looking around and Central Buick in Norwood was where I felt the most comfortable.

My husband and I recently attempted to purchase our new vehicle from Central Buick GMC. Our sales consultant was Barney Freedline and we also worked with Brian Hayes. We found this dealership to lack in communication skills, attention to details and honesty. It took them two weeks to locate our vehicle in the color we preferred (black) but were able to secure it from a location in New York. Two hours before we were expected to pick it up, we received a call to tell us that the vehicle they had gotten was the wrong color. Because we had been feeling disappointed with the process and the way we were being treated, we decided to move on and look elsewhere. After visiting a different dealership that very day, they were able to secure a vehicle (locally) in our color choice. Three days later, we signed the papers and drove it off the lot. In conversations with the new dealership, we came to realize that many of the details Norwood shared with us about the vehicle were not accurate. I'm not sure if they lack knowledge about their profession or if they will tell you anything to make a deal but I personally think it's a bit of both. I strongly urge you to find a different dealership.

My husband and I recently attempted to purchase our new vehicle from Central Buick GMC. Our sales consultant was Barney Freedline and we also worked with Brian Hayes. We found this dealership to lack in communication skills, attention to details and honesty. It took them two weeks to locate our vehicle in the color we preferred (black) but were able to secure it from a location in New York. Two hours before we were expected to pick it up, we received a call to tell us that the vehicle they had gotten was the wrong color. Because we had been feeling disappointed with the process, the communication and the way we were being treated, we decided to move on and look elsewhere.After visiting a different dealership that very day, they were able to secure a vehicle (locally) in our color choice. Three days later, we signed the papers and drove it off the lot. In conversations with the new dealership, we came to realize that many of the details Norwood shared with us about the vehicle were not accurate. I'm not sure if they lack knowledge about their profession or if they will tell you anything to make a deal but I personally think it's a bit of both. I strongly urge you to find a different dealership.

I filled out a questionnaire about on-line deals from local dealerships. A salesman named Barney called me back. He would not give me the price of the car(s) available but told me to come into the dealership as they really wanted to sell cars by months end. There were all sorts of deals and promotions to give me incentive to purchase a car from them. We arrived and he took information to put into the computer. I told him that I wanted to drive a 2015 Buick. First car he brought out was a 2013 left over. Told him I wanted a 2015 Buick. Next car he brought out was a Verano. This took over an hour and I had still not been given the car to drive that I was interested in purchasing. When I was ready to leave in frustration, the general sales manager Brian Hayes stepped in. I asked what the trade on my car would be. He couldn't give me a number because the GM website was down. He promised to call me in an hour. 2 hours later I called him and he told me the website was still down (how about calling me back after an hour to let me know?!) He said he'd call that night or first thing tomorrow. At 2:30 p.m. on Monday afternoon, he called. No apology or concern. Gave me a flat number for my car. No indication that he even cared if I purchased a car. Did not give me information on any of the incentives or rebates that Barney had told me were available. He truly sounded like he could care less whether I purchased or didn't purchase a car. Why should I, as a customer, have to beg a dealership to try and work with me to purchase a car? Customer service and customer care are non-existent with this organization. I guess they don't care if they sell cars. Stay away from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently bought a car from Central and had a great experience. Kevin was my dealer, and he knew everything there was about every car we looked at. The prices were very competitive and we got a great warranty deal on a used car. Kevin did everything for us from insurance, registration, warranty, etc. The process was incredibly easy and a lot of fun. I would highly recommend both Central and Kevin.

Yesterday I leased a Buick. Typically I buy my cars so this was my first time leasing. I was very apprehensive at first but was quickly put at ease by the staff at the dealership. I am not known to be easily pleased - my standards for customer service are high (as they should be since I'm spending my hard-earned money). I am also not known to keep my mouth shut when I'm not happy with the products or services I purchase, quite contrary - I make it known --- to everyone. That being said, I cannot emphasize more how truly delighted I am with my experience yesterday at Central Buick GMC. My salesperson Barney (and the several other staff that I dealt with yesterday) were very knowledgeable, extremely courteous, very professional, and extremely welcoming. They were not pushy in the least, nor were they remotely overly-aggressive in that stereotypical 'car salesman' way. Not at all! They were patient even after two snafus on my end caused them to have to redo ALL the paperwork to make a correction! I must say, Central Buick GMC really goes that extra mile to win your confidence. Aside from the snafus caused by yours truly, the entire buying process was quick, efficient and painless. The facility (including the bathroom) was spotless. When I got my new car it was spotless, my services were already set up or were connected quickly via one call from my salesperson (I had to be in the car at same time). I signed the paperwork late in the day and the staff actually stayed to make sure everything was all set for me. All in all a sterling example of EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT customer service. I could not be happier with my Buick Encore (BTW I looked at a lot of potential cars and dealerships all over Massachusetts, and I must say my Buick Encore was a superb choice). I most certainly do STRONGLY recommend Central Buick GMC to friends, family and anyone hoping to buy or lease an awesome new car quickly, efficiently and painlessly. If what I saw yesterday was the standard (and I believe it is) you cannot go wrong with Central Buick GMC!!

Central gave me a very good experience while searching for a new car, often times dealerships are pushy and aggrivating. However at central, I was helped by salesman Mike Tarantino who was extremely helpful and informative, he made the over all experience welcomming and exciting. I am still trying to finalize numbers for my new lease! The enitre process was simple! The atmosphere at the dealership is none like ive encountered before. Everyone is friendly and helpful with eachother and made this an easy decision for me. Mike helped me narrow down my long list of vehicles down to the Buick lacrosse. I love the car, however my decision was finalized directly from working with Mike. I would reccommend his help to anyone who is looking for a stress free, enjoyable experience. He made it seem fun to spend my lifes savings!

I walked in looking to buy a Terrain and was help by a guy named Ilir. He was straightforward with me after I told him what I wanted and didn't give me the usual runaround, he really knew what he was talking about. They have a wide selection so it took some time to get to the one I wanted, but they made me an offer that day. Other dealers didn't come close to the offer they made. Much easier experience than I've ever had before, definitely recommend them.

My wife had decided on a GMC Acadia, certified pre-owned, low mileage, preferrably a 2014. We had done our research and wanted one for a certain price. JT Price at the dealership was terrific to work with - returning calls and emails promptly, giving us a choice of interiors and colors. We traded in our Chevy and drove away with exactly what we wanted. The process and the people were terrific and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a GM product. We had compared them to two other dealerships and the experience was day and night. They were great.

My husband and I went to this dealership to buy a car we asked for a carfax and were not given one. We asked if the car had been in an accident and we were told it had not. 3 months later we had an issue with a windshield replacement it took 3 windshields to stop the leak which was when we found out we had been lied too the car had been in an accident and we are now over paying for a car that is not worth half of what we are paying for it. In the 6 months we have had the car there have been nothing but problems and no one seems to want to do anything about it. Their Get Centralized warranty that supposedly comes with throw used cars is a joke and their own service department had never even heard of it!!! These people are a bunch of crooks and no one should go there!!!!

This was a terrible experience from the start. These people lack integrity and honesty and have the intent of telling you what you want to hear and then lying to you. I dealt with a boy named Azir or Izir (something like that) and he was rude and confrontational during the experience. They had a 2009 Honda Odyssey which I drove an hour to see. I get there and the vehicle was less than clean, still needed service (allegedly) and was full of bumps and bruises. I made a solid offer on the vehicle anyway with the expectation that these issues would be addressed and it was accepted by the sales manager Stephen Smith. We agreed that I could get the vehicle the next day and waited to hear from them after it was finished being "safety checked". At 430pm, I received a text message that the vehicle was sold to someone else. What kind of respectable dealership sends you text messages when they are screwing you and selling a vehicle from underneath you. They made excuses and were down right rude all around. The sales boy Izir/Azir was especially rude and kept sending me ridiculous text messages about how I should have been willing to pay more for the vehicle. Stephen Smith was just being apologetic even though he had total control of the whole situation. He was just as bad as the sales boy. Crazy place.....NEVER GO THERE! Save yourself the time because you can never get that back!

Worst experience! I was leasing a 2011 hyundai and wanted to get rid of it. I had gone to a previous buick dealer but they didn't have the the color and wheels I liked but the price was reasonable so I thought central would be the same! I was wrong! The payments were gonna be $100 a month higher! Mark passed me off to the guy Des. He was helpful but he clearly was being overly nice so he could get the sale. We were there for 5 hours!!!!! After the sales manager was really rude and clueless I finally walked out! Stay away from central buick they time eating and unfriendly.

Long story short purchased a car from them about a 1 yr ago they promised to refund me for my cab ride(60.00) no big deal. Every time I called and asked about it they said you have to talk to Dennis , whom by the way was never there. I ask is there someone that can make a decision, they acted like I was out of line. Now the part that makes it worse is that to this day they send me emails and want to know if I'm interested in buying a car. I'm not even sure where to start on this review; from the classic bait and switched pulled by their online sales team to the horrendous post sale customer service I really don't have much nice to say about this place.I purchased a 2013 GMC Terrain from these folks just about a month ago. I was lured in with an online ad. I called the dealership when I found the car I wanted, they said I was in luck they still had it. I drove there immediately (20 mins) and when I got there I was told it had sold yesterday. They offered me a look at some "similar" cars. By similar they mean same make, model, step down trim, more miles, but the same price.My sales kid "Kevin" was new on the job. He was eager to assist and although he did have some product knowledge he would show over the next few weeks of hassles and disappointments that he either wasn't empowered, hadn't fully learned how to take care of a customer, or suffered from memory loss.After the bait and switch I did agree to buy another model car, mostly based on a fair offer from acquisition manager Bill on my trade in. I had many concerns about the car they wanted me to take all of which were outlined in a "we owe" paper they gave me on purchase. Minor scratches, a couple little dents, a pretty significant slit on the tailgate were all promised to be taken care of. Since the car was not yet in inventory they told me I couldn't take it that day, which would give them time to take care of the issues. Buff out the scratches, re-paint the tailgate, etc. Two days later they called me for the pick up. What a disappointment. Not one thing that was on the "we owe" list was taken care of. My sales kid Kevin was off that day and the joker that was handling the pick up was useless to say the least. After a bunch of so called "managers" passed the buck I finally told them I wasn't taking the car. Tim the business manager came out and was sympathetic to my concerns. Note: I also had beef with Tim as he tried to wax me for an interest rate about 2% higher than my bank offered me than quickly was able to drop it down once I had the other offer. Funny how that works. Tim said he would make me an appointment to get the problems fixed in the body shop but had more bad news... they forgot to register the car and they had no plates for me. Clearly I was upset to he problem solved by giving me dealer plates so I could take the car until my appointment a week later. I drove off to find out my XM radio was never activated nor was my OnStar, also I only received one key for this car. When I arrived back for my appointment the next week they still had no plates for me. Acquisition manager Bill got me set up and put me in a rental car for a couple days while the body shop worked on my new ride. Note: If you're a competitor you should swoop in on the Acquisition Manager, he appears to be the only guy in that place that is reliable. A couple days later I got a call from the body shop that the car was ready. I called Sales Kid Kevin and told him he better double check that all the stuff was done before I came down to get the car. He called me back with bad news, the tailgate was painted but nothing else was done. I also asked him where my second key was, he told me it was lost but he was looking for it. Kevin set me up with a THIRD appointment to pick up my car but this time he informed me they could not offer me a rental car for the day. I secured a rental car out of pocket and left my car with the key in it to be fixed on the day of my THIRD appointment. Around 1pm I got a call from Kevin... "The Dent Wizard" called out sick, my car would not be fixed today after all. I told Kevin I wasn't renting another car for my fourth appointment and he could drive up to my office to get the car himself. Also I asked for the status on the second key... he said they couldn't find it and I was basically out of luck. I thought... maybe the "Dent Wizard" could conjure up a spell to locate that missing key but since he was out sick and didn't leave his wand at the office I knew that wouldn't be an option. I told Kevin he better get me a second key, when you buy a car it comes with two keys. He said he didn't know what to do, I told him to call a locksmith. The next day Kevin showed up at my office and picked up my car, apparently the "Dent Wizard" was able to get some magic elixir that cured his mysterious ailment and made it to work. Kevin boasted that it only took him 10 minutes to fix the dent! Would have been nice if he spent that 10 minutes 3 weeks prior when I bought the car instead of trying to pull a disappearing act on their responsibilities. Kevin finally came through on something, he had the second key. Just when I thought I was done with these book worms for good, I got a letter in the mail from my insurance company. The plates on my trade in car had never been turned in and I would be on the hook for two insurance premiums for two cars this month. 1 that I owned, 1 that Central Buick GMC Owned. I called Central and got passed around on the phone, left a voicemail, and asked to speak to a manager. The guy (who I am almost certain is the internet sales manager) hung up on me mid sentence when I was trying to tell him I already left a voicemail for the person he was trying to transfer me too. Note: this guy is a stereotypical used car slime type, probably responsible for the original bait and switch. Also he has a super creepy beard, and probably sells no window vans on the side. Finally 26 days after I bought a car and traded in mine, Central Buick GMC turned in the plates on my trade in. I do like the GMC Terrain, I would recommend it to shoppers. However I would recommend you go elsewhere to another dealership to make your purchase.

I purchased a Lincoln town car from them a few months back. I'm happy with my car however not with the way I was treated after. I flew in to Boston Logan airport and was told to take a cab and that they will pay for it. Here we are months later and after many calls to the dealership I have not been able to even speak to Dennis the used car manager whom said they will mail me a check. It was for $60.00. Mind you it's not the money it's that fact that they said they would and told me they will call me back and never did. Asked other managers to look into it or make a decision and them same attitude, well you will have to talk to Dennis whom never answers or returned my calls.

To be fair, I'm just going to say that this review is to a particular sales consultant and NOT the dealership as a whole. However it is unfortunate that this particular person could make our experience so bad.Mark Fay was a very nice gentleman but he passed us off to a different sales consultant named David. We had an appointment for a car that had been sold the previous day and no one called us to let us know (obviously, because they still wanted us to come in) so we still went. When we went to ask about our car, Mark told David to show us the "'12" even though the car we made an appointment for was a 2011 so right away my husband and I felt like they were really shady. When we got to the car, sure enough it wasn't the car we were supposed to see and we commented as such. He went back in and checked and he said the car was sold. So then he told us that we can look around the lot and look for ones that we wanted and he didn't know any of the prices for anything even though we told him we had a budget so he was just telling us to pick random cars even though that didn't make sense since we were blindly looking for cars that may or may not be in our price point.Then he got frustrated when he kept referring back to our budget and said "look i just want your business, i don't want to waste my time". I was FLOORED. I could not believe he would say something like that.Then he brought us in and we were going over different cars in his database and he showed us a really ugly colored car in a make and model we weren't interested in and said that the color would match well with "dirt, sand, and salt" like that was supposed to make the appeal any better. To further convince us, he said color should be the least of our concern which bothered me because if you're going to spend 20k on something as big as a car you might as well get what you want.Overall, we could not get out of there fast enough and we went somewhere else that really took care of our needs.

The whole experience from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I drove away in my new (to me) car very pleasant. Mark presented me with a large inventory of used vehicles and arranged a couple of test drives. The car I got was, in my opinion, a steal. Even though it was priced very aggressively, I was still able to get a few $$$ off.I would definitely recommend Mark and Central Buick GMC to anyone looking for a new car. When the time comes to replace my current GM truck, Central Buick GMC will be at the top of my list of dealer to visit.

I spoke to mark (internet sales manager) numerous times. To make a long story short, I had specifically asked him if this particular vehicle I was pricing out had everything I was looking for. He swore that the vehicle had everything I wanted, we came to a price for the vehicle. I emailed him one last time to make sure that he was going to be at the dealership on jan. 27 2013. because i would be driving 2 hrs to see him, he said yes. I got there and he was not even on the schedule to work, he lied. Then I spoke with another salesman and the vehicle he priced out for me had 0, NADA, NONE of the options we spoke about. I wasted 2 freaking hours driving up there for ABSOLUTELY nothing. THANK YOU MARK FAY!!!!!!! I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.

Dealing with Central Buick GMC was a very pleasant experience. It was a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived at the dealership and everyone I worked with was very professional and not pushy. Great customer service, the buying process was pain-free, very fast and efficient, I was even able to leave the same day with the vehicle I just purchased. I first contacted Rob Grasso via email. His response time and helpfulness were refreshing. The other dealers I contacted didnt seem to want to earn my business. The selection of Acadia's at Central is bigger than the other places we contacted.The kids are enjoying the Acadia as much as we do (DVD Player). Oh, and Joe in the business office is a sweetheart to deal with-ask him to show you his Lobster Shop Scrapbook!

Very helpful staff. Each member made the experience easy and enjoyable. This was my first time at this newly opened addition to the central family and I will most deffinetly be recommending this dealership to Any family or friends that are in need of a new or used car.
