I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Typical salesmen. Say what needs to be said to make the sale. Sold me a truck on very poor condition. I'm sure steps were taken to make sure your check engine light wasn't on when I first received it. Put some type of paint on the rims to make them look black until I got the truck and washed it. Said "The AC is blowing cold TODAY". Makes sense since there's obviously a leak and if you add freon it only lasts a couple days. Completely poor exchange and horrible company. Lesson learned.

I found a vehicle at this dealership online, called in advance to let them know i was coming and filled out a pre-approval application. By the time I arrived at the dealership, they already had me approved, and the car ready for me to test drive. They were very friendly, and the customer service was great. I was able to leave with the car a couple of hours later. Highly recommend them.

Outstanding Customer Service and Vehicle Quality

I purchased a 05 Ford Expedition from Cedar Auto Group that is rock solid and beautiful inside and out. By far this has been the best encounter that I have ever had with a car dealership. All members of the group were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make sure that I was receiving outstanding service. I had inquired about the vehicle via email on a Sunday and did not expect an answer until Monday when the dealer was open. Much to my surprise, my email was answered on Sunday even though they were technically closed. My vehicle was being detailed when I arrived for a test drive. I am still floored by how thoroughly my vehicle was cleaned; interior, exterior AND under the hood. It is fantastic that all Cedar Auto vehicles are treated with such care. I am aware of the cost the dealer pays for detailing and it is not cheap! However, I drove away in a vehicle that looks brand new. I am so proud of how clean my vehicle is!! My credit union even commented about Cedar's website stating Wow, they really have allot of nice vehicles!" I noted to the salesman that the Ford was pulling slightly to the right when driving. Before I left from the test drive, the vehicle was taken to have a front end alignment and tire balance at Goodyear at no cost to me. The salesman immediately provided a solution to the only concern that I had about the Ford. I have so many positives to say about this car dealer, it is impossible to list them all. I will most definitely buy from this dealer again and I gladly refer my friends to Cedar Auto Group. Thank you for a pleasant buying experience!! Very Honest and Hardworking people!

I bought my Honda Accord 2008 with them over 8 months ago now. I personally have bad luck with buying used cars. I have fallen into a lot of traps of buying cheap cars and spending a lot of money fixing them. Ahmad from Cedar group is a friend of mine. I decided to go with his company and buy a car from them and so far I am reaping the benefits of my car. I bought my car at 110,000 miles and I have already driven 15,000 miles in 8 months and so far no problems at all. These guys are good. They are very selective of the kind of cars they have in their inventory and sell you only reliable cars. So thank you my friend.

We just purchased 2009 ford edge on Wednesday Jan 27 2016 great price, vehicle is very nice. He made some really good Turkish coffee for us to enjoy while he was doing our paperwork. Great Cars at great prices with honest dealers!

My husband and I just welcomed our first son into the world back in November and to help with bills while I was on maternity leave, since it was unpaid, we decided to sell one of our cars since we didn't both need to be driving. We also had tiny cars and wanted to get a bigger vehicle to comfortably fit our family of four, particularly a Honda Odyssey. Towards the end of my maternity leave we were searching vigorously since I would soon be returning to my full time job and we needed two vehicles to commute. We looked at many places but were not finding a Honda Odyssey that we liked at a price we were comfortable with. Then one day on Cars.com, I came across a beautiful Grey 2006 Honda Odyssey (Leather seats, sun roof, DVD player, power everything, cruse control, ect.) at an amazing price. I hesitated a little when I saw it was from a dealership since I had not had very good experiences with other dealerships in the past, but I decided to take a chance and check it out anyways. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful as soon as we walked through the door. They handed us the keys and gave us the space we needed to look over the vehicle for ourselves. We absolutely fell in love with the Odyssey and good timing too since I would have to go back to work two days later. We needed to be able to take the car home that day but were running into the problem of the banks not being open. My mother had come with us and offered to put the money down in full and then we would go to the bank that Monday and take out a loan to buy it back from her. The only problem with that was that we would have to pay the tax and title twice doing it that way. Alex, our seller, saw how much we needed this car and understood our dilemma. He agreed to hold the check from my mother so we could take the vehicle and when the banks opened on Monday, they got the transaction squared away so that we would only have to pay tax and title once and the check was returned to my mother . I have never had a dealer that cared about their customers so much. He put his faith in us and I will never forget that. They also gave us an oil change for free and ran from Akron to Wooster and hand delivered the title to the bank to ensure everything was done right. My mother and I were so impressed, she and my father came up a week later and purchased a vehicle as well! I tell all my friends who are car searching to go to this dealership! They have made a customer for life and have restored my faith in a dealership! Thank you Cedar Auto group!

HONEST! GREAT TO WORK WITH!

I was looking for a very specific car and found Cedar Auto Group on line. They had what I wanted and worked with me over the phone to purchase the car. They were willing to accommodate a Sunday pick up for me so I wouldn't miss work to make the 150 mile trip to get the car. Alex is very honest and easy to work with. He even reimbursed me for an incidental issue that neither of us knew about at the time of purchase. I would buy another car from this dealer in a heart beat.

Actually, It was my first time to buy a used car in US. I just arrived about 3 weeks ago and had many difficulties to making my choice for settlement in US. We drove and hour and a half to purchase a starter car for our son. Very friendly staff without all of the "high pressure" salesman trying to land a sale. We took our time and test drove many cars. At one point I probably had more keys in my pocket than they did in the shop. LOL! All of their cars are very clean and are worth taking a look at if you are looking to purchase a good car for a fair price.

I purchased a 2006 VW Passat 3.6L 4motion from Mo this weekend. My buying experience was the best I have ever had at any dealership. Mo is very honest and fair when dealing with people, and he carries the correct inventory for his location. I had been searching for a vehicle for a few weeks, when I saw that there was a Passat at Cedar. I dropped by for a look but the car was not exactly what I was looking for. Mo described some of the other inventory he had, and suggested that I look another Passat that he was selling. There was no "up-sale" pressure that is so familiar at other big name car lots. He just described the car to me, showed it to me, then left me alone to give the car a thorough inspection. After about twenty minutes of going over the car, which he never interrupted me once, I had a few questions. Mo had the Car-Fax report waiting for me in the office and we discussed the car. Two days later, I am the very happy, and satisfied owner of the Passat. I have been, and will continue to recommend Cedar to anyone I speak to who are looking for a used vehicle. I was interested in a hybrid and Cedar was one of several places I decided to visit. At two other lots I found salesmen who couldn't be bothered to speak to me, and a third I got the typical used car "pushy salesman" experience. At Cedar, Moh made himself available without hovering. Of the three lots, he was the only salesman who seemed knowledgable about hybrid vehicles. How can you expect to sell a car when you don't know anything about it?The cars at Cedar were cleaner and in much better condition than anything else I drove that day. When you add the best prices I found that day to the list, the choice was easy.5/5, would buy from Cedar and Moh again.

Great Dealership

Overall I was very happy with the buying process of my 2009 Honda Civic. Alex seems to be an honest dealer, which is not very common in many dealerships today. He really wanted to make the costumer happy with his service. The dealership was clean and orderly, with a good inventory. There were no problems with paying and getting the title through the mail the next week. Everything went smoothly with the purchase of the vehicle. I have been driving my newer car for a month now and it hasn't had any problems yet. I'm really happy with my purchase.

Excellent service and good deal

Got a good deal on a used Prius. Staff was professional and friendly and got things done. Very understanding when I made a mistake with my available funds and I had to come back a couple days later. These guys are pretty legit. They sell lots of Priuses because they are solid cars. Good service all around.

Used Car Shopping Made Easy!

I was out to buy our youngest daughter a used car. She had her heart set on a used Prius. There were 2 on the lot, one a little less expensive than the other, we let them know we had a budget to stay within so we would only be looking at the cheaper one. We test drove it and told Mohammad that we were interested. Much to our dismay we discovered that the car had been sold over the weekend and he was not aware. Moe quickly went to work to see what kind of deal he could make us on the more expensive one. He called his brother and had the car there for us to test drive within 20 minutes. Moe and his brother served us the most delicious Turkish coffee while we waited. He explained how he got in to selling cars and that he works with his 2 brothers. I was impressed with Moe's commitment to his family and his customers. We left with an offer but wanted to look at a few other cars. After dealing with a few more car salesmen we pretty easily made the decision to return to Cedar Auto Group to buy from them. We celebrated with another delicious cup of Turkish coffee. Mohommad and his brothers are hard working honest men. It felt good to give my business to a family rather than a huge car dealership. Thanks again Moe!!

An excellent car buying experience

I was not sure what to expect as I had not bought from a small car dealer before, but I was pleasantly surprised by Cedar Auto Group. Everyone there was very professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy for me. I had expressed some concern with a damaged seat and the overall look of the car when I saw it, as I thought that it could have been cleaner when I first took it for a test drive. Moe said he would have the car cleaned up for me and the seat fixed when I came back the next week, and that is exactly what happened. Moe explained his company's way of buying and selling cars, and I was very impressed with his approach to the car business. I was very happy to find Moe and his two brothers, who were also helpful. Plus, I feel I got an excellent price. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Honest and very kind buying expierence

My husband and I drove about 4 hours to come here to look at the prius's that they had for sale. We test drove 2 of them and We loved both. The blue 2008 prius that we bought is great and I love it . I was extremely nervous about purchasing a used car as I have had many car issues in the past. Thankfully I found a 2008 Subaru Impreza at Cedar Auto Group and had a great experience. Alex provided excellent customer service. We would have had a 6 hour drive to Ohio but he met us half way cutting it down to a 3 hour drive which we greatly appreciated. We brought the car to the Subaru dealership for an inspection 2 days after the purchase and the inspection was very good--the car only needed minor repairs and nothing was in the red. This car was priced considerably below blue book value. It was a great deal and we will definitely check with Alex if we are looking for another car in the future. Highly recommended.

Very Satisfied

I was extremely nervous about purchasing a used car because of bad luck in the past. We ended up purchasing a 2008 Subaru Impreza from Alex this past Saturday. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. We took the car to a Subaru dealership today and the repairs it needs were minor. We got not only a great deal on the car but excellent customer service--we would have had to drive 6 hours for it but Alex met us with it halfway which made everything go a lot smoother than it probably would have. I would highly recommend Cedar Auto Group to anyone looking to buy a used car.

A Few Hiccups in Communication, But No Regrets!

It has been just over 30 days since I bought my 2001 Toyota Tundra from Moe. My buying experience started with a slight miscommunication when I called and asked to come look at the truck. I was told the truck would be on the lot so I packed up after work and headed out. I got to Cedar Auto Group, but unfortunately they had just sent it to have the brakes redone. No problem, I left my name and number and asked for a call back when it came back to the lot. After a few days I got impatient and called and was told it would be back on lot that day, so I packed up and headed back to see Moe. I fell in love with the truck instantly. It fits all my needs, looks great, and was a fantastic buy. I worked a deal with Moe and told him I would be back with my letter for financing. I showed up letter in hand on July 2nd, and walked out with keys to my truck. However, the truck was not 100%. Within the first 10 hours the A/C quit working and the check engine light came on. I was really worried because I did sign a "As Is" form. I called Moe on July 3rd and explained my issues. He said he would call his shops and get me a time to get it looked at, but because of the Holiday it might be a few days. I showed back up to see Moe on Thursday 10th at 12:00 for my appointment to take it to the garage. Moe called his garage, but he was busy with a head gasket replacement. Moe asked me to leave the truck and they would take it to the shop. I explained that my wife wouldn't be off work for another 4 hours. Moe came through big time and lent me a vehicle from the lot. I got a call late Friday that my truck was done and I said I would be back to pick it up Saturday morning. Moe met me Saturday morning and I informed him I put $20 in gas in the loaner vehicle to get it back to where it was when I borrowed it. Moe immediately reached into his pocket and was going to reimburse me. I politely declined and told him it was the least I could do since he got my truck fixed for free and gave me the loaner. I have had zero issues with my truck since then other than my wife wanting to take it all the time instead of the family van. Thanks Moe and Cedar Auto Group!

Honest, Friendly, Great Prices and Nice Cars

I have always preferred leasing or financing new cars because used car salesmen are often very "difficult" people to deal with. Faced with a situation where I had to buy a used car with a limited budget, I went from one to the next car lot all around cleveland, olmsted, youngstown, canton and Akron; until I came across Mohammad at Cedar Auto. He has around 40 cars in his lot, most of them in great shape and better prices. I was particularly interested in a Subaru impreza and an Acura TSX, and went with the latter in the end. But regardless of my preferences, throughout the process, Moe was very nice, accommodating and patient. He is very up front and honest about his cars and the whole process, which is very refreshing after you have been around. Even after the sale was concluded, he was very much in touch and on top of the title transfers and was very cooperative about the paperwork and any queries I had following the sale. Whether you end up buying from him or not, I highly recommend a visit to his car lot if you intend to buy or sell a used car.

Great, low pressure buying experience

All of the vehicles on the lot were in great condition and worth consideration. They gave me plenty of time to look over the vehicle on my own without putting pressure on me to buy immediately. They drove 30+ miles to my house after the sale to replace a broken seatbelt latch that I found before the sale. I am very pleased with the way I was treated and with my vehicle.

Great Customer Service & Great Price

Drove from Dayton 200 miles, to see Acura TSX 2008, that I saw online. Car was in fantastic condition looked great on website and better in person. Negotiated price thru email with Alex. They (Abe, Moe, & Alex) allowed me to test drive car for as long as I liked. Explained to Alex I wanted to have car inspected by local Acura dealer. Abe, Moe, & Alex had no problem allowing that request. Acura dealer said car was in great condition. Looked for 2006-2007 TSX for 4 months. Price they gave me on 2008 was better than any other 2006, 2007 or 2008 online in top condition. Kind, understanding & outstanding customer service. Would recommend to anyone 10 out of 10 times.

We spotted our van on the way home from a long day of shopping and test driving. Great Pricing Drove from Pittsburgh Pa.

Drove to Akron from Pittsburgh, Pa. to get a good deal on a Honda CR-V. The prices in Pgh are very high and their prices are very reasonable. Alex and Moe were very patient, friendly and honest. We liked their Turkish coffee. They let us take our time test driving the car and answered our questions. The deal went smoothly on both sides. Nice selection of vehicles.

Lexus IS 250

I was looking for an AWD drive car because winter was coming and my old honda accord car was very slippery on snow. So i searched online and Cedar Auto Group came up. I looked at there selection of cars and really liked the Lexus IS 250 2009. I called them and they were very friendly and honest. Ever since i bought my Lexus i have no trouble with it at all and it is perfect on snow. I love it. I recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a used car to go to Cedar Auto Group. They are very helpful and have many cars out for you to look at.

Had vehicle but no title for it

We were looking for a Honda minivan. We called the dealer and they had one. We liked it and wanted to buy it. He told us to send him our address etc. and he will email us the papers to buy it. After we sent the info we heard nothing. After a tremendous amount of phone calls I finally called from a different number and he answered. He said they had the vehicle but not the title so he couldn't sell it. I understand things go wrong sometimes but not only did they not contact me about the problems they were having but they didn't want to communicate when I tried to call them.

Wish I Would Have Started Here

I would recommend this car lot to any of my friends. I was looking for a car for my son, and ended up purchasing one for my daughter also. Moe and Alex are brothers and are attentive, fair, and honest. Moe showed me exactly what they had invested in each vehicle, including their purchase price. They were flexible with my schedule when I wanted to take both cars to my mechanic to be inspected. They are both quality vehicles that were accurately represented on their website (actually, better in person), and the paper work was fast and efficient. I wish I would have known about this lot when I started my search because it would have saved me two weeks of frustration. Moe even called me to make sure how I wanted the title to the car we bought outright delivered to me. I'm so grateful to have found their lot. I'll be back in 2 years when my current lease expires to buy my 3rd car from them!

Amazing Service!

My husband and I recently bought an Audi A4 for our college age daughter. Moe took care of us from start to finish. We were initially looking for a 2003-2004 because that seemed to fit our budget for this vehicle. Instead we asked to see a car that Moe had on the lot that was a 2005 1/2. My daughter drove this car and really liked the newer style. As it was over our initial budget since it was newer, we continued our search. After being disappointed multiple times looking at other cars, we went back to Akron and looked at this Audi for a second time. Both times my husband and I liked the honest answers and "look you in the eye" approach from Moe. We were concerned that the Audi's back brakes would need to be immediately replaced and Moe took care of that. Without altering the agreed upon price, he had the back brakes and rotors replaced at his expense. He also volunteered to deliever the car to us after the repairs were completed! During this entire process, Moe took exceptional care of us and made us feel that we were getting the right car for our child. Great Experience!

Five stars does not even do justice for this dealership! This dealership is out of this world. I was set on an Audi A6. After looking at dealerships in Cleveland, I decided to expand my search and I am so glad I did. I found my car at Cedar Auto Group, it was perfect and as soon as I saw it, I knew it was mine! Alex was amazing and offered me a deal I could not refuse. I was able to get the car a lot less than dealers wanted and this car had less miles, go figure! Cedar Auto Group has every car you can think of. It was well worth the drive and I will definitely go back for future car purchases. Great place to buy a car!

I will be contacting the Cedar Auto Group when I need another car. Moe is the best car dealer I have worked with and I have been buying cars for 30 years. I will tell everyone I know to contact him when they need a car. The buying process was honest and quick. I just completed a road trip of over 750 miles with the car I purchased and it worked perfect! FYI, its a Prius, I got 52 MPG and my wife drove part of the way.

Grand Caravan

Our van was in a flood here in Pittsburgh Pa. While looking for a used van to replace ours, here locally, we found that the vans we were going to look at were NOT as nice as the dealers showed. A couple vans we saw, weren't even the vans in the pictures !!! We found a 2008 Grand Caravan on the internet at 11pm and drove 2 1/2 hours to get to their lot. Upon arrival, we were pleased to see that the pictures and the desctiption were, at the very least, accurate. The pictures did not do this van justice, the van was alot nicer than the pictures showed. We drove the van and were still impressed with it. Dealing with Ibe, couldn't have been easier. He made the price what I needed it to be and we bought the van. We didnt have to spend the whole day there haggling over stupid little things, it was awesome.. We went, we saw and drove then bought. ALL CAR DEALERS SHOULD OPERATE LIKE THESE GUYS. Even though they are not in my neighborhood, I will refer them to anyone I know who is looking for a car. My husband and I recently bought a 2007 Honda Odyssey from this dealer. We drove over 3 hours to get there and they very kindly held on to the vehicle we were coming to see. A Fine Buying Experience

I used Cars.com to find the type of vehicles I wanted in a radius near my home. The Cedar Auto Group was professional, courteous, friendly, and most fair. This is a family operation. I was recently burned by another small dealer but this experience was exactly the opposite. The cars were well represented on line. Negotiations were very amicable. I was treated like an intelligent adult and respected as a customer. It may seem hard to believe but I wound up buying two cars from the Cedar Group. I went to Akron to look at two possibilities and wound up purchasing them both. My next search for a used car will begin at the Cedar Auto Group.

Not only did he have the Acura we were looking for, but he was the first salesman who was honest, straightforward and made the whole car buying process easy for us. Absolutely Horrible

I attempted to buy a vehicle from this place and I'm very glad I didn't go through with it. The people that I talked to were both misleading and rude. The person I talked to was screaming and angry when I tried to negotiate $500 off the asking price.They didn't want to work with me on the price whatsoever so I gave up and self financed for the full price that they asked. When I got back to them with the money they quoted me in hand they told me the price was $900 higher than the price listed on the internet before taxes. I would never buy a car from this dealership. They really tried to rip me off and they were very disrespectful.

Worst Experience Ever!!!!!!!!

Long story short this worthless dealership is ran by two brothers (Alex, and Moe). I saw a vehicle online and I made an offer. The dealer agreed to it and even sent me a bill of sale. I called my bank and got approved for the loan and my bank sent them a loan approval receipt. Called the dealer and they said everything was fine and they would hold the car. I received the check from the bank the next day and sent it through the mail on a Thursday. The next day (Friday) they called me and regretted to inform me that they had sold the car that day. Another supposed brother who remained unnamed had no idea that the car was supposed to be held for me. Needless to say stay as far away from this dealer as possible. I am beyond livid. Never in my life would a reputable dealer do such a thing.

What a breath of fresh air - someone that is honest and fully disclosed as much information as possible on a used car - played no games - no hidden fees and bent over backwards to meet my wants and needs. Alex and his brother were great. This a family owned small business that beens selling cars for years. The Car industry is full of evasive and often dishonest individuals and companies, it can be hard find the right vehicle at a good price and get the facts on a used car, but if you call these guys thy will honestly help you. I looked at several cars (drove over 300 miles) before I found the one I bought at Ceder Auto Group (156 miles from my home) - its worth the trip.

Great car with good price

The car I bought from this dealer is great. I believe that one of them has a good eye for finding a car. There was a check engine lamp on. Oxygen sensor and fan problem. They repaired them all at their own expense even after I got the quote from them. Very good deal.

They are very friendly and kind people before you buy a car. BUT they will be changed after you buy it. Don't trust whatever they say. Need specialized inspection and make a legal document to protect your money.

Approximately a year and a half ago my wife and I drove up from Columbus to Prestige Auto Group (down the street from Cedar Auto Group) to purchase a used Acura TSX that we found online. After calling Prestige to get more info and to be sure everything checked out, we made the 2+ hour drive with cash in hand to purchase the car. What we found upon arrival was a beat up, keyed, and flat tired mess (that looked nothing like the strategically taken photos online). I was so absolutely infuriated I didn't even walk in to the dealer, and turned around to drive home, out 5 hours from my weekend, and quite a few gallons of gas. On the drive back to the freeway, my wife pointed out Cedar Auto Group and we noticed all of the cars were very clean and shiny and the dealership was well put together overall. We figured we had nothing to lose so we pulled in. Upon turning into the lot, we immediately saw a shiny black Acura TL (a step up from the TSX model we initially came to see down the street). We were met by Mohammed ("Moe"), the owner of Cedar Auto, and he gave us all the details of the car and pointed out all of the small cosmetic issues. My wife and I took the car for a spin and everything was perfect. After sitting down with Moe and going over the financial logistics, we came to an agreement on price and I was very satisfied with the great deal he was able to provide us. In addition, he also was able to give me a higher than expected trade in price for the older Acura I was upgrading from. In between the business talk, Moe told us a little bit about the history of his business and was very personable. A year and a half later, the Acura TL is still functioning perfectly and has had zero mechanical issues. I am now in the process of upgrading our other car, and will absolutely be looking at Cedar Auto Group's inventory for the next vehicle. Great dealership and great ownership! Thanks Moe.
