I made an offer on a Chevrolet Silverado that they had put on ebay.I got a call from Paul,He confirmed the offer, and told me the offer was excepted and asked when I wanted to pick it up.I went to the dealership, test drove the vehicle. They done the paperwork, gave me a temp.tag and I've been driving it since.Thank you Paul for the more than fair price you sold me the truck for and the easy transaction.Robert Hite.

I have now purchased two Toyota's from Carver Toyota and have been thrilled with the customer experience both times (2017 Toyota Sienna XLE with AWD and a 2016 Toyota RAV4 with AWD). The sales team and financing folks are about as good as they come and made it a quick and easy experience including very fair trades on my two trade-ins. Why buy a Toyota in Indy when there is a dealership hungry for your business right by the Edinburgh outlets.

I am very pleased with the service Toyota gave me. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect but Jason Teague was very knowledgeable which made me feel at ease. His years of experience gave me the confidence that I would be buying a car that day. And sure enough I left the dealer with a new car within my exact price range. We will definitely be coming back in the future to purchase another car from Jason! Thank you!

We have all been a bit squeamish at some point when entering the doors of a car dealership. After two vehicle purchases at Carver Toyota I have found the sales staff very easy to work with. The environment is laid back and very comfortable. The facilities themselves are above par compared to some places I have been. They have a very nice customer lounge with free snacks, drinks, and even a kids play area. Totally recommend you check out when shopping for your next vehicle.

I bought a 5 year warranty on wheels and tires that was recommened to me by the salesman (charlie) and less than 6 months later I hit a piece of metal that was in the road which flattened a tire. I drove on the spare tire for over 2 weeks while they (amy) worked on my claim. After several phone calls from me and so and so will get back with you which they didn't until I went to the car sales only to find out the claim was denied...how can a 5 year warranty get denied after only 6 months!! Carver toyota sold me a piece of very expensive paper that was worth nothing. I was told by Amy to just get my money back on the warranty, but after all the deductions they will keep on something never used anyway what was the use that was just an easy way for Amy to get rid of me and Charlie is still working on it.. My family has bought 3 new trucks one in 2015 and two in 2016 plus my sports car from this business and the bad business and treatment I received we will never go back.

I was lucky enough to find the used vehicle I wanted at Carver Toyota. It was an hour drive for me to get there but I couldn't of been happier with the sales team and especially Tim Myers, one of the finance managers. After the deal was made we had a talk about my previous loan and interest rate. He, even though he didn't have to, fought for a better deal and found one. Saved me $2400 and nearly $40 a month. Blew me away to get that phone call. Thank you

I have purchased a new car from Carver recently, and they have been my go-to for service for several years on a prior Toyota I own. Every single time I go there, I always leave feeling like things were handled promptly, professionally, and was a really easy experience. Both the service and the sales staff are well-trained and very courteous, and I could not speak more highly of them than any dealership I've ever done business with. I'm lucky to have them in the area.

I'm from Texas and that's a good feeling being so far from home. I have never felt so confident in buying a car. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I have everything I need for successful payments, repairs, oil changes and more. I went in expecting to be turned away, instead these two made things happen!!

Received a quote from the service department to replace 2 gaskets. Dropped the car off and requested used parts be saved for me. Returned to pick up the car and only one gasket had been replaced. Technician included an o-ring in with the one used gasket. My car has a timing chain tensioner gasket and does not have an o-ring. Invoice included charges for the timing chain tensioner gasket but narrative stated they replaced o-ring. Called and spoke with Service Manager who investigated complaint. He determined the technician did not replace the timing chain tensioner gasket and stated the technician told him he took the o-ring out of his toolbox. Arranged a time to return to the dealership to have the second gasket replaced. Service Manager seemed to sincerely want to rectify the situation, however, it should not have been necessary to return a second time to have the work performed.

We bought our new RAV4 from Carver. I will give them a ton of credit in their patients and walking us through the vehicle selection process. We took about a year from discussions to final purchase. We looked at several vehicles. We went to more than one Toyota dealer. Carver was the best of the Toyota dealerships and a top competitor to the others. I will say Carver even after we bought the vehicle has been helpful as we learn all the features on our new RAV4. I will give them a chance for the next vehicle. I would recommend you give them a chance as well.

I had three problems:1- I found the car that I bought on ebay, and I had been bidding on it. I went and looked at it, and decided that I would purchase it. Shortly after getting home I found that they had accepted my offer on Ebay (the car was in my driveway) for $1500 less. I gave them that offer and stood firm on it until I believed they would not move to it. I should have waited and just bought it online.2- They listed 2 things on the car data form they gave me that were not even on the car (trailer hitch, rear a/c). That kind of gave me a false impression of the car's worth. 3- After signing all the papers they gave me the keys and told me one of them did not work. Charlie gave me his word that it was a battery (honest mistake). It was late and the service dept was closed. I could purchase a battery anywhere so I told him it was no big deal. I went home opened the casing and found the battery had leaked all over the circuit board. Thus, making it unusable. I called my salesman (not charlie), and pleaded for help. He eventually stopped talking to me via email. I then called Charlie he said he would look into it and call me back. A week later VERY angry I called back, and spoke with Aimee. She looked into the issue and decided that there was nothing she would do. She did not have any evidence he ever told me any of this, and that none of the other issues were things I needed to be compensated for. All I asked for was a new key fob. They would not oblige. So here I am telling anyone who will listen to STAY AWAY. If you do go WATCH YOUR BACK. They do not have your interests in mind. If they make a promise get it in writing. This was a terrible display of customer service.

Because I live roughly 30 miles away, I searched their inventory on their website the night before. I arrived, without calling ahead, and didn't have to wait for a sales person to assist me. I was interested in a vehicle that I, nor any of my friends, had any experience with. So, I wasn't sure what to expect. That particular vehicle didn't meet my expectations. But, that wasn't the fault of the dealership. They did not mis represent the vehicle or try to tell me what they thought I wanted to hear. I've recently visited other dealerships and it seems every vehicle was traded in by a "little old lady who only drove it to the post office and grocery store once a week." The salesman I dealt with was Joshua Branum. He treated me with respect, even though my attire wasn't, to say the least, dressy. Even after the test drive, and I informed him I wasn't going to buy this vehicle, his demeanor didn't change. I will be checking this dealership's inventory, online, regularly and certainly will consider purchasing my next vehicle, here.

Went to purchase used car for my daughter. Salesman texted me numerous times throughout the day about us coming and when we would be there. Got there, he told us it was a 50 min drive from where we live, maybe in a Ferrari, it was 1 hour and 25 minutes. He was in a hurry, place was about to close, and didnt even go on the test drive with us because he was busy. We wanted the car anyway and he was very rude in the conversations we had, arrogant and told me basically he didnt care if I bought it or not because he wasn't making any money. Then, the best part-he kept my daughter and my drivers license and refused to respond to me, He was too busy because it was a holiday weekend...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE --NOT!!! I called his manager and the GM and he never returned my call. Told me If I really needed them to drive back and get them. We had several instances we needed the ID to handle business transactions....I asked them to overnight them and no one there knew how to do it! I am really shocked at the ignorance and lack of caring, I would not buy a wagon from them.....

Needing a car on rather short notice and limited down payment I was resigned to buying from an owner. I checked 4 dealerships in the area finding nothing suitable. When I got to Carver Toyota Paul Dyer listened as I explained my situation and in minutes he had several vehicles to offer me. Off the top of his head he knew what inventory I needed to see. As we progressed through 3 cars he suggested we talk with the finance manager. Imagine my surprise when I drove away in a 2012 RAV4 that was within my budget. I felt like Paul and Tyler cared about my situation and worked hard to make it happen. The vehicle is in excellent condition and far exceeds my expectations. Thank you Paul and Tyler.

I had a 2002 Toyota Camry that had never let me stranded and was by far the best vehicle I had ever owned and I've owned a lot over the last 30 years of driving. Almost zero maintenance costs as I accumulated 250,000 miles. Decided to finally get a more modern car and was completely open minded to ANY vehicle that I thought could replace my 02. Decided to try Carver Toyota. Met the most down to earth and accommodating salesman Charlie Wylonis and ended up with an incredible deal on a brand new 2014.5 Camry. The dealership is emaculate. Waiting room is unlike any I've ever seen. Fish aquarium and Starbucks coffee!!!! R U kidding me?! Been through their service department twice now and they are incredibly professional, courteous and super efficient. Now I have years of looking forward to owning another Camry and a team that'll be there for me should I ever need them. Great Job Carver Toyota!!!

I have had nothing but great service at Carver Toyota in sales and service. I inquired online for a new vehicle and within minutes had a response with my questions answered. When I went in to test drive, I was greeted and had the car I was interested in pulled up and ready to take for a drive. Sales associates were friendly and the purchase process was the easiest one I have had to date. Finance was promote and painless. I have had my new car in once for service and had a great experience as well. Amanda helped me in the service area and greeted me with a smile and was treated with respect. I would recommend Carver to anyone purchasing a vehicle in the Indianapolis area.

Everything went great- nice car, nice salesman- until I was ready to buy. I waited for over an hour for the finance manager, then when we discussed final numbers the salesman came back to apologize. He stated that they had a problem with the price they had on the car, based on the money they had in it. He reassured me it had nothing to do with me and asked if they could get it straightened out and call me in a few days. I agreed and left. No one ever called me back and I never heard another word about it. I went elsewhere and found another car 2 weeks later.

Dealer sold me a 2013 Corolla with tires worn down to wear bars! They would not replace tires; offered to sell me tires at dealer cost, but would not tell me what the cost of the tires would be. Fortunately, I did not pay their asking price. While I feel that the vehicle is fundamentally sound, selling a vehicle with worn out tires is selling an unsafe vehicle! I will never do business with this dealer again.

I contacted this dealer to purchase a car and they were very helpful and friendly with getting me in the door. Once I arrived the car was waiting for me, clean and ready to go. The saleman was very friendly until he realized that he wasn't going to make a lot of money since I had my own financing. I bought the car none the less because it was and is a nice car. However, now my trade has not been paid off after 17 days for a cash deal. Every day its not paid off I am being charged interest. The car saleman will not call me back, the operator will not connect me to a manager, and the lady the does the payoff to the bank is "not available" every time I call. I am really disappointed in this dealer and will NOT be back to buy the NEW Camry for my wife because of this piss poor service experience.

I went with my daughter on her first trip to try to buy a car. The salesman was pushy and only really wanted to talk about the payment amounts even though she had been per approved at our bank and had a check in hand. He kept trying to tell us that the bank we had used for many years was no good at auto loans.I finally forced the point that we needed to see a difference number between the selected car and the Jimmy I was going to give her as her down payment. The used manager took the jimmy for a drive, came back and insulted me with a extremely low offer on the jimmy. When asked why, he said it was locked in four wheel drive and wont come out.I knew something was up then and we left. Sure enough He had it in four low. The procedure is to stop, shift to neutral then shift the transfer case. Worked for my daughter. Smells like Sabotage to me to lower the price. They could be paying cash to take cars off their lot and I will never go back.

Carver Toyota did a good job at making me feel that I got a fair price on a new car. Unfortunately, the car did not come with the folio to hold the owners manuals. I have called them, and sent emails, but they won't respond. I thought that I would bring my new vehicle to their service department for routine maintenance, but now I think that would be unwise. Too bad.

About Aug 1, brand new Tacoma recieved. 10 hours later paint horrible. I think they knew and let me take it off the lot anyway. About 3 days later I ask, "if I am not happy with the vehicle, what recourse do I have? ". Sales manager JB Strahley stated and I quote " well, you have lots of options, you can always sue us" Worse, I think he enjoyed it. 10 trips to dealership, and over 3 weeks later, the customer relationship rep encourages me to start a case with Toyota. I do so, using the phone in her office. I have nothing to hide. Shortly thereafter, I am told to take the vehicle home. I decline. Then through the General Manager Robert Piehl, I am told that if I do not take the vehicle home, after 3 days, they will start charging me 30$ per day storage. I think there are "some" decent people there that try. With several there, unfortunately the top management group, if you try to have a professional constructive disagreement with them.... they will not hesitate to put you in your place. "The Intimidate to Win" approach. Really sad. Going a different route. Among the issues I have had, paint, significantly underinflated tires, inaccurate paperwork, balance a tire, align, vibration, roadforce tires, replace 2 tires, improper impact wrenches on TRD wheels, lack of follow up, trouble reaching service, .. on several occassions am told fixed, we test drive, problem obvious, and they try to fix again. I hung in there for over 3 weeks, 10 visits, multiple attempts to fix a brand new 38k truck. I have never ever, in forty years experienced this. I like the customer relationship rep, Aimee T. Unfortunately I had to tell her day before yesterday, that they have me pretty much backed into a corner, and I was going public. Disgruntled yes. Reasonable.... ? I really really tried. Buyer beware.

Constantly had to go out of the way to get initial items dealt with for car. Not a good experience. Dealer did not want a cash sale. The "rock bottom" price quoted on the used vehicle was several thousand more than I could buy a new one for. Since my inquiry, every time I log on the internet I am bombarded with vehicle ads. Not happy with the dealer or cars.com

I had the worst experience of getting a car here. Would have given a zero rating if possible. They had a memorial day advertisement of trade in any car for $4000. I went in there to trade my car. They offered me to pay off the loan on it which was much lower than that. So I asked about the advertised deal and the salesman was like its only for purchasing selected vehicles. Then he came up with two monthly lease options and asked me to select which one I would prefer. I selected one of them. After that we went to the accounts guy. I was asked to choose if any additional insurance is required. I selected one of them. An the tricky part is the electronic signature. It will make you sign the lease without seeing what is in it. He asked to me sign on it seven times one after another and guess what I am in the contract for 3 years without even knowing the details of what is there in the deal. I didn't suspect any foul play as I thought the amount is normal including the registration tax and other formalities. When I got the documents to read I was dumbfounded to see the details. They added an extra charge 1000 dollar on my bill for the car which I traded in, which means I got my car traded in at half the price than they advertised. The price of the new car leased is increased by a few hundred dollars than MSRP. Additional insurances were added which was never asked for. I went back there a few days later to ask about these charges. The salesman says, he doesn't know a thing about the math behind it. The accountant says the amount is what we agreed with the salesman. I asked the manager about this and said I would like to cancel the deal, and his reply was it is not possible to cancel the deal they cannot make any changes in the deal as they already paid off the car, which I showed right in front of them that they did not pay a single penny on that. My loan was paid off so late that I had to pay extra fines for late payment. I was able to cancel a few additional benefits they added after two visits. But I am stuck with the deal for a few years. I checked other places for the same car, and realized that I am paying at least a $4000 extra for this deal. A few days later I talked to their online customer service as a different user and I found that the same car was offered at $2500 cheaper than I bought. Even after all these, the salesman was concerned about his sales review survey and asked for an excellent rating for his service. I think all of them are trained well to exploit naive customers like me. Will never recommend anybody this place.

I have had issues with Carver from day one!! I purchased a 2011 Malibu and have tons of issues with it the reason being it was totaled in another state and they failed to tell me that!!! I have put so much money in it ,its not even funny! The title for Indiana is not a totaled but In OHIO it was wrecked twice and totaled the last time ! The real kicker is that told me to pay on the car for a year and I could get it refinanced or purchase a new car so I was counting down the days . I went into Carver and offered me 3,000 for the car they sold me cause CAR FAX showed it was totaled.. And I wasn't able to get a new car because I didn't have enough equity cause I still owe 12,000!!! I wish weise was still here I never felt betrayed or so ashamed for trusting some one.. WORST experience ever!!

On September 20th, I went with my girlfriend to checkout a car that we had found on cars.com after contacting the online saleswoman Amy. On September 23rd, despite their unwillingness to move on the outrageously high price, we spoke with a somewhat decent man by the name of Brian, our salesman. He spoke with us for a couple hours allowing us to test drive a couple of Nissan Rogues to get an idea of what sounded wrong with the first one. During the conversation, we had mentioned that the saleswoman Amy mentioned the tires as being fairly new (false advertisement on her part); because Brian corrected her assumption and add in his own of about a years worth of tread or 50% tread life. This we had also discovered was incorrect a day after we had bought it; we took it to a service shop and they had told us that the tires looked as if they had maybe 2,000 miles left on them and were unsafe to be driving on, which means Carver Toyota sold us an unfit vehicle for the road. Their inspection is supposedly a 121 point inspection as declared by Brian but the night it was bought; we discovered that there was an issue with the brake lights not working and at the same auto service place they told us there was another expensive fix (a belt that would cost over $100). Least of all; most reputable dealers with "integrity", will fill up the gas tank with half a tank for used vehicles and a full tank for new vehicles. They left us with less than a quarter tank of gas. We have spoke with them multiple times but to no avail. They have been very unresponsive and completely uncooperative. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to and with the least amount of "integrity" they claim to have!!!!!! I would not recommend it to even the person I hate the most. In purchasing my 2013 Avalon Limited I called dealerships within 100 miles of Cincinnati. (I am in Northern Kentucky.) Of all the dealership I dealt with, Carver was the most responsive and aggressive in pursuing my business. You matched and beat all deals. Only the Frankfort, Ky dealership came close, and they were too little too late (I had sent in my deposit before they even responded to my inquiry). Specifically, I had excellent experiences in dealing with two of your people, Kaylan Fields and Brian Wedan. Kaylan dogged my business with unrelenting persistence and worked to get me the best price, and Brian closed the deal and made the actual purchase effortless and answered tech questions and set up my Entune account. And when my car came in earlier that expected, Brian took the trouble to call me about a $500 rebate from Toyota that was about to expire. What a nice surprise, and thanks Brian! The only mis-step came when a $460 "GAP" charge appeared on the first Buyer's Order that came from Josh Robinson, Kaylan's boss. When I pointed it out, Kaylan got it fixed immediately and Josh apologized for the error. Thank you all for the care and attention to detail you provided as well as for working with me to achieve an excellent price. I will certainly recommend Carver Toyota to my friends. I have been shopping for vehicle for many months. I admit I am very picky about the car I was going to be driving. I went to the 4 local dealers in the Louisville, Indianapolis area. When I came to an agreement on price at a KIA dealer in Louisville, they hit me with all these hidden fees I didnt even know existed. Naturally, I walked out. I went into the last dealership with a lot of insecurity and had very low expectations because I was expecting to be treated like the other dealers in the area treated me. To my surprise, they were fantastic! The salesman was extremely knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all. He gave me time to think about it and understood my situation and wanted to work with me. They introduced me to their dealership by showing me around their service department introducing me to the service manager. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy, which was a Toyota Prius. We searched on-line for two weeks in just about all of KY and TN trying to find the combination I wanted: Sea Glass Pearl color, dark gray interior and of course the right price based on what I had gathered from my searches. I first tried the dealer in TN that I bought my last Toyota from, but he couldn't match Carver's price (no one else did either), plus I would have had to settle for a light interior so we dealt with Carver via phone and internet. We verbally agreed on a deal and I payed a fee for them to hold it for a week until I could get up there to get it, because I live about five hours away from them. On Memorial day we went up there and if the truth be told we really expected a little bit of a run-around since the deal was not made face-to-face, but honest to goodness that was our best car buying experience we've ever had! The car was ready to be driven off the lot, full of gas and the paperwork was ready to be signed EXACTLY like we had agreed. We were in and out in an hour. They gave us a good lesson about driving the Prius and explained all the extras we could purchase with no pressure to buy . The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and focused to the task at hand. We wanted a good deal and they made us one without all the useless "fluff" you sometimes get when making a significant purchase. We highly recommend this dealership and by the way... I love my little car...it's a different driving experience indeed!

We were impressed with their selection, knowledge and willingness to work with us. Brian was extremely competent and didn't oversell or anything. He located the car and color we wanted and we had it in a few days. The car was in great shape with no problems at time of purchase. Brian made sure we knew about the features and their service department. The Sales Manager J. B. Straley came out to make sure everything was satisfactory. When we went to work with the finance person he was great to work with also. All in all this was a very satisfactory and easy purchase and I highly rate this dealership.

Had a spark knock sensor repaired that was not under warranty. The intake was removed during this repair. The service repair bill was $643.17. Eight months later the truck started having multiple misfires. I took the truck back to this dealership and they diagnosed the problem as a map sensor problem or a wiring harness. Installed new map sensor but this did not solve the problem. I called back to Toyota and they could not get the truck in for a week or so. I took the truck to a shop in Louisville and there the problem was diagnosed as an intake gasket failure. They stated that it should be under warranty from the work performed at Wiese Carver in Columbus. I called the dealership and talked to Tom. He stated that they re-installed the old gasket on the intake to save money so therefore it was not under warranty. I was advised to have the work performed in Louisville since it was not under warranty. After I reviewed the ticket from the first work on the truck I found that there was a new intake gasket set put on the truck at the Columbus dealership. I found the part number of the ticket and called Columbus dealership to verify the part. I was told that it was not a Toyota part number. I called Tom yet again and told him that a new gasket was put on but it was not a Toyota part number. He called back and changed his story saying he did put a new gasket on but it was an after market part. He said he did this to save me money and there is still no warranty on it. Displeased with the answer I got, I called customer service to voice my concern. I was told that the service department did not use after market parts. I spoke with Aimee Tillison. She said that she would call the next day but she did not follow through. I had to call her again the next day for her to tell me that they are not responsible for the truck again.I did not authorize after market parts to be used and I did not know that dealerships used after market parts. I will not be returning to this dealership.

I am giving this review because I am a disabled Woman who was clearly done wrong. Because of my disability I cannot get out to often because of the pain I have to live with due to my disability. The day my husband and I stopped by this dealership we had just left my pain specialist office and were heading home so we stopped there to look at their camry toyota cars, only because they had been advertising on NATIONAL TELEVISION that they were having their big CLEARANCE SALE. We talked to Sean Compton, he seamed to be a nice young man with good morals and even stated to us that we were the nicest couple he had delt with. That kinda alarmed me but thought we would give this young man a chance and I told him when we came back I would make sure to ask for him so he would be the one to get the commission. We were looking for a used camry because the last time I bought a brand new 2000 bonneville xle I quickly learned how much a brand new car drops in value when you drive it off the lot. Sean was going in to get the keys for us to drive it and I ask him to get the price they were asking for it. He came out with the keys and told us they were asking $26,000 I thought that was probably a little to high since the car had almost 20,000 miles on it and had several dents and also interior problems with the leather. He gave us the website to go and look up the price to see what the car was worth. Well it did come up $26,000 but that was for perfect condition, which this car was not. We told him we would come back and took his card. The dealership called us to set up an appt with them to come in and negotiate the price. The day the appt was due I could not get out because of pain. I sent my husband there just to talk about the price of the car because my bonneville was my car not my husbands and it was up to me to give the aggreement on the final price, his name was not on my tital. Well to my husbands surprise a man named Jim Verini came out and said he would be handling the negotiating and said he was Sean's boss. My husband thought that was odd but went ahead and went in. My husband called me on the phone to let me know what was being said and offered, Jim Verini would not give my husband a price because I kept asking my husband to ask him for the price, and he kept saying we're not negotiating the price we are negotiating the payment terms. Tell me what idiot thinks anyone is going to go to a dealership to negotiate a payment since we all know that the price of the car determines the payment you will be paying. I ask that man 7 times for the price and said I would not negotiate anything until I knew what they were charging for the car. Well my husband is not the smartest cookie on the block when it comes to numbers but he works hard and had been working 7 days a week for quite some time and was tired, but he is a very kind hearted man as well as a hard worker that never misses work... I used to date a man who was a car salesman years ago and he let me know the way they try and deceive people. Well Jim Verini quickly learned who was going to be making the descision on the car because my husband had already told him that the only reason I wasn't there was because I was disabled and was in severe pain and couldn't make it out that day so he was there on my behalf to negotiate the price with me on the phone. After asking him 7 times and not getting a straight answer I told my husband that he was nothing but a liar and to get up and walk out because I wanted to check with some other dealerships and my husband told Jim Verini that I wanted to check with other delearships before making my decision. My husband was already getting up to walk out when we hung up. After we hung up Jim Verini quickly started talking that fast talk they do and told my husband hang on and I'll see if I can't get you a good deal. The next thing I know my husband came pulling up in the dang car and had signed a contract with them because he truly thought he was getting it for 26,000 but what they wasn't telling him, that wasn't counting my car trade in which I got 3,000 for and an additional 1,000 down and he CONVINCED MY HUSBAND THAT HE COULD ADD MY NAME TO THE TITLE WHEN HE TOOK THE PAPER WORK TO THE BMV. So they added my total down payment to the car price and it came almost to 30,000 so they basicly stole my money I was putting down. WOW they are truly deceivers and I was truly taken advantage of because of being disabled and wouldn't trust them with my dog. That man knew that if he let my husband walk out of that place they would have never seen our faces again, because he knew I was the descision maker when it came to our finances and knew I wasn't going to fall for his lies. They forced my hand to sign over my tital to them because they had my husband sign a paper stating he would be bringing back MY TITAL with my SIGNATURE and he brought home that paper because I had to sign it. What they don't know is that they had another employee there who was my son's grandfather (Jim Cox), and I sent my son to talk to his grandfather and got some additional info they don't know about. Unfortunately Mr Cox has just recently passed which was very sad for my son and I because I had a good relationship with my ex-enlaws. I sent my husband back there to talk to the manager, but I'm not convinced he was a manager because he gave his card to my husband and it says nothing about being a manager and his name is Josh Robinson, but the other cards we got from the other people clearly states their position so it makes me wonder if he wasn't just another employee that worked in their office like my son's grandfather did. Well I called 3 days ago and left a message to the owner (Bob Piehl) and have not received a call back. So at this time I have no other option but to contact the ACLU and plan on taking this to court. I will make it my life journey to disclose them for their fraudulent activity's. No one should ever trust this dealership. They just recently changed their name and I wonder if thats why they don't have any other reviews???? I do know that before they changed their name they fired almost 30 employees, gotta make you wonder! I would recomment going to the GMC dealership off of 465 and post rd because when I bought my bonneville they did a very good job negotiating the price with me and even 3 days later I called the manager back and told him after thinking about it I didn't feel they gave me their best deal so he told me to come back in and took another 1,000 off the price of the bonneville. By the way my bonneville was loaded with upgrades and had a much better body style. Some BIG CLEARANCE SALE TOYOTA WAS HAVING, HUH? I never heard of a clearance sale where you end up paying more than what something is worth... Josh Robinson who talked to my husband and told him he was the manager told my husband that it was to late because he already signed the contract. I would have never even thought about stopping there had toyota not been advertising on NATIONAL TV that they were having their big CLEARANCE SALE! This has caused a lot of problems in my marriage, because I rimmed my husband for being so dang stupid, and it has also affected my health because my blood pressure is sailing through the roof and I'm having severe migrains every day and I have not let my husband forget it. I think about this each and everyday! He said when Jim Verini took him back to see the financial guy, that he went over the paper work so fast he couldn't even keep up with what he was saying, and when he was finished he looked up and ask the financial guy, (I thought I was getting this for 26,000) and the guy pointed to the number that showed that amount but he did not explain to my husband that was the price after they took off the $4,000 dollars and again in my husbands head, he was thinking that because Jim Verini had already convinced him that he could add my name to the title at the BMV, which when he got home and told me that I went off on him like a mad woman... because I used to work for the BMV and knew you could not add a name to the title after it had already been signed. My husband is a very laid back man with very good morals and they spotted him a mile away. I would have never let him go over there that day had I known that they were going to lie to him and have him go ahead and sign papers. Even though I am disabled I do get a check every month because I worked a long time before I started having problems with my back and then found out that I had a disease in my spine called (degenerative disk disease) and had to have 2 disks taken out of my neck with bank bone put back in along with a metal plate and have had other surgery's since then. The reason I couldn't get over there that day was because I had reconstructive foot surgery almost 2 years ago and something went bad and I cannot hardly walk on the foot when it is really inflamed and very painful and am now seeing another foot doctor and having a lot of test done. My bonneville was my car and I really loved it, I already had it when my husband and I got married and back in 2000 when the economy was doing a lot better I got a special interest rate from GMC which is hard to do because you have to have almost perfect credit for them to give you one. My husband was only there representing me just to negotiate the price, they were supposed to set up another appt for me to come in and sign the papers because it was my car being traded in and my husband had no authority or permission to sign anything on the behalf of trading property that did not belong to him! If they ever do make this right I will gladly get back on here and let everyone know that they did make it right! My son shares an apartment with a room mate because of expenses sense he is going to school, his room mate bought a BRAND NEW 2012 camry toyota sport car, same color as mine - black and silver and paid $18,000, this clearly shows how much money they made off of doing a disabled woman wrong. Of course he went to a different dealership.....
