We purchased a 2008 JEEP Grand Cherokee and love it. We got it for a great price. It was missing a rear seatbelt and they purchased a new one and installed it on our schedule. We would feel very confident to have them work on the JEEP in the future too. We will be back next year to purchase a car for our first teenage driver in the family.

The only reason that I rated quality of repairs as four stars is for the only purpose that I have not had repairs done there myself I have known others that have had repairs done there and they are extremely satisfied this is the only reason I only gave it 4 Stars once I have to have service done their chances are I'll bring it all the way to 5 because there's no doubt in my mind that were truly is the buying experience that I had with Greg was outstanding if I had any questions they were answered and I know if I have any problems they will be addressed anybody out here in this area that is looking for a good car at a decent price you need to check him out he's got an excellent place to go excellent place to shop.

THE place to buy a used car......

I always worried about buying a car from a used car lot, but Greg changed all that, at least from Cars2You. We picked out the car we wanted, a nice Beetle convertible, and then we worked out a very fair and just price. Although the cars are listed and sold "as is", Greg was happy to address the list of minor things that we found wrong. During the process, he mentioned a slight problem that concerned him and promised to address it if anything came up later. More than a week later, we started having an overheating problem and Greg, true to his word, fixed the problem for us at no cost. He could have easily walked away from it and used the excuse of the"as is" contract. I would return to Cars2You again to purchase another vehicle and would certainly recommend it to others. His honesty and integrity and willingness to do all he could to satisfy us was a wonderful experience.

Honesty, Integrity, and Respect

I drove 40 minutes to look at an '03 Jeep Liberty with low mileage at a very fair price. I liked the Jeep and I bought it because of Greg. He is not an ordinary car salesman. He just wants his clients to be satisfied with their cars and he will do what it takes. On the way home from Mishawaka the air compressor went out on the Jeep. I called him and he was very apologetic. He asked me to bring it back and he replaced the air compressor. He even said the first oil change is on him. Greg was awesome to deal with and I recommend Cars2You to anyone.

Just bought a 2003 Dodge Stratus here and the car was as described, well worth the price which was a relative bargain given the age and mileage on the car. Family-Owned Business Offering Excellent Service

I'm in my fifties...so I've been to a few car dealers over the years and even worked at one for awhile....this is the first time I've ever felt inclined to give a 5-star rating. The salesperson was friendly...zero pressure (he seemed much more honest than your run-of-the-mill used car dealer)...and knew a lot of each vehicles' history. The particular vehicle I purchased was clean, nearly rust-free and in excellent condition (I had it inspected and everything passed with flying colors). The price was also right--I looked at a lot of similarly-priced vehicles on other lots that were rusting underneath, had much higher mileage or had other problems. Other vehicles with the same mileage and overall condition were at least $1000 more at other dealerships, so I feel I got a good deal for my $$. They don't have a big, fancy showroom with a pinball machine, but that lower overhead translates into savings for the customer! I would (and do) recommend this dealership.

After I got my financing taken care of, I looked at the car one afternoon and drove home with it 24 hours later. Everything went very smoothly, none of the negatives that most people talk about with used car lots. It was a great experience. I left the following review on Google as well: Hands down, choosing to go with Cars2You was the best decision we could have made when it came to buying a used car. Greg (Grigor) is excellent to work with. He is honest and helpful, and he and his mechanics KNOW cars. He definitely makes car buying feel like a "win win" situation. When I first stopped in it was right at closing time, but he encouraged me to try out a couple of the cars I was looking at. Over the course of a few days, my wife and I stopped in to check out different vehicles and at no time did we feel pressured to make a quick decision. When we settled on a car, he encouraged me to take it to another mechanic to be evaluated, and then his own mechanics went through the evaluation with me so that I could understand it better (note: avoid dealerships for your 2nd opinion...that's all I'll say). Bought a car last summer for my son to go back and forth from college. Great Salesman

We were looking for a second car and I researched two different lots. Cars 2 You had the best reviews and the best selection in our price range. We went on a Friday right before a snow storm. Grigor was great about the whole experience. We looked at a few cars before it got to bad. We told Grigor we would be back Monday when the weather was better. Monday came and we looked at 6 different cars. Grigor was very helpful and accommodating. We took 2 cars for a test drive and ultimately purchased one. He was great during the whole process. Absolutley as smooth as possible transaction

I purchased a 2007 Crown Vic P71 online with even test driving it. I only went by the reputation and reviews and decided to take a chance. I am glad I did. Greg was a pleasure to work with from start to end. Because i lived out of state he handled all the paperwork and it only took a couple of emails to get everything in order. He also made sure he was available for the transporter truck to have it picked up and delivered to Texas. It was exactly as described and the 27-30 pictures represented depicted any scratches or dings. This car was in great shape for being an old cop car. I was thrilled when the driver dropped off my car and it all checked out and ran like a charm. There is nothing better than taking a chance an everything works out perfect. Looking for a used Honda in good condition. Cars2You had nice selection. Prices very reasonable. Brakes were done before putting on lot. Had the car checked by a mechanic and all checked out good. Ran through a tank of gas and no issues at all. Good experience.

Great place

I bought a used 2003 for our 18 yr old to drive. Greg was very helpful and straightforward. I felt he was honest about each of the cars we discussed. He let me test drive as many as I needed to without acting like I was a hassle, even though it was a very busy Saturday for him. We are so far pleased with our purchase. I did not check until I got home, but the donut spare was not in the trunk. I called him after the sale, figuring that was just my problem, but then he texted me back a day later and had found one for me to pick up, no extra charge. He didn't have to do that, but it speaks well of his commitment to customer satisfaction. I would look here again if I am in the market for a nice used car.

we are very happy with our purchase. we looked all over for a work car for the wife and wanted something that was easy to maintain and Greg showed us a couple and let us drive the ones we wanted and all of this when it was only 11 degrees out. we looked at a bunch and he was real patient with us and she picked the first one we drove. we will be back and will recommend this dealer to anyone that wants a great used car for a great price.

I purchased a used Toyota from this dealership and was pleased with the experience. We were able to reach a good deal for the vehicle, and the salesman Greg was very nice and helpful. I found the car online, and the posting was accurate. The car is in great condition, and a very good value for the money. I would recommend this dealership. The buying process was long, but they did inspect and detail the vehicle while I filled out paperwork and even put gas in the car before I left!

bought Truck from cars2you knew it was a used truck didn't know how used.they replaced alternator but stripped out all the mounting screws on top never plugged in top plug. truck died just as i pulled into drive at home dead battary. but when i had test drove it it was ok for a used truck no loud noises or major knocking sounds. had to replace spark plugs 1st thing they were totally shot that when i found it has a blown head gasket. I live 40 miles away he said he would help repair any problems but after seeing how they do it NO THANKS. Fool Me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me..I will not ever recomend or buy another car from them. i should have did my homework maybe i would not be driving this lemon. BUYER BEWARE!

My purchase experience with Cars2You.com was extremely positive. I have never felt so comfortable shopping for a car, and I hope it is the same for you. I found an online posting for the vehicle I wanted, and decided to go take a look. I must admit, I was reluctant to visit at first because it was not one of the well-known dealership companies (Ford, BMW, GM, Acura, etc.) and it was a bit of a drive. I cannot tell you how great of a decision it was to take a visit. We decided to buy a used Honda and Cars2you had 5 with in my budget so we went there. Greg (Grigor) is very nice and let me test drive all the cars. When I picked one out and asked him if I could take it to my own mechanic to have him look at it, Greg said sure, no problem. My mechanic really couldn't find anything wrong, but suggested I ask for replacement wiper blades, spare tire and battery, and Greg said sure, no problem. He replaced all that and then the serpentine belt, cause he said his mechanic said it needed to be replaced. This is not only a great car, but we got a great deal and Greg was very, very, nice and helpful. He kept saying he wants customers for life, and will do anything in the future to make us happy too! Buy a car from this guy, we recommend him highly!

As the owner of a business with accounts spread over the entire midwest it is very important to purchase the highest quality used vehicles possible for our field managers. This means we are looking for higher quality used vehicles that will be reliable and not add to our operating costs. The service and care I have recieved from the Cars2You group has been very good. I do realize we are purchasing "used" vehicles and their will undoubtedly be some problems with any used vehicle however, I have been very pleased wiith the honesty and helpfull attitude shown by this company. My experience with Cars2you has been wonderful. A year ago, I toyed with the idea of purchasing a used car. When I first stepped in, a salesman asked me if I needed help with anything. I said "no, I'm just looking around" and he left me alone and told me to let him know if I needed anything. I was free to play around with the various cars on the lot without being pressured. When it was finally time to buy my car, I remembered this experience and decided to look at Cars2you once more. The person who helped me, Greg, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He answered all the questions I had about the car I was interested in, took me on a test drive, and gave me the exact pricing breakdown of the model via e-mail. I told him I was not ready to buy that day and he was completely OK with that. A few days later, I stopped by again to get some more details, and Greg was very helpful once again. When I was ready to buy my car, Greg treated me fairly and with respect. There was no fudging of the numbers; I saw how my out-the-door price was broken down. The price we agreed upon was fair and within the range that other people paid across the country. The service department seems pretty neat and they took care of one issue I had with the car pretty quickly. Overall, my experience with Cars2you was positive. Everyone I dealt with was great, and I never felt as though I was playing games. If you are in the market for a car, do your research first, and then stop by Cars2you.

Low Cost with good service

I have personally purchase a Ford Focus hatchback '06. I've put 20K miles on since the purchase, and happy with value of the car (which was $2,000 below Blue Book). I can now sell my car for the same value I bought it for, which wouldn't have been possible with other dealerships I looked at. Our business has also purchase 4 vehicles from Cars2U with positive results. We've had a few niggling issues with some of the cars, but every time we talked to Grigor about the issues, he is helpful and has addressed the problems for low to no cost to us. I think the best part about shopping for a car at Cars2U is that even though you are purchasing a high-mileage vehicle, Grigor and his team work hard to make sure it is in good driving condition and will do their best to save you money.

False advertising, deceitful.

Found a car on his site and liked it after reading that it ran great. It had great pictures and was priced at excellent condition. Called and drove to see it and noticed half the cars on the lot had flat tires. Looked at the car and it wasnt as good in person as online. It was spray painted with cheap Wal-Mart paint and it was dirty on the inside and outside. His photos were very misleading After test driving the car, it ran good enough that he was able to persuade me to buy it. Almost right after I got home I noticed several issues with the transmission, and also began noticing other sever issues as well. Ive had to pour a lot of money in it. He claims that he will help you fix it, but what he means it he will let you pay him to fix it instead of paying another dealership. I went back and looked at the ad for the car I purchase on his website, and read everything over again. In the description he wrote that the transmission didnt slip and ran flawlessly.. Very dishonest dealer and hell say anything to get you to hand over your cash.

Comfortable Buying Experience

I recently purchased a 2000 Subaru Outback 2.5L H4 from Cars2You. What a great buying experience! I was a little apprehensive going to a dealership to get my next vehicle but after just a few minutes dealing with Grigor my worries were put to rest. I am VERY familiar with the Subaru Outback, having previously owned 4, and done all the needed maintenance and repairs on them myself. Grigor was open and honest about the particular Outback I was interested in. He stated there was an issue with the axle and would be willing to fix it prior to the sale of the vehicle. I had my shop look over the entire vehicle while I was out on a test drive and found the issue the same as he had stated. No other know problems were noted upon my inspection. Grigor was able to work with me on a price that would fit my budget, settling it with a handshake. He also fixed the axle issue prior to sale and even fixed a couple other problems he noticed while repairing the axle at no additional cost. There were a couple delays with some parts he had ordered but he called and updated me on the situation and thanked me for my patience. Not many dealers do that anymore. That was an appreciated gesture. I will definetly consider his dealership in the future when I am looking for my next Subaru. Honesty, Integrity, Great Customer Service. This was one recommendation I was grateful for! Sales person was extremely knowledgeable about the individual vehicles on the lot, willing to work with our budget, and very friendly. Bonus: they made sure all fluids were topped off, tires filled, etc. before leaving the lot AND told us to bring the car back if we needed any repairs. I have never felt more comfortable while shopping for a vehicle, nor as confident about the purchase of one. I am definitely passing this on to anyone I know needing a good vehicle at a great price without the hassle!

96 Ford Explorer

My daughter was looking to trade her monster of a truck in on something more economical and decided to go to Cars2You. The overall experience there was great as when we got there Grigor listened to what she was looking for and suggested a 96 Ford Explorer. We took it for a test drive and it was a great suv for my daughter and granddaughter. When she decided that is the one she wanted to purchase everything went very smoothly and all total we were there maybe 90 minutes without feeling any kind of pressure from the staff. We both were very pleased with the service and personalities of the staff there and would recommend Cars2You to other people.

Blatantly less than Honest

I called before coming because my daughter wanted to see a 2002 Hyundai Elantra their stock number 71158 and we were driving some 70 miles from Lowell, In. Grigor confirmed the car was still there and that it was in good running condition with only small and normal dings for a car of that age. We got there only to find out that the roof of the car looked like someone sat on it in two places causing it to have huge indentations. We decided to drive it anyway after driving such a long way. The car pulled/steered to one side and produced a noise when braking that indicated potential problems unknown at the time. The appearance plus the driving condition fully contradicted what he said by phone PLUS HIS AD WHICH SHOWED "This vehicle drives very good, and is extremely reliable". "The car was recently checked out and test driven by our mechanic and no problems were found, we check all vehicles before we sell them". "The paint on this vehicle is in good condition except for some small dings and scratches here and there all very minor and very normal for a used vehicle". "The interior and exterior are both in amazing shape". This is a prime example of a dealership who will say anything to get you to drive some 140 miles round trip knowing you just asked by phone before making the trip the same day what condition the car is in. When asked about the large indentions in the roof, Grigor said well perhaps some tree branches must have done that. When asked about the pull to the right and an obvious brake problem, he said well we would have no problem fixing that! Also, "we rely on the input from our customers when they test drive and we have our mechanics repair problems. All of that goes against the verification of the condition of the car by phone plus the written advertisement, copies of which I still have. When a key person at a dealership goes to this extent to get a potential customer to look at one of their vehicles, I would not trust them at all. Do yourself a favor, avoid them completely.

town & country

Grigor was very friendly and helpful. He was not push at all, the facility was neat and clean and he even brought the cars to the front door so that my pregnant wife did not have to walk far in the cold. I will definately be getting anor vehicle from them. I would also recommend them to anyone looking for a quality and affordable vehicle.

Honest people

The only problem is that I wanted more money on a trade in for my 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited, only offered 1500, Greg is a very honest salesman and that's what I like the most, honesty. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a first car or any car in general, but not for trade ins unless your vehicle itself is a 2000 or newer or in tip top shape! Other than that problem, I'd give it a 5, maybe even higher.

Right car at the right price at the right time.

Needed a solid AWD car for winter and Cars2you.com came to the rescue. Knowledgeable employees, honest advice and they stood by what they said they would do. The world of used car sales is a scary place but there are some places like Cars2you.com that make the process a lot simpler. 24 hours later I was on my way down the road. Thanks Greg!!

I do NOT recommend this place! What a joke!

Do yourself a big favor and go elsewhere! I was repeatedly told several cars I was interested in were not test-drivable because of severe issues that had not been repaired for months. After I expressed a great interest in one particular car, it was weeks before it was repaired to the point it could even be test driven (after I was told twice they would have it ready in two days). Once I finally drove said car, and had my mechanic look it over, it needed several big things repaired or replaced, and dealer wanted to charge me several hundred dollars more to fix these issues! Forget trying to return phone calls, even that is apparently too difficult to manage.

Comments on our purchase

My husband and I were very impressed with the Cars2you staff. The only problem that we had was after we bought the car, we had a repair on the car, which cost us $285.00. We did realize that the car was as 1997 and we did buy it as is. Other than that fact, we were very happy with the staff and service that we were shown.

Honest, no-pressure selling&great customer service

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Cars2You. I test drove 3 vehicles, any of which I would have purchased. Greg was extremely friendly and helpful. They are definately trying to build thier reputation on selling good used vehilcles, with low mileage, great customer service, and through word of mouth and repeat business. They fixed any minor issues I pointed out, and even helped me after the sale was complete on a vehicle I had purchased as-is. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used car and I'll be buying my next vehicle from them.
