I like the readiness the sale's man had for me and willingness to get me into a vehicle of choice. This was not a long process nor was any of the information reported to me different from what was told to me once I entered the doors of CARRVA. I always have seen nice cars on this lot and I finally decided to stop and look at a couple of cars while in my process of looking for a car. I was looking to trade my car in but that didn't quite work. Although I didn't trade my car in the salesmen both helped me to find a car fairly in my range of price. Third Purchase From CARRVA

A long overdue review of Carrva.. The Past I've just purchased my second BMW, and third car, from Carrva! The service is great, the prices are competitive, and all of my vehicles haven been consistently reliable! Chris and staff are easy to work with as well. The help they provide after the sale is what keeps me coming back. My first BMW, purchased in 2011 (gave to Dad as a gift 1.5 years ago) recently needed a fix. I called Chris for advice and he connected me with someone that could do the repair at a more competitive price and he also helped track down parts. They truly help when they can. Most Recent Purchase I travel to DC for work a lot so I was looking for something reliable, stick shift, that'd be at least "ok" on gas. I spoke to Chris about it two months ago. He followed up with me and mentioned that he may have something for me. I showed up over the weekend to look at the car and found a sporty 5 speed 02' 330xi. After inspecting, I was on the fence, but he mentioned it was not ready for sale. Sure enough, I showed up unannounced two weeks later and the items that were holding me back had been fixed. I did not schedule an appointment this time and had to wait a little longer than I wanted because they had a couple of sales ahead of mine. But the deal I received was worth the wait. They are big on appointments as their selling process. Overall, it is a reliable small dealer, with big future ahead if they keep it up!

The service was great. I fell in love with my car when I seen it and I've been happy ever since. Y'all should get y'all cars from here too.

Disappointment

I was planning to purchase a 2002 BMW 525i from this dealer. The car looked almost perfect on the website, however there were no pictures of the interior. During one of my multiple conversations with them, I asked for pictures of the interior. Chris directed me to their personal website but the same pictures were there and no pictures of inside. We drive over 2 hours to the location and first impression was not very good. Cars looked like they hadn't been moved in awhile and tire was flat on some of the vehicles. Chris pulled in the lot in the car we were looking to buy. Explained that he wanted to check battery and alternator because light had come on. Long story short, the car had missing cosmetic pieces, a bad dent in the trunk, inside was marked up and just didn't look clean. It looked like the car just hadn't been taken care of. I explained that we were gonna pass on it and he didn't give a lot of pushback on it. Chris seemed nice enough but pictures were really misleading and I wasted a beautiful Saturday driving. Truly a disappointment.

He worked with me and made sure I was within my budget, while ensuring that I got the car I wanted. This is the first positive experience I have had while buying a car. Everyone was genuine and friendly, I will be back to Carrva for my next car!

Shopping Around

I sent the e-mail asking for some more info and they called me back and provided the answers I needed, unfortunately we have decided against that particular vehicle year and style. But very helpful folks, and would deal with them again.
