The staff at Carman Chrysler Jeep was absolutely perfection! From when I walked in to when I left with my new Jeep, all of my questions were answered and I was handheld through the entire process. They listened to what I wanted and made it happen...and at an awesome rate! I've never had a car buying experience that was so smooth and pleasant! Will ALWAYS get my vehicles through Carman.

took my truck for airbag recall and drivers side seat check of why it doesn't go forward. Got charged $120 for just checking the seat and for them to tell me it will cost over $1000 to fix it. Then got a environmental fee WHY ??? I had nothing to dispose of for the environmental fee and my airbags were warranty makes no sense and I will never go back to them.

Sold me a CPO vehicle. When I drove it home 5 hours away and had the state inspection done it had several issues that had to be fixed at my local dealer. When my dealer called Carman to ask about the obvious issues that had not been repaired with their CPO inspection they denied it and said all of that stuff worked when it was delivered. The salesman, sales manager and finance gentleman were great.

Had the best experience I've ever had buying a car at a dealership here from a gentleman named Dorian Bell. Everyone I talked to was courteous and professional. At no point did I ever feel rushed or pushed into making a decision. This goes for my salesperson, the manager, and the financing person. Everything was explained clearly and plainly. Even when doing the "dreaded financing", I was not rushed or pushed, and every detail was explained very well (I believe his name was Neil). I only wish I had purchased all my vehicles from here in the past. Would have saved me a lot of headaches!

This is the second new jeep I have purchased from Dave. The first time he did not try to sell me something that would not meet my needs or my budget. He listened and asked questions, then showed me my options that were affordable for me at that time. A few years later, and my finances are better. I still love my current jeep, but decided I wanted that dream jeep I had been 'building' online. I stopped by when I saw a jeep that looked like my dream jeep wondering if it would fit in my budget. If Dave would not have been there, I would have left and come back another time. He was in his office along the back wall and remembered me from my last jeep purchase. Once again, he delivered! I would highly recommend him for his integrity and his honesty. I would also like to recognize John Mayberry for handling my financing both times. He patiently explained what every paper was and why I needed to sign it, after seeking the best financing deal to meet my payment constraints.

I had an excellent truck buying experience at Carman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My salesperson, Ryan O'Neal, was extremely helpful and accommodating, offering insight and providing all the details the truck offers. John Mayberry and Dave Tarantino were also great. They both kept things simple, seamless and showed no hidden agenda other than to help me out. They went the extra step to get me the best deal possible. Even offering to complete some scheduled cosmetic things to the truck. I've purchased my last two vehicles from the dealership and have nothing but positive views.

For the first time ever, I purchased a brand new car. I went to Carman because friends recommended it. Right away, my salesman, Jeff Brittingham, was courteous and helpful. I came in to help my parents find a minivan. Ryan was very nice and understanding of my parents needs. It was very cold out that day and rather then have my parents walk the lot he showed them vans online and brought the one they liked right to the door for them to test drive. Its things like this... taking that extra little step that makes me want to do business with a dealership. I then asked if he could sell the used cars from the Ford dealer and he said yes. I found the truck I've been looking for but didn't think I could afford. They found me an interest rate that was unbelievable and untimely made the truck affordable. Thank You Carman Dodge (Even though I bought a Ford F150... LOL...)

This was my second time purchasing a truck from this dealership and Joel Cardona was my salesperson on both occasions! He provided excellent customer service (both times) and remembered my preferences when looking for my new Jeep; very attentive and offered suggestions and other options as I considered my purchase. What I appreciated was that his customer service extended beyond the "regular business hours" as he stayed in communication with me with follow ups but was never "pushy or bothersome". Good afternoon everyone, After my father and I have searched many dealerships, there was no other like Carman Chrysler Jeep & Dodge. When walking up to the entrance, Paul immediately greeted us with a warm welcome and asked how he could assist us. After explaining our interests in purchasing a new vehicle, he took a large amount out of his time to help us with our every question. When looking for a new car, one wants to find the best price, so after receiving a bottom line number, my father and I made our way to the next stop. That did not last two long, neither did the one after that. We found ourselves running right back to Carman, not only because of the best deal, but for the overall customer service, honesty, patience, and integrity Paul displayed. Out of all the salesman we encountered during this adventure, Paul was top notch. He enabled me to be able to find and afford a vehicle that I have been wanting for a very long time. I had a great experience at Carman Dodge on Saturday. I came in with a used Jeep Wrangler and left with a new 2015 Dodge Ram. I delt with a salesman named Jeff Brittingham. Jeff was honestly the best salesman I have ever delt with in buying a vehicle at a dealership. Typically salesman push me away as soon as I get there , you can just tell they will say anything you want to hear just so you will purchase their vehicle and make them a sale . However Jeff wasn't like that at , he never pressured me , never told me a lie , and worked with me the whole way . Every question I asked he had and answer for no hesitation , and he helped me figure out what vehicle would better fit my budget. He told me he was a new salesman to the team , but I would have never have none . I actually enjoyed my experience in buying a new vehicle which made me surprised because normally it's stressful . Also I was surprised of the honest value Carman gave me for my jeep trade in . My total experience was awesome , and I can say thanks to Jeff and the team again. We cannot say enough great things about the gentlemen (and I use that word intentionally) at this dealership. We worked with George on the purchase of a 2014 Jeep Cherokee and he was fantastic. He listened to what we were interested in and he knew the inventory. He did not attempt to up sell us but respected our stated budgets and had one obvious goal...to gain a loyal, confident, repeat customer. In fact his goal was met. 5 days later we returned and purchased a 2nd Jeep for our daughter. Again, we worked with George. Financing.....John is awesome. He knows the products and loans available. He took a fatherly role with our daughter and explained everything to her and then helped to explain the importance of building good credit to her. Not quite so sure we would have had the same experience elsewhere. The GM Bob knows his staff well, personal kept his finger on the pulse of both transactions and worked well with us both days. This dealership has gained a loyal Jeep family from this experience!

I bought a car a year ago, I Co sign the car with someone else. A year later someone from the sales department access my credit without my knowledge and damage my credit. When I confront the manager he claimed he didn't know anything about it and refused to take responsibility. I will never do any type of business with this dealership and I hope noone goes through this.

My 2013 Jeep Patriot became undrivable late at night, due to a faulty Electronic Throttle Control. AAA towed my car to the dealership. With no appointment, the next morning, they started working on my car and it was finished by mid-day. The communication from the dealership about the status of my repair was excellent. The personnel were extremely friendly. Great experience!!!

So I came in to Carman from my boss's recommendation. He has purchased 4 cars from this dealership and strongly advised me to check them out. I came in on a rainy Saturday afternoon all the way from Pennsylvania about 45 mins away.....and the drive was 100% worth it. The salesman Ryan O'neal took care of me from start to finish, answered every question, and helped me get financing with a monthly payment I could afford. Based on some factors I could not get the financing terms I wanted the first go round....but he sat at the table and negotiated an awesome deal on my behalf. His Boss David Tarantino put the cherry on top with a $200 credit for some additional future maintenance with their dealership. I normally don't like writing reviews but this service here warranted it. If you come here....you'll want to ask for Ryan O'neal.

I was dreading the experience since I usually lease my cars from a personal friend who makes the experience much less stressful than it can normally be. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the experience with Justin. There was no hard sell. He knew we didn't want to haggle and he knew what we were prepared to spend and what we had come in looking for (a $329 lease with $0 down). We did end up spending more than the $329/month but that was because my husband fell in love with the upgraded tires and rims and had to have them. I will now be adding Justin and Carman to my list of salespeople and dealerships (which is VERY limited) who I recommend to my friends. Kudos to Carman! They lived up to their reputation which is well deserved! I would definitely come back again!

My friend told me about the great experience she had here about a year ago. I was nervous to buy my first car by myself so I drove down to Carman hoping to also have a positive experience. Paul was thorough, easy-going and friendly. I actually enjoyed the time I spent with him!!!! I love my new Jeep SUV and I feel like I got a good deal on it. Everybody was very helpful and very pleasant. I would give Carman my HIGHEST recommendation :)

Friendly and helpful staff from the minute you walk in the door. I've been to a number of dealerships in both Nj and Delaware. Something as simple as Having a receptionist at the entrance makes a huge difference! One does not feel like they're walking into a room of ninjas. It's very helpful. (Especially after a tiring car-seeking journey) Matt Sherman adds an energetic vibe to the whole process. He searched through inventory (right in front of us. Something Ive never seen before )and he found exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Actually ...it was better! Having Joe help us out was like having an uncle around. There is no other way to put it. Great personality and to the point. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else for a Jeep. My husband and I are obsessed with our new Grand Cherokee.

Looking to buy a new 4x4 for my wife. After communicating to Lindsay Lamers on the internet and visiting other dealerships and test drives beforehand, we ultimately found out we saved the best for last. Al Grandell, our sales consultant there was very knowledgeable and helpful. He understood our needs and what we were looking for. We ended up buying a new Jeep Cherokee. From Joe Triboletti, the General Manager who also helped with the best deal/rate, Al Grandell, along with the Finance associate, my wife and I (we have bought a lot of vehicles through the years) looked at each other before we left and said WOW, this has been the easiest and most pleasant buying experience ever! Will tell others and definitely come back if we need another vehicle

I had been searching for Chrysler 200 Convertible for my Mother-in-Law for the last couple of weeks. I found one on Carman's website and stopped by to see it in person. I was greeted in the lot by Paul Lukens who was very personable and had extensive knowledge of the car. I was impressed on how clean and good shape the car was in but I unfortunately forgot my license so Paul agreed to take me for a ride in the car. After the test drive, Paul introduced me to Dave T who thanked me for stopping in and told me to let him know if there was anything I needed and to let him know what I felt was a fair number for the car. I left the dealership can discussed the car with my Mother-in-Law and she was definitely interested. I emailed Paul that evening with what I felt was a fair number and to my surprise he emailed me back that they acccepted my offer. Three days later, I took my Mother-in-Law to the dealership to see the car and she fell in love. She took it for a test drive, came back and signed the papers and was on her way. I would definitely recommend Carman and would definitely recommend dealing with Paul and Dave. Thanks guys for all of your help!

I and my girlfriend visited Carman yesterday (Monday, 11/10/2014) to trade in my 2012 Mustang Convertible with a Jeep Wrangler. Well First I was reluctant to give up my pony car but after driving and knowing more about Jeep Wrangler I thought of considering it. Keep in mind I am not a person who knows a great deal about the cars, I just like to drive nice cars :). When we got to the Carman we met Joe and Joe introduced us to Paul who would later work with us as our sales person. I must say (and it could be because of same age group lol) but Paul was fun to work with. I didn't feel like he was trying to push his agenda like many salesman do. He gave us detailed information about the car we wanted to buy (Jeep Wrangler). We went for a test drive and I decided to switch over to Jeep from my mustang. Paul was very understanding. He was on top of everything and made sure we weren't wasting our time waiting for things to move. Overall I would highly recommend Paul to anyone who would like to have a smooth car buying experience. Young and energetic fella. Overall Carman is a great place to buy a car. I would definitely go back in the future and recommend others as well.

Buying process was fine it was the servicing that got to me, I don't think I'd ever take my jeep here again. They inconvenienced me beyond belief I don't even think the dealer has Loaner cars which is ridiculous, I was out of a car for week and it seemed like they didn't even try to make anything right. Would not recommend Servicing your Chrysler product here.

We started out having a great experience with Brandon Heffner until we actually placed a deposit and committed to buying a new 2014 Jeep Wrangler. Once they had our deposit, the customer service was horrible. They called us in multiple times to go over financing, terms and conditions, but had no clue where our Jeep was in production or shipment. One day, Brandon called us in thinking our Jeep would be there and literally said "yeah, there's no way it's gonna be here today. But as long as they deliver it by 9:00 tomorrow night it'll be considered on time"...our Jeep didn't come for another full week after that! We were rudely ushered out because it was the end of Brandon's work day and there was nothing more he could do for us after we'd taken a half day off of work to get there to meet him. Each day we called and the dealership was clueless. We had to call Jeep's Corporate Offices to find out where it was and when it would be shipped. Once we finally got our Jeep, Brandon conveniently had to go home sick about 30 minutes before we arrived leaving us with a young man who had been on the job for only 2 weeks go over the financing and our vehicle with us. Once we left, the sales manager Joe called a few days later saying if we were so unhappy with the dealership they would rather we just give them our Jeep back and take our business elsewhere. He knew; however, we would then have to wait another 3-6 months for the 2015 models to be available for us to order. It was just highly disappointing and I would strongly discourage anyone from shopping at Carman Auto Group.

I have a Dodge Caravan that had a check engine light on. I took it to 2 other automotive shops and they said they fixed it, then the next day it was on again. Then I called Carman Dodge and spoke to Service TonyTrotta. He said he could fix it on the first try. He got me in the next day ( the vehicle was due for state inspection and tags ). It figured out the problem, fixed it the first time, did an oil change and recommended brakes as it was needed and due for inspection. The van done and now on time and right the first tiime. It passed inspection and it has been over a month and all is well. Carman was great and Tony Trotta keep me informed and I feel Carman and Tony were great. He also got me a card of a salesman for a new car I am considering. It will be bought from and serviced by Carman. As a business you can be proud of you facility, service and most importantly your staff. Thank you Joe

There are few things I dread more than car-buying. I was forced into it prematurely when someone rear-ended my old car, which was then declared totaled even though it was in pretty good shape because it had over 100,000 miles and the body work would have cost slightly more than its blue book value. I have to hand it to salesman Joel Cardona and the auto loan specialist at Carman Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM for helping to make buying my "new" used truck a painless experience. The best part -- no dickering, because I found the car on cars.com.
