After searching for a vehicle for months I finally stumbled across Carl's. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for but that didn't stop Bill Benaugh. From sales to finance....the staff at Carl's are the nicest ppl in the car business. Roseanne the sales manager was amazing. I walked in at 5pm on Friday and had not a clue what I wanted. I new I liked the Chevy Malibu, but hadn't even look at not one car on the lot. The thing I loved best was Roseann said let's start with, where do you want to be with a payment & what are you comfortable putting down as a down payment & we went from there. Well she never hassles or pushed me for more money witch is a RARITY!! My credit isn't the best to say the least, thought I'd have to do a buy here pay here, DO NOT DO THAT!!! We purchases my first suv here-then my sons truck and most recently my 3 rd! We have been veey happy with all 3-The woman we dealt with on all 3 occasions was not only patient with my undecisive choices at first-she also geared my teenage son towards a safe-economical decision to which pleased me! I was looking for a used car as my credit is horrible. When I say horrible is below 500. I got in contact with Carl's Buick gave them all my info. And a sales associate named Carlos Gaitan called me. I didn't expect to come in and drive away with a car. Well to my surprise Carl's Buick worked hard and found a bank to finance me. And I got to drive away with a nice car. I recommend Carl's Buick to anyone suffering from low credit like me ( Identity Theft ). It didn't matter to them. They where there to help and get me a car and that they did I'm super happy with my new car. And thank you Carlos Gaitan for your patience and your hard work. Jackie also she works in the finance department. That's where all the magic works. Overall a great experience and I'm enjoying my new car.

I purchased a car in January from Roseann Coghlan. I had a very pleasant experience that was completely hassle free. There was no back and forth on the price of the vehicle. I told them what I could afford and it was a Done Deal! I left in just a couple of hours with a 2015 Hyundai Accent that still had under 25K miles on it and the Power Train Bumper to Bumper Warranty still in tact. I love my car and I love my gas mileage. I do not pay more than I wanted to each month. This experience was painless and I would recommend anyone to go there for your next car purchase if you are in the Treasure Coast. Roseann was amazing and she made my day! Thank you to all of the friendly staff that made everything possible!

2016 Buick Enclave engine light was on went to dealership for correction. Was told to make appointment and it would cost $75.00 to correct. Was suggested i go to another GM dealer who corrected ECM light in about 10 minutes no charge. I will never go back to this dealer for any service in the future. Sales dept. excellent, Service not good.

Never thought I'd own a Buick! My previous SUV's were manufactured by Toyota, Volvo, BMW, Subaru, Hyundai, etc - all sizes and shapes. I look for a nice ride, good mileage and a low monthly price with a zero down payment! After seeing an ad on TV for Buick SUV's I decided to call Carl's Buick- GMC in Stuart. I set up an appointment and met with the super sales manager, Rose-Ann Coghlan, on Thursday morning. She is quick and to the point and she let the car itself do MOST of the talking - it was quick, comfortable, responsive and amazingly quiet. I could not believe the car came with tinting on the windows and, by the way, it gets awesome gas mileage. We love our new Buick Encore and drove it home Thursday afternoon. The people at Carl's were awesome. We even met Carl, the owner, who takes great pride in his people and the product. What a great guy. The others we met were customer friendly too - Gary in service, Sal in finance and Gentle Ben "the deal closer". Stop in and ask for Rose-Ann. You may own a soon Buick too!

I used to know someone here, so when I was car shopping it was in my database and popped up. I purchased my current vehicle there & even though I lived 90 mins away, they just threw great stuff, so I drove all that way. The already had my info, income verif & bank statements.. and was told "It's all printed out for you". I was glad to speak to a fresh person who had been keeping in contact for a week. I am disabled, with acutely progressing Multiple Sclerosis, so big purchase, long way.I was working with John D, had no interest in my former friends whereabouts, ancient history. I arrive only to be greeted by a band of employees who thought it would be fun to bait me there & offer me something from the dump, and say "got nothing else"The reality is, just had a car in mind and they intentionally baited me there to impose a "good ole boys" trick on an ill woman.I would not go near this place, total lack of morals and ethics.. and just want as much as they can get from you (seen & heard it)... Find somewhere where there are some morals. What a horrible thing they deceived and planned to do. Management was involved!Don't bully and agonize one who fights hard enough, heartless.They have violated so many laws, just for a laugh..DON'T TORTURE & LIE TO THE DISABLED FOR A LAUGH.

I came in for service and it was thorough and quick. The service staff was very accommodating. I bought my Enclave in and had to leave it overnight and I was given a car to take home and when I came in to get my car the next day, it was done and even washed. Great place!!

They sell you a car the way they want to sell you a car and are not very good listeners. Dealership comes first here is very evident. Unprofessional staff and the whole process here needs to be looked at from an ethical perspective. Ran my credit on Wed (1- hard inquiry with CARLS GMC-BUICK) so we knew where we would be credit wise and down payment wise on Friday which would be "deal day" had my cash down payment with me on Friday and then after the finance department started doing 4 more hard inquiries at banks (not even asking me if it was alright to do it over and over and over and over) then they started the song and dance routine and turned the tables on me changing the entire deal. One big waste of time for new car prices that really are not that great. Do your research and see for yourself. Not a very well run dealership.

Rose-Ann Coghlan and Carl's Buick /GMC are fantastic! Leasing/buying a new vehicle can be very stressful and aggrevating. I bought my 2010 Fusion Hybrid from Carls Buick in Stuart, January 6, 2015. The car was priced at $13,000. I had looked at the car on a Sunday to check out the exterior. I believe It is the top of the line Hybrid. When I got to the dealer to drive it I asked the sales rep to just confirm that the price was $13,000 and didnt have a bunch of hidden charges. He checked and said yes. We went for a ride. I knew that I was going to buy the car while I was driving it. We got back and wrote up the sales contract. They said they would take my personal check and the sales rep actually drove the car home with me. I gave him a ride back to the dealership. I have put close to 10,000 miles on the car and I love it. The gas mileage is great and its a very comfortable car.

So a 20 year old is shopping for a car with limited funds/credit. She has a choice between A, B or C. She chose C which was an electric car. The salesman states you have to charge the car every night. Period. It took us 6 hours to get home because full disclosure wasn't given as to what owning an electric car meant. Car dealers from Melbourne to WP said a reputable dealer would never sell this car to a 20 yo. I've called the owner, he has no time to call me back.

Took my truck in for brake service and was told I needed new breaks, master cylinder and booster. It was going to cost $1600. I told them to forget it. I talked to another mechanic and he said all I needed was the master cylinder and the pads are still very good. He charged me $100 and I spent another $100 on the parts.I bought the truck at Carl's and I was told they would detail and fix the scratches. When I went to pick up the vehicle it was filthy on the interior and the scratches looked like a small child scribbled with a crayon. When I confronted the salesman he got real mad and said "it's not a new car so live with it". People still ask me what is on the paint. I am on the market for a new truck and I will not be going there. I will keep on driving.

We went in to meet Matt shortly before closing to test drive a Honda Pilot and the vehicle was there and ready for us when we arrived, which already exceeded the customer service of some dealerships we visited the day before. I needed to replace my tired old truck. I had been looking at vehicles online as far away as 200 miles without much luck. I came across the truck I was looking for, F-150, extended cab w/8 ft. bed. I made an appt. after work and was promptly greeted by Steve Blakley. No pressure to buy, just took the vehicle out for a test drive. Certified pre-owned, one owner and clean! The paperwork took longer than I would have liked, but hey!, I found the vehicle I wanted wihtout having to drive to Orlando or Miami.I really expected a stressful experience buying another vehicle. That's why the truck I traded in was 17 years old! I will be doing business with Carl's again... and I won't wait as long to replace a vehicle next time.

After they changed our oil we started noticing a small oil leak under our '07 Lucerne. Brought it in for an estimate. They claimed that there was oil all over the engine so it was leaking out of every gasket. They wanted to rebuild the whole engine for $4,100 !!! My husband eventually jacked it up and took a look. Found several screws that were very loose (no doubt from the oil change) Not a single drop has leaked since then. DO NOT trust them at all. We will never go back!

I was just in a conversation with this salesman andtold him that I always wanted this particular car and the color of my choice - he found the car and the color! The experience of buying thiscar from John was the best I ever had. He was kind, considerate, funny and not at all pushy. I was happy purchasing this car from beginning to end. He made it happen! After making the purchase, when something needed to be adjusted or fixed - absolutely no problems. He took care of all the details to correct any problems. When the car needs service, I just call John! Highly recommend to everyone who needs to make a purchase - either new or used - to call John Hobson. I DRIVE A LOT SO TRADE IN AND BUY A NEW VEHICLE EVERY 12-18 MONTHS THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY 20 YEARS OF BUYING USED AND NEW VEHICLES THE STICKER SAID THE VEHICLE CAME WITH A RUN FLAT SYSTEM; I LATER FOUND OUT THEY GAVE ME 4 MISS MATCHED TIRES ON THE VEHICLE AND ONE WAS SHREDDED; THEY REFUSED TO PUT ON MATCHING RUN FLATS OR PAY FOR NEW TIRES (2 WEEKS AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR) 3 WEEKS AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR THE BATTERY DIED WHILE I WAS DOING THE PAPERWORK, THEY WENT THROUGH THE VEHICLE I WAS TRADING IN AND I LATER FOUND THINGS MISSING THE AWFUL BLOND WOMAN WHO DID THE PAPERWORK AND FINANCING TOLD ME HOW MUCH MONEY I WOULD SAVE, ESPECIALLY ON MY INSURANCE (NOT) AND THE GAS MILEAGE (NOT) AND TOLD ME THEY NEVER SELL VEHICLES THAT HAVE BEEN IN ACCIDENTS....THE VEHICLE I TRADED IN WAS LISTED THE VERY NEXT DAY AND IT HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT I CALLED THE DEALER REPEATEDLY; BILL WOULD NOT TAKE MY CALLS AND REFUSED TO REPLACE THE TIRES OR THE BATTERY I WROTE LETTER AFTER LETTER FINALLY THE GM CALLED ME AFTER RECEIVING MY 4TH LETTER IN 6 WEEKS AND ASKED WHAT HE COULD DO TO GET ME TO STOP BAD MOUTHING HIS DEALERSHIP IT WAS A LITTLE LATE FOR THAT I WAS SHOCKED AT THE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVE NEVER BEFORE OR AFTER BEEN TO A DEALER WITH WORSE SERVICE AND PRODUCT

Fantastic customer service is hard to find in Florida but I found it at Carl's Buick. John Hobson was the first to greet me and listened to what I wanted to accomplish and made it happen. John was patient as I compared vehicles and test drove my selection. John was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and went out of his way to find one in the right color and feature combination all with a smile and a firm handshake at the end. Other local dealerships were not as clean as Carl's and when I entered the showroom took several minutes before anyone greeted me and asked how they could help. Carl's customer CARE made them the top of my list!

Sales man Brahim was very attentive and courteous. I already knew what I wanted and he gave me honest information and facts thorugh the process. He was professional and listened carefully what I wanted. We had an adequate test drive and after we agreed to terms. John Hobson is the most helpful and friendly salesman my husband and I have ever worked with. My husband and I really needed to get out of the car we were in because it was having some issues and we were carrying negative equity in the vehicle. We looked at a few different vehicles but could not find a vehicle that was the right price. We decided to go to Carl's and we found the right vehicle for an awesome price. John knew that we had a limit to the amount of money we wanted to finance and they got us the exact price we wanted without any haggling or back and forth like many other dealerships. John was also very efficient when it came to getting things done. My husband and I had to make a trip to the DMV to change our licenses to the correct address and mine to my married name. When we got back we were ready to go right to finance, there was no waiting, and the paperwork was all ready to go. Overall it was the best car buying experience I've had and my husband and I are both very happy with the vehicle we purchased and the price we paid. John Hobson was the most helpful salesman I've worked with because he get things done quick and he doesn't push customers to spend more than they can. Very poor workmanship after the sale and very rude salesman (after the sell). I bought a truck there that they promised they would take care of the issues next Thursday. I get up the next day to go to work and I turn on talk radio. I think to myself "this radio is really bad" then I hit a bump and the stereo blasts out SOOO Loud. I looked at the truck in the daylight and it had tons of dents and scratched. The back seat pouch was torn, it smelled like dog, etc. I decided to go out the next day with my white shirt. When I got home it was stained so bad from the seats I had to throw it away. My family get in the truck and I have to tell them " sit on a towel" we drive and the speakers cut on an off and they have to mention the smell and the scratched and dents on the exterior. I am not worried, because I was promised that all the issues would be taken care of. I finally get my truck there for the service and I was told by the service department (over the phone) it would cost me over $500 to fix the acceleration and speakers that were defective the day I bought the truck. I was assured that this would be covered. Their website stated the used vehicles would be like new. Seat belt alarm does not chime, blood on ceiling etc.I got to dealer and the service dept. told me to talk to Bob Reed. I told him the truck was not detailed and showed him and he say's "they must have missed that spot". I say "how about all these other spots, and the rear pouch they said they fixed". Bob starts raising his voice and say's "we never agreed to this stuff" and started being very rude. I was assured the paint scratches would be fixed to the point you would barely notice. I told Bob that it was getting later and it was overcast and raining when I was looking at the car. Bob replies by saying it was bright and sunny. What a liar he is. I showed my friend and he just laughed and said "looks like a 2 year old colored on your truck".I was hoping this would be the dealer I could buy the rest of my cars from, but it's NOT! Stay Away!

I have had the pleasure of working with Mr Leonard B since 2000 when I first moved to this area. Since then, I purchased 5 vehicles now owning a 2012 Buick Verano. Mr. B is the main reason I purchase from this dealership. The reason I keep returning to this dealership is because of Mr. B. He takes the time to work out the cost factor, my trade-in allowance, rebates to make sure that I ended up with a payment that worked for me. His primary mission was to make me happy driving my new vehicle. Mr. B was not only my sales consultant but even after the vehicle was sold to me and I drove it off the lot, he was always available to me for whatever problem I had. At times, he intervened for me if I were to have a service need. He goes the extra mile not only at the time of pre-sale but through the entire process from finance and to make sure that I had received whatever rebate was available. I have had many poor experiences with dealerships attempting to "sell" me a car. So when I walked into Carl's, as usual, I had my defenses up. Much to my pleasant surprise, I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman, Bob. He made my car buying experience Exceptional! He was very patient with me test driving multiple cars, including the used Cadillac that attracted me to the dealership. With his recommendation, I also test drove a Buick Regal...a car that I had not considered at all. It was Perfect! It had all of the features that I was looking for AND It cost less than the original CTS I had in mind! Next time I am in the market for another car, Carl's will be my first stop. Jack Hine was so great. He made it seem like there was almost no paperwork and nonsense after the numbers were quickly agreed on! I also want to recognize Sal the finance guy. I stopped in at Carls Buick to gather some information on the smaller suv for my daughter. As I was walking into the facility I was approached by a nice young man who introduced himself as Ben Pridemore the Used Car Manager. He asked if anyone was helping me and I mentioned I was just getting there and wanted to get a brochure - Ben was so kind and introduced me to a salesmen named John Hobson. I must say John was so incredible!! He seemed to know exactly the features I was interested in - so amazing.....he was so informative about the Encore and how the safety, reliablity and the economic benefits were everything I wanted! John Hobson is the Best - he is like no salesman I've ever met before! Before I left - I insisted on meeting John's manager and telling him just how wonderful John is, Rick Elmasian, the New Car manager and although Im sure he is very busy, was very kind welcoming of my compliment of his salesmen and there terrific facility. I walked into The Carl's Showroom when they were busy and was immediatly created by john and he showed me the truck i requested and furthermore suprised when they accepted the priced i offered them. Brahim helped me buy side steps, and leather for my new truck and was courteous through the whole process. Sal was the dealership finance manager who got me a interst rate of only 2.5% so needless to say he is my best friend!!! i would recomend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car!!! thanks guys !!! I purchased a used truck to pull our boat recently. I was told the pre-owned vehicles are the best out there and they do a extensive inspection because customer satisfaction is number 1 at Carl's. Since that point I have spent over $500 in repairs and the engine over heats still. I called and was very pleasant about this issue and had the manager hang up the phone on me. If that's the customer service your looking for I would recommended Carl's!

I'd like to start the story off with how we came about pricing our purchase of the 2012 Buick Lacrosse in question. We went to a dealership in Fort Pierce, called Roger Dean Buick to look at the new 2012 Buick Lacrosse. We had done some homework, on the web and decided that this would be the vehicle to replace Linda's current vehicle 2007 Cadillac.A primary concern for us was the quality of the sound in the car, and the reviews that we read said that the Harman Kardin premium stereo system was excellent. We met with the salesman at Roger Dean on Saturday afternoon. He showed us several 2012 Buick Lacrosse vehicles of which we drove. My wife Linda loved the car. So we asked him to work up a price.We told him we were interested in leasing the vehicle, and he told us about a General Motors incentive; where if I brought in my current lease, we could get an additional $2000 off the price of the vehicle. We told him we wanted to put $2500 down as well, and we were looking for a price around $350 a month. We did not know the cash value of the car we were looking at.My wife told him she wanted the cocoa colored 2012 Buick Lacrosse with all the options in the premium 1 package. He worked us up the price of 2500 down, $358 per month including tax, and I must bring in a copy of my lease to get $2000 off. The only problem with this deal was that he could not find the vehicle in the color she wanted, and said they might be able to get one by Tuesday. We told him we would call him back on Tuesday.On the way home we decided to stop at Carl's Buick in Stuart Florida. We walked in and met Mark Mello, a sales consultant. We now knew exactly what we wanted, the color and all the options, everything we would like to have in this vehicle. We asked Mark if they could match a price from another dealership, he expressed that they could. Then we asked him if he could get the car we wanted in the cocoa color my wife wanted. He said they could get one by Monday, it was at another dealership. We expressed to Mark that we wanted all the options that we spoke of, and asked him if those options were included the car that they were bringing. He told us, yes, except for the last two options on the list (list is listed below). The options, he said that were NOT included in this particular vehicle, was the Driver Confidence Package, which includes a blindside mirror warning device, and something called heads up display which projects the cars speed on the windshield.We told him those two options were not all that important and to go ahead and order the vehicle provided they could match the deal , the price, that we had just gotten from Roger Dean. Finally, after going back and forth to the finance manager, he finally came into his office and told us yes they could do the deal and match the deal that Roger Dean was offering us.When we all agreed on the price, 2500 down, $358 a month including sales tax on a 3 year lease, plus I would need to bring a copy of my lease in for the additional $2000 off, they would order the vehicle. They then asked my wife to leave a deposit, she left them $500.The dealership called my wife and said the car wouldn't be in until Tuesday night. We said that would be fine, we will come in and pick the car up that night. We came in Tuesday night to pick up the car it was around q7:15pm. The dealership expressed that they were closing at 8:00 pm and we needed to hurry. Here's where I made my first mistake. I asked the salesman, Mark Mello, if all the items we have ordered were on the car without actually looking at the car. He said yes they were. Then before my wife signed the paperwork, I asked the finance manager; before she signs this, are all the items that we asked for, on this car? He said yes everything you asked for was there. I trusted both their answers. Big mistake!The finance manager now told us something we weren't aware of, after signing the paperwork, the finance manager told us that they included an Ally Lease Protection Program in the lease for an additional $695. We asked them what that was, and they expressed that we absolutely needed it for the end of the lease or to turn in the car. We told him we were going to buy the car at the end the lease. They said it would be too much work to take this out of the lease at the current time, about 7:45pm. They told us we could cancel it at any time. My wife expressed that she still did not want it. They basically told her she could cancel later on and left it in the lease.I asked both the salesman and the finance manager one more time to tell us whether we received all the options that we asked for. I expressed the reason I was asking again, was that my wife had purchased a new car in Buffalo, New York and did not receive the things that she was told she would receive from the dealership. After she drove the car home they told her she was on her own, to bad.They expressed to us that everything was there that we ordered. Furthermore, when I spoke with the finance manager as he was showing us how to pair our phones with the car stereo, I asked him how do you turn on the GPS Navigation System? He said to me you can't turn it on, without subscribing to OnStar. I later found out that that is not true. That if the GPS/Navigation System was in the car we could have just turned it on. Which indicates that he knew that we did not get the Navigation System.My wife drove the car home, and went to work the next day. The following day, Thursday, after learning about a lot of the options on the car and how to drive it, she couldn't get the quality of the sound that we heard in one of the vehicles we had driven at the other dealership. She asked me to take a look at it Thursday night. That's when I discovered that we did not have the premium sound package that she paid for. Then I discovered after we connected with the OnStar that we did not get the navigation system that we order. This was an entirely different vehicle than the one we agreed to buy. Below is a list of the options we were supposed to get.The Premium 1 package includesRemote vehicle starter systemPower driver lumbar four-way seatUniversal home remoteAuto dimming rearview mirrorLeather appointed seating with heated front seatsFront passenger seat eight way powerHalogen fog lamps with ejector technologyOutside mirrors, heated, power, LED indicatorsUltrasonic rear park assistRearview camera systemAuto dimming on outside mirrorsMemory driver seat and outside mirrorsAvailable options for the premium one group which we were supposed to get include Rear seat thorax airbagsSunroofPremium audio package which includes rear seat entertainment systemAudio system with navigation & 80 GB hard driveThey told us in this particular car we would not receive the driver confidence package. This includes side blind zone alert and heads up display. We understood we weren't getting those two items and that was fine with us. The problem is; we were supposed to get all the other items which equal about $4000 in options that we did not receive as agreed.I then called the dealership to see if we could get it resolved. I first asked for the salesman after three separate phone calls he never returned my call. The receptionist started to recognize my voice and suggested I talk to the new car manager. I said put me through to him, after three more phone calls no one called me back. I then asked for the general manager after two phone calls, he did not call me back.I called back a third time and expressed my disgust about not receiving a call back after so many calls to so many people. The general manager finally called me back. When I told him what had happened he said he would look into it and get back to me. He said he understood my problem and that they would find me another car to match what we had ordered. I said that would be fine. Then he called me back, and told me that there were no cars available with those options for them to trade out the car. I asked him if he could find out if they could replace the audio system in the car to match what we ordered and we would be happy with that. The way they would do this is by putting the correct factory radio with navigation and the entertainment system that we ordered. He said he would get back to me. When he got back to me, he told me that wasn't possible. He then expressed that it was now our responsibility and that we should not have signed the contract without inspecting the car fully to see if we received what we ordered. He also cursed at me when I confronted him about the wrong doings here.If you look at the car, and turn on the stereo system, there is no way of knowing what stereo system is in the car, unless you are very versed in audio car systems and how they are installed. That is not my area of expertise.After having the discussion with the general manager, over this problem, he told me the best that he would do, would be to give us $320 toward a new stereo system based on his stereo company installing one for $640. And then they would pay the other $320. I told him this was not satisfactory, there was a lot more missing in the car than just the stereo system.I now requested to talk with the owner of the dealership. The owner was supposed to be back from vacation on Monday and call me Monday according to the general manager. He called me on Wednesday, when I expressed my concerns about what happened, he said it shouldn't be a problem he would look into it and call me back. He called me back and told me there is no doubt that what I was saying was true, and he would see if he could find a car to replace the one that was wrong.Once again, he found out that he could not get a car to replace that one with the same options we have ordered originally. He now told us that it was our responsibility to make sure that we received what we had ordered. And he told us the best that he could do, was to give us $600 toward a stereo upgrade but it was up to us to do all the work. I told him that was not enough, that we felt he should pay for the entire cost of the upgrade and that we were still losing the navigation system the sunroof and a GPS options. He then got irate with me, and told me that my name wasn't on the lease and that he would no longer talk to me. He said from now on he will talk to my wife.The fact of the matter is; my name was implicated in this deal, because I had to bring a copy of my lease, of which the dealership photocopied, and sent off to General Motors, to receive a $2000 discount on the total cost of the car. Therefore I feel I am still involved in this deal, because they implicated me in a scam.The owner of the dealership Carl Fisher told my wife, all he would do, would be to give her $600 toward the upgrade of the stereo system. This made her sick, and then she thought about the other $695 they took for the lease protection she didnt want.She expressed concerns about the $695, she had to pay for the Ally lease protection program she didn't want. She told the Carl Fisher that she wanted her money back on the Ally lease protection program. Call Fisher told her on the phone that he would write her a separate check for the $695. She agreed.When she told me what had happened I told her it doesn't seem honest. He's giving you back $695 from the Ally Lease Protection program but that money was still in the lease. She was still paying interest on that money. This does not sound legal. I called Ally and confronted them with this situation. They told me the proper way this should be done was; the dealership would send the cancellation to the leasing company and the leasing company would remove it off the lease and adjust the monthly payments. So my question is, how is it possible that a dealership is allowed to create the lease package, inflate the price of the car (or switch the car out for a lesser valued vehicle), add-on protection programs that the customer doesn't want, then reimburse the customer for those protection programs, while keeping the funds and interest on the lease which are then charged to the customer each month as he pays the leaseThe way I see it here is we have two very deceptive practices. The first one is; the car that we bought was valued at $38,595. (I found this out by going back to Roger Dean and get a written quote for the exact car we wanted). The car we received was $33,964.89. Therefore $4630.11 is what we were taken (ripped OFF) for; less the $600 the dealership gave to my wife for the stereo upgrade. Therefore we got ripped off for $4030.11. Correction my wife got ripped off for $4030.11. I was implicated in this with my good name and my current lease used to deduct $2000 off the wrong vehicle. Dealership made an extra $2000 using my lease copy.I feel these practices are totally illegitimate and need to be investigated. The first one that needs to be investigated is the fact that Carl's Buick added a package to the lease without permission then refunded the money to the customer (my wife) for that package and continued to charge the interest rate on the money that she was returned. In other words never adjusted the lease value. According to Ally this is not a standard practice. Most likely, its illegal. Are Car Lease companies allowed to lease you money?One more thing I need to say about the price of the vehicle. Carl Fisher the owner, told my wife on the phone that they would have never sold us that vehicle with those options for that price, and that I was lying, about the deal and the price. When I learned that from my wife, I immediately went back to Roger Dean to get a written quote for the exact vehicle we were interested in. They produced a computer printout, written quote for the exact vehicle we had ordered with all the options. The salesman also put on the bottom of the two-page quote the exact terms of $2500 down $337 per month plus tax which equals $358 per month and a copy of my lease to confirm the deal. Yes the car with all the options we never received from Carls Buick.The second issue I think needs to be investigated is the fact that Carls Buick can lie to the customer several times, telling them, that they did receive the things that they were supposed to receive. Knowing that all they have to do, is get their (customers) signature and they don't have to give them what they purchased. This might bring some clarity here; In order to see the navigation system I would've had to dismantle the dashboard because nowhere on the car does it mention the navigation. Just as a reminder I did ask the finance manager if the GPS system was there and how to turn it on, while sitting in the car with him, and he indicated that it was there, and that we needed to turn on OnStar to turn on the navigation. Once again another lie by the dealership.The Harman Kardin stereo system we were supposed to receive also would need me to dis-assemble the car to see if it was there. This does not seem practical. I would think a little honesty at the dealership would be in order. The third problem I have with all of this; is the fact that the dealership, the new car sales manager, the general manager and the owner all confirmed that we had ordered a different vehicle and did receive it. But, when they found out, that they could not replace it easily, they turned the entire story around and made it our responsibility. This is an atrocity. There needs to be some kind of regulation or at least an investigation of this kind of business practice. The consumers need to be protected from this type of lying.

From start to finish, Paul Gioia worked hard to get us what we wanted in a new 2012 GMC Terrain and David Lograsso worked hard to get us in a great pre-owned 2007 Cadillac CTS! The over all experience was wonderful. Mike was helpful through the whole process. He was friendly and more than willing to work we me every step of the way. I can be a bit impossible at times but Mike had patience (rare today) and just made me smile the whole time. I am very pleased with my vehicle purchase but having a guy like Mike on your side was wonderful. Let's face it buying a new vehicle is a choir but Mike made it a breeze. I found a vehicle I wanted, put a deposit on it, signed the buyers order which was also signed by the used car sales manager, and they sold the vehicle out from under me four hours later. I put a deposit on the vehicle as it was a saturday afternoon and my credit union was not open. Thet knew I was seriously purchasing the vehicle and I would have the deal funded on the coming monday, as I certainly was not going to walk away from a substantial deposit. My salesman, Bill M. was very apologetic and said he has never seen this happen in his 30 years of experience. I have never heard of this happening in my 20+ years of buying cars (I have owned over 20 in 20+ years). This was a sleazy thing to pull and they wasted a lot of my valuable time. The dealership offered nothing to make it right. I did of course get my deposit back, but only after 3 days wait. I have no problem with the salesman, just the sales manager and dealership in general. Heck, Bill lost his sales commision on the deal.
