I didn't finance my vehicle which seemed to be a problem with the dealership. I did end up getting a good deal although after the deal was all done they told me that I could not receive a set of keys. I only left with one key and I also couldn't receive a spare tire which I thought both of those items were included with the purchase of a brand new vehicle. You would think that a customer comes in paying cash for her vehicle she would at least receive the minimum of a spare tire and a set of keys. After speaking to the salesman that sold me the vehicle he told me that the reason I was not getting those items was because I got such a good deal on the car. Makes absolutely no sense to me. Dealership definitely does not know how to put themselves in the customer's shoes and make the customer leave happy no matter what. Also my name is Andrea not Andrew.

They put up with me, and I always walk out with a car when I walk in. In fact, I know better then to go down there with an offer unless I want to come home with a new car.

I bought my car on the used car lot S.Tacoma Way and was pleased with my service. I got home and realised I left a CD in my old car was told no problem I'll put it in my desk. Went to pick it up and it was no where to be found. Fast forward a few weeks I call to find out about my license plates, I hadn't received any notice or phone call. At the time when I called it was a little over 2 weeks until the expiration date and I was told not to worry about it because these things take time. Fast to the day before the expiration date and still nothing, so I call the service dept and get voicemail, I left a message and never heard anything back, so I called back and finally got a live person to speak to. Now when you call there is like 5 different messages saying the calls may be recorded, I don't think this is true. The person I spoke to in the service dept was absolutely rude to me and when I explained that I never received any notices she came back with "well we don't Mail them because that's illegal" I didn't ask, nor did I think, that I thought was going to happen. So she tried hurry off the phone with me and I needed to know what time they closed and said "well i suggest you be here by 6:45" she was very rude!So I couldn't make it by then because I live, on a good day, an hour away. I went the next day and went I went into the service dept and everyone seemed to be chillin, I was told to go to the cashier office where the employee was actually eating while helping customers. I was completely put off by it and then when I turned around someone who did not look like he worked there was playing in the chair behind the service dept desk. I wI'll not be returning in 15 months to purchase my next car mainly because of poor customer service.

Took vehicle in for minor repair and vehicle still in shop 8 days later. Service rep never called to give status of vehicle. I have called several times and got the it will be done end of day BS. Told they were working on it but passed the shop and vehicle was not moved for two days. Contacted service Mgr voicemail and have not received a call back yet I will never take my vehicle back and caution other to never go. Considering small claims action.


Less than a stellar experience.

We came in to buy a new Sedona with "all the bells and whistles", since we were told we couldn't do that back in 2014, 3 months before the 2015's with said bells and whistles came out. (Another upsetting KIA experience). We were "given" a salesperson by the name of Victoria. She was not what you would expect from a salesperson, since she insulted my wife twice within earshot of her. We vacillated over the car for a least an hour, with the idea of financing through me only, due to my wife's lesser credit situation. She somehow pushed through the idea of both of us financing it, then came back with paperwork to sign without ever asking us if we we going to actually buy the car. Then 3 days later , the finance person, Andrew F., informed me that the financing didn't go through because of our joint application. I turned around and went back to the original idea of financing it myself. It not only went through, it came back with a lower payment with lower %. Andrew was great and made a unpleasant buying experience much better. I/we have purchased 8 (eight) KIA's from this dealership, and would have expected and appreciated a better buying experience. Kudos also to Salesperson Peter Bower who showed me how to set up most of controls in the car. Thanx......................................PDQ

Bought one Kia Soul at another Pierce County dealer with intent to purchase second. Drove that new car off the lot at night and twenty minutes later noticed all kinds of scratches running front to back on top and sides of car like a dry rag car wash. Called them and took it back immediately. Long story short - they said their car wash didn't cause it and they wouldn't remedy it. Lost customer - PERIOD. Went to KIA Pros for second vehicle. With sales amount calculated from first vehicle purchase, made offer. Sales manager comes back with counter that was $1,000 less than mine. He could have taken advantage of the situation and run to the bank - he didn't.Service of both vehicles have been as stated and on time. I love my KIA Soul and can't say enough about it. The other one, the sportier model from the other dealer, has been problematic, or, in my opinion, a piece of junk. I'd buy another KIA Soul and love the styling of their Optima.

If zero was an option, I would most definitely pick that. I am not even the customer here, but went with my boyfriend. I am writing on behalf of him and his experience. As a possible customer (I drive a Kia too, and was looking for a new place to do my service) there is no way I will come here. In addition, the way these men handled themselves, and I had to ask two separate men to shut up as they continued to egg my boyfriend on. It was a terrible experience. This is what we sent to the cooperate office: "On July 22nd, I went to Car Pros Kia in Tacoma Washington. My appointment was at 9:15 AM for my 90,000 mile service, along with the recent recall. I checked my car in, and me and my girlfriend went and had a seat in the lobby. About an hour or so later, Nate, from the service department, came and told us that there was more service that needed to be done and would take at least another hour and a half. We had a wedding to go to, and I let Nate know. He was able to get us a loaner car. However, prior to leaving the establishment, I said that I would be back later to get my car. Nate said "As long as you are back before sales leaves, then you can get your car." He told us that sales closed at 9:00 pm, and the service department closed at 5:00 pm. I also advised the service receptionist that I would be back later in the day. It was my understanding, and my girlfriends, that the keys would be available for us when we came back later in evening to pick up the car. I paid a total of $504.50 prior to leaving for the day, received my receipt that I had paid, and left in the loaner car.We arrived around 7:00 pm and I went into the sales department and spoke with an employee. I let him know that I was there to get my car keys. My girlfriend and I were standing at the sales counter because they could not find my keys. The gentleman told me "You probably will not get your car until Monday." I told them sternly "That is not going to happen, and I need my keys today." He proceeded to make some phone calls, including placing a call to Nate (the guy from the service department that helped me earlier). Another gentleman jumped into the mix after Nate said he wasn't sure where the keys were, and that gentleman called the service manager, Steve Keiser, who lives quite a distance from this dealership. We were told by the desk manager working at this time, "We are working on finding your keys, please go sit in the lobby." First of all, I was waiting on an answer from the gentleman who was making a call about when my keys would be given to me. Not an unreasonable thought for me to be standing at the counter, rather than wandering off, especially after I was just told that I wasn't going to get my car until Monday. I told the desk manager "I am not moving until I get an answer on a time frame for when someone is coming who can get my keys." The desk manager then said "We have private customer information here, and you can't stand here." I responded that he had an option to close the files, and move them away, because I wasn't moving until someone got me an answer about my car and getting my keys. We had been standing there for quite sometime before he decided to tell us that we needed to move away. The desk manager then said "Sir, you are being a disgruntled customer, and if you do not move away from the counter, I am calling the police." I got very angry, and loudly told him to call the police. Which he did. Meanwhile, staff in the establishment decided to come and chime in. Not only were they chiming into what was unfolding, but they began snickering. At one point, the desk manager told me, the customer who was waiting for their car that they had paid for and was told that the car would be ready for me, that "You will be the only one being hauled away in hand cuffs." My girlfriend and I stepped outside and sure enough, the Tacoma police arrived. They went into Car Pros Kia and spoke with the desk manager. The officers talked to us. We told them what I have typed here in this message. The one officer told me that I had every right to be angry especially after I had paid for my service. Ultimately, the desk manager told the police officer that he wasn't interested in my business any longer, and wanted me formally trespassed from the property. This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received from any establishment, anywhere. And what is really disappointing is that not only did I purchase my car here, but I also have received service from this location for 5 years. I do not have a problem with the service department because Steve Keiser actually drove to the business to open the service doors to retrieve my key. That took an additional 45 minutes from the time I arrived to pick up my car. Obviously, aside from the desk managers terrible service, I think it is absurd that no one else in the building has a key to access important areas of the building."

Recently, my husband and I received an advertising post card from Car Pros stating that we could receive up to 30% off select models because we are valued customers. We have purchased 4 Kias including the one purchased yesterday at 3 days ago at the Tacoma location. My husband I were already considering replacing my 10-year-old car, so we thought that now might be a good time to take advantage of the offer. We purchased our first 3 Kias at the Renton location. We have built a strong relationship with a salesperson at that location. We trust him and he knows how we like to do business. We left a message for him regarding this special offer, but through no fault of his own he did not receive the message. I followed it up with an email and he returned my call, but not until after we purchased a car at the Tacoma location based on information given to us by an employee at that location. Our issue concerns the fact that we called the number on the post card (the Tacoma location) to inquire about the details of the offer. Weve never been or have we ever purchased a vehicle from the Tacoma store, but some how they had our name and address. I was told that the offer was only valid at the Tacoma location and if we wanted to take advantage of it we would have to purchase our car from that location. We assumed we were given accurate and honest information. I spoke with our salesperson the following today and he told us that the offer would have been honored at his location as well; in other words it was not exclusive to the Tacoma location and more or less an advertising gimmick to get folks on the lot for the "hard" sell. I feel like we were bamboozled. Although we made our decision based on the information given to us, I feel as though we betrayed someone who has been very good to us over the years. I was so embarrassed when I told him we purchased at another location and reason why. He was very gracious and assured me that if we need anything going forward he will be there to help us. Needless to say we will not return to the Tacoma store for future purchases. This has left a very bad taste in our mouth. Going forward we will only purchase our Kias from the Renton location as long as our trusted salesperson is employed. In the event he should ever leave their employ, we will take our business elsewhere. I absolutely can not tolerate or accept dishonesty in any form. If I could return this vehicle and purchase from elsewhere I would do just that. Shame on those folks at your Tacoma store for lying to us just to make a sale. We did send an email to Mr. Nick Phillips, but low and behold, we did not get a response. Clearly integrity in their business dealings is not a priority. Stay far, far, away from these people; they'll do anything to make a sale including, but not limited to lying to your face.

To be perfectly honest, I do not like the black color of the car. Now, that said, throughout the car buying experience everyone at Car Pros KIA exerted maximum effort to put in a car with the options we wanted, and at the disadvantage of looking for a FWD car in a AWD dominated market place. The gift of the all weather floor mats was a welcome perk and totally unexpected. We do appreciate the effort of everyone to put us in a car which meets our needs and on which I believe we can depend on for several years to come.

Customer Service staff are courteous and pleasant when you come into their facility and are always willing to help you. I have been dealing with this service facility for years and even after personnel have changed the outstanding service is still the same.

Mark Thompson and Brent were the associates that helped us. We have never had such superior service from a business. We had visited Car Pros Kia Tacoma a week prior to our actual purchase. When we finally came back in to purchase our vehicle Mark not only remembered us by name but he delivered such exceptional service. From the very beginning right to the end and even after when he followed up with us to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. Brent went through all the features of our car with us and he was very thorough and even set up our Bluetooth for us. Financing was a breeze as well. Financing has never been so quick and easy for us. We were already repeat customers as this purchase was our second and we would definitely come back if we needed to purchase another car. We qualified for the Holiday incentive program and we felt that Mark and the team bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied in every way a customer could be. We walked out with the a beautiful car and excellent financing but the most pleasurable experience came from the staff at Car Pros Kia Tacoma. Made a call to Car Pros today and wanted to go over my situation with an extra key that they promised they would deliver. I wanted to talk to a manager to go over the situation and the representative told me that you would have to call back on Saturday to talk to Kristen the manager in charge, I ask why Kristen & why Saturday, he stated that no one else could help me, what type of service is this...don't they have other managers on duty or a general manager...very disappointing!!

I go out of my way and drive 30 mikes to have my car serviced at Car Pros Kia Tacoma because the service is always excellent. I have never had anything but the best, and in my opinion Helen sets the standard for this excellent service. I also schedule my visits on days that she works because of the care and attention she gives me. I am a unique customer because I have severe allergies and am sensitive to everyday chemicals like cleaners, fragrances, and it is very difficult to go anywhere let alone a car service station. I have to wear a mask in public places.Helen has always treated me with respect, done whatever she can to help lessen issues for me, and she always tell me that I am appreciated. I appreciate her and all the service team at KIA Tacoma. Manager Aaron has been very professional and helpful in the past as well.

Going in for the standard "Oil & Filter" servicing, a customer might expect less than attentive care or servicing one's vehicle in a timely manner. My most recent was courteous and expedited quickly. I had a free service coming on my punch card but failed to let your cashier know until after my debit card was charged. She let me know to remind you upon my next service visit. She also gave me a new punch card and gave me one punch on it! I couldn't be happier.

I recently agreed to lease a car from Car Pros Kia in Tacoma . They accepted my down payment in the form of trade-in and cash of approximately $3800 and then went about trying to find financing for me while I took the car off the lot. My sales representative asked me to return the car 8 business days later when they were unable to do so, at which point I contacted their loan office and told them this was a violation of RCW 46.70.180, after which they seemed more inclined to work with me. That was about 2 weeks ago now, and today while I was at work they came and towed my car away. Having not refunded me my down payment, having not agreed to return to me the car I traded in. Leaving me, a single mother, stranded in downtown with no way to pick up my daughter from daycare let alone get her and I home to my apartment in Marysville. I believe the practices of this dealership to be predatory and in direct violation of the Consumer Protection Act, and I would like help being fully refunded for everything I have given them to this point, which has left me without transportation. I am beside myself with what I am supposed to do now. I feel as though they have taken advantage of me and my situation. Also didn't not let me get my personal ideas from the car and also lost my job because of them coming to my work and repo the car.

I went in to Car Pros Kia for an Oil Change on my 2013 Soul. I wanted to upgrade to a 2014 Soul and take a look at the new models. They didnt have any in stock and .I felt I was pushed into upgrading to the 2013 Plus Kia Soul Model, yet I asked about the 2014 Models.. Anyways I signed papers and drove home the 2013 Plus Model (Shame on Me ) and was promised a lower interest rate. Well 2 weeks later they still couldnt find me financing as they promised and I was so frustrated with the whole deal, I ended up getting my Origanal Soul back and gave them back there Upgrade.... Financing turned out to be alot higher interest rate then I was promised....ALL THEY SEEMED TO CARE ABOUT IS SELLING ME A CAR....No Customer Service and no listening to what I wanted...A year later I finally managed to get my 2014 Kia Soul I wanted.....I felt No loyaty or customer service,, again all I felt like was they wanted to sell me a car no matter how !! I have had my car now for almost 4 months now and NOT 1 single phone call from anyone about my New Car or about my older 2013 Soul, No one ever called asking how I was doing or if I was happy with my Kia purchase ??? The reason Car Pros is "#1" has nothing to do with their ability to sell for less. It is completely to them inundating the local cable airwaves with commercials. Their ads are cheap and plentiful. The sales and financing staff was completely dishonest with us. We told them we wanted to finance through our credit union, but they said they didn't work with WSECU. Of course, WSECU said they worked with them all of the time. Car Pros stuck us with a higher interest than we would've gotten. And, don't get me started on the "If I told you I could get you in this vehicle for this, would you buy it....Okay, sign this irrelevant piece of paper that I just wrote this figure on...Now we have a contractual deal." Don't waste your time with these guys.

We got a LEMON! We signed a lease on a car that das been driven 5 miles..brand new. It died twice. The second time while I was driving in the left lane on I5. I could have been killed. I was 3 miles away from the dealership but they had me sit on the shoulder for over an hour at night waiting for a tow truck. They then promised to deliver a new, new car to my house so I would not have to retune to the dealership. It has been 2 weeks since this started & they have broke their word again telling us to come to the dealership and pick up the new car. I have 2 kids one being a severely disabled daughter who I now have to take with me for the 3rd visit to the dealership over an hours drive away. This whole thing has been a nightmare! My husband & I are not complainers & this whole situation has been awful! Do not buy a car from Car Pros Kia Tacoma. They have not done what they said they would do for us.

He had great charisma and he didn't pressure us or try to sell us anything we didn't need.The finance department however, is an unorganized, unprofessional mess. We had high hopes for this dealership. The finance department made mistakes they refused to own, and ultimately tried screwing over an active duty military family out of the rebate we signed for. They have been very unpleasant to work with and we will not be recommending this dealership to friends and family, nor will we give our returning business. My husband and I just visisted this dealership tonight in hopes to buy a 2013 optima ex. We are giving such a low rating because we were assured over the phone of a number of things but when we got there none of it happened. To start I called and talked with Rhonda. I told her very specifically what we were looking for and that I wanted to do as much footwork as possible over the phone because we have 3 young children and that it is very hard for us to bring them car shopping so if we were going to bring them it would be because we wanted to buy a car. When we called back she was leaving so she got us in touch with Jermey. He also made the same promises and urged us to come in tonight with the kids. So we did. We called and told him we would be there in 20 minutes and he knew which vehicle we wanted. When we got there no prep work had been done. He didnt know if there were any even available to buy or if there was even one to show us. He offered to have us load the kids back in the car and follow him to another lot that might have one. We asked him to go because with 3 carseats its not very quick. So 15 minutes or so later he returns to show us a different model that wasnt even available for us to buy just to show us some of the features. I tell him that we know what we want and want to know if there is anything matching our criteria coming in this month and that we already have a quote from anohter dealership that has what we want in stock. they dont have what we called and requested but try to sell us the next model up and ask us to be flexible. i asked them to do the same because us being "flexible" would cost another $1000. we ended up leaving because there was no car matching what we wanted coming in throughout the month. none of that would have been frutstrating except that we called to confirm that there would be what we wanted before we came in only to find out that there wasnt and wont be. it was a complete waste of our time and we will not be bringing them any of our business.

Their finance lady (Dani I think here name was) was great and explained how financing works, Ed explained the whole deal and Doc did a wonderful delivery. He even hooked up my Bluetooth and programmed my garage door opener. Benjamin gave me a great tour of the dealership and was always thanking me for my business. Bought my Kia Soul Hamstar here a couple months ago. I had done research on the Kia website and pretty much knew all the extras I wanted. I found out that you can't just "order a Kia" with specific items but that the dealers pick from what's shipped over from Korea. Since Car Pros is the #1 Kia Dealer they get first pick. Once the dealership gets the vehicle they can order the "extras" and add them to the price. We ended up working with "Doc" and when we tallied up the order I was looking at almost $25K. Doc asked if I would consider the Hamstar Special Edition instead. I could have everything I wanted and get leather interior for less! They would even have the "Hamstar" decals removed if I didn't like them. Well...having a car salesman offer a lower priced car even though I could easily afford the other one was a first for us. Within 5 minutes I was sold on it and decided to keep the decals. After all that is what is part of what makes it a special edition.It took a couple weeks to get all the "extras" that we ordered with the car in and installed. Once Helen down in the service department realized what was going on she went out of her way to make sure I was aware of any changes/delays. She makes your concerns her concerns and advocates to get any problems resolved as quickly as possible.Two months later I love my car and can honestly say that Car Pros does care about being the best in customer service. Nick Phillips stepped up to the plate to personally work with me when I became frustrated with some delays/issues that cropped up in getting the extras installed on my car. Nick and his entire staff go the extra mile and do everything within their power to make sure every Car Pros customer is a happy customer!

I have gone to this dealership for 2 new Kias and brought my daughter there for her used vehicle.They seem to always be able to work their magic to allow me to drive a new car off the lot. My first Kia from this dealership was a 2009 Spectra, which was traded in by my now ex spouse. I thought because of the divorce and foreclosure/sale of my farm that all was hopeless in having good enough credit to get a reliable car. I did receive good advice and hope after talking to one of the employees from there; he patiently explained how certain things show up on a credit report. I decided to visit within that week and hope beyond hope that I could get a car. To my elation, my credit was not as "bad" as I thought, and I was actually able to purchase my 2011 Kia Soul (which I absolutely adore!). My sales rep was fabulous in being thorough while showing me all the awesome details and features of my new Soul.This dealership's website is well done. I did research on which vehicles they had on hand, and was able to narrow down my choices before my visit to their lot. Each time I have done business there, there is no pressure. The sales reps have been very knowledgeable, and I have never seen a finance department try so hard and exhaust all avenues to ensure an affordable payment option to purchase a solid, reliable vehicle.My daughter had purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, and did find something wrong with the car within a few days of purchase. There was no hassle or questions. They had her bring the car in, and the problem was corrected quickly, courteously, and at no charge.I highly recommend this dealership!

I have actually used this dealership to purchase 2 Kia's and I also used their service dept.I purchased a Kia Rio with them that I saw on their TV commercial for $2k less than I was able to find at the 3 other Kia dealerships I went to. Not to mention that I spend only about 30 min at Car Pros Kia before driving my new car off the lot and I spent 2 HOURS at one of the other Kia dealers and didn't even buy from them! Two years later I decided to get a slightly larger car and opted for a Spectra and again, about an hour later they gave me the deal I saw advertised without any hassles and I drove off the lot with the rebate cash they advertised and $0 down!I have since been into their service dept. for both cars and had the regular oil changes and tune ups done there. The service dept is always very nice, they are very informative and let me know what to expect up front. If there are any concerns (like my timing belt that was about to go out) they let me know the consequences of letting something like that go, let me know the cost and allow me to make an informed decision prior to them doing the work... which I thoroughly appreciate, I have been duped by auto shops before that choose to do additional work and then suprise me with a larger than expected bill. No suprises with the Car Pros Kia service dept though. I would recommend their sales and service depts to anyone.
