It took almost 4 hours to finish the process. After that I have refilled the tire 3 times one month and they didn't change the engine oil for me which mean they didn't do the detail before selling their cars. And I still can not get the title. Even though I have already purchased this car for one month and no temporary plate. They said I am out of California and it took 3 months to process the title. Why you can not just give me the title?

We knew the car we wanted but even over the phone the sales person Roy was very open about the history of the car even though I had not asked those specific questions. He made me a more informed buyer and in person showed to be even more honest. He made the buying process relaxed but thorough. He was really on top of everything and the manager Issac was also helpful and definitely was able to make a deal with us. We feel good about the purchase and really want to strongly recommend Roy. I have never met a sales person quite like that. If only they could all be that way!

This place is a total joke. The cars are way overpriced and are not willing to deal out all. I sent them two emails and gave him two phone calls which they promised to return once they had an answer to my question. Not one returned email or call ever came back. I had to drive 75 miles to see a piece of junk car that the whole bottom was rusted out of. The salesman promised me on the phone that there was no rust on this vehicle and the clearcoat was good which was also not true. He said the car was perfect but when we got there we found the above plus damage to the left front bumper and the left rear bumper. We waited in the lot for 45 minutes for someone to come out and help us which never happened. This place is the worst.

They were very helpful through the phone in helping look for the car I was wanting. I didn't have a great credit score and they still managed to help me get a good deal with the car I bought. They are friendly and they have great deals on vehicles compared to other places. I highly recomend checking this place out if you're looking for a good used car.

My husband bought a truck from here with a check engine that they said they would fix took them a day and then we picked it up after that 3 days later the check engine went on again and we called to see why they said they would fix it took about a week when we went to pick it up we were asking questions about what was done and manager Nabeel was giving attitude to my wife saying she's not the contractor so not to get involved.

I spoke with Larry about a car for my daughter and was pleasantly surprised with his courtesy, knowledge and honesty about cars that we had interest in. We didn't buy a car from him yet, but I have less concern in buying a car from him than most other used car lots.

I'm stationed in Oklahoma and have been in the market for a White Ecoboost mustang premium.called the dealership to get out the door number as I plan on paying cash for the vehicle and the guy claims they don't give out that information nor do they want to sell to someone not local YOUR IN THE CAR SELLING BUSINESS BUT YOU DONT WANT TO SELL ME A CAR THAT IM OFFER CASH FOR?? Crazy.

This dealership is not your average used car lot. They have amazing cars at amazing prices. Very well organized and they have a great service team that actually make you feel welcomed. I bought a Infiniti G37 from a gentleman named Nabeel. I definitely recommend this dealership! Make sure you ask for Nabeel!

I came to this dealership knowing exactly what car I was looking for. All the sales personal greeted me as soon as I walked into the building. One of them instantly asked what car I was interested in and got the keys for me. I wanted to see if I could get approved and in a matter of minutes they said I could. It was fast and easy and I left home with the car I wanted. I'd recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

Wow, great service. All of the employees at the lot were very kind and provided a lot of information on the cars I was interested in. Very helpful. I actually will go back and purchase my kid's first vehicle.

Saw a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta online, called the same day. Over the phone I was greeted by a salesman name Daniel. We made an appointment upon arrival the car was ready in the front of the lot. We test drove and went to talk about details on the car. I came in pre-approved through my credit union and they made the process painless and simple! I was out of there within an hour and a half with my new car! Thank you Daniel! Thank you California Motors Direct! Highly recommended

My sister is looking for a car and found one nice car in this dealership. The sales man named Rabul or something like that, treated her with such a pompous attitude that she is afraid to go out there and look for another car in a different dealership. I tried talking to him and his attitude seemed that he didn't have time to help with a different alternative. The way I see it is that he is representing the dealership and his customer service skills are terrible. if he was working for me he would have been fired already. Lucky for me because I treat all my customers with respect, if it weren't for them I wold not have a job.
