This dealership is top notch. I went looking to test drive a used SRX vs. a new XT5. The salesman Jerry L. was accomodating, knowledgeable and just a general nice guy. He spent several hours with us while I agonized whether to purchase a new XT5 Premium or a slightly used 2016 Yukon Denali. Coming from a Chevy Avalnche, I opted for the Yukon. (I thought I wanted a smaller vehcile. LOL)Everyone at this dealership was fantastic, no hard upsell on anything. The Business Manager was pleasure to deal with and very professional. I bought the vehcle for a fair price, got a good financing rate and left a happy customer. There were no games just a fair honest deal. Jerry delivered the vehicle to me today and I could not be happier. Both my husband and I work in the automotive industry and I will never go any where else to buy a vehicle. I just recommended Jerry and this dealership to my sister in law.

I brought my wife's cadilac esv platinum to this dealership the truck was still under factory warranty I brought it in 2 times for a faulty parking sensors they told me if they were working intermittently they could not replace. 1 month after the car was out of warranty the same issue came up I brought the car to them for the 3rd time in a matter of 4 months and they said my sensors were fried and I had to pay because it was out of warranty. I spoke to the manager Peter and he told me there was nothing they could do because it was out of warranty even though it was documented that I brought the car in while warranteed two prior times. I paid and left very unhappy. Recently I bought my 17 year old son a cadilac cts for his birthday because we love american cars more specifically the cadilac brand. The same exact thing happens last week. I brought his car in for a faulty tire sensor that would go on and off and they told me they couldn't replace I told them the car has 49800 miles please replace the tire sensors I don't want the same thing to happen as what occurred with my wifes I was basically shown the door and nothing was done. Now the car is out of warranty and the sensor is completely broken. It's sad that I spent a good amount of money and received service that is unbefiting a prestigious car company as cadilac. Sal N. Just picked up my new ATS this week. I had been shopping around for months. I new I was going to buy from Cadillac of Norwood and from Al, the salesman, 5 minutes into the conversation. They don't play head games and cut to the chase. Even the finance person, Ashley, made me feel very comfortable. Also, I met Mike the owner..I HIGHLY recommend this dealership.

every time I come for an oil change they never have enough techs on the schedule. There's always a crazy wait time. I asked for a rental instead of waiting and they said I would need to get on from a rental company and I would be charges $30 for the rental or wait 1hr 30min for my car to be serviced. My wife owns a Lexus and every time we take the car in for any tuneup/oil change at the Lexus dealership, the dealership always asks us if we want a rental while they work on the car. This is so convenient because we're able to get our errands done while the car is being worked on instead of just sitting there waiting for the car. I think that's horrible service from Cadillac that they would rather have you wait for your car or make you pay for a rental instead of providing you with a rental. 2.5hrs later, my car was serviced and it was washed, however only the front driver and passenger seats were vacuumed, no one touched the back seats.

Bought my first Cadillac about 2weeks ago from this dealership. Spoke to someone only who advised me to come in and speak with a Rob, got to the dealership and Rob immediately assigned a Maryann to deal with me. Nothing more unprofessional than coming into a business after speaking with someone who tells you go see a specific person and he will take care of you and you end up being passed around during your first handshake with the person that was "supposed" to take care of you. Maryann had not knowledge of the vehicle I was coming in to buy. During the test drive she did not give me one selling point of feature about the car, she just told me where to go during the drive. I have never see a car sales person demonstrate a severe lack of knowledge on the product they were selling. The car was missing headsets for the rear entertainment system, floor flats and the cargo cover was missing as well. I asked if I would be provided with them and Maryann stated yes, that after the purchase of the car I would be provided with Mats, headsets and cargo covers. During the sale negotiation I was going back and forth with Maryann who was going back and forth with her manager trying to get to an agreed price. every time she came with an offer I would counter offer it. it came to a point where I could see she was not motivated to sell me the car and she tells me "Well, you don't have to buy the car you know". what came out of her mouth had me shocked she would say something like that, I immediately asked to speak with her manager, which at that point she starts asking me why I want to speak to him and I again asked to speak to her manager. She tells me he is busy and not available, I told her I would wait for him. After a few minutes she gets up and gets the manager "Jay" - now Jay was a great guy we agreed on a final price and he was very helpful and so was the finance lady which I forgot her name but she was awesome as well. Vehicle is now sold on a Saturday and I pick up the car on Monday night and the mats don't even look like they belong to the right car, the headset was given to me was from another model Cadillac and it was only one given to me not two as promised and I don't even know if they work with my Cadillac because of the different model. the cargo cover did not fit my car and Maryann said she would call me with a new and its now been 2weeks since I bought the car and no call from Maryann. a week after I bought the car I had a check engine light come on, so I take it back to the dealership around 2:30p and they close at 3p. the guy tells me its too late for his guys to look at the car and he just cleared the check engine light and told me it was just for emissions and told me it happens all the time and that if I get the light again to come back again. I told him I didn't want to come back I wanted it fixed now or I could leave the car and pick it up another day, he tells me it'll be hard for his guys to find the problem now because he already cleared the check engine light/code. so I left and im waiting for my check engine light to come back on. This weekend i'll be going back there for them to check my headlights as to why one light is brighter than the other one and will post how that visit was.

I went to Cadillac Norwood looking for a 2013 ATS. Ed McMullin gave me a friendly greeting upon arrival. I told Ed exactly what I was looking for in terms of interior/exterior color and features such as sun roof, back-up camera etc. (this is a female driver of course), and he brought me out the perfect ATS! We went out for a test drive and Ed was very knowledgable about the vehicle and answered all of my questions. We closed the deal back at the dealership that same day - Ed was able to give me a great deal on both my trade in and the ATS. When I returned at the dealership a few days later, the car was ready to go and Ed took his time to go through all of the features of the ATS and helped me to set up my Onstar account/sync my iPhone with the bluetooth. Cadillac of Norwood and all of it's exceptional employees exceeded my car buying expectations. I would recommend this dealership to friends, family and everyone! Overall, the best car buying experience I've ever had. I will definitely be a returning customer when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle.

Live nearby, always buy Cadys and have been to this dealer three times in six years hoping to at least come close to pricing from other dealers. Much higher prices {4-6 thousand} than Herb Chambers or Long Cady. They have a take it or leave it attitude and I strongly suggest going somewhere else.

Cadillac of Norwood provides substandard, mediocre service in every area of their business (we've dealt with their service department quite a bit, but also with their sales department). They do not have real loaners. Loaners are provided as rentals via Enterprise, with all the inconveniences linked to a rental car (filled gas tanks, strict return times). Their service department constantly tries to sell unnecessary and superfluous services.As a fifteen-year Cadillac owner, this is my advice: stay away from this dealer.

I'm in the process of negotiating a lease for the second time at cadillac of norwood. It was a great experience last time, so I expected the same this time. I was impressed that salesman frank melo remembered my name from years ago. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do. Lease the same car, or try another model. Order a new one, or find one off the lot. We had many conversations. He was so patient with me. Of course it all comes down to money, so I compared prices at other dealerships. They all have the same bottom line, so I thought why do I want to buy at Norwood. Why do I feel comfortable there? It's the service department. Don't misunderstand the sales people are great. But after buying the car, the people that are going to help you are in the service department. My appointments were easy to make. They call to remind you of your appointment. They get you in and out in the time they tell you, or they offer a loaner if they can't. The waiting area is large and comfortable, not to mention coffe and bagels. So think the whole deal through. I did and I know Cadillac Norwood is the place to go.

Both of these guys were up front and were straight shooters. In the car buying world it's still hard to find a dealership that you can feel good about your overall experience. I contacted Cadillac Norwood about my interest in a 2015 Escalade. Nicole promptly got back to me and set me up with a salesperson upon arrival. Kevin Schuster greeted me and had the car ready for my test drive. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and answered all questions. Back at the dealership, Kevin gave me a great deal on my trade in and we were able to close the deal that day on a new Escalade. Throughout the whole process, Kevin went above and beyond the call of duty. He took care of all the paperwork and had the car ready upon my return later in the week. On the pick up day, Kevin kindly and patiently spent an hour with me going over all the features of the Escalade and setting up my Onstar accounts as well as synching my phone with the bluetooth. He later got me my inspection sticker and new registration. Several weeks later I got to experience the wonderful service department after having a problem with the 4WD system. Paul worked with me to order the part that was needed and set me up with a loaner car on 2 occasions. He even found a way for me to pick up the car after hours. I can't say enough good things about Kevin Schuster and Cadillac Norwood. I highly recommend anyone to purchase a Cadillac from this fine establishment and you'll be in good hands with Kevin. He is a shining star in what I am sure is a strong sales force at Cadillac Norwood. And kudos to the service department, especially Paul.

I just recently purchased a 2011 Cadillac SRX and couldn't be more pleased with it! Kevin Schuster, a new salesman, sold the SUV to me and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! He was very straight forward with me and never tried to trick me into buying something else or newer and never took advantage of the fact that I know absolutely nothing about cars! Jeff Craig explained a lot to me about the importance of a warranty since all of my factory warranties were expired and really helped me to get a decent loan so that I am able to continue building my credit. This was by far the BEST experience I've ever had at a dealership, I will 100% be back when it's time to get rid of this car for a newer model and will most definitely recomend Cadillac of Norwood to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!

Attempting to purchase a vehicle from Cadillac of Norwood was by far the worst interaction I have ever had with a car dealership - very unprofessional and unbecoming of the Cadillac brand. Their salespeople and management demonstrated a severe lack of courtesy, professionalism, and even product knowledge at every step of the sales process. Never have salespeople seemed less motivated to sell me a product.I first contacted Cadillac of Norwood nearly two months ago with questions regarding a specific trim level of ATS in their inventory. After some cursory questions via email and a first visit/test drive with Frank from sales, I expressed interest in purchasing and requested pricing. At this point the Sales Manager, Alan, told me the model was under recall and could not be sold, but he would let me know as soon as repairs were complete. Other Cadillac dealers I contacted denied that they knew of any issues that would delay a sale.Two weeks pass, and one of the two cars in Norwood's inventory that match the specification I was interested in is removed from all listings (likely sold). I have still not heard back from Alan, so I email again. He later replies that the recall is still in effect, and he will let me know when the car is ready. No additional effort besides his two sentence email is made to actually inform me or further the sale along.Another week+ passes, again no word from Alan or Frank. I call Frank's desk a handful of times over the next couple days with no answer, then finally email him with my cell number and asking to call me with a status on the vehicle ASAP. No response.At this point, I should have taken a hint and bought a car from a dealership with actual customer service, but the specifications on the car I wanted were relatively rare. I made another visit in-person and flagged down Frank, who said he vaguely remembered me (!) and promptly passed me off to a coworker. I offered a price for the car, we did not come to an agreement, and I left.The car I wanted continued to sit in Norwood's inventory, so in one final attempt I sent an offer through their internet sales department (copied on the previous string of emails discussing the specific vehicle). They respond with a counteroffer from the owner, Mike Xidea. I accept, make arrangements to sign before the end of the month, and obtain financing from my bank.Later that same day, in a call to confirm the logistics of picking up the car, Alan informs me that the counteroffer they sent was a mistake and not valid. The owner will not let the vehicle go at the price we agreed upon in writing. He then suggests either a higher price for the car I wanted or an alternate, lesser, model...This feels dishonest, like a bait-and-switch, and a terrible way to treat a current and loyal Cadillac owner. You'd be better suited to try any other Cadillac dealer in New England - avoid Norwood at all costs.

First his product knowledge was higher than most. What he wasn't sure of he found the correct answer, instead of giving you a "Story" His communication and attentive skills defines his professionalism. I had shopped around a few other dealers to trade in my Cadillac CTS and did not enjoy the car purchasing experience. Can't stand haggling with the "man behind the curtain". When I called/emailed Norwood Cadillac, I was assured that would not be the case and it wasn't. Even without any haggling, I was offered more for my trade than any of the other dealers I went to. They are now "my" dealership. And Alex was so nice and helpful. I consider him my salesman and when I trade again, I will certainly ask for Alex.

UPDATED REVIEWI am happy to provide an updated review of Cadillac of Norwood and change my overall rating to 5 stars. After I had decided to give up on this car, out of the blue on July 22, I received a call from Michael A, one of the owners of the business. We discussed the issues that I had previously, and he explained that measures were being to taken to address them. After what I felt was a sincere apology, he said he wanted to make things right. I was still skeptical, but I did feel that after my original review and based on our conversation, I owed him the opportunity. I'm glad that I did. Mike told me that they still had the car, and without hesitation agreed to have one of his salesmen drive the car to me. I was grateful, because, depending on traffic, it's about a 45 min-1 hour drive. On Saturday, July 26 at 9am, Al Piacitelli showed up at my house with the car. As soon as I met him, I knew we were making progress. Al is all class, and a genuine nice guy. He is also extremely knowledgeable about everything Cadillac. I took the car on the road and as we drove he told me all about the car and it's features. We made a pit stop and I did an inspection of the car, where he showed me even more features. The CTS was as advertised, and very clean. At the end of the ride, Al told me the price that Mike was offering, which was generous. Mike had the weekend off, which gave me time to think about things, and I told Al that I'd give Mike a call on Monday to finalized the details.By 10:30am on Saturday, everything that had happened in the past was forgotten. Mike knew what he was doing when he sent the car and Al to my house. He made it right. Even if the deal didn't happen, I now knew that Cadillac of Norwood was a business I would consider working with in the future. On Wednesday the 30th, I went down to Cadillac of Norwood to finalize the deal. I met with Al and Mike, and got a tour of the facility, which is beautiful and very clean. Al introduced me to folks in the Service Department, and explained how things would work if I ever needed repairs. I then met with Sarah in the finance department, and she was nothing short of great. Sarah was very friendly and helpful. She patiently answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Spending money is not something that anyone actually enjoys, but she actually made the experience enjoyable. She helped me get the paperwork completed while Al worked with my insurance company and got the registration/plates (on-site). Everything went smoothly and was actually a little on the fun side, believe it or not.Once the car got its on-site inspection, Al walked through all the features in detail...the dashboard monitoring, the phone, On Star, navigation, radio, temp controls, everything. After that, I officially took ownership of the car, and was on my way.I'm thankful that Mike, as the owner, took the time to reach out to me. It shows that the dealership as a whole really does care about their customers and retaining them. I'm going to chalk up the original experience to a combination of misfortunate events. Based on the actions of Mike, Al, and Sarah, I would not hesitate to come back to Cadillac of Norwood to purchase another vehicle. I'd definitely recommend Cadillac of Norwood to anyone who is looking for a new or used car, and no question about it, see Al Piacitelli. He's been there a long time, knows what he's talking about, and seems to really enjoy what he does. The only issue I have now is that after driving my "new" car for the past few days, and loving it, I know I will be replacing the 1998 Tahoe a lot sooner than I expected. Right now I'm running a 1998 Tahoe w/ 132k miles in as mint condition as you can expect for a 16 year old truck. So buying a new ride is a big deal to me.My experience w/ CoN (not the best acronym) is not a good one. And while I've not suffered a loss, I'm annoyed by the overall experience.I was shopping for a 2013 CTS coupe w/ low miles. I fell in love with this car after driving it at RC Olsen Cadillac in Woburn, but they didn't have what I wanted in stock. I found one on a website (maybe Cars.com) and sent a message to Cadillac of Norwood asking them to contact me about the vehicle. They received my message on Saturday night after 9pm, when they were closed. STRIKE 1: No one contacted me until Monday. In my opinion, in the age of the internet, if your business subscribes to an internet business model, then it needs to be 100% committed. If a customer contacts you on Saturday about a car, you contact them on Sunday. Why? I was interested on Saturday night. I will likely be interested on Sunday. I may not be interested on Monday. On Monday, I spoke to Nicole D., the Internet Manger. Ok, now we're getting somewhere. She tells me the car is available and if I come in on that day, June 30, I'd be able to get a great deal because it's the end of the month. I told her unfortunately, she's 45 min - 1 hour away (maybe worse with traffic) and it wasn't going to happen.STRIKE 2: This made me very uneasy. The message I got was this: If I came in on June 30, I was going to get a deal. If I came in July 1, I would not. Clearly July 1 is not the end of the month, and she's just made it clear there is no incentive to make the sale.But remember, I love the car. So I agree to come in on my next available day off, which is Friday, July 4. Holiday for me, and big car sales day for CoN. Nicole explains she will not be there on Friday, but she would make an appointment for me with a sales representative. She tells me Alan is available and has booked me at 11am with him (though I said I'd be there closer to 10). She assures me that he will be available and dedicated to me at this time. I hang up thinking this is alright. Cool.Thursday, July 3: I get an email reminding me that I have an appointment on Friday. Again, cool. I'll be there. I told Nicole I'd be there at ten, my appointment isn't til 11. OK, I can deal with that. No big deal. Tomorrow I'm buying my Cadillac! Family, friends, and co-workers are excited for me. But most importantly, I'm excited.Friday, July 4, 10am: I show up at CoN at 10 am!! I'm ready....but the gate is locked. OK. My appointment is at 11, so maybe for the holiday they are opening late. That must be why Nicole made the appointment for 11. I called and left three messages on phones. 1. the number on the gate, 2. the number on the door or sticker (can't remember) and 3. on the number Nicole had called me from. I told them I was here, and ready. No big deal, have Alan call when he gets in. Every other dealer on the automile is open and having sales. I'll go see what they have going on.Friday, July 4, 11am: I come back, ready to drive my car! NOT OPEN. What? I walk the lot. My car isn't even here. xxx???? I start to think I'm living in the twilight zone. Did I even have an appointment? Yes, I find the email confirming I am sane. Also there is one empty slot in the front row of used cars. I can't help but think this is where my car was parked on Thursday night before a sales person took it home for the holiday. I confirmed the car is still for sale on the website...getting a little heated now.STRIKE 3: Do not make appointments with a client or potential client when you are closed.STRIKE 4: If you know someone wants to buy a car, and it has low miles, do not let your sales team take it for a weekend and rack up miles. I go home frustrated as xxxx because I wasted my holiday. So I waited for someone to return my calls. It has now been a week and 3 days. No one has returned my calls via phone.STRIKE 5: If you mess up, and your client or potential client calls and leaves a message, call them back! Do not respond via email.I received an email from Nicole one week after the original appointment was scheduled. She apologized for "wasting my time," and asked if I was still interested in the car. After a couple back and forth emails, I asked to have a manager or owner call me to discuss the situation. On Saturday, she told me she was working with the owner AND manager, and that one of them would contact me on Sunday. Well, it's almost Tuesday. No one has contacted me.STRIKE 6: If you tell your client or potential client that you will call them, or will have a manager or the owner call them, you better make it happen. Needless to say, I'm still looking for my car. The Tahoe is still running like a rocket ship, and I wish CoN luck.

I was looking for a certain Cadilliac XTS with very specific options . I started looking on the internet , I recieved an E mail from Nicole Domurad from Norwwod Cadillac asking if she could be of assistance, I explained to her exactly what i was looking for and she took it from there. If you want to spend $70k on a vehicle and get horrible service this is your place. No loaner cars, rude service manager and one missed expectation after another. Interesting to get a call asking for me to provide a review and score them high on everything, then I can't get call back when I have questions on my service. Interesting that the service manager said I shouldn't spend the money on the fuel injection cleaning on a lease, after my appointment and his employee told me it was part of the $15k service when I only went in for an oil change.

My sales rep was out to lunch and never completely fulfilled my requests. He mainly talked about himself and forgot what I asked him to do. He even wrote the items down. I had to call and cal til I got answers from other people in the dealership. That was fun. He never returned a single vm either. I needed an inspection sticker and rolled in at 4:30. It was done and no one came to get me in the waiting room. Meanwhile my sales rep is hanging out with me and disappears never to return. A differnt sales rep noticed the length of time I was in the waiting room and asked why. Had he not done so I might still be there. Not good. The place is clearly set up well and could be great. I sense it's the customers who drive their experience not the dealership. Very disappointed and I won't be coming back unless they corner the market.

I was looking for a convertible for a summer car and noticed a BMW Z4 on the lot as I drove by the dealership. I was assisted by Ed, who was able to answer some questions on the car, but went so far as to research the ones he could not answer. Later in the day I returned with my wife and went for a test drive. Over the next few days, Ed followed up with me, as I was making my decision. The entire time he was professional and friendly and never over-bearing. I purchased the car later that week. One key point to me was the shape of the car upon delivery, in short it was impeccable. The dealership is Cadillac, but the car was a used BMW and the care and treatment they took on prepping it for delivery, was incredible. It shows they stand behind what they sell. It was an easy process, very smooth and I would buy from them again if the opportunity arose.

Please use this message as a warning to make sure you check your service paperwork prior to leaving dealership! I had brought my 2011 Escalade for service to have things looked at under warranty, i.e., leaky tire, clicking in my side mirror, tailgate shocks leaking and misalignment caused damage, etc The long and short of it was that somehow the leaky tire and the clicking of the side mirrors never made it onto the slip. Now fast forward less than two months the car is out of warranty and the power mirror no longer works and the tire still leaks air. Called them about the matter they state there is nothing that they can do as the car is out of warranty and the issues mentioned above are not in the computer. I was shocked especially where I had a long protracted conversation with my rep (Steve) about the issues with the 22 inch Escalade rims rotting from inside and GM has implemented a fix and would only replace if the rot was past a certain level! When I mentioned if he recalled this conversation with me, he did not deny it he just kept telling me to bring in my slip to prove it! Also, note that I had already told him that I no longer had my slip. I would have to say he said to bring in my slip like 10 times all while knowing I did not have it and had retold him that. So needless to say, I will probably never purchase another car from this dealership (and I had brought my father there and he purchased a car from them too). I can guarantee you that he will not purchase from there again. With level of service I can see why Cadillac has been falling behind its competitors, even that car of the year win has not helped them. I dont know that I will ever buy another Cadillac, but I have never been treated or had this happen at any other dealership and I purchase new high-end cars every couple of years.

Back in September I purchased car from a used car dealership in Brockton,MA.......I had the worst experience there...Unbeknown to me I ended up with a car that needed so much work!! That is how I ended up at Cadillac of Norwood...in the service department! While my car was in getting worked on I starting looking at some of the used cars on the lot at Cadillac of Norwood. I then was introduced to John Jurasek. This man could not have been more helpful!! The whole experience from start to finish was great! I actually ended up leaving my car that was in service there that day and left in a 2008 SRX! Which I love!To anyone with credit problems please dont let this stop you from going into Cadillac of Norwood.....I dont have the best credit in the world and I knew getting a loan would be a challage but Shareen was so helpful with getting the approval for the new car. I started looking for a CTS about 5 months ago. I initially dealt with Jim via the internet. I was not ready to buy 5 months ago as I take my time to find the right car. Jim was very responsive and no pressure at all. I contineud to look and found a couple on cars.com that I felt was worth driving from Southern RI to look at. I had previously looked at one from Herb Chambers in Warwick which I came close to buying but they had a new GM - Leo or Neleo? that had told me the price I was quoted form their internet sales team was not going to stand up and that I had to pay $2,000 more than she offered it to me for - would never have even wasted my time going. Despite my prior experience with Herb Chambers, I found a car I wanted to look at and gave them another try. Well, same GM same story. What a waste of time......made me feel like I was beneath him (was it because I was in shorts, t-shirt, and flip flops?).I then went to Cadillac Village if Norwood a couple days later. I was approached by Al P who was just as nice as could be - not your typical in your face car sales person. I asked if I could look at the car and he pulled it up and said take it for the day if you want to try it out. I thought to myself that this cannot be real - no pressure, no sales pitch...just a "take it and try it out"! I only drove it a mile or so as I currently own a CTS. It was great. I asked Al if we could look at pricing etc. We went inside, he offered me a beverage and came back with a price on my trade in and the car within 5 minutes. It was a bit more than I wanted to pay so i decided to keep looking and set this car as the "bar" for any car I wanted to buy. No pressure at all from Al. He thanked me for coming in and said he would let me know if anything comes in at my price range. I found another car on cars.com in New Jersey. I felt so good about AL's honesty that I called him to ask about the car at this other dealer. He took the time to call me back, pull it up on cars.com, and to advise me to buy it - it was exactly what I told him I wanted and at the price I wanted (only issue was the color and the 200 mile drive to get there). I debated for a few days and called Al back to buy the one I drove the week prior. I went back to the dealer that night and the price was agreed to prior to my even arriving. It was a very good price although a bit more than I planned on spending (don't we all wish it was less,it was worth it! I then expected the usual 4 hour process of buying and financing 1/2 the car. Nope, not at Cadillac Village. From the minute I arrived to the minute I left was barely over an hour! Jessica in finance was very personable and no pressure. They got my car registered, financed, and out the door I went the next day. I had the chance to meet Jim when I came back to pick up the car and he actually remembered me from 5 months earlier - actually reminded me of what car I e-mailed him about. The GM at Herb Chambers never even remembered he talekd to me 5 months earlier.I cannot say enough great things about Al, and the Cadillac Village of Norwood. If looking to buy a new or used car go to the Cadillac Village in Norwood. Ask for Al P. I bet if you tell them Doug from Rhode Island who bought the '08 Grey CTS in May recommended you he will remember me. 2007 Honda Accord Low Miles!!!Purchasing a vehicle has never been so easy or this pleasant for me, from the very beginning when I arrived at the dealership is was in a good mood and after meeting Al P. things just continued to get better. I arrived and immediately saw the Honda Ive looked at online 1000 times that week, so I check start to check it out. A simple warning. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Calling the way Jim and Mike do business SHADY would be compliment. They will try every used car scam in the book, just to get you in the door. This includes flat out lies and agreeing to prices verbally and via e-mail, only to change their story after they get you in the door. In addition to their unethical methods of doing business, their disrespectful attitude and lack of accountability for their actions was outrageous. Doug Ostroff was very patient while I decided which model I was interested in. I was looking at other GM cars as well, although I have owned Cadillacs previously. After weeks of shopping at various dealerships, I returned to Cadillac Village of Norwood because there was a good selection of cars on the lot to choose from, and I felt comfortable doing business with Doug Ostroff because he was able to answer all questions about the vehicles, warranties and service, and he listened to and remembered what my needs were. After narrowing my choice to a 2011 CTS, I enjoyed test-driving the car, while Doug explained the features. The financing and registration process went smoothly, and I am very pleased with my decision. I received a fair price for the vehicle including end of year manufacturer's rebates, and a GM credit card discount. Doug returned all phone calls and emails promptly. He also will ensure that I receive service and maintenance as needed. He spent alot of time explaining buttons and features, and arranged for On-Star service on the day that I picked up the car.

The absolute best sales experience I've ever had when purchasing a car in over thirty years of car-buying. I met with Doug Ostroff and he was polite, cordial, pleasant and enthusiastic about selling me car. A genuine professional in EVERY sense. I was pretty sure that I would buy this car but he never assumed the sale was done until we agreed on terms - openly and directly. Doug was able to answer my questions about the vehicle without having to look them up online or in books. Doug is that rare gem: a car saleman who actually is fully versed in his cars! This was further displayed in going through the vehicle features when I picked up my car. Doug sat with me in the car for over an hour to go through all the instrumentation features. I've purchased BMWs, Saabs, and Nissans and this has NEVER happened. Above all, since questions or concerns are bound to arise, Doug insisted I call him directly: not service or 800 numbers - only him. BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL! There was no hard pressure applied to purchase any additional programs although I did. These programs where mentioned casually with regard to their benefits and I was given time to think about what, if any, I wanted. Purchased a new car and the salesman didnt seem too interested in showing us all the features as we had to come back because the dealership was closing. I also caught the salesman in a lie and confronted him. Once confronted, he became belligerent towards me and swore at me, basically telling me off because I caught him in a lie. Buy at your own risk.. make sure all that you are promised is in writing, even something foolish or simple. My update: I would like to thank Cadillac for addressing my issue and dealing with the salesman (at least that is what they told me). Its unfortunate it had to reach the point it did and we had to resort to these types of postings and write letters and emails to GM to resolve the matter. The long and short of it was that we were assigned a new salesman and he was wonderful. He came out to our home and went over all the features of our new car and answered all of our questions. For that I am grateful and would now not automatically dismiss this dealership from future purchases; however i dont want to change what I originally said in my previous review as it was my experience and anyone doing their research needs to know that problems can arise and not everything is perfect as many other reviews would have you believing.

I just want to say thank you to my salesman Alex Gomes for tolerating me instead of throwing me out the front door...I was completely undecided as what to do...I may have confused myself by looking at too many of the same vehicles from too wide of an area and I tunneled into a used escalade...Alex was able to exceed my needs and expectations of a monthly payment for a used one...He brought me to the new ones which i hadn't even considered...I really feel he went beyond what was to be expected...well, the bottom line is this, he was able to give me such a great deal on a new escalade and my girlfriend is beyond happy...we feel he was able to get us more than what would be considered fair value for our trade and he gave us an overall price on the new vehicle that 3 other dealers were unable to come within a few thousand dollars...I walked in prepared to negotiate on a used and Alex was able to let us leave in a new one and there was no need to negotiate...we truely feel that Alex Gomes is an asset to cadillac village of norwood and we say thank you.

They will do anything possible to help you with what you need.They delivered my vehicle to my house this morning and picked up their rental car in the same time. They went out of their way to help me and I really appreciate it. I was unable to drive the rental to them due to a snow storm that left me stranded. The vehicle would not move and I was having a hard time juggling work and kids without a vehicle that worked under the circumstances.I wrote a review at the time, out of anger and miss communication between me and David, about my experience with this rental. My husband and I went to Cadillac Village of Norwood after visiting a couple other dealerships. We had already found a few vehicles that we liked but when it came time to negotiating the price, none of the other dealers would budge on their price and were rude about it. When we got to this dealership, the salesman Mike Costa was absolutely fantastic. We test drove one vehicle and I absolutely fell in love with it. When it came time to talk price, Mike didn't give us a hard time and helped get us as close to our goal price as possible. In the end, I am absolutely thrilled with my vehicle, the payments are right around where we wanted them, and we had no stress at all dealing with Mike. I dread dealing with sales people but my experience at Cadillac Village of Norwood was nothing but positive. I had seen the Cadillac DTS I wanted online. I printed out the ad and brought it with me. I drove down to the dealership and I went and found the vehicle. Once I found the vehicle Mike Costa approached me and asked me if I needed help. Mike took a copy of my licence and was willing to let me take the car on a test ride by myself. I would have normally taken him up on the offer but I didn't know the area that well so I had him hop in and direct me around. Once we got back to the dealership I showed him the internet price I had printed out from thier website which was 1500 dollars cheaper than what he had on his computer. He honored the internet price no questions asked. I gave him a price I was willing to pay for the car with the trade in and Mike made the deal work. Through the entire process Mike was very laid back, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to buy from. If you are interested in a product they offer Cadillac Village of Norwood is the place to go. This is how dealerships should be run.

I traded in a Mercedes for the Cadillac CTS and what kept me interested in the Cadillac was Al. He sold my a Hummer H3 a few years ago and I liked his style back then and continued to be impressed and happy with his service since. Often, my teenage son would bring the Hummer in for it's repairs (planned) and Al would always take time to show him cars and discuss what was new. Believe me, that type of congeniality goes a long way with me and my husband. Prior to making our decision, we went to the Mercedes dealership in Westwood and once there realized what a unique man Al is and how he is an integral part of our decision making. Everyone at Cadillac in Norwood is nice, but Al Piacitelli is the reason we bought there!Also, the Cadillac CTS is a much nicer looking car than the Mercedes E class which is what we were comparing it to. That helped make the decision to purchase that particular vehicle.

Cadillac Village was not the first dealership I went to when shopping for a car. My experience with the initial salesman was not what I expected. I called Cadillac Village and worked with Sarah, who was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. After I stopped by the dealership and met Al, the experience was entirely different than my first.Al was very friendly and receptive as well as professional right from the beginning. Despite being a young adult, he realized I was serious about buying a car and expected to be treated as such. Al was very straight-forward with everything we discussed and I could tell he enjoyed his job. Al treated me more like I was a regular customer of the dealership when in fact it was the first time I'd ever been there.Overall Al made sure the process was as quick and easy as possible. He also made sure I was well taken care of during downtime. In a matter of a few hours I was able to drive away in a new car. The overall experience was a great one. Buying a car from Norwood Cadillac was easy. They didnt play any games. My saleswoman Sharon Allard was laid back and easy going. There were no high pressure tactics. We went for a test drive and when we finished she said if I wasn't sure to come back Saturday and she would let my wife and I take it for the day. We took the car out for the day and when we returned there wasnt a doubt in my mind that this was the car I wanted. Sharon was great, she addressed all my concerns that I had with the car and communicated with me throughout the whole process. When I picked up the car, Sharon spent over an hour getting me familiar with the features and options of the CTS. Doug was my salesman and was very helpful in picking the right vehicle. He explained not only all the standard features but took the time to explain the different option packages so I could make an informed decision on which Escalade on the lot to pick. Doug's sales approach is low key but effective and he was a pleasure to deal with through the whole process. He ensured the vehicle was ready the next day and went through all the key features so I became familiarized with the vehicle quickly. Last week I became interested in purchasing a new Saab after hearing about the phenomenal deals. I live in Sharon and decided to visit three dealerships: Cadillac Hummer Saab of Norwood (the closest), Charles River in Watertown (the oldest), and Shaw Saab in Norwell. Frank Melo, the salesman I worked with was extremely helpful, accommodating, and patient throughout the entire process. Although there were other customers in there wanting to spend nearly $80,000 on new Cadillac's, Frank worked with me for a while to work out a deal that was beneficial to both of us. That was Wednesday, December 23. I was so thrilled with the service I received that my mother decided to also buy a new Saab. Again, I called the same three dealerships, and again, Frank and Mike were able to work out a fantastic deal that we could not pass up. After my mother picked up her car on Monday night, we decided it was time to get my sister a brand new car. This time I visited the dealership in Watertown, then Norwell, and then made my way back to Cadillac Village in Norwood. They were able to give me the best deal with the best service.
