As luck would have it the used Jeep I was looking to buy across the street had been sold so I went into Putnam to see what they had. Robert Jacobsen helped me out and found me a nice low mileage wrangler with the options I wanted. The sales process and paperwork were easy.

We went to Cabral to buy a car. We told the salesman, Michael Hickman, what we were looking for, what we wanted our payments to be, etc. After test driving some cars, we found the one we liked. Michael came out with the figures and the were exactly what we asked for. No haggling involved. Best car buying experience ever!

I took my 2005 Suzuki to get the recalls repaired. I called a week in advance to have the parts ordered and schedule an appointment. This was supposed to be a two hour service repair that ended up being 4 days long because they did not order all the parts to fix the recalls on the vehicle. So I was without a car for 4 days. When I called to see if my car was ready to be picked up (they did not call me like they were supposed to) they told me that my daytime running lights no longer worked and I would have to be charged a diagnosis fee to see if that had to do with the recall or not. Keep in mind this recall was to REPAIR the daytime running lights, not to ruin them. Another recall on the vehicle was on the water pump, it was to be replaced along with the timing belt and new engine coolant was to be put in. I have had this car for 2 years and drive it everywhere possible and never once has this car overheated on me(or any other problems). Now my car overheats completely. The service advisors were extremely rude and kept cutting me off every time I would try and explain to them what is going on. Their service was horrible and now I have problems with my vehicle that I never had before, and they want to charge me to fix the mistakes that they made.

I was so satisfied with dealing with Cabral, a special thanks to Cliff Rogers! He made the process simple & painless and I drove off in my new 15 Dodge Dart that same day. They even worked with me to get financed at a much lower rate than I ever anticipated so that I am able to afford the payments & start rebuilding my credit. Other places I went to were very pushy & didn't take my financial stability into consideration. Cliff made me feel like he genuinely cared about working the payments into my budget. I puchased my beautiful car from Cabral on Oct. 03 and I will definitely be returning to Cabral for all my future car purchases and any tune up and/or repairs. Adam Cardoza was amazing and did not give us the run around. We told him what our budget was and he showed us all the vechiles in our price range and didn't try and sell us anything higher. Everyone was great when I returned for an oil change. The price for the oil change was awesome! I have never walked in and out of a place with such satisfaction. I had been looking at potential cars for a few months......contacted a few dealers and visited a couple....none of those experiences were fruitfull or hassel free.....always seemed to be a problem or reason why they could not get a deal done or get me the car I was looking for....never made a connection with any of those people or dealerships....pretty much a waste of my time... Then I found a 2014 Dodge Challenger SXT at Cabral in Manteca, CA. Cliff Rodgers, their Internet Sales Manager, contacted me right away about my interest in the car.....there was a brief delay in getting to the dealership due to my schedule, but once I was available, Cliff arranged to meet with me, do a test drive, and had me a workable deal in my hand within 1 hour...they even went to bat for me latter that day and put together an even better deal that enabled me to get a Dream of a Car and maintain the desired payment and financing I was pushing for, while getting a solid value for my trade-in...I drove my new car home that night....and Cliff even stayed late to show me how all my new car gadgets worked....unbelievable! Cliff, Jason & Clint pulled all the right strings and made me feel like I had been doing business there my whole life....it was an EXCEPTIONAL Car Buying experience....

I think they should have had time to take care of the radio static I am having being it was there for 10hrs. But then again being I wasn't I don't actually know how much effort they put into trying to get it resolved so I didn't have to bring it back.
