We have been looking for a new to us vehicle for quite some time. We found one we were very interested in on the Cable Dahmer website. Tammy J. was able to provide us with the information we asked for in a very timely manner regarding the vehicle in question. She even called the manager (Nick) at the lot where the vehicle was located & let them know we were on our way. (That was a huge help-we knew where to go & had people looking out for us to make the most of our time). When we pulled into the lot, the salesman (Dave) met us at the vehicle we were interested in. We were quickly able to go on a test drive & start crunching numbers. We had an agreed upon deal within minutes & were escorted to finance. Finance (Mike) went smoothly & we walked out to a clean vehicle, thanks to our salesman. The experience was pretty easy & painless. Thank you to all involved!

My daughter had a 2005 Saturn Vue with lost of miles that she bought brand new and was the only driver. They had the ad running allowing 3500.00 for a trade value which she met all of the requirements. They showed her a 2014 Ford Focus SE with 42000 miles. They hedged about the price and wanted to know what payment she could afford? She told them a number for a payment and she told them she could not afford it.So I asked about the 3500.00 trade in. They said we didn't read the fine print. So I asked how much the Focus was priced for. They said 18,800.00. I asked how much for Saturn trade-in? They said about 1000.00. So they left us the desk. I immediately called a salesman at Victory Ford. He had a 2014 Ford Focus SE with only 21,000 miles for 11,500.00. We went there and got 2500.00 for the Saturn and traded for 9000.00 dollars and she is driving it His took place at your 103rd st. Location. Bill Lauck

My experience with Cable Dahmer Chevrolet is on the used car side. I called last Thursday morning to inquire about a vehicle. I spoke with T.J. (Troy Burke JR). He told me the car I was inquiring about was available, and I made arrangements with him to test drive it to my daughter (30 miles away) on Saturday at noon. T.J. said that would not be a problem, and that he would get the keys to it and hold onto them until I got there at 12:00 noon on Saturday. Come Saturday, I drive 30 miles to the dealership. I was met in the parking lot by a lady who took me to meet T.J. Upon being introduced to T.J. (remember I had a 12:00 appointment with him) I get the deer in the headlights look. He had no clue we had an appointment and he had no recollection of our conversation on Thursday. I reiterated our previous lengthy conversation before the light bulb in his head starting getting a little bit lighter, not much, but a little. I might insert in here that I was introduced to T.J. in the middle of the office he approached chomping (and I use chomping literally) on his gum the overhead music was very loud and sales people were talking? back and forth across the room to each other I couldnt hear myself think. T.J. then proceeded to leave me standing in the middle of the room to go get the keys to the vehicle. When he returns no keys. The car is at their GM dealership (not in his office as he promised on Thursday). He then leaves me in the middle of the office, yet again, to get paperwork which would allow me to borrow the car to take to my daughter. He takes me to the GM dealership basically just leaves me in the parking lot, and goes inside. I wait about 10 minutes and he returns with another salesman, who proceeds to inform me that the car had been sold the previous day. So I drove 30 miles to keep an appointment the salesman couldnt even recall for nothing. The 2nd Salesman convinced me to come in and have a seat we are going to help you out we have over 500 cars we will find you an acceptable car over and over. During the course of waiting 3 hours at the dealership for them to find me a car, I'm left sitting in the showroom of the GMC dealership, while apparently at the same time, any and all cars I might have an interest in are either "already sold" or "out being test driven". I NEVER TEST DROVE 1 CAR!!! I express my dissatisfaction with several sales people and finally get introduced to Joel Fortner, the used car Sales Manager. He also gave me the same give us a chance, we will take care of you, we have over 500 vehicles pitch. I was also introduced to yet another salesman (Noe Ocegueda) who was going to take care of me. I provided my vehicle requirements to Noe, and after 3 hours and much frustration, left the dealership.On Monday at 11:30 a.m I email Noe to see if they had gotten any cars over the weekend that fit my needs. At 4:19 p.m. I get a response:"Do you want to come in today im here till 9pm or is wensday a better day.. or when can you come in..??Its a Malibu sedan 2010 with very low milesYour going to love itI respond back:I need pictures, Car Fax ... color .... price .... all the info ... I'm not coming tonight and I have appointments tomorrow ... but if I like it after you send me all the info then you can bring it to me and help make up for all the time I spent there Saturday ...Deal?To which I never received a response.On Tuesday morning, I call Joel Fortner, Sales Manager. He said he will check on the car Noe was speaking about and call me back. He never called back. I sent him a text at 10:00 a.m. and asked him to text me back, and received no response. When I returned home at 2:30 Tuesday, I had a voicemail from yet another Salesman Will the vehicle you asked about is sold but weve got one coming Friday morning with more options, let me know if you are interested . How can I know if Im interested, if I dont even know what the car is? I called Will and left a voice mail at 2:30. No response. I called Will at 5:30 and left a voice mail. No response.On Wednesday, I sent Joel an email laying out all of my frustrations. Got no response. I did get a phone call from Noe shortly after the email to Joel, giving me the specifics about the car he had on Monday, and the stock number to look at it on their website. AND get ready ... ITS THE EXACT SAME CAR I ORIGINALLY DROVE 30 MILES TO TEST DRIVE ON SATURDAY AND UPON ARRIVAL WAS TOLD IT HAD BEEN SOLD! PLUS IT WAS PRICED $1,000 MORE THAN IT WAS PRICED ON THURSDAY WHEN I INQUIRED!!!Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. I asked to speak to Joel and Noe said hes gone to lunch right now. I hang up from Noe and call Joels cell. He doesnt answer. I hang up and call Joel again. He answers and says Im in a meeting, can I call you RIGHT back, and I said Will you? and he said yes. 2 hrs. 45 minutes later, he finally calls back and leaves a message for me to call him.At this point, I have decided that even a $3,500 trade-in promise (which I'm pretty sure now was a gimmick to get people to come in) cannot buy trust, honesty, professionalism and integrity 4 things that Cable Dahmer Chevrolet Used Cars are totally lacking in based on my experience. Noe was at least communicating with me. I would strongly suggest to Noe that if he truly wants to make a living at selling used cars to find a more trustworthy, honest and professional dealership with integrity, to hang his hat.I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing a used car to look around. There are much more professional places to do so.

I have had nothing but trouble through cable dahmer since I bought my first vehicle through them. I've tried countless times to get ahold of a manager to try and work different problems out but nothing has happened I have had to deal with very rude receptionist and managers as well. So with my full experience on dealing with them I wish I could give them no stars if I could.

I am extremely unhappy with our buying experience overall. We came to the dealership to test drive vehicles and check prices and decided after all to purchase. We had told the staff that we needed to get our infant son home to bed and were told it would be 10-15 more minutes until they had the numbers ready. We told them we wanted to go home and think about it and they pressured us to do something right then. We continued to tell them we needed to get the baby home to bed. We were ignored. When they asked us our budget and what we planned on giving for a down payment, we were very straight forward in telling them. The salesperson continued to put higher numbers down even though we tried to tell her that's not what we wanted. Throughout, they kept telling us we were getting an unbelievable deal and making us think they were taking money off the vehicle. We were told they had only sold 2 cars when they normally sell 10 a day, so they were willing to work with us. All this dealership is interested in is meeting their quota. There was absolutely no transparency at all and we felt like the real numbers were being hidden from us. When it came time for us to start signing papers, it was evident that in order to make it look like we were getting a great deal, they extended the life of the loan over 75 months and not 60 like we had asked. 2 hours later we ended up leaving. The next day, remote start was to be installed. We were told our vehicle was going to be first in that day and they would let us know when it was done. After repeated attempts to get ahold of the salesperson to ask what the status was, I finally called the service department only to find out they first of all couldn't find our vehicle and second, weren't going to be able to fit it in that day as promised. My husband ended up back at Cable Dahmer that evening to tell them we were unhappy with how things had been handled and Mike was very helpful in trying to rectify the situation. He was the only bright spot in the whole process. It was a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have been to many dealerships and every time I get the same thing. Because I'm a girl I always feel like they are trying to basically screw me over. So when I went to cable Dahmer I didn't have high expectations on getting a car. But then I get there and had loads of help and the first car I test drove I ended up buying. I would recommend them to anyone!

I needed a newer car and asked a friend of my father to track one down for us. Our friend had previously sold cars for a living and worked with Frank years ago. He tracked down for us a 2009 Nissan Versa and we checked it out down at Cable Dahmer. The car was great, and we got everything worked out and closed on the car a few days later.The car itself had a few minor issues. First, the check engine light came on, and Frank arranged for a Nissan dealership near me to check it out. It just needed the computer to be reprogrammed, which was quick and easy. Then the check engine light came on again! This time the Nissan dealership had to keep it a few days, where they replaced the fuel pump. They also replaced some suspension parts that were recalled.Frank also arranged for Cable Dahmer to clean the interior of the car because it had a slightly funky smell, and it was completely cleaned out and looked like new! The check engine light came on for a third time (!) but it turned out that the gas cap wasn't on tight enough, and I'm happy to report that I've had no other issues with the car.Frank was super friendly, treated me with great respect, and made sure everything we needed fixed up on the car was taken care of to my complete satisfaction. I was so pleased with the buying experience, I am recommending Frank & Cable Dahmer to everyone I know who needs a car!

I drove up from Southern Missouri to buy a replacement truck that was listed on Cars.Com. I even put down a deposit to hold the truck until I could get there on Saturday. My experience with the sales staff was great until it came time to buy. They brought over their muscle guy to twist my arm (accept their offer). He repeated their same offer a dozen times without budging. I gave in $500 and they would not budge by $138 for the sale. The manager left me alone, so I followed and requested they please review my last offer; then Troy Burke spoke up. This guy is very rude, condescending and arrogant; ie "I cannot understand why would a guy not accept this deal and choose to leave" I held my cool while he was very disrespectful. After I request just a $138 so my financing would not be exceeded; he said "No, we are done dealing. We are done." Since I liked the truck, and went ahead and forked over the $138; but I'm totally flabbergasted with Troy. Is that amount really going to break this dealership? They have their built in profit on every deal with the $199 administrative fee (which is an unnecessary charge for those that don't know, its not a required fee). I cannot recommend this dealership as long as Mr. Burke is in the position he's in. Which also speaks volumes about this dealership and its management style that allows this treatment. I hear Troy's only been in the position 1 month and its obviously gone to his head or its the peter principal (rise to their level of incompetence). STAY AWAY, its easier for a buyer to find another dealership than for a dealership to find another customer, especially one who is ready to buy! Good Luck!

My sales rep could not explain the Web site vs. in person pricing to me. Another person cut me off and yelled at me when I asked a question. Was told information (trade in value over $5,000 off) prior to our visit that was not honored on site. Will NEVER go back! Last sales rep we used (2 years ago) wondered why we didn't go back to him.....well no follow up one a sale ever why would I? Very frustrated. Best interaction we had was with a sales rep waiting for his ride to come get him. Wish I would of got his name he was nice, honest, and able to explain some of our questions to us.

Told me where to find the coffee/doughnuts and would have vehicle taken care of immediately. Appointment didn't take very long and we were on our way. The SERVICE department - specifically Travis Becker - is the most positive experience I have had so far with Cable Dahmer. He was unbelievably kind, compassionate and listened - he took time with me and explained things I wanted to know about this new car I have (it is less than 2 months old) - in a way that made sense and helped me understand it - (I still haven't had time to read the book!) This help provided a peace of mind that I haven't had with understanding the needs of this car to keep it in warranty and running for a long time. I am grateful.Travis made this experience a great one for me and glad that I have a service contract that will allow me to deal with such a professional! The person who completed the loaner car process was also kind and helpful, she made this easy and smooth - on both ends - the getting and the returning.And better yet... the problem was fixed beyond the satisfaction level I was expecting..GREAT JOB Travis and crew!

I only had an oil change and tire rotation. Only rotated 2 tires, not all 4. I have to go back next week anyway so I will have them rotate the other 2 then and reset my tpms sensors then.

I knew want I wanted, 2016 Equinox LTZ siren red, when I walked in. Being good salespersons, I was shown a 2015 Equinox and the advantages of buying a 2015 model, which was not what I wanted. After several hours of negotiations I gave up on their offers. On our way out the door the sale manager asked what I wanted in the deal. After I made my final offer, he came back with what I asked for. We made the deal and I am satisfied with the way it turned out.

I have always had great service, I like the quick in and out and being able to get a rental and not have to wait hours. You have taken care of my care since I purchased it and have had no problems and nothing but great service from fixing accidents to simple oil changes and answer my questions. I must say that Mike Kline was absolutely great. One of the best experiences I have had since having my Equinox serviced at this Dealership. I was disappointed that the Service Manager did not make sure that my tire was cleaned off before I picked it up. It had grease all over my alluminum wheel, so Mike came out and cleaned it off for me. Also, another spectacular employee was Erin, she got me set up with the loaner car, and she always does a spectacular job, she must be one of your treasured employees. She knows that I like to have an Equinox, and apoligized that they were all loaned out, so she proceeded to let me know the selection I could pick from, still making sure that I was happy with what I would be driving. It is such a breath of fresh air to have people treat you like they care, and these 2 employees obviously genuinely feel that way. So thank you so much Mike and Erin for making my experience a pleasant one!

The people are very nice and efficient. The waiting time was excellent. I did not know the tires were going to be rotated so that caught me off guard. I think they should ask the customer about that before they do it. I had just purchased new tires and did not want them rotated yet.

My engine light came on a few blocks from the dealership. When I arrived they were able to give me a loaner car even though I had not made an appointment. The car was dropped off on a Saturday before closing so I could finish me errands for the weekend. The had my car ready by the end of the day on Monday.

On the first visit, there were no loaner cars nor rentals available due to the World Series so I had to come back another evening. The second visit went very smooth and everything was taken care of except that the windshield sealant that was trimmed from the repair area was left on the top of the truck. I am glad I noticed it while it was still tacky and could be removed easily or it would have required another visit to have service remove it.

I always feel confident that my vehicle will be taken care of properly. And, if something is not like I think it should be, I know that Cable Dahmer will make the necessary changes or repairs to make me feel comfortable. However, mostly because my truck is a diesel, my maintenance work is very expensive. I know that because I do continue to keep my truck maintained properly, it continues to perform like I need; especially pulling the trailers and heavy loads. So, I will most likely continue to do what is necessary to keep my vehicles maintained by Cable Dahmer. And, one of the good things is that I can always get a loaner car or truck while mine is being worked on.

I called to set up an appointment, they had me drop off my car after work and had a loaner ready to go for me. My car was repaired and ready for me when I got off work the next day. As I was checking in the loaner car, they were pulling my car around for me, very little waiting. Thanks!

There is not much to tell, every time I come in I am treated very well. I did not know that I had free oil changes till 24k miles and he informed me that I did. I thought it was twice a year.
