I was having problems with my KIA SORENTO so I reached out to Andy Peabody about the possibility of an affordable used car that was reliable--to me that was the most important thing after having a KIA that was not reliable in the least. Andy called me personally and "talked me off the ledge" and helped me through the process of buying a car on my own--without my husband present--I am a woman and it felt great that Andy listened to ME and was extremely helpful in trying to locate the best car for my needs. I went over to BYERS on Hamilton Rd in Whitehall and all the people inside the dealership greeted me like old friends!! It was really great--mind you, I know that they are trying to sell me a car, but it still felt nice that everyone seemed like an old friend. I am going to recommend Andy to everyone that is looking for a used car or even a new car!!

Stopped by today to look at a mini. The guy came up to me promptly(don't remember his name maybe Rick?) As I started doing my normal basic checks in the engine bay- oil, points, bushings etc he told me sarcastically that I 'obviously don't know Byers'. I told him I'd e an idiot to not check basics like oil. That made him realize I wasn't a fool and instantly put him on the back foot. He walked away and told me to come and see him if I wanted a test drive. He also asked me if I was sure I had insurance.... When I came back in to sign the waiver to go for a test drive I remarked that the key fob didn't work as it had prob run out of batteries. He sniffed at me and said that 'you young people don't understand, it does work, you have to press it slowly and have patience'. With that I literally just walked out. How rude. I'm twenty eight, pretty well put together and drove into the dealership in a nice SUV. I didn't realize that us Young people had to be patient with remote central locking. Which by the way was definitely not working. As I left he was standing by the car trying to work the fob looking confused. Well done Byers you lost a cash buyer for an ok car on principle.

We had looked at several dealers for a vehicle for our son but had been jerked around. Tony was friendly and honest and we made a fair deal on the vehicle.

I drove 230 miles, 3 1/2 hours and would do so again and again. This was the best experience I've ever had, from the e-mails that transpired to meeting the sales person and finance manager in person. I didn't feel like I was being given the "sales pitch" or talked down to. I got a great deal, better than was originally offered. It's worth the time and money for the trip, no matter how far (or close) you are from them.

I went here to inquire about a bmw. It took about 10 minutes before a salesman came up. When he finally did come out I asked him about the car he told it was a cheaper price that was listed on the window. Then he implied that the car was sold and the people were coming to pick up the car in a few hours. So i walked away and left. But then a few days later I see the car still on the lot on my way to work! I thought the car was sold and the people were coming to get it? And the car is still posted as available on line!!! Beware these guys are super shady to buy anything from them

I contacted them by email asking 2 questions about a car they had listed. A person emailed me saying I would hear back soon. A person called and emailed me even though I only asked for email contact and I responded back by email again with my two questions. I still received no answer except for a followup asking if I was taken care of. When I responded to that saying I wasn't, I got an apology phone call but it was too late. I never did get my questions answered. It seemed there were a lot of cooks in the fire trying to help but the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing.
