I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Byers. I hate going to look for a vehicle & getting pushed into buying something I really don't want but there was no pressure. If anything it was pressure free. Told the sales person what I wanted& he found it for me.Brendon Allen was a sweetheart . He helped me understand all the new technology & was so patient. I was completely thrilled with this TEAM. I test-drove and leased my vehicle in under two hours. Of note are four key people that well deserve recognition.First, my salesperson Kevin Pugh. This guy is totally on top of everything, gracious, knowledgeable, and focused. Focused! I got an amazing arrangement on the lease of my Jeep, all due to him. Whether a Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge track this guy down. His integrity and character, plus his work ethic and knowledge will serve anyone well.Second, Mark Zambito - the finance manager is another Johnny-on-the-spot. Always answers the phone for the tiniest of questions. Another knowledgeable and gracious person. He seems to know just about everything regarding paperwork, financing, and accountability.Third, Marcos is the Service Manager and another that fields calls no matter the day or volume of people that need help. My Jeep did not need service. It was me that needed guidance as this was the first vehicle ever, I could not operate on my own : ) First time I ever read an Owner's Manual in my life! Very understanding, polite, and accommodating. Helpful.Finally, I went back to Byer's to get some "training", and Richard Jackson provided for that - despite the fact I was probably interrupting opportunities for him. Another totally great employee!These are the BEST dealerships I have ever worked with and I have lived all over the USA. They truly care, want to help, and know about everything! We purchased a brand new 2016 Chrysler Town and Country from here and had an excellent purchase experience. Well, that's where it ended. We took the van in to have our U-Connect looked at 2 weeks after purchase and it was determined that we needed a new radio. That was almost 9 weeks ago. We have called them at least 4 times wondering why it's taking so long. We finally contacted Chrysler today and they called the dealership to find out what was going on. Turns out they never ordered the radio at all and obviously just lied to us when we called about it, but not to worry because they ordered it today!!! I can honestly say that this will be the last time we visit their service department.

I visited three Jeep dealers in the last week, Byers was by far the best. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted properly (which this should be every dealerships primary focus) and they were respectful of my time. I called ahead to schedule a test drive, the car was prepped and ready to go. Prior to my visit, I did my homework! After returning from the test drive, they came at me with a great price (no haggling). Returned to work for two hours and ended my Friday picking up my new Wrangler. Other Jeep dealerships should take note. CUSTOMER SERVICE... IT MEANS EVERYTHING. My sales assocaite was Richard Jackson. Knowledgable, respectful, and appreciative. I'll be back.

Picked up my brand new Cherokee Trailhawk today and I couldn't be happier! I went in about a month ago looking to buy one off the lot, but I couldn't find exactly what I wanted. My salesman, Brendon Allen, was awesome throughout the whole process and after looking around at other dealerships stock we thought it would be best for me to custom order exactly what I wanted. It was originally going to take 6-8 weeks for the order to come in, but it got here in 3!! When I went to pick it up today the whole process was painless. I went through the pre-approval process on their website and within an hour I had the keys in my hands I was on the road! Brendon and everyone over at Byers was extremely helpful, and I couldn't be happier with my car or the dealership I got it from!

After making an online inquiry, our salesman worked very quickly to find a nearby in-stock vehicle that met our criteria. Once it was located, he arranged to have it on the lot within two days. Financing was quickly arranged at a decent rate before the vehicle arrived. The final sale process was also quick and painless. I purchased a jeep commander in late November and early February it strated making a terrible noise.I took it to a mechanic and I was told it would be 3000$ to fix it due to the differential needing replaced.naturally I was pretty peeved.I immediately called Jeff Parker (the sales manager) and he talked me through tears and frustration and promised he wouldn't leave me hanging. I brought them the jeep the next day and they not only fixed it for waaay less (since it realy didnt need a whole new differential..)but gave me a 1 year warranty,washed the jeep and changed my oil! This is an honest great place to buy a car, I'm one satisfied customer

Kevin Pugh was the man that sold me my 2015 Jeep Renegade, and I could not be happier! He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and had an answer to every question I asked. The first vehicle he brought out was the Renegade, and I feel like that speaks a lot for his ability to find what truly meets one's needs. I looked at other vehicles, both new and used on their lot, but in the end the renegade was the one for me. The purchasing process was extremely easy. Mark from financing was very fun to work with. Their customer service was very friendly. They offered us coffee and water first thing when we walked in. Everyone there would check on us, and I feel like if we needed anything else, they would have been happy to help us. After all was said, signed, and done, Kevin showed us everything we needed to know and then some about the renegade. My wife and I had purchased our first new car together, and I can't think of a better dealership or person to have worked with.

Buying a new car is not my favorite thing to do, but George Eddy (Sales), and Mark (Finance) made the experience the best! I came home very happy, driving a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee. I've been a Jeep owner for 15 years, and this is my 5th. The new Cherokee is beautifully equipped (the Latitude, not the most expensive choice, but it seems like it is), is a very tight, comfortable ride, and is sleekly designed. With all the new safety upgrades, other comparable smaller SUVs can't compare to Jeep's design and style. That aside, our sales experience was terrific, and although I've had service on my other Jeeps done elsewhere, I will definitely switch to Byers Chrysler Jeep. Never have I had a personal introduction to the Service Manager on purchase. The personal touches, along with the competitive pricing and reasonable trade-in made this a wonderful experience. When this car is ready for a trade-in, this is the dealership I will return to.

Had a top notch experience with Byers Jeep. I worked with George Erdy, their Internet Sales Manager. With 2016 vehicles just being announced, I ordered a new vehicle to my specifications in August 2015. George kept me updated as it progressed thru building stages and as it was shipped from Italy to the USA. The day of pickup was seamless and easy. Absolutely none of the stereotypical car buying issues: the car was prepped ahead of time, pricing was an honest and easy conversation, and I got a quick tour of the service department. We were shopping for a 2015 Durango and knew exactly what we were looking for. Aaron Runge was very helpful and quick to get the car ready for a test drive (even though the dealership was closing in 5 minutes). We turned in our tired out 2000 Durango and we traded up. The buying process was about what I expected, about 2 hours. We previously worked with Crown Dodge over in Dublin, Ohio and found them unfriendly and not helpful. I recommend Byers!

From when we walked into the building we were greeted by Richard Jackson. He really new all the new features of the Jeep that we were looking for. I was really impressed with him and the Sales Manager. They went above and beyond for me to be able to drive home in my new 2015 Jeep. They even stayed after normal working hours to complete the transaction. They worked with you and I felt that they were very fair and gave me a great deal. I traded a 2008 Jeep Cherokee and didn't even test drive my new 2015 Jeep. I knew that it would drive nice, and I am amazed by all the features on this vehicle. I picked out the car I wanted at a local dealership. I made it through the financing process before the deal went sour at the local dealership. I went home and saw almost the exact same car here. I called the next day and had a deal done within a few hours. I was never hassled about my goal payment and Aaron worked with me to get it to where I wanted in price, term and down payment. Two hours driving to the lot later and my new car was waiting on me with all the paperwork prepared. I grew up around the car business and this dealership is one of the best I have visited. This was my second truck from Byers. I must say that my salesmen George Erdy and Nate Sherman the Sales Manger did a great job with the purchasing of this truck. There was no pressure at all and I got a good deal. The only thing about the truck is no Tow mirrors and Byers wanted $250.00 to install them and program the computer. I found another dealer in Columbus that will do it for 1/2 the cost I have not made up my decision on this yet. Overall a Great buying experience and the staff was helpful!!!

We went to Byers to buy a used Grand Cherokee.After we drceided to buy it we waited over 3 hours to pay for it.No financing cash deal.The rear pass window motor needed replaced and the tailight assm.The tailight was treplaced while we waited.Made an appointment to get the window fixed told us we would be right in and right out.Now I sit here 3 hours,waiting and no word.I had to wait as I live 2 hours away.Also when I asked about a spare key I was told they didn't have one.We bought a new one for $65 and guess what when they called to verify appointment they found one.The day of the sale they just didn't look.THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!If you want service definately go somewhere else.The whole crew has dropped the ball here.NEVER AGAIN WILL WE COME THROUGH BYERS DOORS!!!!

Three weeks ago I leased a 2015 Ram 1500 from the Byers Dealership. The thing that impressed me most was that they listened to me. When I explained what I was looking for, what I liked, how much I could pay, they focused on finding me the best vehicle and the best deal they could offer. They did not try to push me above the limits of my budget with add-ons. Additionally they had a vehicle in stock that worked for me. The sales process was quick, efficient and complete. Just bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Visited dealership a couple of times to review inventory and decide between a Durango and Grand Cherokee. Took several test drives with no concern or grief from the salesman. Kevin P. was patient, helpful, knowledgeable and overall a great resource. Very welcoming and low pressure. Ultimately Kevin helped us find exactly what we wanted and even had to go to another dealership to find our exact model. Being from out of town, we did a lot of discussion and negotiation over the phone. Kevin was very timely and responsive. Steve also helped in the deal. Again, I really valued their professionalism in the low pressure approach but also in the way they helped guide us through the buying process. I highly recommend Kevin P. for your buying experience. The only negative, if I have to give one, is the internet inventory not updated more regularly as we drove from out of town to see a specific car and it was sold. Kevin P. cured this by recommending similar models and ultimately finding our model choice at another dealer.

I visited Byers to pick up a part for my Jeep. The experience was horrible. Even before I had a chance to open my door I was accosted by a sales lady "welcoming" me. She demanded to know the purpose for my visit. When I explained that I was there to get a part for my Jeep I thought I would be left alone. How wrong I was! When I returned with my purchase she was waiting right in front of my parked vehicle. Entering my Jeep became impossible as she had blocked my path and began peppering me with questions about what was wrong with my Jeep and that it was time to "upgrade". I did eventually manage to open my door, but as I tried to close it, she stood right in the way forcing her card on me. I did eventually get away, but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Being from out of town, we dreaded the thought of dealing with a big-city sales person. Turns out we had nothing to dread. Our sales guy, Aaron Runge, couldn't have been any nicer to us. The same applies to the entire staff that we met. Byer's detail guy (with Aaron's help) stayed after closing time to get our new Jeep looking fantastic to save us driving back (70 miles) the next day. Much appreciated! Even though Aaron was (very) busy, he fixed us up with two test drives and answered every question ( we had many). The "process" was actually fun, like it should be. I bought a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited yesterday. I knew before I drove to the dealership which car I wanted. I also knew that I wanted to work with John Winkel, as he had helped me before and I knew I would get top notch service with him. When I arrived, I met with John and he got the car ready for a test drive. I knew 2 minutes into the test drive that it was the car I wanted. After getting back to the dealership I let John know I'd like to make the process as quick as possible since I had dinner plans. He was very attentive and made sure all gears were running smoothly (pun intended) to get me out of there as soon as possible. I left the dealership knowing I got a great deal and would love my car! Later that night I noticed there was a scratch on the rear spare wheel. I call John this morning and left a message. He called me back shortly thereafter and said he would replace the wheel and apologized for not catching it before I pulled away. All in all, GREAT SERVICE.

My gratitude and sincere thanks goes out to everyone in the service department at Byers! They have restored my faith in Chrysler! The "check engine" light came on as we were driving my Jeep last week. Even though I didn't purchase my Jeep from Byers, they squeezed me in anyway to get my Jeep diagnosed, had it fixed 24 hours later, AND I was on my way home before rush hour! Another Jeep dealership that I had called before contacting Byers because they are closer to my home couldn't get me in for four days; the lady there had asked if I had purchased my Jeep from them and when I said "no", she said they didn't have anything until the following Monday. And the dealership where I purchased my Jeep from...well, let's just say they are about as useful as a kickstand on a horse. The level of professionalism and friendliness I encountered at Byers made me feel like I could trust them to fix my Jeep. Treat and Mandy were very helpful and accommodating, and Ron, the service manager, was also very professional, returned my phone call in a timely manner, answered all my questions to my satisfaction and eased my concerns about my Jeep. This is something that I never experienced at the dealership where I purchased from. My only regret is not having purchased my Jeep from Byers in the first place - I wish that I would have read the reviews here when selecting a Jeep dealer. I was Blessed to come in contact with Kevin Pugh. I was recently in a car accident and my car was deemed a total loss, which left me without a car. Kevin was the salesman that I was connected with to help me in purchasing a car. I could not have been given a more thorough salesman. Exceptional customer service!! It was time I did myself a favor by purchasing a new car, and was really looking at the 2014 Dodge Charger RT.... All black with black leather interior. Went into the Byers dodge dealer in Columbus Ohio, and promptly greeted by Mark Mulholland. I cant express how helpful he was, I explained exactly what I was looking for and my price range. He quickly was on the search and found a few that I liked. With the great help from the sales manager Steve Carlson, they were able to locate and bring one down from another dealer. 2 days later, I was sitting in this beautiful black Charger, going through all the functions of the vehicle with Mark....... again... very helpful. With all the new technology, it is for sure a must to have a quick tutorial. After that... I was off in the Mopar of my choice!! My sales person, John Winkel, was very helpful with speeding along the process of all the paperwork and keeping us informed of everything we needed to do and why. The other sales people took us to the vehicle type we had chosen while John was busy with our sale and answered our questions about engine type, service and performance, etc. The waiting area as well as the sales floor was very clean and had several places to sit comfortably as well as free wi-fi with the pass code and instructions posted were you could easily see it. There was no excessive loud music or old dead plants sitting around like in some dealerships. When someone came in looking for a vehicle, no one rushed to the door smothering them with the usual, "Buy a car from us or else" nonsense.

I've been taking my 10 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Hemi in for service to these folks for years though I bought it from a different dealership. I've been very pleased with the service group at this dealer so when it came time to buy a new Jeep, I decided to try them. I just purchased a 2015 JGC Limited and did it in a record 3 hours from the point I walked into the dealership, met my pre-scheduled salesperson, Aaron Runge, negotiated the deal, dealt with the finance dude, and walked out of the place and drove my new Jeep home. Admittedly, having a "Friends and Family" purchase scenario greatly reduced the haggle time; there was, nevertheless, a bit of negotiation on the value of my trade. One expects that and so I wasn't phased; it literally took 15 minutes for Aaron and me to work out the deal and booyah! I drove home in an SUV I really liked. To be fair, I know that the FAF scenario reduces a lot of the unknowns and hence the tension/frustration of buying a vehicle. However, this was not the driving point; I really was looking to buy from a dealer that I had faith in with regard to after the sale, i.e., their service group. On that point, I was already sold on Byers...they run a very good ship. I have no hesitancy in recommending interested Jeep or Chrysler buyers in the Greater Columbus area to visit the dealership and meet Aaron and the rest of the crew and no question about who to take your car to for service...the sales dance is mere seconds compared to what the life you will have with your car and these guys are good.

I had a fantastic experience working with Dave Johnson, and his guys at Byers. After a few emails back and forth, Dave's team was able to present a deal that was completely transparent and fair. They even added running boards, after I realized that a truck with this much clearance would require them so my daughter could get in and out. I came in for a test drive Saturday morning at 10:30AM, and was leaving the dealership in my new 2014 RAM 1500 in time to watch the noon Buckeye kickoff. At no time did I feel pressured, nor confused by the numbers, as Nate Sherman was able to clearly explain the deal, which included a trade-in and was my first leasing experience. Kevin Pugh was the "truck expert" on staff, answering all of my questions about the car and giving me a full demonstration of the car's equipment and features. He even spot shined the wheels while answering questions in the parking lot. These guys are not your typical car salesmen, they're passionate professionals that are focused on the customer experience beginning-to-end. Thanks again!

We had a GREAT experience at Byers! Doing all of our homework beforehand, we knew what we wanted, what we were going to pay, had all of our paperwork for our trade in ready so all we needed was to test drive & to purchase our new Jeep! Going at both the end of the month AND a rainy day definitely helped us get a better price. Our salesman & new BFF, Matt McNerlin was absolutely fabulous! He didn't jerk us around, was extremely friendly & professional. The entire sale process took us a total of around 2hrs including test drive, filling out paperwork for our trade, and purchase of our new vehicle. When we are ready to trade again we will definitely come back to Byers! (And Matt!) The ONE & ONLY thing I would've liked to see was that it being a Jeep dealership & having a little higher end vehicles, I wish they would've had something like hot chocolate to drink and that the bathrooms were cleaner. But that is truly the only drawback to this dealer & wouldn't/didn't impact the sale. Thanks Guys for our new Jeep!

Car was exactly as website described. Sales person Greg Vignon was knowledgeable and informed. Paperwork took too long to complete, about 3 hours total time at the dealership. Dealership didn't have to do financing as I already had my bank take care of it. Service department needs to pay closer attention to detail as brake warning light came on and off several times until I realized that the brake fluid was low and added it. Overall experience was OK, however, if I hadn't driven 5.5 hours and had a certain car in mind, I would have left without the car due to extended wait time.

About 2 years ago I was pregnant with our first child and my husband and I decided we needed to get a safer and more reliable vehicle. We purchased a used SUV from another dealer , we told them our situation and that it was important for us to have something reliable and safe with the baby coming. When we bought the SUV from them they said it had a warranty that covered everything but brakes and tires, turned out it didn't cover anything! We only got to drive it 2 months out of the first 12 we owned it. We put more money into repairs then we did into paying it off. About a week ago it pretty much broke down for good. We needed a new vehicle and fast! We went to Byers and John Winkle and the rest of the good people there worked to help us get a new vehicle. We didn't think we would get one because we already have a car on loan and we were completely broke between the car repairs and the baby. Not only did they help get us financed for a new car, but we got the one we wanted and we drove it home that night! We will never shop for car anywhere else and will always recommend Byers! Mark Mulholland is one of a rare class of Salesmen. His manner and ability far exceeds most other Customer Care practitioners. My girlfriend and I were very happy with the attention we were given from George Erdy. There was absolutely no high pressure sales tactics used. George answered all of our questions about the Grand Cherokees we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the product and very patient with us. All this even after we told him this was the first place we looked and were just browsing for now, just thinking about buying a Jeep and wanted a closer look. We told him we wanted to look at other Jeeps at other dealerships and he still didn't high pressure us and try to get us into one that day. We did look elsewhere and after they knew we were just taking a closer look nobody afforded us the time and attention George did. Three days later we ended up going back to Byers to deal with George. We drove home that evening in a beautiful, new 2015 Grand Cherokee. George and the rest of the staff treated us with the kindness and respect one might not expect from a car dealership. Dealing with George and Byers Chrysler Jeep was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. They fixed my demon Minivan

2009 Town and Country Minivan....had some problems in June with the dash board lights all lighting up and the gages not working. I took the van to a local shop where we have our oil and tires changed. They had to do some electrical work and the problem was fix. I drove the mini van to Maryland and back that month and then in July I drove to Myrtle Beach. While at the beach my van had the same problems, plus a few new ones. THe dash board lights all came on, the gages stopped working, the windshield wipers just came on by themselves, all the locks and power doors stopped working and the windows would decided to go up and down on their own. We didn't even know if it was safe to drive home. Once on the highway this all stopped and we made it home without any trouble, however, the day after we got home it all started again. We took the car back to the local shop to see if they could fix it again. We were told it was the TIPM and it would cost us about $1400.00 to fix and that solve it for us. This after already spending $600 for work done the last time. We made the choice to take the car to Byers and turned it over to Treat Bellmore a Service Coordinator. We had called and told him about our demon haunted minivan and asked for help. At this point we were having to jump start the car to even get it to run. The van was dropped of Wednesday night for service first thing on Thursday morning, with a note of all the problems we were having and a wish of "good luck". We received a call Thursday afternoon letting us know that the problem was two fold. Wiring in the trunk area and wiring in the door. That when the other garage fixed it for us the first time, it was not done correctly and this was shorting out our system. They were going to need to order a part and if they got the order in that day they might get it on friday. As the mother of four boys, I need a minivan and not having one really becomes a hardship. We gave the go ahead and prayed it would really fix the problem. At this point we figured it would just be a bandaid and we would still have problems once that was fixed. I got a call early Friday afternoon....It was fixed, no unwanted dash lights, gages work, wipers stay off when not turned on, windows stay up or down as I open and close them, and my doors lock - unlock, open and close. I drove the van for awhile after picking it up and still no problems. All this was fixed for 1/2 of what I was quoted by the local garage and they didn't have the correct problem becase the electrical problems were making the dig-box in the van give off wrong codes and they would have replaced the wrong part. Treat was very good at keeping us very informed and understood our desire to keep the cost down. That it if it was an expensive fix we might just dump the van, which would have been a shame because we love our mini van and would hate to lose it. I have been buying cars from Mark Mulholland at Byers for many years. I just bought my fourth vehicle from him and I would never consider going anywhere else. Mark is not your typical car salesman. He is honest, fair, and works hard to get you the best deal possible on a vehicle. Years ago, Mark and Byers got me into a vehicle when no one else would and that's something that I have never forgotten. My husband also bought his last vehicle from Mark and now he's a true believer as well. This dealership is much different from others. They believe in true customer service at every level. They don't forget about you after the buying experience is over. Their service department is way out of my way (I live on the Northwest side of Columbus) and there are certainly Chrysler service departments that I could use closer to my home. The service at Byers is so good that I make the trip to their side of town because it's worth it. It's easy to make an appointment and the service is great. You won't be disappointed with Byers Chrysler Dodge Jeep!

I purchased a 2013 Dodge Charger R/T MAX AWD 2nd owner. The Sales Person was Matt McNerlin. At the beginning of the purchasing process Matt was great following up whenever I had questions. Matt requested that I get my paperwork back to him as soon as possible so it counted towards his month's end goal (May). I did everything I could and to make sure that happened. Matt was supposed to overnight the documents on 5/28 but instead they took 2 days and did not arrive until Friday 5/30/2014. When I received the papers on 5/30 I got them filled out, notarized and sent back out same day (5/30) via FedEx. Matt informed me on 6/2 that he forgot to send me a few documents and that the documents he is sending me would need to be signed and notarized again. I requested the documents to be overnighted and Matt said he would do his best but would have to rely on others since he was out of the office. Once again it took 2 days and documents did not arrive until 6/4 in fact on 6/4 I had to text Matt for a tracking # (at this point I felt like I was going above and beyond). On 6/4 I left work early at 5:30; I had to go from one bank branch to another in 2 different cities to find someone available to notarize very difficult since it was after 5pm, luckily found 1 person to notarize and then I quickly drove to FedEx was able to meet the overnight cutoff deadline time with 10 minutes to spare. On 6/6 Matt sent me a text message that he got all of my paperwork and that the shipping company could come pick the vehicle up anytime. I was not able to find a shipping company so I had my father go pick up the vehicle. On 6/17 my father arrived around 5pm to the dealership it was cloudy and raining Intermittently. Before I ever signed any paperwork I had my father over at my house, and while I was talking to Matt and Nathan on speakerphone about an optional mopar warranty; I asked Matt if there swirl marks or paint chips and Matt said he did not see anything and that it appeared perfect. I asked Matt if he would detail the vehicle and Matt said it would be a shame to detail because it would be dirtier than how it was sitting on the lot. The car sat in my garage until I was able to inspect it I noticed the swirl marks on the hood and trunk, paint chip under the spoiler and hood, and a mysterious blue paint dot on each headlight. I ended up washing my car anyways despite these issues I was able to get the mysterious blue paint chip off one of the headlight. NONE OF THE PICTURES ONLINE reflected these issues (how do I know that because before I bought the car I saved all the pictures that were online from the Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram website to the desktop of my computer so I could reference it later in case the condition was not as described by Matt. If the pictures online did reflect these issues I would have insisted on a detail along with rock chip touch up or I would have negotiated the final price. I sent Matt an email with these issues along with pictures on Wednesday 6/25 asking that Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge make it right. I feel these issues should have been caught by Matt, or the person that took the car in on trade-in from the 1st original owner, or even by the detailing staff. I paid the asking price on the website plus the document fee based on Matt word and description of the vehicle. I re-sent Matt a follow up email on 6/26 and still no response. On 7/5 I text Matt and told him I had sent 2 emails; he said to check my spam filter (so I checked spam filter no email). Matt said he was with a customer and would call me in a moment; Matt called me an hour later and told me that because my dad did not catch it when he picked up the vehicle there was nothing that Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram could do for me. Matt said it was Sunny when my father picked up the vehicle which was not true. I am unsure if I will ever buy a car from Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram again or if I will recommend them to friends and family.

I went to Byers because of a vehicle I saw on their website. The sale price was lower than most of the other dealerships around, and I even received an additional discount on top of the sale price. I wasn't sure that day how many dealerships I would have to visit to find the perfect vehicle and a price that was affordable for me. Fortunately, I stopped at Byers first and dealt with George Erdy. He made my experience painless and was VERY helpful and pleasant to deal with. There wasn't the typical haggling back and forth on prices. I was shown the best off right from the start and George even helped me to get the leather seats I really wanted. I was shown the breakdown of the price of the vehicle. Just got my 3rd vehicle from this dealership. I have dealt with Mark Mulholland on all 3 and he's been excellent each time -- we discussed what I was looking for over the phone and he had the vehicle pulled up front and ready for me to look at when we arrived. He also knew what I was trying to accomplish in terms of lease vs. buy so he only gave me pricing for what I wanted to do -- he didn't try to push other options. Further, he was aware of a variety of incentives that were available so he explored a number of options and made a number of inquiries so we could see what would be the best situation for us. Also, the finance representative, Jason, was very thorough, friendly and pointed out all of the relevant items on the documents I was signing which made the process easier and more comfortable for me.

Have purchased several vehicles at Byers previously and have my vehicles maintenance done at Byers Chrysler Dodge & Jeep dealership. My younger brother was in the market to get a used car and trade in his 13mpg gas guzzler F150 I recommended he check out a 2008 Toyota Prius this dealer had. I contacted the dealer through this website and within 5 Min I received a telephone call From Matt, he was very polite and we discussed this car and my brothers needs and Matt set up a test drive the next day. We arrive at the dealership the next day to see the car already pulled up and appeared to be freshly cleaned, a very nice touch. We were greeted by Matt and we first showed him the truck we were trading in.and began the process of getting the truck appraised. Matt then proceeded to show us the features of the Prius and he was very knowledgeable about the car. he did a complete walk around of the car and we decided we wanted to take it for a test drive, he took my brothers information and quickly got him setup for a test drive while the truck was being apprised. My brother loved the car and we came back and expressed his desire to purchases the car. We knew going in that he most likely had negative equity in his truck Matt did everything he could to get us the most possible for a trade in, Matt was upfront about everything and confirmed that he did in fact have negative equity that would need to be rolled into the new loan and that he would definately need a cosigner. Matt was patient while we obtained approval from our father to cosign on the new loan while he waited. Matt was able to get things setup even though our father was unable to come with us to sign paperwork so he was able to do the credit approval over the phone. Matt and his boss did an amazing job at getting us a good deal on financing even though there was a lot of negative equity that needed to be rolled into the new loan. they contacted several finance companies to get us the best deal.My brother was able to sign his part of the paperwork and Matt allowed us to take the new car over night with a fresh full tank of gas to have our father sign his parts of the paperwork and bring it back the next day. they were able to transfer the plates over from my brothers truck to the new Prius. over all this has been the best car buying experience ive ever been through, everyone at the dealership was very friendly and our salesman Matt was wonderful the first salesman who i have ever felt actually cared about us and made the car buying process as simple and fun as possible. I cant begin to say enough nice things about Matt he had good sense of humor and was more than willing to explain everything every step of the process. As the title suggests, Excellence in service continued. To give you a little background, my experience with Byers began about 6 years ago and has continued ever since! I had a VERY distasteful experience at another local Ram Truck dealership in the metro Columbus area. This experience was nothing short of a clip out of a movie in which a greasy haired salesman in a leisure suit from the 1970's tried to tell me what I needed, rather than listening to what I wanted. After an hour of being pressured, I finally remembered the quote that says "the reason that most people cannot hear is because the are too busy talking". I politely excused myself and decided to look elsewhere. I ran into an employee of Byers (Robert Wilson) who referred me to a salesman by the name of Mark Mulholland. From the very first meeting, I realized that this relationship was "going to work" so to speak. Mark sat down and listened to my needs and wants and then made educated but measured recommendations. Marks experience and calm confidence made me relax and actually enjoy the process of purchasing a truck. That was (now) 3 trucks ago! I just yesterday (03/10/2014) purchased my third brand new truck, this one was Dodge Ram 2500 with a Cummins turbo diesel power-plant. Never have I been treated so well by so many people, who by all rights never had to be in the first place. From the point of specifying my vehicle, to ordering and then on to financing this process was painless! The manager Steve Carlson is second to none when it comes to being an advocate for the customer. He fought hard to find me the absolute best financing rate available, and I have to say he has done this every time for me, without question! Byers is a one stop shop when it comes to all of your vehicle needs, whether it be new, used or repair! Since my purchases I have never had maintenance performed at any other place besides Byers. Their service staff has always provided efficient and effective maintenance on all of my vehicles, whether it be routine preventative or required recall repair. Ron Brown (service manager) runs a tight ship and maintains a staff that is comprised of well trained and experienced professionals. His right hand man, Treat Bellmore is and always has been more than accommodating to me. You can always guarantee that you will be greeted with a smile and a "How are you doing" from him. The entire Byers team has always surpassed by expectations as a customer and have honestly made me feel at home anytime that I have been in. Perhaps the best thing that can be said is this quote: "We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit. This organization certainly embodies excellence and professionalism and I would (and have) recommended them to anyone who is in need of a vehicle!

Once I had decided between two vehicles, he spent a lot of time explaining everything to me prior to test driving. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable on equipment and took time to make sure I understood everything. I never felt rushed and Mark was very easy to talk to. As for the financing part, Jason Spires explained everything to me throughout the process. Between the two of them everything was very clear and I had all the information I needed to make the tough choice of which vehicle I would buy. Our first contact was started over the phone with Greg Vignon, who discussed the vehicle that I was interested in on the website and it's availability. Once Greg confirmed it's availability, we setup a time for a test drive. Greg had the van ready when my wife and I arrived, but Greg was completing another sale with a customer at the tim. Greg quickly linked us up with Matthew McNerlin to help us out. Before we left the lot, Matt was very helpful and we went through the features of the van. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle. We had lots of questions, and Matt was very thorough in his replies. It's clear Matt enjoys his job and it showed thru the entire process. Purchased a new 300 from this dealership in December, 2014 and had a very good buying experience. Had talked to the salesman, Mark Mulholland in September but at that time they didn't have an automobile that we were interested in. The dealership is not pushy and are very helpful in trying to locate a car that you are looking for. In December we saw an automobile on their website and called Mark to inquire about it. We remembered us from our last visit and we set up a time to test drive the vehicle and bought it that day. After visiting other dealerships I found that Byers is the most helpful and seems to follow-up if you call with questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have purchased multiple vehicles from Mark Mulholland at Byers, and every time the experience has been wonderful. He is always very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Unfortunately, I never know what vehicle I want to purchase, so I tend to take up a lot of Mark's time while there. Yet, every time he is very patient with me. Mark took me on multiple test drives of different vehicles, spent hours going over the details of every vehicle I inquired about, and helped me make an informed decision as to which vehicle was best for my family. Jason, the finance manager, and Steve, the new car manager, were extremely helpful and great as well. I'm pretty sure if I had to deal with someone like me, I'd pull my hair out. Yet Jason patiently worked with me running numbers on vehicle after vehicle, while Steve and Mark worked with me to get me the best vehicle for the best deal possible. After I purchased the vehicle, Byers made sure it looked tip top, and Mark spent additional time going over all of the vehicle's features before I took it off the lot. In the end I ended up with a Cherokee Limited and have to say I have never been happier. It is the extra time, care and professionalism Mark, Steve and Jason exhibit that makes Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram the only place, and Mark Mulholland the only person, I will ever purchase a vehicle from again. It is nice to know that there is still a place out there that makes customer service a priority.

I could not be happier with another easy, quick and successful transaction from this dealership. This is transaction 3! Their staff is always friendly and welcoming. In addition, they do not hound you to buy a car. They have a very laid back approach to the car buying experience. I worked with 3 great staff members. Steve Carlson is so friendly and is there to make sure that everything is done to your satisfaction. Andrew Songer, my salesperson, is very informative and answered every question I had about the new Cherokee. He really made sure I knew about every little button. I am a buttons person, so more buttons the happier I am! So some of these features were incredible! Lastly, Jason Spires, he is the finance guru. Having purchased from Byers before, Jason knew how precious time is for me and he had all of the paperwork ready to go and had me in my new Jeep less than 2 hours (start to finish). First off let me tell you, if you ever pay a used car make sure you get a independent Inspection done. So my wife and I was looking buying a new car, however, are budget would not allow us too. So we started to look went over to the used car lot and my wife seen a Volkswagen Passat that she liked. So we test drive it and like it. So we decided to buy it, however, the manager told us that the car just came on the lot and had not been inspected. We needed a car in the next couple days so I told him we will take it after they do the inspection. The manager told us that the only way they will hold the car is if we have a contract in place. He assured me that any problems seen or any indications of any problems would be addressed. He also told me they would detail the car and change Oil and refill all fluids. So i made the mistake of going ahead of signing a contract for the car with the price as if there were no problems with the car. (Quite embarrassing to admit that i got taken advantage of). We were told it would be done and ready the next day. So that was on July 2. I called the next day to see if the car was ready and they told me that they had to fix the something in the trunk. So I called each day and was told that maybe the next day. We did not get our car until July 6. While we drove our car the first day, we opened the back door and a loud grinding noise came from the hinges (we were told that they would fix that). so after a month and a half of driving, the catalytic converter fell off or Disintegrate -depends which one of the mechanics at the Dealership you ask. The service center also told me that oil was 2 quarts low and should be changed. The dealership at first refused to pay for anything. After I kept calling, they agreed to pay for half the repairs but the manager refused to pay for half if his Byers Servicing center did it. He told me that he would have a third party muffler shop do it. He had the car towed to the Muffler shop, which refused to tell me any information on the cost of the repairs; they stated since Byers brought it in, they did not have to tell me anything. The cost of the repair, ended up being a hundred dollars more then they told me it would be. After another 2 months of driving the car, both Drive axles needed to be replaced, and then I was told that the rotors needed change too. So I will never buy another car or recommended from Byers again

I researched the dealership and vehicle online before going. I knew what vehicle I wanted and when I got to the dealership it took less than 3 hours to drive off in my brand new jeep Cherokee limited. My sales consultant was George Erdy. He was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable about all the vehicles they sell. He went above and beyond to meet my needs. The financing was great. George asked me what I wanted to pay and what I wanted for my trade in plus interest rate. The finance guy gave me what I wanted and even got a better interest rate than what I asked for. The whole experience with buying my vehicle was the best I have had. Plus this wasn't the first time buying a new vehicle its my 10th. This dealership is top notch. Thank you George.

Pavel was so helpful, he asked many questions to find just the right vehicle for me and my specific needs. I am not an easy customer, I have a long list of criteria, but he was very patient and kind with me. He kept in touch regularly to let me know what he had found. Your salesman, Pavel, was so very helpful and I'm afraid I didn't makie it easy for him. I wasn't looking for a car when I came to your site, but as I looked around and test drove a few, I started compiling my list of needs if I decided to take that step. My list may have been a little extensive, but Pavel showed me several on your lot and other lots that met many of my criteria. I believe he did all he could to satisfy me, but I was becoming so comsumed by this whole process (totally of my own doing) and decided to step back for a while, get my finances in order so I know better what I have to work with. Pavel is an excellent salesman, not pushy, but diligent in his quest to find just the right vehicle to fit my needs. He was very contientious to show me everything each vehicle had to offer inside and out. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

One of the best car buying experiences I have had. My salesperson was Mark Mulholland. He was the most professional, down to earth, car salesperson I have ever done business with. He was extremely knowledgeable and ensured that I was well taken care of from the moment I walked in to the dealership for the first test drive to the moment I left the dealership with the car. I can say that Mark was the primary reason I ended up buying from Byers and not another dealership. Negotiating with Steve was a fun experience, he's pretty old school and if you like talking numbers, he can go back and forth with you for hours. Also one of the best sales managers I have met. I have been to dealerships where the first offer they come to you with is almost insulting and arrogant. Not here. Steve was trying to sell a car and he did it in a friendly, respectful manner. Jason in finance did all the paper work with me. Again, most guys in the finance department at other dealerships are pretty bland......what do they care, the deal is done, why should they have a personality? Jason was friendly and double checked all of the paperwork.....even found some errors.....to ensure that every T was crossed and I dotted. So, had a great experience with the guys over at Byers Chrysler/Jeep. I would definitely do business with them again. On top of that, my wife and I have tried to do some business with Byers Audi.......had no where near the same experience with them that I had at Byers Jeep.....one of the reasons why my wife is driving a BMW rather than an Audi. If I were Byers, I would have Mark and Steve go and train the guys over at Audi. Thanks for the great service!

This was a wonderful buying experience. Upon speaking to Matthew McNerlin I stated everything I was looking for in the deal. After going in, on Thursday, Matthew McNerlin IMMEDIATELY started working on my request. On Friday morning Matthew McNerlin called me and said those 4 words we all wanna hear, "Come get your car". Too busy on Friday, I went in on Saturday and picked up my car. The price was right, the car fit my specification request, payments in my budget per my request, AND the ENTIRE STAFF was friendly and personable. It will be a few years before I can shop again, HOWEVER I will be going back to Byers at that time.

When I heard that the Dodge Dart was coming back I was excited. Back in the early 80s I had a 2 door Dart and loved it. I know Mark Mulholland and asked about it and when the literature came out he brought it to me. I've always been a Dodge/Chrysler person. Though my 2005 Nissan Altima had been a good car, 8 years later it was time to move forward. Today I drove home in my 9th Dodge/Chrysler vehicle, my new Dodge Dart and I couldn't have done it without Mark's help. He listened when I told him what I wanted, could afford and he worked with me. He sat in the car with me and went over everything, from going over the display screen to the pressure in the tires, he took his time in explaining how things worked. He made the process of securing a car...not for myself mind you but for someone else....so easy. Just purchased a new Jeep Wrangler Sport (my third from this dealer) and salesman Mark Muholland. Mark always does an outstanding job for me. My new Jeep is always ready to go when I arrive at the dealership, with a just few last minute tasks; moving my wheel locks, floor mats, lil' things. This time, picking a color was a little harder for me, and to help me....Mark emailed me photos of the Jeeps on his lot, the 2 that I was trying to decide between...and that was awesome! Made deciding on my new favorite color, really easy. The dealership is very clean, clean restroom and the vending machines all were operational. One detail about the facility that sets this dealer apart from others; they offer FREE WiFi and even have the password posted making it very easy to use. And, that is great while you wait. Love my new Jeep! This is the first Jeep that I ever had, that a total stranger (while waiting at a stop light) told me was "beautiful"! But, it is a unique and beautiful color.

I took my 2001 Chrysler Sebring Convertible for regular service. I told them the top was not working correctly and requested an estimate. When I got the car back, they gave me an estimate of $1500.00 to replace the hydraulic motor, telling me that it was leaking and needed to be replaced. They did not secure the rear back seat to the clips (which they should have done.) I looked up the part they wanted to replace - $226.00 retail. I ordered the part. When it arrived,l I looked at the old motor and realized there was nothing wrong with it, but since I had the new one, I installed it myself. It took me 45 minutes, and the pumped worked perfectly. I realized that the problem with the top was a leaky cylinder on one side. Ordered the part for $100.00, and had a local convertible top company install it. It took them thirty minutes and they charged me $150.00 for both the cylinder replacement and to replace the hoses. I could not believe that Byers wanted $1500.00, and they were replacing the wrong part! Do not trust them.
