A very satisfactory experience
I have in the past bought cars from Byers Chevrolet at their downtown location, and went recently to the new and very attractive Grove City showroom to look at a Chevrolet Spark. Mr. Matt Wilhelm was very friendly, helpful and informative, and along with his colleagues was able to expedite the purchase of an entirely satisfactory car at a very good price in a matter of two hours. I would strongly recommend Mr. Wilhelm and the Byers dealership to customers looking to purchase a Chevrolet vehicle efficiently and relatively economically.
Horrible customer service
This dealership displayed the worst customer service I've ever experienced when looking for a vehicle. Two different salesmen would not return my calls or emails, and both salesmen magically "lost my contact information" numerous times. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone due to the horrible customer service they displayed.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE
I had the pleasure of working with Steve Ritter for a little over a week and what a great guy to work with, not only did he answer all of my questions but he was a great help in choosing the right vehicle to fit my needs with have a baby in November. We talked on the phone numerous times and went through numerous vehicles to buy and finally found the perfect vehicle. Thanks so much Steve and as well as Seth Brown for helping out on the deals. Byers Chevrolet is a great bunch of people very helpful and always greet you when you walk in. I went in shopping for a used car within my budget and walked out with a Brand New 2014 Chevy Silverado that was also within my budget. Thanks Byers!!!!!!!

Excellent Experience
Deal was done all by email and phone. Drove 4.5 hrs and everything was ready to go when I got there. Was in and out in less than an hour with the truck I've always wanted. Would buy again if given opportunity.
