I can't say enough about Burns Buick Service and in particular Erik Vandenberg. He is such a super guy and goes entirely out of his way to make sure he gives fantastic service. Every time I go into the shop he is so courteous, caring and bends over backward to make sure that the service he gives is over the top. I hear so many horror stories about service depts. and I count myself fortunate to have found such a great place to not only buy a great car but have such a super service department to take care of my every need with that car. I did not buy here, because the atmosphere was too pushy and I did not feel I trusted the dealers as much as at other locations. I tried then in 2012 and 2016, and bought from other locations both time.

I've driven many different cars and have dealt with many dealers throughout my life; which is a lot of dealers. So I'm trying stress this statement with all my heart. I have never been to such a great dealership. From the moment I walked in the door until further notice all my interaction with Burns and their entire staff have been nothing but above average. From dealing with Salesman James Crabbe and sales Manager CJ and every person I walked past at the dealership. Every person was friendly and took the time to say hello and speak with you; even after I purchased the truck. There wasn't any games played no back and forth. They even shared information with me that I was not aware of and I tons of research before entering any dealership. I said that wanted to sleep on the deal and they were perfectly fine with that and I shopped there number and no one could even come close to it. I look forward to a long and happy relationship with burns. Will there I did walk around and see how clean the entire plus is to include the service area. So take from a person who buys a new car every 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years this is the best dealer I have ever been to. Once you make a great decision to purchase your next car from Burns ask for James Crabbe to put your deal together and drive away happy. Lastly I'm not sure if I ever left a dealership with a smile on my face before Burns.Jeff H

I was introduced to the efficient, friendly, helpful and courteous staff at Burns at the end of September 2015, when I needed work done on my 2004 Saturn Vue. Each and every member of the team from the receptionist, who provided perfect directions when my GPS system misdirected me, to the mechanic who called to get my authorization for work and to let me know my car was ready, to the shuttle driver, Tom, who showed me an alternate route home (very helpful during rush hour!), to the cashier who very quickly settled my account, was EXTREMELY polite and helpful. They all seemed to be extremely satisfied associates and I was VERY impressed by the range of ages of all the associates I met. So, when it was time to replace my 2004 Nissan Murano in December 2015, going to Burns was an easy decision. The lease experience for my 2015 Encore was another stellar experience from the text messages I received from Kelly to knowledgeable sales experience provided by Don Harrison to the gentleman in the finance office who answered ALL my questions during the signing process (I love the Burns thumb drive and the bag for items from my old car and the pen and the dealership tour!!!!) Overall, there was NO pressure; just GREAT service with everyone pitching in to help. I have already talked to my daughter about coming to Burns for her next car.

Stay away from these crooks. After spending over 50k on an SUV for my wife they basically called me a liar when I let them know that it was missing the headphones and remote for the rear seat entertainment. For $50 in parts they were willing to lose a customer for life. They're the type of people that give all dealers a bad name. Super nice until they get your money then watch out.

I never felt better taken care of! I had just purchased my 2015 beautiful cocoa silver metallic Encore 9 days earlier and had an unfortunate incident of running over a huge object in the middle of Rte295N on the way to work. My left front tire was immediately slashed. I got off the road, and Buick Roadside service came promptly and put the donut tire on. I called Burns Service and the female service rep encouraged me to come right in and get my tire replaced and everything looked over. I was practically in tears when I got there, overwhelmed and in disbelief that this had just happened to my brand new car! But, right away, my Sales Rep, Will Smith, was there to console me. Joe, the Sales Manager made me feel right at home again as I waited in the Sales area lounge. Jeff from the service department replaced my tire and answered all my questions. The service was prompt, pleasant and efficient. My little "Cocoa" was back on the road again, as good as brand new!! I couldn't be happier with everything about this dealership!

Brought in my 2011 Lucerne for a transmission slipping issue. As always Jeff took control of the situation, explained the delay in repair due to shop work load, arranged a loaner, explained what was next. Upon completed repairs he gave me a complete debrief of the issues found and the repairs made. It was again an outstanding job, extremely courteous and professional front to back. This is our 3rd time buying from Burns. When we just bought our 3rd vechile. We brought in our older car, which was purchased there for some work & to get it detailed. We have been treated horrible about the older vechile. First they closed the ticket out , because it was an "older" vechile. Then the pulled it , because they had to get ready for a show this past weekend??? It has been there for 10 days, and its only getting finished because of yet another call??? Where is the customer service? Just because its old...doesnt mean we should get treated any differnt. But if we walked in tonight to buy another vechile, Bet you wouldnt pull us or tell us to come back another day . We used to think Burns was great, now not so much . Maybe "the ones who pulled and pushed it aside" should be treated like that when they are older.. See if they like it .

I had my 2002 Saturn sedan repaired 7 years ago at Burns body shop after being rear-ended. They replaced the left rear quarter panel at that time and did a fantastic job in a timely manner. This year I noticed that there was water in the trunk and took the car to the Burns service department. They said that there were 2 open body seams in the rear quarter panel that needed to be repaired for a total cost of $600.00. When I went to pick up the car I told that I thought we should come to an agreement concerning the charges as the defect was most likely due to to the replacement of the rear quarter panel 7 years ago. Bob from the body shop took a look and while he could not confirm that the original repair may have been faulty, he agreed with my argument that it was to much of a coincidence and waved all charges for the repairs and I paid nothing. i find this level of customer service unusual and will continue to recommend Burns Buick GMC for repairs.

I made an online service appoint for Saturday, Sept. 1 at 9 am. I received an online confirmation from the service managager, Ron Capaldi. I arrived at the service department only to find that it was closed and under construction. There is no reference to this on the website. An employee told me "what do you expect, it's Labor Day weekend." Now I am waiting for a response from them.

I bought a Black Cadillac CTS-V from Burns Buick-Pontiac-GMC after seeing it online in Autotrader and Craigslist. It looked great on screen but I was from out of town so I was somewhat concerned. I made a fair offer by email and it did not take long for the Burns' folks to accept it. Tom even picked me up at the train station in Philadelphia the following day and while I had some trouble on my end getting the financing straight, everyone was very gracious and I was on my way back home (in the Caddy) in a couple hours. Some minor trouble with the paperwork for the out of state plates but they striaghtened it all out quickly and efficiently. I never expect everything to be perfectly smooth but I was very pleased with the whole transaction and with how quickly any issues got sorted out.

I would recommend Burns Buick GMC of Marlton, NJ to anyone in search of a car. They are all the best to deal with and give terrific customer service. Most notably, Ben Loatman is a First Class guy in the Sales Department and Greg Pollice, the General Manager were very fair and gave me a great deal on a brand-new beautiful 2012 Red GMC Terrain. Words cannot describe just how wonderfully satisfied I am with my purchase!!. The relationship doesn't stop with the purchase. They continued to follow up with me by email, phone, etc. to make sure that I was completely satisfied. So when you are looking for a GMC, Buick or Hundai auto, look no further than these guys!!!!!

My initial contact with Burns GMC/Buick was with Coleen via an internet chat session. Coleen then called me and was very helpful in identifying the exact vehicle I desired and with brokering a very attractive price. I then talked with the Sales Manager, Greg Pollice, who confirmed the pricing and Greg arranged for the vehicle to be ready when I arrived that Saturday with a check for the agreed amount. Upon arrival the vehicle was prepped and the amount due was exactly as promised. It was a pleasure meeting Greg and he made sure the time spent at the dealership was productive and efficient. Greg introduced us to Doug Brennan who completed the paperwork and effectively described the technology package and other features that the Terrain possessed. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. If you are ready to buy a new vehicle, make it worth your while and visit the courteous and professional staff at Burns GMC/Buick. If you're especially fortunate you will be able to deal with Greg, Doug, and Coleen.

Dave Dodrill is the service manager here. I did not buy my 2000 Buick Century here, but it has been serviced here for the last few years because the dealer I bought it from left the area. I just want to say that Dave is the most pleasant, accomodating and helpful service person I have ever dealt with when having my vehicle serviced. He is very accomodating, will even research pricing on parts for you and get you the best deal. His mechanics are very honest, very thorough and I trust them completely. My 2000 Buick is still running with over 102,000 miles. With service like this I would expect it to be running for many more miles. Burns service department cannot be matched anywhere. They should be recognized for it.
