My lease was up on my Jetta.....and I wanted a new one. Sebastian was so helpful, and he really knew what he was talking about! He made the process go quickly and smoothly, and he kept us informed throughout the entire process. Further more, everyone at Burlington Volkswagen kept checking in on us, offering us a drink/food, and they were all so friendly. Sebastian got me a great deal on an amazing new 2017 Jetta, and I love my new car! My payments stayed low, too! Tell your friends.....sometimes getting a new car can be painful....not in this case for sure!!!!!

My car buying experience was great but it was all downhill from there. An oil change was not done properly and the oil leaked all over my concrete driveway. They sent a tech to my house to fix it and he attempted to clean the stain but it wasn't that effective. The most recent experience, which is the worst is my parts order that was supposed to come in 2-4 business days and was paid for but nobody will give me a status even though 2 weeks have passed. I've left voice mails, multiple emails to managers, used the online chat and I'm just ignored. I finally got a hold of the general manager who told me the parts manager would call me about the status. So he leaves me a voice mail and when I return the call I get his voice mail and of course he doesn't call me back. Do i have to drive to the dealer to get a simple status on where my order is??? I've been trying almost every day for 2 weeks...horrible.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice the service was very fast and quick and easy I came to drop off my car for the 40K servicing and got a loaner all within about 10 minutes and was off to continue with daily schedule.

I was referred to Burlington VW by a friend who knew the service manager about a year ago and both of my experiences have been excellent. The cornerstone to great service is follow-up and anybody that I have spoke to via the phone always has gotten back to me earnestly. It may seem like something very simple but you would be amazed how simply returning a call with answers and recommendations regarding you car can do for your customers.

I bought a used, non-vw from this dealership recently. The sales girl and whole buying process I had was fine. The night I bought my car I mentioned that the brakes looked low but I was convinced by her that they were in good shape. I took my car to a dealership for an oil change 2 weeks later to be told I needed new brakes and tires. The only thing I got back from burlington vw was that they were trying to up-sell me. I am not dumb. I know that. So I can say that I can honestly wait on the tires. However, the brakes I can not. They are very low and need to be replaced within the next couple of months if not now. I was able to speak with the general sales manager who only told me they couldn't replace wear and tear on vehicles they sell. So the point of the story is that if you are buying a used car from here...plan on dropping some serious money keeping up with that 'wear and tear' right after buying it even if within the 60 day warranty they so graciously offer.

An unexpected and pleasant surprise in used car buying, I'll definitely be checking out Burlington VW's inventory for any future needs. I went in on what turned out to be a busy and somewhat hectic last day of the month for the dealership, but everyone I dealt with was pleasant, friendly, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I planned to look, and hopefully buy, a used Subaru Impreza that I'd seen on line. I called to check availability, spoke to Megan, and asked for a call back if it sold before I arrived since I had about an hour's drive. The car was there as promised, someone had just come in to look at it about the same time I did, but they made sure I had a first look. Megan came out to introduce herself, very nice lady, and introduced me to Meredith as my sales rep. Meredith brought the car around, and as we took a drive, mentioned a few other similar cars in case the Subaru didn't work out. A good move on her part. This car was for my son, and he liked one of the other cars (a Honda Civic) better than the Subaru. The experience only got better as we settled on the Civic and started to deal. I had come in with a pre-approved loan at a great rate from my bank, but the mileage on the Civic precluded me from using it. The finance dept. was able to match the rate from my bank with another loan. I also had a trade, and had low expectations for what they'd offer me. Their offer was very fair, and several hundred dollars more than I expected for an initial offer. As for the price of the Civic, it was very competitive with what I saw online from other dealers. I'm the type of guy who likes to bargain when buying cars, but the offer sheet Meredith put in front of me was hard to criticize based on all of the research I'd done before coming in. Changing to the Civic was a bit of a curve ball for me, but they let me use their computers to do some quick research, so I wouldn't have to squint at my phone screen. Post-deal processing, typically the worst part of the experience, was really good too. I had to wait a while, busy day as I mentioned, but they put us in a lounge with coffee and a TV, we cleaned out the old car, and the time passed quickly. Bonus points for Meredith as she came and offered us pizza that they'd sent out for, which was probably the highlight of my 16 year old son's experience. Overall an outstanding experience. The only reason I gave "Buying Process" a "Good" was because of the wait time, but they were very busy and there wasn't much they could have done about that. Meredith was outstanding, very knowledgeable of the cars in inventory, personable, and friendly throughout. Megan was very nice on the phone and coming out to meet us was a nice touch. Everyone else (sorry I didn't catch all of your names) was very friendly as well, there was a guy in the front office who made a point of thanking us several times, and the lady who did the finance and warranty pitches was a pleasure. Also, as an aside, the showroom is awesome if you like older cars. If you're looking for a car, do yourself a favor and go see these folks.

I took my 2007 VW beetle convertible in for a recall. They called me and stated a list of repairs to talking over $4,500 dollars. The repair list included brakes , front struts, oil container, oil line, tires all the way around, and a few other things. I was floored! My car doesn't even have 60K miles yet!!! I knew I needed tires but not that all this!!! So I made an appointment with another VW certified mechanic, gave him their list including all the pricing as well. The only thing my car needed was tires. None of the supposed repairs they claimed my car needed!!! They were in excellent condition and nothing needed to be done. I'm speechless!!! Reputable no way!!! Never again will I ever take my car to them! To me this is fraud of the worst kind! Beware and take your car elsewhere!!!!

I would give Burlington VW a grade of excellence in customer service. My initial contact with them was in 2011 when I had my old 1998 Golf in for repairs. The staff did the job in a highly professional manner and I was back driving within an hour. When it came time to buy a new vw I knew it would be with them. I wasn't disappointed. I got the exact car and model that I request, and it was all completed quickly and in a no hassle environment. I am recommending them to all my friends and neighbors.

This dealership has no customer service!!! They will sell you a car but when you walk out the door, they won't return calls or email. I especially recommend that anyone from PA run away fast!! The left we with a car that had expired NJ temp tag and no PA tag. It's undriveable!! This is unacceptable!

Do not buy a car from Burlington Vw , they couldn't care less about customer after you purchase your car from this dealer ship . I had sales manager very rude and couldn't careless what I had to say , I handed in my lease in AND GOT HIT WITH 3500.00 BILL from vw credit three weeks later , sales associate knew I was over milage and the car needed tires , but all his said it will be taking care of . Since i signed the release forms BURLINGTON VW quoted they can not doing anything about this that you have to deal with VW credit .THIS WAS FIRST TIME I HANDED IN A LEASE AND THE LAST TIME I WIIL EVER LEASE A CAR ALSO THE LAST TIME I DEAL WITH BURLINGTON VW The sales manager very unprofessional Jim McKenna thanks for hanging up on me.

Leased a new VW and had the worst experience . They lie about a iPod adaptor the car had, it wasn't there. Didn't find out till I tried to hook up my iPod . Then they wanted $390 to install one I was trading in car and they gave me a car fax that wasn't. Even my car ! They said they had to ship the car off to the auction . Came back to see it for sale on their lot. Order a part for the car told me 3 days and it should be in . 2 weeks later they said 2 to 3 mos. and maybe it would be in . I had already paid for it . There's more but I think that's enough for you to go there.

They have a flyer posted on their Facebook page and was also sent as an email that stated 15,388 for 2013 Jetta S Man. The flyer stated, "No Gimmicks, No fine print". When I first arrived the Salesman said that price was not a problem but after we started the process the manager said to qualify for this price I had to be a loyalty customer meaning I would have to currently own a VW to qualify for this price. To me that should be printed in on the flyer. The flyer clearly stated, "no fine print". I asked if they would honor their advertised price they replied no. By not honoring the price this is a gimmick. The flyer stated "No gimmicks". Please stay away from this dealer.

He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain all the new features since my last vehicle. Gave me such helpful info about Volkswagen such as safety features, etc. Helped me set up Bluetooth with phone, etc. After purchase,he followed up with phone call and card in mail. When I called with a question, he got back to me within minutes. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase a Volkswagen!

After speaking with three people who assured us the car we wanted was available, I rearranged my work week and took a personal day to make the 3 hour trip to buy the car. After the sales rep didn't call back when he said he would, but kept texting that all was fine, I was getting a bad vibe. The night before we were supposed to make the trip, I called and demanded to speak with the manager who had not returned previous calls. I got through to him and he told me the car had been sold the week before. Wasted a personal day, almost made a 6 hour trip and was lied to repeatedly. Don't do business with them!
