Didn't have an appointment and arrived about 8:00 am. Needed oil change and inspection. They took me in and within an hour and 15 minutes my car was finished and WASHED! How can you beat that kind of service .! One reason I leased my second car from the dealership and even that was a great experience.

Once again I met with Aric when I brought my vehicle in for maintenance. He was very professional when asked about the work that I needed and even pointed out that my inspection was past due. This could have saved me a ticket and a fine if I was pulled over by the police. He advised me when my vehicle would be done and it was done before that. Once again a great and easy experience with Aric and the Burdick team. Thanks again.

This is the 4th vehicle my family has purchased through Roy Heath (7th through Burdick Chevy/GMC/Buick). He makes the process as easy and simple as possible. As long as Roy is there we will continue to work with him. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond. On a separate note I can not say enough good things about the Chevy/GMC/Buick service center. They also do a wonderful and timely job. We have had experience at other service centers in Drivers Village but they can't come close to the service provided there.

The service was good. I thought it took a little longer than normal for a oil change. Most of the time when I made a appointment it was completed within 90 minutes. This time it was about 2.5 hours.

Everyone was very courteous and helpfull. Obviously the goal is to sell a car but there wasn't any high pressure sales. The online finance application was quick and easy and the trade in appraisal went quickly and came back with an amount I was very happy with.

Chris was great! Overall a good experience. Slightly frustrated that there was a battery issue to be resolved when I purchased the car, and was promised it would be taken care of. However, when I arrived to pick the car up, I had to wait for 30 minutes to have the issue resolved. Doesn't change my happiness with the purchase, just slightly annoying.

The experience was great. I had the vehicle at the Bodyshop and Dave Ryder and his crew did a great job. While it was there they noticed the brakes were bad and took the vehicle over to GMC for service too. Also, I was missing velcro to adhere an ezpass to my windshield. I stopped into the exprressions shop to see if I could purchase some. They did not have any for sale but the guy behind the counter ran out to the shop and brought me a piece to use. He could have said that they didn't have any and I would have been on my way, but he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy when I left.

Always very busy and the wait times are longer than they should be. If you have an appointment it should mean that they get your car right in as that is why I schedule an appointment. It seems like maybe they need more help or more efficiency because when I set up an appointment they were "booked solid" for 2 weeks. So if you have pressing issues that need attention apparently they can't help right away (or within a reasonable number of days). 2 weeks wait time for an appointment is too long, especially when I still end up waiting once I am there for about an hour just for my truck to get serviced.

I loved the Yukon but the reason I bought it right away and from you was because my experience with him was so good and I felt confident that I was getting a fair assessment of if the vehicle was a good fit. Salesman was helpful, but very pushy. I almost opted out of the sale because i felt too pressured and uncomfortable. Luckily, he went over in more detail the following day and gave me a really good deal!

Made an online appointment on Saturday morning for the repair of a run flat tire on my Corvette, and was serviced Monday afternoon. Steve DelCostello was a pleasure to deal with and knew exactly how to effect the repair. I really like the idea that the service area is set up so that a customer can watch as his/her car is being serviced...at most dealerships, one's car disappears into a "secret" area not to be seen again until the work is completed. I did not buy my car at Burdick, but my selling dealer's service department lacks any sense of customer service, and I will not be returning there. Very happy with the Burdick experience...I did buy a Lexus from them, and have been nothing but 100% satisfied with my Lexus service experience.

My situation was unique in the fact my car was one week old when it was struck by lightening in my driveway. Your team was very quick to respond to my questions and concerns. I appreciate your towing service that was offered with the purchase of the vehicle as well. The car was deemed to be totaled but not after a great effort to diagnose and confirm just how much damage had been done.

Technical service and courtesy of personnel was excellent. We are a little concerned with the repeat nature of having to bring the car in for service (a GM issue - 2 faulty coil packs now), but Burdick service was both responsive and diligent in addressing the problem.

2006 Corvette repair - creaky roof!

My C6 coupe was brought in for oil change and to examine cause of my creaking transparent blue roof. The roof has been creaking for over a year...it has gotten to the point where it was annoying. Anyway, I received call from dealership that the roof has developed some "cracks". I could replace the roof for over $2,000 or he could apply some sort of workaround for about $200 -- no guarantees. I told them to go ahead and do the workaround. I briefly looked through some Corvette forums and there are many posts on Chevy TSBs about issues in the roof / latch mechanisms that cover 2006 cars. I was never notified about these TSBs....when I picked up the car, I asked if they had checked and they said nothing was found. I have a hard time believing that the cracks in the roof are not from a defect either in the roof lexan materials or in the latching mechanism which caused the stress / cracks. I believe it was more convenient to charge me the repairs. I will say that the car now has NO creaks - so the makeshift repair seems to have worked. I just won't be happy if they return. I don't have any particular issue with this dealer. But I live in a small metropolitan area and so the choices for service at a Chevy dealership are fairly limited. It is "mega-store" auto mall dealer and you can't help but to feel you are just a number.

JJ was the salesman that assisted me with the purchase of my Malibu. This is the third Malibu I have bought. All three were purchased at different locations. JJ provided the best customer service BY FAR. I had a pleasant experience. My husband is considering buying a new Chevy truck has requested to work with JJ. I will definitely be back in about two years to purchase my fourth Malibu and I do hope that JJ will be there. I also want to say that everyone was pleasant and I am impressed with the high level of professionalism and courteous service that was displayed. I also want to say that the redesign of the Malibu is awesome and I absolutely love my new car! Again...JJ provided EXCELLENT customer service and we will be back.
