From start to finish the whole buying process couldn't have been easier. I'm not sure what was happening 6 years ago, but in this present time, Bull Valley Ford is definitely a place that I will return for all of my Ford needs. I can't tell you how refreshing the whole process was at BV Ford compared to the "stealerships" in the McHenry county area.Thanks guys!!

From the salesman to the general manager and finance, every step of the process in getting out of my old car and into a new lease was flawless. There was no hassle, they were as fair as possible on the price and walked me through it all without being pushy and without me spending a long time at the dealer. This dealership was nothing but smiles, and exceeded my expectations. If you're in the market for a Ford you absolutely owe it to yourself to come here!

I bought a Cadillac Eldorado from them a while back. Living out of state I had to count on there description. I wired the money and received the car a week later. The car was better than described and totally detailed. The car needed nothing. The salesman and used car manager were nice honest guys. These guys were an absoulute pleasure to deal with. I bought a used truck from bull valley and the truck is great but their service department is horrible. I scheduled to have two ball joints replaced under warranty, a four hour job and they have had my truck for five days now. This will be the last time I go to them and I suggest u do the same

I took my 2013 Expedition EL with 50,000 miles into Bull Valley because it nearly died on me driving home on Tuesday, 11/4/14. It acted like the transmission wasn't shifting properly, check engine light was on, would barely drive, etc. They didn't even look at the car on Wednesday, but told me Thursday they had it figured out, parts were on order and it should be ready on Friday. I called at lunch today (Friday), as no one called me to update status, and they said it was all ready.I just came home from going to pick it up, and only made it a few blocks!!! SAME EXACT PROBLEM AS WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF!!! I asked if anyone even test drove it, and the advisor shrugged and said "I guess they did." So now it's Friday night, and they won't be back in to even look at it until Monday. I had my doubts about this place, but couldn't have made it to another Ford dealer, or I would have. The service department is small, dark, old, tools everywhere and looks like a shop run by someone who doesn't really know what they're doing, or doesn't care about customer impressions, or both. Will see what response I get come Monday. Will update this review then, as well. Not expecting anything but more problems and a bunch of excuses. Hopefully I'm wrong and can write a big, fat apology. If not, I will call Ford and see if I can have it towed somewhere else for the warranty work.

We dealt with experienced people and true gentleman. Alex answered all our questions that we had and told us about things that we didn' t know. If you are looking for a car or truck; I would recommend Alex.....He's the Man !! We hadn't bought a car/truck in 16 years and we knew this experience was one we weren't looking forward to , from previous dealings ...but dealing with Alex changed all that. I bought my 2012 Ford Focus at Bull Valley Ford in Woodstock IL. The staff was friendly enough and helped me get into the vehicle. I bought it in November so we werent using the Air Conditioning at all. Come summer we found that it did not work. Now I bought the Vehicle Certified so I was shocked to find it needed new parts. After an unbearable summer I finally got it fixed. I had also started noticing transmission problems. I thought it was nothing at the time since I was due for an oil change. And then my vehicle rolled on its own while I was at work. I went and got the oil change and then got my car in to be checked. They barely had my car in the shop for more then 20 mins. They told me everything was fine with my car and not to worry. So I wrote it all off as a weird one off and that it was probably the ice in the parking lot. Well now a few months later I have been looking for a new car to get out of this one and end up back at Bull Valley. I was unable to get a new one on my own and when I called the dealership (even though I was told they would call me) I bring up my concerns with the recall that just came out...about cars moving while in park. I pretty much get told that there are no issues with my VIN number and that the service manager will call me next week when he is back from vacation. Needless to say I will be trying VERY hard to get out of this terrible car and away from the worst dealership I have ever worked with. I work for a car company and know how all of it works. I was unaware at the time but they sold me a service contract I never wanted and also that their service department clearly doesnt know enough about cars to find the problems with mine or to fix problems with the vehicle before the certify it and sell it to someone. If you are smart you would never buy a car from this dealership. All they care about it making as much money as they can.

Wow. What an amazing experience...we just bought brand new Ford F250 truck, and are amazed by service we received fro Alex and Jose Cazares. They have been great. First, we went to do business with Golf Mill Ford, and left because of dishonest sales force, especially finance guy. Here, at Bull Valley, it is completely opposite. They are very honest, informative and are not trying to sell you a service you don't need. I give them five stars, especially Alex and Jose. Thank you for making this process smooth and easy.

My experience with Bully Valley Ford can only be described as first rate. My salesman was Alex and he was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory at his disposal. He took the time to sit down and listen to my unique situation and needs before he even attempted to make a suggestion. After about 20 minutes of talking he asked for a few moments after which he returned with a car and deal tailor made for my unique situation and needs.Over the course of the next week I had the pleasure of dealing with several members of the Bully Valley staff and all of them were as understanding and helpful as Alex. I have already recommended Bull Valley Ford to several friends. If they cannot put you in a new car no one can.

Days after my purchase I took the vehicle to another dealership to have the oil changed after only putting on less than 40 miles. Along with the oil change came a simple visual mechanical inspection. The mechanic found thousands of dollars of vital parts that were broken and in great need of repair. Most of these parts I was told are very important to how safely the truck drives and should have been repaired before the vehicle was even put up for sale. I tried to work with the dealership but could not come to an agreement.
