Matt Wagner is quite possibly the "anti-car-salesman" as he had the most laid-back, no-pressure approach to car sales. He was very helpful and prompt when he needed to be, but overall he made the experience very pleasant with no pressure and a very easy transaction.

Matt and Kris are a fantastic team - Matt never made me feel like a walking dollar sign and really took the time to go over the paperwork and warranty that came with my car. Matt was great from start to finish. He was knowledgeable about the car (extremely well-priced), answered all of my questions with a crazy fast response time, and kept me in the loop the entire process. As a first-time buyer, I still had miscellaneous questions even after purchasing and he always answered them extremely quickly and accurately. There were a few scratches when it was on the lot but it was quickly fixed up and Matt even sent me photos of the fixes which were excellent. In this business, reputation is everything and Budget has earned theirs as evident by all the other reviews. Highly recommended.

Couldn't be happier!

Matt and Kris are great. They made the process of buying a vehicle very easy. I saw the vehicle, took it for an overnight test drive, fell in love, filled out the paperwork for financing and was approved and driving home a 2013 Chevy Equinox less than 24 hours later. Can buying a car get any easier?

I did not want a minivan at all. No way. I especially didn't want a minivan from a rental car agency. No way. I decided to look at this van due to mileage and price based on the add. They had the best in the region that I was searching. Wow, it was taken care of. It was clean. Matt Wagner was a great sales person. I was able to take a very loooong test drive with no questions asked. I was able to fully look over the car at my own convenience. The communication between the sales (Matt) and I was excellent. The process went smooth. I was unaware of all that this dealership has to offer...safety inspection, emissions, body shop, rental cars, car sales, etc. They take care of their cars well. I even called VW Sutliff to ask some questions about the car I was considering and the service agent at VW said he would have no problems buying the car from Budget as they maintain their cars very well. Couldn't Be Happier!

My wife was ready to replace her 2009 vehicle and we decided she should rent a luxury car from Budget while attending her high school renunion. I remember her voice mail when she picked-up the car, "I want this car, it's incredible"! She contacted Matthew at Budget Car Sales and he reviewed the entire process with her. We agreed to the deal and Matthew reserved the car immediately and e-mailed all the required documentation. When we arrived the car was detailed and Matthew and his technical assistant answered any and all questions about using the car's many features. They took the time to sync my wife's cell phone so we could communicate during our drive home. Matthew did everything we agreed to. Hands Down - Best Buying Experience

I would highly recommend this dealership. They made the entire buying process easy and painless. Their prices are incredibly fair and reasonable. They were honest and upfront. Dealing with one person as opposed to multiple in order to complete the transaction made it so much more efficient. Even my finance company commented on how easy it was to work w/ them. Their facility is no-frills, but that was small in comparison to the great overall experience. I traveled 6-hrs (one-way) from out-of-state and it was totally worth the investment of time.

Amazing Service

We purchased a 2010 Dodge Caravan from Matt Wagner at Budget this week. Matt was extremely helpful and kind. We searched a long time for a vehicle and finally found one at Budget. It was a great price with very low miles and very well maintained. I just bought a 2012 Toyota Corolla. My salesman was Matt Wagner and he was absolutely the best salesman I ever dealt with. He was really responsive to all my questions and answered them quickly...even when I emailed him at 9 p.m. at night!! The buying process was incredibly easy. I basically traded in my car and purchased a new car from Matt at budget from 225 miles away. Everything was set up through email and phone with Matt, and I drove down and closed the transaction. Car I purchased was the lowest price within 300 miles of NYC. He matched the highest offer I had locally on my trade in as well. I know where my next car will be coming from! I did the autotrader trade in / sale amount of my car and who would buy it. Budget was the closest. The entire process was very simple and quick. I took my SUV in and basically walked out with a very reasonable check!

I have not had a good experience at all

I have look at a few car from Budget online and so i decided to do the quick chat and i did not get any response. I have sent emails no reply back. When i call no one answers and so i have left 4 or 5 voice mails and still have no got a call back. This is not a good way to treat your customers and run a business.

2008 Nissan Sentra

Matt provided excellent service. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. He allowed us to test drive the vehicle for an extended period so we could be sure we were making the right decision. We noticed the antenna was missing and he made sure it was replaced right away. Easiest Experience Ever

I found the listing for the Jeep around 11:30pm and sent an email asking about it. I received an immediate response and found out it was still available. I talked to Matt the next day and we arranged a time and day to come see the vehicle. The trade was negotiated over the phone before I even arrived - so easy. I got there and inspected it and it was just as advertised. I took the vehicle home in about hour. I came back a week later with the check from my credit union (yup, let me drive it a week to make sure I wanted it), spent 5 minutes to sign some papers and it was done. No pressure, not push to buy things you don't need like other dealerships. You want a car, you pick it out, you pay for it...and your done. The most awesome experience of my life in buying a car.

I flew into Harrisburg, Matt picked me up at the airport, we looked at maybe 12 crown vics. Which gave me multiple choices. Matt was extremely helpful, we test drove a couple, then Matt detailed two of the cars, (slightly different colors of silver, and put them side by side in the parking lot. To place two cars side by side in order to compare them was very helpful in making my decision. Matt was extremely helpful. and very patient. I drove my crown vic back to NC and am very happy with my choice.
