I upgraded my Nissan Altima to a 2017 Maxima. I had bought my Altima from Chip several years ago. He always remembered my name and was helpful whenever I came in for service. He knew my style and exactly what I was looking for and I knew he would find me the make and model with all the options I wanted and he didn't disappoint.

My experience with Buckeye Nissan was excellent! My salesperson Colin Ballein was very informative and up front on the Nissan Murano Convertible that I purchased. I traveled over 2 hours to go look at the car and it was worth it. Colin was very easy to deal with and delivered on everything he promised. Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and I have to say that this was one of the best car buying experiences that I ever had. I will recommend Buckeye Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Easy to deal with and honest!

Purchased my new Murano from Colin at Buckeye Nissan. He could not have made the experience any better!! Great customer service, friendly and put you at ease. He knew my new vehicle and took his time explaining everything to me. As a woman, most car dealership done treat you very well....not at Buckwye...was treated with honesty and respect. I drove from Cincinnati to come here, and would do it again in a heartbeat!

We went to Buckeye Nissan to look at a Juke for me where we met Joe Pratt, our salesman. Joe Pratt and Chris Sayre found the exact car I was looking for. I had second thoughts and was not the easiest person to deal with. Thank goodness my husband and Joe Pratt had patients with me because I am so very happy with my car and the entire buying experience. Thank you Buckeye Nissan and go see Joe Pratt!

After having a bad experience with Ricart Nissan, I went to Buckeye Nissan to purchase my new truck. They worked very hard to get us the price that we could afford. Luke was our sales associate and was very professional. He made purchasing our new truck easy. He was honest and explained every step of the way. My overall experience was 5 stars and I would recommend Buckeye Nissan to anyone in the market for a new Nissan

My wife and I just purchased a used Nissan Murano from here and it was hands down the least stressful and hassle-free experience either of us had had buying a car. The vehicles were very fairly priced and the sales and financing staff were very helpful. We never once felt like we were being pressured. They worked with us to get the price and payments to a number we felt happy with. I would definitely recommend going here. It was a refreshing change from many of the other dealerships we have visited.

Jeff Morris spent a good deal of time with me, and he was very friendly and not pushy at all. He even let me take a car home for an overnight test drive. Unfortunately, it wasn't the car for me, and they didn't have any other cars in my price range, so I ended up buying elsewhere. The car I did take home overnight was priced fairly. I did find a couple issues on my way home. The hood release switch inside the car seemed to have issues. I couldn't get the hood to latch all the way down after I popped the hood, and I couldn't get it to latch properly until the following morning. I also noticed the gas cover would no longer lock as it did originally. I'm hoping these are issues their service department will look into.

I purchased my truck in March of 2011 from Buckeye Nissan. During the test drive my wife and I heard a noise coming from the front end of the truck. We brought up the issue to the salesman and mangers took them for a drive and they admited they heard the same noise. Being that the price was attractive, it was the only one at that price we made the offer of purcahsing the vehicle as long as the noise was not a major issue with the performance and it could be corrected. They agreed to look at the vehicle BEFORE we took delivery, I even have a written statement from the manager that he would upgrade us to a New 2011 truck at the same price if they did not fix the noise. A few days later I was called and said all was good, it simply needed some lubricant appled...? They claimed that 3 different people drove the truck several times during those days and the noise was not present. I accepted their word and went to pick the truck up. The second I hit the exit of the dealership I heard the same noise again, turned around and took it back. I didn't even make it 1/10 mile down the road. I went directly in and spoke with the manager we had been working with, his words, "well since you took delivery this is now a service issue, you need to go back and set up an appointment." Needless to say I was extremely upset with the entire process at this point, I refused to have to set up an appointment, told the manager to take care of it and get me a vehicle to drive while they had mine. About and hour later I was driving a rental from Enterprise on the same day I was supposed to be driving my new truck. So the entire process has taken me away from work for 1.5 hours.Roughly 1 week later they were still working on my truck claiming they have been unable to locate the noise, of which they were now magically hearing. I called the sales manager to speak with him about the next step. He gave me a run around story about how sometimes these things take longer than expected and that they are doing everything they can to fix the problem. I expressed my overall concerns about the process, and brought up the written statement he made about replacing the truck since I was not satisfied with the repair before taking delivery. He mumbled something and said I would have to come up the price difference because they did not have an exact replacement. I said, not my problem this is the gaurantee you made to me. He replied that he was not sure he would be able to honor it since I took delivery. At this point I am stuck, I don't have the money to hire a lawyer to fight this, they know they have me by the ..... and I am making payments on a truck that I haven't even been able to take home. A couple days later they found the issues, a spring had been installed incorrectly at the factory and they replaced it. Unhappy about the entire process, but I was finally able to go pick up my new truck. A couple months later I was due for my first oil change, of which they do give you for free. I scheduled an appointment to have this done and asked how long I needed to be away from work. Express service, 30 minutes garaunteed is what they told me. Went in, the service advisor took my keys said give us about 30 minutes, you can wait inside. 45 Minutes later a rep came and said your truck is done, we are just running it through a courtesy wash for you. 25 Minutes later I see my truck come through. The rep comes to get me, as I am getting my keys back I ask if the oil changes always take an longer than a hour. They reply, sorry we are busy today and we also washed the truck. I asked if the wash takes 30 minutes, they said no. I asked why then was I told it would only take 30 minutes when I got here. No one could reply, they just said sorry. I called in to speak with a service manager to express how upset I was and how I felt very disrespected as a customer. I was hung up on once by the receptionist, was tranfered to general voicemail box twice and finally after I had to refuse to leave a voicemail and told the receptionist to put me through to a person she replies, "fine" and I held for 20 minutes. A service manager was finally able to pick up and I spoke to her about the entire process, she admitted they were in the wrong and gave me two free oil changes. A little leary about the idea of taking my truck back I figured I would give their servcie dept one more chance on the oil change, plus I was also hearing a gurgling water noise coming from the truck when it was cold. When I pulled in a service advisor came up and asked what I was here for, I told him about having a free oil change, he replied ok, is this your first? I said no I had two additional free changes given to me. He said we don't do that here sir. After having to convince him to look me up he admitted he was wrong. I also asked him to have the tech look into the gurgling water noise I was hearing, he smirked at me and said yeah...ok he will check the fluid levels. He didn't even ask me to explain what I was hearing in more detail, nor did he seem to care. It is hard to relay in words, but the tone and body language of this guy was totally disrespectful and uncalled for. Needeless to say, I am done with Buckeye, I am tired of not being respected as a customer. I still have a free oil change on my account and to me it is not worth it, I will pay someone else that actually cares about me.Oh yeah, my truck has now been in the shop at a different dealer for over 3 weeks regarding the water noise I told Buckeye I was hearing. Nissan Tech Support has not been able to fix the problem and I am waiting on a regional field engineer to come take a look. The dealership has even offered to cover the entire costs of my rental and I didn't even purchase the truck from them. Now THAT is customer service!

Dale found me a replacement car since mine was totalled for the same money I was given from insurance. It's a great car, not even their own brand and the car rides great. I just went in for my first oil change - it's free, fast and the service team were very friendly. Dale was able to work with me to get a great deal and I've recommended my family and friends to them as well. Dale wasn't there the day I did a test drive and 'Goose' was so helpful too! I didn't feel pressured to buy what I couldn't afford and would definitely come back when I need another car some day.

I bought a 2001 dodge dakotafrom them 4/2/11. It had 44,041 miles when i bought it. We bought it out right and did not finance the truck. I took it back two days later and i needed them to fix the head light and i needed the remote starter that was on the car reprogrammed with a new key fob because they didnt give it to me. they told me they were going to send it to another dealership and have it fixed. I came back two days later and they removed my remote starter and just left wires hanging. Who removes a part and tells you they arent going to replace it. The sales manager told me to come back tomorrow and he would see what he could do. He told me once again they woldnt replace it and i could either take my money back and they would sell it to somebody else for a more expensive price or i could pretty much suck it up and get over it. They are very rude and they show very little to no respect for you.

Our second vehicle purchased from Buckeye Nissan. The no hassle direct pricing along with great customer service can't be beat! Our salesman turned into a new family friend. Thank you, Buckeye Nissan....If your looking for a dealership that goes out of their way to help you with your vehicle purchase than you need to stop in and ask to speak with Steve Ilich. I've purchased a lot of cars over the last 10 years and by far purchasing at Buckeye has been the best overall experience!
