Friendly and clean
Friendly dealership, very prompt with assisting me when I arrived on the lot. Sales associate was not your typical pushy sales person. Vehicle was beautiful but had some technical issues that I wish were fixed before driving 1 hour for a test drive.
used tahoe
drove up from milwaukee to look, drive ,and buy used tahoe. overall tahoe not in bad shape but it needed tires bad . some dents and scrapes that you could not see on photos. tread depth of tires was just barely legal. tried to deal on the price to cover the price or some of the price of new tires.NO WAY!!!!sales manager a real work ( JERK ). had cash, told him it would total cash. NOPE !!! I wouldn't buy a box girl scout cookies from a person like that ..He gives the car sales people a bad look.... So if you are looking I would suggest a different dealer.....
Great cars at great prices
I was recently in the market for a car and have heard from a couple friends to give Brown Deer a try, I was a little hesitant as I had never heard of them before. However I was very please with my experience there. They not only got me into a reliable vehicle but Jeff and Steve were of great help to me when trying to work with my budget. I would recommend everyone to look at Brown Deer first!!! Thanks again guys I love my car!!!!
Helpful staff and great variety of inventory
I have referred many family and friends to this dealer because I was very good friends with the owner. They not only went the extra mile to get my mother approved for her first car loan after a foreclosure but then when a couple issues arose a month after they provided fast and courteous service to her. My sister also purchased a car from Jeff. She went in looking for a specific vehicle they did not have it and they went and got it for her. She is now a happy owner of a new 2009 Hyundai Accent when she wasn't approved anywhere else and no one else was willing to help her get into a vehicle.
