Our family has now purchased 3 vehicles from Brown Buick, GMC . As with our previous purchases everyone was very friendly and happy to assist us in any way we needed. I had called Dante and told him we would be there around 5:30 and that we wanted to drive an Acadia. He had an Acadia cooled down and ready for us to drive. Having owned an Enclave we preferred the Buick ride so we purchased another Enclave. I highly recommend everyone purchase their vehicles from Brown's. Every employee treats you like family and are always eager to help you!!!

I took my car in to have a recall fixed and have the oil changed. I noticed a couple days later the control panel on the drivers seat was not attached at the front and had a gap running the length of the seat. It had not been this way when I had taken my car in to have the recall fixed. I checked the passenger seat also, it was in the same condition, it was not attached correctly and had a gap running the length of the seat. My car should have been returned to me in the same condition it was in when I dropped it off for the recall to be fixed. At this point both front seat control panels are messed up and I'll have to take an additional day to have my car fixed correctly.

Couldn't be happier with this dealer. I special ordered a 2016 Denali that was supposed to arrive in 6-9 weeks. It arrived in 3 weeks! Tom Hager, my salesman was very professional and kept in touch with me. He did everything he said he would and more. Had a small cosmetic trim piece that wasn't pulled up tight to the dash and my lock nuts had just arrived. I didn't even have to leave my car. One technician fixed the dash while my salesman, Tom, installed the Lock Nuts on the wheels himself! I was very impressed.

I purchased a Brand New Subaru at Brown approximately 18 months ago. On the first oil change they failed to put the oil cap on the vehicle. Thank goodness that I checked under the hood after a few days to find the funnel and NOT the oil cap in the fill hole. Evidently the funnel prevented a lot of the oil from spraying all over the engine compartment. They changed the oil and cleaned up the engine compartment to my satisfaction. The second oil change they used the wrong weight oil recommended by Subaru for my vehicle. I decided from then on to change the oil myself. I realize that this is probably an isolated incident an everyone makes mistakes. We are all human after all. However, I feel more comfortable changing the oil myself even though I get free oil changes with my new purchase. When the warranty service is no longer available I'll take my vehicle elsewhere.

WOW!!! Zach Little! If you want a no nonsense purchasing experience call Zach at Brown GMC. Best buying experience ever and I've purchased a lot of cars . So I was looking for a Lancer Ralliart for my son and found a pre-owned one through the internet sites. Somewhat rare to find - but I was willing and able to travel to purchase a solid car. Contacted the dealership through the sites and Zach responded. When I asked for his best price, he did not screw around with talk of market values, hard to find, 5 star this or that stuff - Zach gave me a solid offer in the first email in the correct retail ranges, actually better than I expected. And the negotiation stopped there - a week later a traveled to Amarillo from San Antonio ; drove the car - it was everything Zach said it would be; and closed the deal and paperwork in less than an hour. He provided answers to all my questions and additional pictures prior to my decision to purchase. Emailed me the intake inspection with the specific data I needed and wanted to make a long distane purchase - tire tread depth; brake pad thikness, etc. And even step up the shipping for the car back to San Antonio for me - It was at my house the next afternoon. Fantastic - Call Zach!

Went in this past Saturday for an oil change. The Service Advisor, Lori, met me on the driveway and quickly checked in my vehicle. I needed an oil change, the tires rotated and a nail in one tire removed and patched. The technician, Robert F., was ready to take it immediately. In less than an hour my vehicle was ready, including a wash! Great Deal.

I am not much too write reviews but this mad me mad about how they treat and not back up what they say! You see my parents bought a new GMC Acadia about or less than a year ago and they have been having problems with their AC since then! MY mom noticed right away after buying her car that the AC was not cooling the car and that the air was coming out Warm/hot! She had taken it two times too see if they could fix it and both times they have told her that there is nothing wrong with the AC and that it is working right! She then told me what they said so i drove it to see how the AC worked and it's obvious that it doesn't I have three kids and I had them in the back SWEATING like if they were running around! That's how hot the air in the AC was coming out so I had to just STOP the AC and roll down the windows on a BRAND NEW Acadia, Now how is that FAIR! I told my mom to take it somewhere else for a second opinion and she did well guess what.... The AC pump is broken and they told us this right away, so why didn't Browns Buick GMC dealership get this? Are they just not trying to fix it? So she took the car once again for the third time but this time with the papers of the auto shop that stated what they found wrong on the AC and they tell her they will look at it again! They call her today 9-4-14 and tell her they didn't find anything wrong with car even after she showed them the papers from the other dealership, REALLY! WOW! I know we will not be buying cars here anymore because there cars come out defective and then they dont even want to fix them!

This dealer has the worst service department in the Texas Panhandle. Took my wife's 2008 GMC Acadia, advised them to look at the vvt valve on the intake. They then charged me 100.00 to clean my intake out with (Brake Cleaner). Very rude and very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to any other dealer.

I am one of those people who tend to drive a vehicle for as many years as possible so it had been awhile since the last time i purchased a car (2004). i am quite pleased with the upgrades in technology, especially the navigation systems and Onstar features available in the affordable Terrain. I have always wanted a new car and my husband took me to Brown Buick, GMC (as a surprise to me for a wedding gift) and there we talked with Tom Hager. He asked me what I've been looking for and I told him a small SUV so he took me to a 2013 GMC Terrain and showed it to me and I fell in love!! The color is called champagne and the inside was very spacious for my family. The best part about it was that it has about the same size gas tank as my 2003 Saturn L200 (which I traded for the terrain)!! Tom was a WONDERFUL salesman and after all was said and done he took me and my husband out and showed us both how to program the Bluetooth and the radio and what all of the little buttons were for and how they operated. I have never been shown the courtesy that Tom has shown me in all the years I have ever shopped for a car! Thank you Tom Hager!! I will definitely be visiting you for the next new car!!

I have always hated purchasing vehicles. It always seemed to me that it was a stressful and unpleasant experience full of pressure and stress. It was not until my wife purchased a vehicle from Chris Cooksey that my opinion on the issue changed. Chris was perhaps the most present and honest salesman I have ever met. Chris was not as worried about profit or what he was going to make but rather Chris focused on what my family needed and wanted. A few years later when it was time to get another vehicle because my family expanded I made it a point to hunt down Chris Cooksey. Once again Chris impressed me with his concern for his customer [me], as well as his integrity and devotion to helping us find something that would meet our needs. I can honestly say I?m not the kind of guy to write reviews but I won?t buy a car from anyone but Chris Cooksey and I don?t think you should either.
