I went in knowing what to buy and the experience was quick and easy to complete the deal.

Hands down, our best car buying experience.

I am a car person. I love to drive. I love to be comfortable in my cars, I love to feel energized by driving fast cars, and am a huge lease fan as it keeps me in new models every few years. The only part of the car experience that I don't love is that of buying them. Generally, dealerships are unpleasant places to be; I often feel rushed, or pressured - and then hugely annoyed because I do my research and hate informing dealers ABOUT the vehicles that they sell...The experience that I had at Brigham-Gill and with Scott Cavicchi was unlike any that I have had in the past. I walked in with the intention of trying out the new Jeep Grand Cherokee, Summit edition, after having spent weeks in Audi, Lexus, Jag, and Mercedes dealerships, and walked out with a fantastic lease! Not happy

Found a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee altitude on cars.com. Emailed the dealership to say I'm interested and serious about buying. They confirmed the car was available and I set up a test drive for the next day. They called me to confirm and headed an hour away to check out the jeep. When I got there they informed me the jeep was sold 6 days ago, but they have plenty of other used jeeps to look at. I drove an hour to come look at a specific jeep in my price range and they wanted to show me another one 15,000$ more expensive...waste of my time

Ask for Jamaal!

Buying a car has to be one of the most daunting and exhausting endeavors out there. I started the process at 2 other dealerships and spent countless hours waiting, negotiating and questioning. I decided to email Brigham Gill to expedite the process, and expedite it did. I was fortunate enough to have Jamaal answer my emails, By the end of the day I had the car I wanted with all of the features I wanted at the price I wanted. Poor Jamaal had to keep reassuring me as I would continue to send him emails questioning. It was almost too easy, so I didn't believe it. There was one catch where they didn't have the color I wanted, just as I was willing to settle on another color, Jamaal emailed that he found my color! From start to finish this was by far the easiest and most pleasant car purchasing experience I have had to date. I am still wondering...what's the catch? But I drove away today with my beautiful new Jeep which Jamaal took the time to set up my phone and navigation. So I guess this is just a great example of superior customer service. Really was a fantastic experience!

I have been in many car dealerships over 40 years. I cringed every time I went to buy a car. Why? Poor customer service, high pressure, intimidation, etc.. on and on. Well, that all changed when I walked into Brigham-Gill. I was greeted by Stewart Powell with a friendly smile and a genuine helpful attitude. He asked me many questions about what my needs were and which Jeep would fit them. Went on a road test and went over all the bells and whistles. My mother and I were just browsing one Sunday and met Joe McLean. We talked about what I wanted...he didn't push to do anything that day and just gave me his card. I went to another dealer in Newton - to see what they had and the sales person there pushed and pushed and then proceeded to call, text and email the following day. I had already been emailing about price with Joe in Natick and had decided I would buy from Joe instead of this other guy. I went back the following week. Newton had told me the color scheme I wanted was only in 1% of cars so I'd have to settle on something else. When I showed up in Natick to start the process - Joe had the color scheme I wanted on the lot for me. He had remembered and brought the car over because he knew I was coming in. I was able to take the car - the one I wanted - that day! Great experience working with Joe and I LOVE my new car. He made it easy and not stressful at all. I didn't feel pushed in any sense. Overall just a great experience for car buying. I generally enjoy dealing with car salesman about as much as going to the dentist. My experience with Joe was different. I had been to about 5 other dealers prior to Bigham-Gill. When I arrived there I had a good idea of what I wanted to see from their online inventory. I took the test drives alone so I could really concentrate on the sound and feel of the Jeep. When I made my decision to buy from them, everything went fairly quickly. I ended up buying from them even though they are about an hour from my house. At pick up, the salesman spent close to an hour with me setting up and demonstrating all the features of the car. I would definitely purchase a Jeep from them again.

Good Sales EXPERIENCE

I was interested in leasing a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Altitude. Got an online offer from Nick Perisudis. Came in and test drove the car. Nick was busy, but great to work with. I have been servicing my Jeep Commander at Brigham Gill for several years with excellent results. Recently, I needed to replace my Ford. Rather than returning to my Ford dealer, I decided to purchase from Brigham Gill for the first time -- due to their superior Service Department. From my buying experience, I've learned that the Sales Department is equal to Service in all respects. This is primarily due to my salesman, Jim Tarushka. I found Jim to be very professional, customer oriented, knowledgeable about Jeep vehicles, patient, and friendly. Our experience with Jamaal was amazing at Brigham and Gills. We decided to get 2 new cars one Grand Cherokee and one Chrysler and went to the Norwood dealer and after spending 5 hours with our 6 year old there we were about to sign the deal however the manager came and told us that we were quoted wrog and neither apologized nor did try to satisfy us. No Pressure!

The first time we went into this dealership, I told the sales rep that I only wanted to test-drive a Jeep Renegade and find out more about it. Sales rep Nick Pesiridis took us out in a Renegade and was able to answer all of my questions. He was knowledgeable and able to tell us about the features of this vehicle as well as others. He took the time to talk with us to find out what might be a good fit. There was no pressure to buy, no stories about low inventory, etc. that you might get elsewhere. When I returned to make the purchase, I didn't feel rushed nor did I feel that we were being "haggled". I know some people enjoy it but I don't like to barter. We asked about a couple of options, were given straight answers, and were able to come to a fair agreement. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Nick took as much time as needed to explain all of the features. It was an overall excellent experience!

I was afforded the luxury of shopping for a new car on a whim, and thus was able to shop at my leisure without any pressure to buy. Generally I find the car buying experience to be a long and stressful process. This absolutely did not apply to my buying experience at Brigham-Gill. Joe McLean was a low pressure salesman who really listened to my needs. Joe really took the time to understand and address all of my questions and when the time came for the test drive he let the vehicle do all the talking. I can't count the number of times I have gone on a test drive and the sales person tries to use this to go over all the vehicles features or demonstrate how great the sound system is. Joe was amazing, he understood how important this part of the process is and let me focus on listening to the vehicles engine. Overall my experience at Brigham Gill was single handedly the best car buying experience I have ever had. NOT ALL DEALERS ARE CREATED EQUAL

As a single father living in the Berkshires, budget, safety and snow were my greatest concerns. I did my due diligence. I knew the model Jeep I desired. I knew what I could realistically afford and what I should reasonably expect to pay. I visited dealerships from Hartford to North Hampton, from Springfield to Newton. It wasn't until I found myself at Brigham-Gill (1.5 hours away) with salesperson Stewart Powell that the discomforting feeling of "being sold" was lost. Low key. Straight forward. No up-selling. No gouging on my trade-in. No pushing me in directions I didn't want to go. Great follow-up and follow-through. None of the usual nonsense I experienced everywhere else. Stewart and his manager Chip Clair listened, were straight forward and understood that a "good deal" is one that's fair and transparent deal for both parties - one that leads to a longer-term relationship. I went the extra distance to get to them and these guys went the extra distance to get me what I needed. I'll be back for my next car, and I'll be telling others around these parts to skip the rest and get to Brigham-Gill down the Pike. Makes for a nice drive home.

Fantastic new car experience with Jamaal

In that I was ready for a new car, I researched many SUVs and dealerships on Rte 9 and Rte 1, one of which was Brigham-Gill on Rte 9. I was greeted by Jamaal Guillaume who walked me through all of the ins and outs of the Jeep Grand Cherokee. We just leased a Jeep Patriot from Brigham Gill in Natick, Jim Tarushka was our Consultant. He was outstanding! He made it such an easy process, from start to finish. His friendly demeanor, patience, good sense of humor and strong working knowledge of his product made this transaction unbelievably smooth. All these traits go a long way. Also, the Buisiness Manager Muhammed was terrific too. He stayed pretty late to finish up all the paperwork for the sale. We never felt rushed or pressured at all, by either of them. Wonderful Overall Experience

I bought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee at Brigham-Gill and have nothing but positive things to say about everyone that I encountered at this dealership. I was helped immediately upon my arrival and worked with Nick Pesiridis. He put me in the Cherokee to test drive and went over everything I wanted to know about the car. After the test drive, we talked about finances and at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision that moment. I left the dealership knowing that I would not need to do any more shopping around and that I wanted to buy my Jeep there. The deal that i was offered on the 2015 Cherokee was too good to pass up. I emailed Nick the next morning and he promptly replied that we could start the purchase process right then and there. Over the next two days, he helped coordinate the entire sale process so I would have less things to wait on when I came in to pick up the car a few days later. The entire process went smoothly and completely painless. Both Nick, and Alex Ciccolo from the Finance Department were nothing but professional and made my car buying experience the best I have had so far. Bought a car from Nick at Brigham -Gill

Hi, Have a 16 -1/2 yr. old Daughter who recently got her license. She and I to share an extra car so we begin looking at used Jeeps. Probably went to 6-7 dealers including Brigham -Gill in Natick. Sales person was a good guy named Nick Pesiridis. They had a bunch of low mileage used jeeps including the one I bought. A 2010 Red 4 door wrangler. Nick was a pro from day one and was extremely polite to my daughter in answering all of her questions and explaining the jeep to her. Jeep ran great and was really clean. At other dealers I was pressured from minute I walked in. Nick was great and gave us plenty of space. Never was a hard sell. I'd recommend Nick in a heartbeat if you're looking for a car. Nice guy. Low pressure. I also had an excellent experience with their finance MGR ( Mohammed) . Another nice guy. I was planning on using a home equity line to buy the jeep. He got me a much lower rate than my equity line. I'd highly recommend both these guys and the dealer

I called Jim Tarushka regarding a Rubicon lease. From the beginning Jim and B-G Jeep were forthcoming RE the process and pricing. Within days we had completed a deal that was far better than anything offered by several other local dealers. When I picked up the vehicle Jim even arranged to meet me at the train station and give me a ride to the dealership. He was extremely helpful and personable. Very quick and easy!

I went to brigham gill to lease my first car and the whole process was so fast! My salesperson was Joe McLean and he took the time to explain how the lease works and fought to get me the best price compared to other dealerships. I got out of work late so was late getting to the dealship to finish paperwork but the staff was very nice and friendly and didn't seem inconvenienced at all. When I went to pick up the next day I didn't even need to step foot inside. Joe saw me walking in and said "ready to go see your car?" Everything was so quick and painless I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Joe and everyone at Brigham-Gill!!
