My wife and I loved the dealership and working with Jack, Marquis, Erik and Seth. We went to look at Pathfinders but didn't love them. We went back later in the week because we couldn't get the specialized Altima that we saw in the showroom out of our heads. Good marketing and salesmanship on the dealership's part! You should always have a "special" car in the showroom...I don't know if I would have thought twice about the Altima if not for the special version on display, but I'm sure glad we went back and drove the car. I had an excellent car buying experience at Bridgewater Nissan. Unlike North Plainfield Nissan, where I feel I was ripped off and lied to, I was well taken care of at Bwater Nissan. The staff is friendly and they will do the best they can to cater to your needs and get you in the car that is best fit for you. They were very flexible when it came to negotiating numbers. I made it clear to them I wanted payments no more then $200 per month and sure enough they worked with me on getting that done. NO WAY I get this deal done from those crooks at N. Plainfield Nissan. If your looking for a quality car that is affordable head over to Bwater Nissan. My family has purchased 4 cars from them. You will satisfied with their service.

I worked with Jack Dagostaro in sales and the Sales Manager Erik Scholp. I was impressed with their willingness to work out a great deal. Uber just came out with a promotion to acquire new cars for Uber Drivers. I brought this promotion to other dealers, who dismissed it. Erik researched it immediately and figured out how to incorporate the extra discount. I received the deal that I researched and was very impressed with their persistence to get me that deal. Jack was great to work with and followed up with me to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I was also impressed with the Business Manager Devin Mariman, who assisted with the final details of the sales by clearly explaining all the warranty add-on options and my finance options. Bridgewater Nissan treats their customers great!!!

This was the most impressive car shopping experience I have ever had. I am 59 I have purchased over 15 cars so far .first time ever owning a Nissan. The staff was extremely friendly but not to the point were it was annoying. Every single staff member every single employee greeted me with a smile and a friendly hello. I was asked if I would like a drink a snack. I was so impressed at how clean the dealer ship was. Terrible Nissan dealership!!! Missed a key point of repairs after a minor collision then decided to split me with a $2500 bill once the issue was noted at a later time, even though the issue should have been diagnosed and repaired during the initial service visit. Will definitely report them to the Better Businesses Bureau among other avenues as the repair technician even stated that they missed the initial issue from the minor collision. They were also extremely rude and condescending, not to mention money hungry. They will go to any length to charge you for ridiculous prices for things not needed while bypassing the initial issue or problem that caused you to need the repairs in the first place... "fixing" any and everything but the problem itself. Will never recommend any friends or relatives to this dealership. Please look for more on this story from the local newsearch within the weeks to come.

My experimence was good because I researched what I wanted and knew my prices. I went knowing they had the car I was interested in available. The only negative is that when I asked about the dealership fees the salesman said only document fees and tax? What he should have said is document fees, DMV fees , and tax. All dealers have some ridiculous fee they charge you for some crazy reason. I was expecting it and in actuality I had a rebate from Nissan financing whit offset it. The car is nice and everything else was very professional.

i contacted the dealership on 3/8 regarding a truck they had listed and received a response that said it was available .i received many calls and emails from them stating it was still available right up to 3/11 when i went to see/buy it ,come to find out they accepted a deposit on 3/7 so it was never available. im not sure if it was a mistake or by design to get me there to sell me something else, either way it was a long ride for nothing.

I'm always afraid to walk into auto dealerships because of the aggressive nature of some sales reps. They'll confine you and try to make a sale, even if it may not be in your best interest. I recently had the exact opposite experience at Bridgewater Nissan. Sales representative Arthur Jackson greeted me and I immediately felt at ease. I warned him up front that I was only doing my homework in case my recently damaged vehicle was deemed non-salvagable. That didn't stop him from being very patient and informative with me. We ended up test driving a vehicle and I acquired the information needed to make a choice about my next vehicle - the Rogue. I learned a few days later that my damaged vehicle will be repaired thus I didn't purchase a vehicle at Bridgewater Nissan. But I also learned where / who I will see next time I need to shop for a car. Thank you Arthur for being trustworthy!

So this review is long over do but definitely something I wanted to post. I bought two GTR's from Bridgewater Nissan, one in April 2014 which was a pre-owned and traded that one in in Sept of 2014 for brand new one. Both times Eric the sales manager, and Eric the business manager made the transaction very easy, quick, and painless. Both times we negotiated the price in person, and by the end of the day they faxed me over the contract so I could review it and then the next day headed down, signed and left with the car, or in this case cars. I would highly recommend Bridgewater nissan for anyone in the market for a gtr. There service staff is top notch. Tom who is my service advisor is an awesome guy and Sukie there GTR tech is someone I would trust with anything. Always treats my car with the utmost respect, and I am never nervous leaving my car there for service cause I know the job will be done right. Like I said earlier all the staff here is top self.

I just bought a pre-owned 2011 Jetta that I would have never been able to get from any other dealer. Vincent worked with the company i was pre approved with to make sure I got the best deal possible and when other dealerships wouldn't even bother. I was very upfront about my situation and when other dealers laughed in my face or told me i would need an exorbitant down payment VIncent worked with my budget. He got me the best deal possible when I really thought Id never have a car again. Every single person that worked there was welcoming and not once did I ever feel like a lonely fish in a tank filled with hungry sharks. Once Vincent was able to nail down a vehicle and price I was brought to Stephen to close everything up and I have to say he is the most low key and calm person I have ever met. There were several times were he was able to bring me off the ledge and answered every single question I had. The both of these amazing men allowed me to finally get my freedom back after 4 years of not having a vehicle. I will always recommend Bridgewater Nissan because of their dedication to their customers and the very clear effort they put in for every one. The facility itself was spotless and was very organized and if you're like me and judge an establishment by how the bathrooms are you have not a single thing to worry about. I went in to replace my tire & rim on my 2011 Maxima, from a typical NJ pothole and saw the 2016 Maxima's and fell in love with it. While they changed my tire, I met with Maurice "Mo" Williams to check it out. We were talking #'s in no time and I left with a new tire and no pressure to purchase or lease a new car. I came back the next day to take it for a ride & check it out further and get a trade value. Mo and Matt Pinteno the Sales Manager made it a deal I couldn't refuse. I went to Bridgewater Nissan to lease a vehicle. The sales process was a little bit unorthodox as we talked numbers before even looking at a car. The deal was made before I even test drove and picked my car. Overall it was minimal back and forth and all the people that were involved were helpful and friendly. I even got a follow up phone call a couple days after to see how I was doing which I thought was a nice touch. I will be leasing with Bridgewater Nissan again.

We returned to this dealer because of the excellent first experience we had there. At that time we purchased a brand new car (nissan altima). This time we purchased a certified pre-owned car (nissan sentra) for our second car.We knew when we chose this dealer that the experience would be fair, calm, informative, helpful...and also that the upcoming service appointments would be incredibly easy (no appointment necessary!).On this particular occasion (which is the first we knew about this rating website), we were fortunate to have the salesman Maurice Williams. You can see that our satisfaction with him has prompted us to write this review. (Our previous salesman before this review was Hugh Chester, and we were equally as satisfied with him at the time of our first purchase).Maurice is a most patient and conscientious person there. He knows his job well, always had everything ready and complete (there was a time interval between our purchase and pickup), expedited all the little details (insurance, etc.) and was very gracious and helpful. We feel that Maurice is very sincere; he listened carefully to all of our comments and questions, never had any type of pushing for purchase, and always showed a lot of patience and calm throughout all the steps. My wife and I bought a 1012 Zissan Sentra and are quite pleased with the vehicle with the exception of the tires on the car. They are brand new however, the type of tread pattern makes for a really loud ride. I guess because they appear to be extreme weather tires. Other then that, everyone we dealt with was very nice. We did try to get them to change the wheels with another used vehicle but that was a no go. My only complaint was that the price changed because we were first time buyers at that dealership so the actual price wasn't as advertised, it was $500 dollars more. Our salesman was extremely nice and took good care of us. I also returned the car the next day as one of the windshield wipers was torn. It was replaced within ten minutes of my arrival with no question. All and all, it was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Not a lot of back and forth with managers like my usual experiences that turned into nightmares.

Judged from customer reviews, the car dealership strip on Rte 22 is a treacherous place to buy and service a car. An exception among Nissan dealers is Bridgewater (formerly Somerset.) The Altima I purchased there in 2011 and have serviced ever since has been flawless .. until now. Last weekend my car was immobilized by a computer glitch (reset by pulling the battery.) Research showed this problem was addressed by a Service Bulletin (NTB12-041 issued during my warranty period but not applied by the dealer to my car.) While they at first wanted to charge a superfluous $125 diagnostic fee, they ultimately relented and performed the firmware update gratis as "a one time good will" gesture. I congratulate them for their sensible treatment of a loyal customer. I recommend doing your own research before you seek service.

From the greeter at the front door to my salesman to the general manager - they were all 5-Star. I was upside down on a lease and was looking at my options. My salesman Armando and the general manager Erik listened to my circumstance. They understood where I was and what I was looking to do. They presented me with a very fair offer. When I asked about the numbers, they took the time to go through and help me understand them better. I explained where I wanted to be - we weren't far apart - and they came back with their final and best offer. Deal done. In and out in about 2.5 hours. Bought a used GTR from them back in april then purchased a brand new one in Sept and traded in the old one. Both times the deal was smooth and very easy negotiating, they faxed me over the contract both times so everything was already set before i got to the dealership. When I purchased the second GTR i was in and out in 20 mins. Eric the sales manager and Eric the Business Manager both were very professional and honest. There service department is great as well. Darren is the only one that works on my car and I have developed a very good relationship with him. Whenever I need any work done to the car it is always done, sometimes the problems maybe a little more complicated then initially thought but they always communicate if there is a delay. Will recommend Nissan of Bridgewater to anyone who is looking to purchase a GTR

After searching above & below for the right Infiniti G35, and having multiple dealers either withhold information, make up excuses after seeing the car, or straight up lie about the car they had in stock, I found a G35 from Bridgewater Nissan which was a little above my budget but the miles were decent. The problem was, the car was an hour and a half away, and I had already been all over the Tri-state area looking for the right car. So I wasn't too keen on risking it for such a long drive.Then the salesman Brian R. sent me a message showing a decent price drop so I called to get some more details about the car. Since I had seen so many cars that looked great in pictures then turned out to be pretty awful in person, I stressed to him multiple times that I needed to know the true condition of the car because I didn't want to waste 3 hours of my life and who knows how much money on gas to find something I wasn't interested in. Brian told me he'd send me a detailed video highlighting the cars pros and cons, ins and outs. I got a 30 second video with a quick walk around of the outside of the car with a mention of some small stone chips on the front end. The rest was comments on what beautiful condition the car was in and how much I should be impressed.I then asked if the dealer had done any maintenance or repairs on the car or if any body panels had been painted to which he said, "We checked all fluids and made sure the car was sound and no, we didn't paint any body panels." Which could have been true, but someone painted it. I guess I should have asked, "has the car had any paintwork?"Long story longer, my wife and I go see the car after leaving the house at 8:30am and arriving at the dealer at 10:00am. We speak with Brian R. momentarily then another salesman basically gave Brian R. that he would take it from there and took us out to the car.Upon first glance we could see that the car had scratches and dings on almost every panel of the body and the front bumper had been so sloppily painted that the paint was peeling and chipping off all over and didn't match the fenders. How you mismatch black paint so bad is beyond me.We were extremely angry that they had us drive 1.5 hours (and another 1.5 back) being misled to get us to the dealership. We went inside and asked to speak with Brian R. and he was no where to be found. The sales manager came over to us unapologetically and said, "We sent you pictures and videos. I thought we went above and beyond." After arguing with them for a few minutes about how they misled me, we walked out very angry.I don't know what else I could have done to avoid this.. Oh wait, that's right.. I shouldn't have gone to Bridgewater Nissan!

I LOVED my experience with them. Vincent made things sooooo simple he was a joy to work with. I was coming all the way from Brooklyn andbecause I was coming so far I didn't want to be in the dealership for 100 hours filling out paperwork so I faxed Vincentover a couple of items and by the time I got there my paperwork was all ready for me to sign. We did a quick road test and I went inside and signed on several dotted lines and was out of there in less than 1/2 hour. The staff were all polite and very courteous & I like the fact that they all had on the same uniform which gives a Dealership a sort of comradery feel to it. That made me feel better because it made we realise that they all work as a team and not as each others competiton which makes for happier customers.

Thanks to the team at Bridgewater Nissan for a great buying experience. My wife, two young sons (9 & 7 ), and I drove away a sizzling Cayenne Red Nissan Pathfinder SL 4WD w/ the premium package on 26-Nov. My wife had been driving a used Chrysler Voyager mini van, which met her needs then, for over 6 years. She wanted a mid-size SUV that'd meet her needs now: a top o' the line SUV with all the gadgets, leather seats, and decent 2nd and 3rd row seating, but one that would fetch a great value for our money. Nissan & Pathfinder were never on our list when we started test driving other makes & models in that category in early Nov. During our research online we unknowingly hit upon the newly redesigned Pathfinder, we were unsure of what to expect from the mixed reviews of early buyers, but decided to test drive one.Manny helped us with our test drive, did a great job in explaining the differentiating features, no pressure, and made us come back to Nissan. Jesus did a wonderful job in getting the trim, color and options my wife wanted. We gracefully went back and forth on our asking price and settled for a price, we think, was within our range and had a competitive edge over the other makes/models. Matt helped us with our papers. The entire team at Bridgewater Nissan was courteous, very helpful, and very organized! We believe we got the best value for our monies: great exterior & interior, tech features, dual moon roof, decent 2nd / 3rd row seating, and the CVT that we were ready to explore! A recent owner of the Nissan Rogue w/ CVT in our family reinforced our decision. We'll come back to write our experience with the car and Bridgewater Nissan's service by mid-year 2014. I had been looking for a car at many other dealerships the experience was not good, except for when I walked into Bridgewater Nissan. the costumer service was very recommendable. Tim Gizmen, the sales associate greeted me right away with a bright welcome as he saw me walking through the front door. He introduced himself, offered me and my husband something to drink on a hot day to cool us down with our three kids. As we sat down at his desk my husband and I described to him we wanted a car that's big enough for the family, but doesn't take too much on gas. Mr. Gizmen showed us many options including the Nissan Vogue 2013, as well as a test drive. We agreed on the Vogue after he discussed our payment options and number wise. We couldn't take the car that day, but Mr. Gizmen came the following day on his day off to delivery the car to our family. I would recommend Bridgewater Nissan to my friends and family, because the costumer services was excellent by Tim Gizmen and the other friendly staffs.

A few days ago I decided to try Edmunds.com's method of purchasing a new car. I had an awful experience in the past and wanted to avoid a similar headache in the future. I found out the true market value of the different brands I was interested in, including the Nissan Versa I eventually purchased. I then requested quotes. Some dealers wanted to deal with me only if I went to the dealership. Some others provided "ballpark" figures and were not comfortable in providing the information I had requested. This included the worksheet describing the pricing. I wanted no surprises. Only 3 out of 16 dealerships provided the information I wanted. I decided to try out Bridgewater Nissan first. They were fast, extremely helpful and answered every question I had via email. Once I felt more comfortable, I called up Seth Sladowsky (Internet Manager) and we agreed on a price. At that time, I reminded him that I expected no surprises. Besides making verbal assurances, he emailed me to confirm this in writing. We scheduled a date. While waiting for this date, Vincent Lim contacted me to ensure that I was getting the Versa with the options I wanted. I provided him my insurance info. When I finally got to the dealership to pick up the car, everything went as expected. Since I wanted peace of mind with this purchase, I added gap insurance (my insurance company does not offer it and I did not want to change to another company because of this - not worth it). Matt Pinteno explained about gap insurance and answered many other questions I had. Vincent then provided some additional information about the perks offered at the dealership and gave me the keys. This dealership is so good that I was able to conduct most of this transaction on the phone. Just outstanding! I don't see how the sales, customer service and maqnagement personnel could be improved upon. Maybe if they gave the cars away :-). Everyone I dealt with was amazingly helpful and if I could rate them higher, I would. There were many issues that had to be addressed for me and they made it seem effortless. When I say they bent over backwards, I mean it. The price of the new car was a godsend and the selection of vehicles on hand could not be beat.Everyone, once I actually got to the dealership to pick up my new auto, was superlative and went out of their way to make cerrtain that everything was taken care of for me. This location is new (although I've purchased my previous three vehicles from their old location it is the same dealership) and it is beautiful. It is spacious; airy, attractive and comfortable. The space allows for many floor models on display. It has a very welcoming customer waiting area. The dealership is bright and beautiful which makes it a pleasure to be there. Had a very pleasant experience buying from Bridgewater Nissan. I purchased a used Subaru WRX from the dealership and it was the easiest process I have ever had buying a car. I live about two hours away from the dealership so I wanted to discuss price of the model and value of my trade via email so that I didn't waste my time. Many dealerships will not do this but Vince was great. He answered all of my questions quickly. We discussed price of the car and he gave me an estimate on my trade which he confirmed once they saw my car. Must say that this has been the best car buying experience I had ever had. When I sent out my email request for pricing and information I received a call from the internet consultant David Grinis within a few minutes from the time I hit send. David wanted to confirm the type of Maxima that I was truly interested in before sending his quote. Once I received all quotes,I decided to meet with Bridgewater Nissan since David was the first to respond. When I arrived, David introduced me to his manager Seth Sladowsky which made sure that the exact Maxima I was quoted on was ready for me to test drive. When we finished with the test drive we saw David again who brought us 2 bottles of water and wanted to make sure we were comfotable and that all our questions were answered in regards to the Maxima. Seth came back, with even a better sale price than what David had quoted us in the email. To be honest, my wife and I had no intentions to purchase that day. Seth made it impossible to say no since the price was great and our experience so far was smooth and painless. At this point I'm figuring this is too good too be true and that something is going to happen as it seems to always do when things are going well. Well I was completely wrong! Right after we agreed to the sale price the General Manager Erik Scholp came to us and thank us for give them our business. We were then introduced to Eric Holland the Finance Manager who assured us that we would be in his office to complete the paperwork in about 15 minutes. Yeah sure, more like 15 hours. Well again I was wrong. Eric made doing our financing a breeze. Was able to find us a great rate and wasn't overbearing with all the aftermarket sales as well. I went to Bridgewater Nissan to purchase a 370Z, using Nissan VPP pricing, which I am eligible for through my job. I met with Eric and test drove the car, and he found plenty of inventory at dealers in the area (initially I had thought I might need to order the spec combination from Japan, as this car is not stocked at high levels). I delayed the purchase by a few weeks, as stock was available, and when I contacted Eric again he found exactly the spec and color I wanted at a local dealer. The paperwork was quick and easy, and they were very willing to accept the VPP discount. The car arrived in a couple of days, and I returned to complete the transaction. Again, effortless and easy, with all staff being friendly, polite and easy to deal with. We bought a Nissan Leaf. Our salesman was Eric. He was very helpful, explaining how this all-electric vehicle works, how it performs, what its potential limitations might be. He gave us a test drive first; when we bought our last new car several months ago, the other dealer's salesman put me in the driver seat and started explaining where various controls were located etc. while I was trying to drive...not too well thought out! We got to experience the way the Leaf performs and handles, and later, back at the dealership, I sat in the car and he explained all the controls etc. It took more time but it was a lot less "exciting"!Eric was very knowledgeable and personable, under rather trying circumstances...the dealership had no power due to Hurricane Sandy. He did all the initial paperwork by hand so we could get the car asap. He called us right after the dealership's power came back on and we completed the final documents. In the meantime, we were able to enjoy driving past the gas station lines (we didn't need finance approval)!After the power returned, we met with Matt, their business manager, to complete the final formal documents and to select any service package options we might want. He was also a pleasure to deal with. He explained each document we had to sign (Federal stuff, State stuff, etc.) and explained each of the available service package options in detail. Their pricing also seemed very fair.We assume the service department must be good; everything has worked perfectly on the car.We would recommend this dealership, and Eric Meltzer and Matt...the entire purchase experience was most positive!

I had purchased a 2012 Nissan Versa in June 2012. I liked the car; however, I was having a few issues with it. Bridgewater Nissan tried very hard to fix the problem. While I could have lived with the car as it was, I decided to trade it in for a slight upgrade to a 2012 Nissan Sentra. They were very cooperative with me with the trade in. I have bought a lot of cars in my life and am happy to say that this was my best experience ever. Seth Sladowsky my salesman was very knowledgeable and informative. The general manager Erik Scholp was also very good to deal with. I later saw him on TV. Usually everything turns bad for me in the finance office but not when you deal with Eric Holland. His approach is very sincere. The way he explains everything that you are getting and signing was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family.

I bought a new 2013 Altima from Bridgewater Nissan. I went several nissan dealerships around piscataway and can definitely say that they are the best. They are so clear. They showed us every single step on a paper how the price came up while giving us a deal. Not like others do every calculations without sharing but showing only the results. Other dealerships give a deal on the phone but when you go to sign documents they say they meant other car not the one you were talking on the phone or they change and take the price up. My wife and I feel so comfortable that's why I chose Bridgewater Nissan.Eric Sholp is a great problem solver, so kind, gentle and helpful. Thanks to him. Tim Gizmen helped us a lot while we were getting the car. He is so nice, knowledgable and friendly. He made every step clear and we felt safe. It was fun to work with him. I brought my car in for warranty repair (wheel bearing) ... after 4 days of my car sitting in their garage (refusing to give me a loaner car as a courtesy), the service department lied to me, stating that the part was not under warranty, and quoted me over $800 to fix it. In addition, trying to get more information, they did not return my calls.I do not recommend this service department!

They have no idea what customer service is. This place may be the worse place to purchase or lease a car. I had previously leased a car there, and was looking to replace. I was 100% going to do it, or so I thought. A month before my lease was up, I went to test drive a car there, met with a salesperson and left following the test drive. Well, I wish I had known what was to come. The salesperson had called me everyday, sometimes multiple times as well as emails. My work voice mail was full from him as was my cell phone. He had even attempted to call my work as a customer (since I too am in sales). Good thing we have caller idea. One day, I had gotten 17 emails within 3 mins (yes, thats multiple emails per min). I replied to the salesman, "This has really turned me off of Somerset Nissian" He replied, now that I have ur attention, what about this "XYZ" deal... WOW it was a great deal I had figured he was making a desperate final offer. I drove down, came to see him, and it was not the deal I was looking for... I told him, I was interested in an AWD version, as I had mentioned when I previously visited. He had said the deal was for the FWD and there was a misunderstanding. I said, how was there a misunderstanding when I told you AWD was what I needed. His reply: "Well if you told me when I called you all those times, we would know!" OMG!! As we preceded to converse about other possible models, he had become annoyed with me and became increasingly sarcastic and condescending with his answers. So I left. But, I still had to return my lease. I had called to ask how to do so, they said I had to make an appointment, since only one man at this dealership could do such a complicated procedure. I had left him several voicemails over the course of the morning with no call backs, so I called asked to speak to someone else- and behold he got on the phone. When asked if I could come by this afternoon sometime (it was 1pm) he said no we have to do it another day, and it was a Friday, so we setup the appointment for Monday at 5:30 PM. I'm now further annoyed having to insure the car for a few more days, which sucks. I show up at the appointment, and had to wait an hour before I can see him. Why I make the appointment for again? Oh so I can wait for HIM, got it (no misunderstanding this time)... anyway, as I waited the two sales managers stood around laughing and not doing much so I asked, is there anyone else here who could help me? They said he was the only one, and I had asked 3 times what was up, he had a customer, which I can understand, but, it was frustrating. Frustrating because there where (I counted) 7 other people doing NOTHING, who couldn't help me with a 5 min process. When this guy finally was able to help, no apology for the hour wait (30 mins passed closing), no sympathy... never even looked at me in the eye. While driving away, I realized, wow, the didn't even care or ask why I wasn't leasing another Nissan. Which makes me reiterate the comment - NO REAL IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish I had a second chance with my customers, they can get one every time. I will never do business here again at Somerset Nissan, I will pay my friends (2 of whom have leases) not return there if I have to. I will get another Nissan but not from there. BEWARE! (I review Somerset Nissan as many websites as possible, and I'm sure I'll get the auto-"Response from owner" which is copied as a reply to the other 5 negative reviews, another example of how they don't know customer service!) LOL! "Dedication to customer service"...

As a former customer of Somerset Nissan, I was greeted warmly and remembered even though my last purchase was in 2004. I wanted to take a look at the Murano and test drive one as well. I knew from my last experience that there would be no high pressure salemanship and that I would receive the best possible deal without the need to haggle. Both Mr. Scholp and Mr. Meltzer were generous with their time and extremely knowledgeable. As a potential customer, I felt very comfortable with the attention I received. I have not yet decided whether I will purchase the Murano but if I decide to replace my Nissan with another I would not consider any other dealer. Somerset Nissan does not play games and the fact that honesty and integrety can still be found at a car dealership is something I find remarkable in today's world.

Went to the dealership for a used 2008 Nissan 350z they had in stock. I was met by salesman Matt Pinteno, who was very nice and curteous. Drove the car and loved it. Continued inside to work numbers and received an $8000 offer on my trade in. It was obvious they were not interested in the trade and instead of just saying, "sorry, we are not interested in your vehicle" insulted me with a lowball offer. I drove down the block to Fullerton Ford and they offered me $12000 or a full 50% more for my trade-in against a brand new 2012 Mustang at $600 below invoice. As much as I enjoyed driving that Z, the process left me with a sour taste for Somerset Nissan.

My wife and I recently leased a 2011 Nissan Rogue AWD SV SL at Somerset Nissan.We first met Jeff Curran, our Sales and Leasing Consultant- Jeff provided us outstanding customer service from the start - demonstrating all of the features of the Rogue while on our test drive. He also provided a low pressure environment, answering all of our questions directly, and made the overall car leasing experience a good one. Erik Scholp, Sales Mgr. and Eric Holland, Finance/Business Mgr. made the financing and contract portion of the lease process smooth and understandable. We were not forced to purchase extra add-on's and packages bur rather explained all of our options in a logical, no pressure manner - we greatly appreciated that.The free oil changes, loaner car, roadside assistance, etc are an added bonus to one of the best car dealer experiences we've encountered. I would recommend anyone in the market for a new or used Nissan to give Somerset Nissan a look!
