From the moment we contacted Brick Street Motors about our 2013 Ford Taurus, the service was excellent! When we walked into the dealership they treated us like we were friends not just another customer. Very friendly, no pressure, and very easy to work with. Fantastic customer service and great selection
I was searching for a car, new or used, after I wrecked my last vehicle. Because I wrecked my previous car, there were certain safety features I was looking for. The guy helping me was very efficient in assisting me in finding these features. My salesman was Ken. He was very helpful when helping me get pre-approved for financing and finding a car that would best fit my needs and budget. I got to test drive any car on the lot. He even stayed after hours because my schedule did not permit me to go in during business hours. I have not had any issues with the vehicle since my purchase.
