I would recommend the Dealership to someone only if the Dealership got back to me with some logical explanation as to why things played out as they did on the day I picked up the new car. I would like to know why I never had this problem with any other car I leased. I never made a complaint with any other Dealership all these years and it plays heavily on me that I have to make this complaint. Everyone at the Dealership was pleasant and this only has to do with the way I was "literally" left "holding the bag". No one recommended me to the Dealership...I just walked in. We have just purchased a new Hyundai Santa Fe from Brian Langley at Quality Hyundai. The funny part is that we did not go there to purchase a new vehicle. My 2009 Santa Fe was in there for some service and while my wife and I were waiting for it to be ready we took a gander at the cars in the showroom. Brian was fantastic, he asked us if he could help us in any way and even though we weren't looking to buy I had some questions for him and he answered them all. I've financed and leased 2 cars from this dealership and both times walked away very happy. I worked with John Mercado who is very friendly and professional. Professional and caring

I am visiting my sister from Raleigh NC. One of my tires was low so I went to a tire store to have it checked. They told me that my tire had a "slow leak due to corrosion on the inside of the rim but they were able to clean it". I checked the pressure after leaving the store and they had filled that tire to 44 PSI. All other tires were 36. Since my Hyundai Tucson is 2016 I didn't believe what they had told me so I brought my car into Quality Hyundai where the manager Bob Guevara and Carla Daniels took care of me. The technician found a small hole in the affected tire and was able to patch it.I can not say enough about this dealership and these 2 employees that were so kind and caring about my safety. They went above and beyond in customer service and would very much appreciate you passing my comments to there managers and to them personally.Thank youBernie McShane

Never say never.....

Great Experience

When I arrived at Quality Hyundai I was pretty much set with what I was looking for. I had already looked up the Elantra GT and had my mind set on it. Jay greeted me after only a couple of minutes on the lot and he was very friendly. I told what I was interested in and what I could afford. The staff at Quality really put their best foot forward and came back with a deal that really looked impressive. After some thought I decided on the purchase and couldn't be happier. Replace a BMW with a Hyundai Elantra

Have two sons having both purchased each two Hyundai vehicles. Lost my BMW in an accident and decided to replace it with purchasing the new 2017 Hyundai Elantra after reading a review of this car in the Motor Trend magazine. I was particularly impressed by the cars safety features.

Reconnecting with a former student

Initially, I emailed Quality Hyundai about my interest to purchase a Santa Fe Sport. The response email I received, told me to see Brian Langley which was a familiar name to me as I had had a student in 6th grade by that name about 25 years ago. When we arrived at the dealership, Brian walked outside to greet us which immediately impressed me. It also relaxed me since I was feeling anxious about buying a new car. Brian was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional while discussing what I wanted and what options were available to me. I really felt that I could trust what he was telling me. He wasn't just trying to sell me a car, he was trying to make sure I got what I wanted. Brian was very patient with me as I weighed all my options. In conversation, we determined that indeed he was a former student of mine. It was very gratifying to me to see that the nice 11 year old I remembered, had turned into such a fine man who represents the automobile industry very well. My father who was a very honest man, worked in the car business for many years. Derogatory comments about car salesmen used to make me very angry because my father was a true gentleman. I am happy to report that Brian Langley is cut from the same cloth. He exhibits integrity with his straightforward approach as he imparts his extensive knowledge about the cars. I highly recommend Quality Hyundai and specifically, Brian Langley to anyone in the market for a new car. By the way, I love my Santa Fe Sport.

Dont really like the car buying process in general, but Quality Hyundai made it a great experience. My Sales Consultant, Brian Langley has always been outstanding as far as going beyond the "call of duty" to service our family with the various Hyundai customers service questions we have had since we purchased our 2015 Sonata AND 2015 Tucson. He sold us The Tucson and was extremely helpful during the actual sales AND post sales process.As I recall he's also helped us with our 2013 Sonata and 2013 Tucson when we had any questions that weren't sales necessarily sales related as well. He''s very hand on when it comes help with programming certain features and functions of that particular car and their are MANY.

Quality Hyundai was really great at explaining the features and operation of the vehicle while also taking the time to help me make the right choice in vehicle and the best financing option. When they were very busy, short on staff, and didn't have someone to help me, they called someone who came in from home on a Sunday! They didn't care if I was just browsing or actually going to purchase...they just got someone to come in and help me! There was also never any pressure to purchase anything...not a bit. I also brought my old Hyundai in for service the next day and they took my car right away. this place is great and when I buy my next Hyundai I am returning to Quality Hyundai. If you are considering a purchase go see them first and you will be satisfied.

Left no stone unturned!

My experience was amazing. I stopped in to see if I could get into a new, and more reliable car. My credit was not great, but workable. My agent Jay Holliday was fantastic!!! Like the title says, "No stone was left unturned" we found a way to get me into 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited! I love this car, and now my wife wants one too. I met the owner during my visit, but never knew he was the owner until I came on here to write a review. He engaged me in a conversation, and was very friendly. I'm stunned here now to learn that was the owner. But after meeting him, I understand why this dealership is so different. It starts at the top! Remarkable After-the-Sale Customer Support

I've always been treated well at Quality Hyundai, but the help I received from their sales department this week, even though it was in support of a used car sale from 3 years ago, was outstanding.Three years ago, I bought a used 2011 Hyundai Accent from Quality Hyundai to replace my aging 2001 Accent, the best car I've owned in over 50 years of driving.Because my 2001 Accent is still running trouble-free (180,000 miles and over 14 years), I've kept the newer car in storage, and never bothered to apply for a title or registration. I recently decided it would be wise to obtain a title, but the motor vehicle department threw one impossible obstacle after another in my way. Finally, I returned to Quality Hyundai for help and advice. The Sales manager, Marco Diraffaele, and the owner, Joe, spent a great deal of time and effort helping me around these obstacles. At my age, I have enough Hyundais to see me through my remaining driving years. They didn't have to do this for me. But I'm very grateful and appreciative that they did. After-the-sale customer support simply doesn't get any better than this. I strongly recommend Hyundai as a reliable car, and Quality Hyundai as the best of dealers.

I originally went to another Hyundai dealer closer to my home but felt they totally tried to take advantage of me! I decided to shop around a little more and ended up at Quality Hyundai who had the vehicle I wanted at a price we were able to agree upon. Beyone the call of duty

We went to return a Hyundai Sonata leased from a different dealer in a different state. The staff was unfailingly polite and helpful. Gave us lots of important information about Connecticut license plate return and explained the importance of returning the plates to the DMV before cancelling our insurance (which we had planned to do the next morning). They also told us how to get the auto off of the state property tax roles. Couldn't have asked for a nicer experience.

And again "Home Run", They had the car I was looking for. But, again, I have to make sure it's a good price . So I searched on long Island and even in to MA. This time I walked on the orient ferry, took Amtrak to new haven . Frank met me at the train station . Again they made this process so easy, everything was ready for me . The car is beautiful. My wife and I purchased an Elantra last week at Quality. This was our 3rd Hyundai so we were already fans of the Hyundai brand. What was new for us was the dealership. We couldn't have been more impressed! From the staff to the enrgy saving "green" building they really do things right. A special mention for Frank Tomanio, he is a true gentleman and an outstanding salesman in the best possible sense. I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend Quality to anyone interested in buying a Hyundai. Best place to buy and service a car

I purchased a Hyundai Tucson in 2011 and the only reason I did not buy from them was they had none in stock at the time and I had to buy quickly because my car had been stolen. I went to Quality for service for five years and decided to purchase a smaller vehicle. Everyone had been so helpful and honest in the service department I would not look anywhere else. I purchased a 2016 Elantra and received a very fair trade on my Tucson. I also received several incentives, being a former Hyundai owner, military and factory discount. There were no surprises or pressure and I was instructed on all the bells and gadgets. Truly a very happy experience. From the service department to the sales, truly honest and pleasant experience.

No means no!!! & Know means Yes!!!

So I get a letter stating that my 2011 Sonata Sport was saught after and they'd like to buy it or at least the opportunity to. So I go in, meet Frank who was a nice enough guy! After some time I decide on leasing a new Santa Fe Sport & put down $500... After thinking about it I decided if I was gonna pay over $100 more a month I don't want to regret it every time I walk up to it!!! The feature I really wanted was keyless entry since my hands are always full!! They wanted me to pay almost $100 more a month making it over $200 more than my current car note!!! So I decided to go get a comparison at Branford Jeep, Dodge, etc. (they're great!! Drove away w/2015 Grand Jeep Cherokee Sport for $6 less a month the same day!!!) after finding out I can get double the vehicle for less I went back to get my deposit... And that's where "Quality" Hyundai's sales manager from xxxx comes in!!! I remember this piece of work from when my lease and how he tried getting me out of my sports addition into a base model and pay more!!!!! Well he did it again!!! Didn't care about what was best for me or what I wanted!!!!!! It was all about what's best for "Quality" Hyundai!!! I literally walked out!!! Never again will they ever have my business!!!! Oh yeah and every single time I ever had work done they made me wait over an hour longer than promised!!! Every Time!!!!!!!! Never again!!!!

We purchased a 2016 Hyundai Elantra yesterday as an early graduation gift for our 3rd year law student. After looking through the selection at Carmax next door, we decided to compare them to a new Hyundai at Quality Hyundai (it's right next door). We got a much better deal on a new Elantra then on a three year old one with high miles next door that was priced about 1500 less. After the new vehicle incentives, we received a brand new vehicle with full warranty. We couldn't be happier with the excellent service and care we received from Jay Holliday (our new favorite salesman), Joe (the owner-he's awesome) and Rob the closer (the amazing paperwork guy). My husband and I have bought many new vehicles over the last 25 years. This may have been the most welcoming and low pressure place that we have ever walked into. It's a beautiful, clean dealership run by kind people. We live in Pennsylvania (our oldest lives in Connecticut) but we will make the drive to buy another car from Joe, Jay and Rob.

A great car buying experience

I would like to share my great experience at this dealership while searching for and finally purchasing my new Santa Fe. I love this car!!! Pete Zaniewski was my first link to the Quality Hyundai dealership. Pete got me in the door - meaning, I actually wanted to come in to the dealership- I have disliked purchasing cars mainly because of the nonsense you have to endure with most car salespeople, or at least the ones I have encountered. Brian Langley is the best salesman and helped me so much in picking out my Santa Fe and going through that entire car with me before I left on Saturday to be sure I knew where everything was on the vehicle. Brian helped me hook up my Bluetooth and my Bluelink while at the dealership as well. I did not have to do anything after I left with my car except drive it and enjoy it! Having purchased a new 2009 Elantra Touring several years ago from Quality Hyundai, we had no hesitation to return after an accident totaled my wife's auto. We were looking for a reasonably low mileage previously owned car at a reasonable price. I called Quality Hyundai to see if what we were looking for was available. Very happy with my purchase today

I just bought a new Elantra GT today and was very happy with my experience. Pete and John were great and worked with me to agree on the monthly payment I was looking for. In for an oil change and got a lot more!

First time to Quality Hyundai and "Wow" is the only word that I can use. I arrived at 7:40 AM this morning and was greeted by Carla. From that moment on, it was the best service I have ever gotten at a dealership. Honestly, it could not have been better. It was a wonderful experience. Carla took the time to show me around the dealership since it was my first time there. She cares about the customer and is a "people" person. Same old story - check engine light came on - Carla in service took great car of me and Tony the mechanic took great car of my car. An added bonus - my car was cleaner when Tony finished with it than when I dropped it off!!

This was my first car purchase and I will be a lifetime customer at Quality Hyundai! There's not a bad thing I can say about this place! Chris was great--very knowledgeable, professional and not pushy at all! He was very helpful and made the experience easy and exciting! I absolutely love my car and I would recommend them to anyone!

Quick turnaround on repair

I was waited on immediately by staff member Carla who was extremely friendly and courteous and once my problem was diagnosed she gave me a full explanation of what needed to be done as well as the estimated time it would take and done within that estimated time frame.Very happy with the entire staff and facility.

No pressure considerate Staff

I wanted to trade in my 2012 Mazda for something with lower payments. went to CarMax first and got an estimate on selling my car but the selection of cars in my price range was extremely limited and warranty limitations were disappointing as well. Quality Hyundai was fantastic! Not only did the offer me more on the trade in but I found a car with much lower mileage and they offer the full 10 year/100,000 mile warranty! Not something CarMax could offer. Joe, the owner, was honest and forthright and really showed me my options without making me feel pressured. Jay sealed the deal and I am a very happy customer and pound to own a Hyundai Elantra from Quality Hyundai!

Loved my experience

Jay was awesome, very professional and personable. Put me at ease from the start. I wasn't looking to buy a car but with his no pressure manner and no gimmick, no nonsense approach gave me food for thought and a deal I couldn't pass up. Went home to think about it without that pressured feeling many dealers give - you know - the "buy it now before the deal and/or car is gone". I was armed with numbers in hand and a smile and "hope to see you soon" on the way out. Today I return and the enthusiasm and welcoming feeling hadn't changed. Jay was just the same, professional and personable - I'll recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai. I'd recommend him to those not considering the brand just cause he was that good and I love my Hyundai experience. Where else do you get a warranty repair done after 81000 miles!??!! Thanks for making this car buying experience the one I feel most comfortable about ever!

Great experience!

My husband and I wanted to look into leasing a Hyundai elantra and decided to check out Quality Hyundai. Not only was the building amazing, but the quality of cars and staff was even better! Brian Langley greeted us immediately upon arrival, and from then on we knew we were in great hands. Amazing dealership!! Definitely a "10" experience for us.

I was in contact with several dealerships while looking for a new car, and went with Quality Hyundai because of how good the customer service was. I never felt rushed over the course of the purchase, and they answered all of my questions in a way that made it clear that they knew what they were doing. Chris Bepko in particular was a great help throughout the buying process.

Excellent Service

I was looking for a car that was efficient, would last a long time, and wouldn't break the bank. Nothing too exciting on my list, however I found this dealership to be really great with customer service: not pushy, great prices, and really willing to work with you to have you leave happy!
