A few weeks ago I purchased a Jeep Wrangler and had the best experience in buying a car. No one likes going to buy a car but everyone at the store was very helpful. I worked with Rodney and both owners on the deal. They truly spent a lot of time making sure it was the vehicle I wanted and a payment I could afford. I have had a couple of problems with the Jeep and the service department has taken care of them for me. They definitely stand behind there vehicles. 07 Honda Civic purchase
Awesome place to deal with!! My daughter recently purchase a 2007 Honda Civic which was very clean and reasonably priced compared to other dealerships around town. Large selection under 10k which was in our price range. Car has had no problems and we are very pleased with them. Definitely give them a look. Nice family owned store to deal with.

He made me feel important and did not talk down to me like other dealers in the area. I have had no problems with the car and even had a follow up call from one of the owners. WOULD NEVER GO BACK!
I have had the worst experience. I bought a truck from them and when I went to pick it up, I noticed they had damaged the bumper without telling me. I had to go back for them to look at it for Rodney to tell me that they did damage it but didn't have s body shop and would get back to me with a solution on how to fix it. And 6 months after I bought the truck my transmission was whining. I had left multiple emails,calls, and texts messages to have them call me back so I could talk to them, and Rodney completely ignored me for a month. I had to go over his head to try to talk to someone else and by this time my warranty ended. And they said oh sorry. So now I'm left with a truck ,not even had a year) and I'll have to fix the bumoer and Trans out of pocket. Worst business and vehicles ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They only want your money.

Responded to my information request quickly. Vehicle was a good deal. However, someone beat me to it. Dealer informed me someone had a deposit on it already. Saved met the time and money for a 2 hour drive. I would work with them again...

We bought a truck from Braddock Motors in July of 2012. Our experience was wonderful. Kathy in sales was very helpful and had several answers from banks the same day we applied. We were informed that our truck could be serviced there with their in-house service department. Excellent customer service from the manager, E.J. We will definitely be going back to Braddock for our next vehicle!
