I had a early response to an inquire on a 2010 F-150 on their sales lot. I was able to work with Dean King on the vehicle test drive and vehicle features. The finance department was very quick on the paperwork, getting everything finalized. I would recommend this dealer.

They had just the right truck that I was looking for and were willing to work with me on getting the right financial deal. Drew Haslinger was my salesman. When I was deciding about getting the truck and had a question about maintenance of the truck he went and got the dealership's maintenance manager to make sure I got the most accurate answer. Nice touch!As part of the negotiation they said they would have a new set of WeatherTech floor liners sent to me. I was leery that this could take a long time for them to get around to sending them to me. I was pleasantly surprised to see the FedEx truck at my house THE MORNING AFTER I brought home the truck! They really followed through. I week or so later I found out there were a couple of other items that originally that came with the truck but probably disapeared in prior ownership transfers. Drew went out of his way to get them from Ford parts and again had them shipped overnight to me.

We had to arrange a later meeting time due to my own busy schedule, but they were very kind about needing to stay late to help me get in my new car that night. Very reasonable and respectful on the price negotiation and the trade-in offer. Even had great coffee and conversation while we waited for those ahead of us to get their paperwork filled out, so we felt like they valued us and were being considerate even in the little down time. A special thanks to Drew Haslinger for helping me get into my 2013 Fusion, I love it already. I highly recommend this dealer for anyone who wants a quality car and friendly service.

I was in the area visiting family and had been shopping for a new car. I was fairly certain that I wanted a Lincoln but not sure MKC or MKX. I went into Bowling Green Lincoln and met Drew Haslinger. He was great!!! Had me drive both vehicles, one after the other, which no one at several other dealers had suggested. Once I decided on MKC, he located exactly what I wanted and got it delivered within less than 48 hours. The price was good and fair. Since I was from out of town, I needed him to hold it for over a week until I could pick it up - no problem. Drew and the business staff at BG Lincoln were knowledgeable about the vehicles and buying process, had great follow up and made the whole thing (including out of state buyer) easy. Best of all, I love my beautiful new MKC! I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, and highly recommend this dealership and Drew.

We were treated very bad. Not professional, at all.Monday evening we traveled from Angola, using toll road . We were 10 minutes out from being there. (Were early. Ahead of the planned meeting time of 530. At 510p we receive a phone call from Keith. He sold the car out from under us. We had just been on the road for 1 1/2 hr incurring time / toll road expense. I had planned to have back surgery Wednesday, so time was the essence to get this done before my surgery.We came to pay cash and drive home. (For our son & wife & grandson. I would had put Money ($) down had I known. We were very upset getting the phone call being only 10 minutes out from your dealership:If this is the way your dealership does business, then we will not be a cash paying Customer.Ironic thing about all this we had been talking to Keith throughout the day Monday. He reassured us several times that he was holding the car for us with some gas in it, storing it behind the building. I am writing this letter from the hospital, Back Surgery was Wednesday. Out of commission for next couple months. Our window of opportunity is closed.Lyle Armstrong

I was searching online for a car for my sons in the Cleveland, OH area and could not find what I wanted. When I expanded my search, I came across Bowling Green Lincoln. When I called for the car's availability, I was put in touch with salesman Keith Dallas who was great to work with and sold me the car. Financing was approved over the phone. Not knowing what to expect, I drove over an hour and a half the next day to accept delivery and find a wonderful dealership full of friendly people eager to assist at every level in the purchase. A short time later, my son drove the car back to Cleveland with a smile on his face! I left with a smile on my face too. Easily the best Auto dealership I have ever dealt with. Started going to them last fall looking for a used car for my wife. David worked with us thru numerous visits and kept in Touch via text when a vehicle came in that met our interests. We did not purchase a vehicle then because of things out of our control. Went back 2 weeks ago looking for a Truck to pull a travel trailer actually worked with a different sales person because David was with a customer, who was also very helpful and called me during the week to tell me about a vehicle that met my requirements. Went back last Saturday, Test drove the vehicle and after some give and take took it home later that day. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Good job all the way around.

The staff was outstanding! Being about 150 miles away we made the deal mostly through phone calls and emails. I purchased a 2014 Lincoln MKZ from BG Lincoln in October of 2014. My salesman, Tim C., the owner, John, Chris and Mike in service amd Liisa have been excellent. In fact, every time I stop at the dealership, the staff are friendly and helpful! This past Sunday night, I was north of Detroit and had a flat tire - there is no spare in my car - instead there's an air compressor filled with fix-a-flat. It didn't work. After calling AAA for towing, I called Tim. Throughout the ordeal, the owner John assured me a loaner car would be delivered to me on Monday and Lisa from finance called me to walk me through the Tire and Wheel Protection Plan I had purchased. They were all very helpful! On Monday morning, the loaner car was delivered as promised, Chris from service called me to explain what was being done to replace my tires, how many tires my protection plan paid for and when to expect the work would be done. I would recommend BG Lincoln as they pride themselves on customer service!

Went in to buy a 2016 Lincoln MKX with a list of desired features. Mark Campbell and Dave reviewed their inventory and had several vehicles that met the specs. Picked one of the cars, test drove, reviewed options and said "let's go". Have the fortune to be qualified for the "X" plan so that took out a lot of haggling over price. Trade in offer on my 2008 MKX (also bought at BG Lincoln) was fair. They worked with me to get all the paperwork in order, took care of transferring plates and greatly assisted in transferring the accumulated junk from the old car to the new. Have bought 4 prior vehicles from dealership, and have been willing to trade vehicles from other dealers in order to meet the specs I requested. Luckily this time the car was right in inventory In a summary -"great job".

Bowling Green Lincoln Dealership, A few week's ago I had been in a very precarious situation with my 2007 Lincoln MKZ..I knew it had an issue, but had been to several mechanic's, and was told different info, on what the issues were. I also was not comfortable driving an 80 mi. round trip to work, so spent quite a bit on rental car's, and even took off work to ease the load of that expense...I also had been through some very disappointing experiences with several dealership's looking for some option's.A total time frame of 6 weeks, or more had elapsed, and finally I took my beauty to one last mechanic Brent from Sockman's in Bowling Green. He drove my car, confirmed what I had thought it was, and he suggested to bring it to your dealership...The same day matter of fact...Without going into any more story-line I was waiting to get an answer on my car, it had been put up on the rack, and Lisa the financial Mgr. walked through the lovely waiting room, and since no one I meet is a stranger, she and I started talking about my sick car, lol, and my poor experiences I'd been through, lack of respect, interest , misdiagnosis, etc.At this point in time we didn't have any idea there would be bad news coming..In the mean time a salesman walked through the waiting room and it was Drew Haslinger. What a guy...to be sure...These 2 couldn't have been sweeter, kinder, and more interested in my situation. I must also add to this the kindness shown me with the Service Dept, Chris, and Mike, so very professional, and again interested.So obviously the end result was a miracle that Lisa, and Drew, and I were able to come to a far better solution for me all the way around...I'm quite a cynical person when it comes to salesmen, so it is not every day that I meet someone, and am able to sense a caring spirit..Drew Haslinger invokes this 100% in my estimation..Bowling Green Dealership is very fortunate to have such an amazing sales person on their staff.... I had been looking for a Ford F150 Lariat for sometime, when I became aware that Bowling Green Lincoln Auto had exactly what I was looking for. After making contact with the dealership and setting up a date to meet with Drew we got together to hammer out a deal. I must say that this was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in buying a vehicle. Drew was very easy to work with and gave us very good deal without having to push him as is sometimes the case when negotiating. Drew was very professional, knew knew the details of this truck well, was friendly, helpful, and helped expedite things [ even helping wash the truck ] so that I could be on my way with my new truck! I had a two and a half hour drive ahead of me and it was after eight pm when I got going. I would highly recommend B G Lincoln Auto as a place to buy a vehicle and the whole staff including Drew and Dave [ who also helped get the truck ready ]. I've been having a blast driving my truck! I worked with Dean K. and am impressed with the emphasis on customer service/satisfaction the entire team at this dealership exhibits throughout and after the sales process. Dean truly took the time to make sure I would be happy with the purchase and we came to a final number that was fair to everyone without wasting a lot of time like what happens in some dealerships. I have walked away from other dealers in the past due to high pressure sales tactics, this was never an issue here. Even with temperatures hovering near zero, Dean was outside taking care of some agreed upon items that needed to be completed while I enjoyed a hot coffee inside. I am completely satisfied with the experience and vehicle. Thanks again Dean!

After building and pricing a New 2016 Lincoln MKX on the Lincoln website, I was contacted by Drew Haslinger by email from BG Lincoln auto sales to let me know that He had been assigned to assist and answer any questions. Over the course of about 2 months I met with or emailed Drew to discuss options and to schedule test drives. Drew had patience and understanding to the options and set up on the Vehicle I wanted ordered and took the time to explain the different options and package set ups. Overall it was an easy experience, I wasn't contacted more then necessary or felt pressured for a sale or time line. I always felt welcomed when I arrived. I also spoke with Mark Campbell the Sales Manager about My trade in, and I have to say that He gave Me a fair value. Lisa Kline in the Finance Department took the time to search out the best plan and loan options for me and explained them. She reviewed the extended warranty packages with Me but never pressured me to purchase. She also spoke with My Insurance agent to make sure I was covered when I drove off the lot.

I drove over 50 miles to the Bowling Green Lincoln dealership, the car was just like the on-line pictures and Drew described the car as advertised. First time buyer. Did not know what to expect. This place was and is just simply amazing. Great customer service and really great people working there. Not just the oh yea good customer service.. The employees there are phenomenal. Drew made this process very stress free and really exciting. He went way beyond his expectations. He's just not a salesman he's a people person. Took interest in your personal life, wanted to get to know you. Just as I wanted to get to know him as I am making a huge purchase. I am a man of many questions especially as a first time buyer. He took the time whether it was in person or on the phone he answered all of my questions to it's fullest. He broke down every angle of my question. When I finally made the decision to go with the 2014 Ford Fusion the whole dealership was excited for me. I felt like I wasn't just another sale for those guys. They knew how excited I was. I also can't preach enough on the interest rate I got. Holy COW! I mean thank you Lisa! Seriously... Lisa, Thank You! She broke everything down for me and answered every question in layman's terms. I showed up to the dealership in my Lebron James Cavs jersey. When Drew and I were walking to my car he said he had a surprise for me. Got in the car turned it on and he had my wallpaper on the navigation screen set to a picture of Lebron. I mean c'mon that's great customer service. I loved it. Heck Lebron is still my wallpaper! There is a lot of bells and whistles in the car and Drew broke it ALLL down. Would not let me leave without any unanswered questions. I have already recommened Drew and the dealership to friends and family. Never been so happy and confident with a purchase like this. Bottom line: This is the place to go. No need to look further. I worked with several car dealers in BG and have purchased cars from the internet before but never with the customer service I experienced at BG Lincoln with Drew Haslinger! His courtesy and knowledge during the test drives very helpful in my decision making process. Although I dislike the negotiation process as most people do this experience was not a high pressure situation. The dealership comfortable and everyone from the greeter, salespeople, finance and detail did a fantastic job. I am happy with my "new" 2011 MKX and would be happy to recommend Drew to anyone looking for a great car buying experience (and customer service even after the final delivery)!!

Having worked in dealerships for nearly 7 years in a variety of roles, I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service, attention to detail, and the before and after sales process. My Salesman was Drew Haslinger, from the very first phone call, he was professional and courteous. He made sure to go out and put his hands on the vehicle, identify any issues with it that he could see and even got the tire tread readings for me before I came down to look at it! When we arrived, the car was backed in, clean, and even had the wheels and tires shinned up for me to drive. He was just as attentive in person and I was truly impressed with his professionalism. There was only one issue with Drew.....He is an Ohio State fan, not everyone was raised in the great state of Michigan though, so I didn't hold it against him!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone, they were up front, honest, and are family owned. Thank you for taking the time to spend with me, walking me through all of the options, working with the banks to get me the rate I was looking for and for having some fun while doing it. This was the easiest car purchase my husband and I ever made! We stopped on the lot just to see one of the MKX's that was shown on their website. When we arrived, we were shown an additional car that had just arrived on the lot. The work that Keith Dallas provided was helpful, but was not pressurized...which generally makes me go home. We drove the vehicle and met quite a few members of the team. When we noted several problems with this vehicle -scratches on the rear glass and brake cover, we were told they would be replaced. All of the usual problems of car buying seemed to disappear as we moved though the process. Our vehicle was ready before we expected, with changes to the vehicle that we wanted completed in a beautiful manner. No question we asked seemed to be a problem and we thought the price on the vehicle was fair. I will suggest this dealership to others. I am happy with the addition of this scarlet colored Lincoln so my garage is celebrating scarlet and gray in a whole new way!

We were JUST LOOKING for a like new, used car because my wife was just in an accident, 2 days before this, that totaled our 2012 car. For the 28 years we have been married, we have always bought our vehicles at our Napoleon hometown dealer's. But just a few months ago, we had went out to eat with my wifes brother who has a 08 Lincoln MKX and we commented to each other how much we liked the style and ride. He had bought the car at Bowling Green Lincoln. So to Bowling Green we went about 4:30 pm, because they should be closed when we arrive so we can JUST LOOK with no pressure. We pulled into Bowling Green Lincoln on the strip and they were still open. My wife saw 3 cars that caught her attention (No one had come out) and that's when we went inside and were introduced to Drew Haslinger for the 1st time He was not pushy at all, left us look around for a while, then he stepped back out (they were open to 6:00, now 5:45) to see if we had any questions, or would like to drive any of the vehicles? We drove two of the cars, liked the Ruby Red MKX. Went inside to talk, where we were introduce to the owner, John & Lisa Kline, the Business Mgr., To make a long story shorter----We bought the Red Ruby Lincoln MKX that night at about 7:30pm!! We are happy with how everyone treated us, the deal we made and also met the Service Mgr. Mike before we headed back home. The next afternoon, we picked up our spotless, shiney, serviced, factory fresh car.The next day Drew sent an e-mail, thanking us for stopping at Bowling Green Lincoln, getting to know us and becoming part of the Lincoln Dealership family. Drew also followed a couple of days later with a call to see if we had any questions, concerns and thanks again.. This was a GOOD OUT OF TOWN CAR EXPERIENCE FOR US, and we hope for them too. I got a great deal on my Explorer, plus the customer service was outstanding. Drew Haslinger was my salesman. He is honest and willing to go the extra mile. He even called me a couple weeks after I took the car home to make sure everything was in order. I found a 2012 Chrysler 200 on Cars.com at BG Lincoln. The car was found not quite as advertised... It was $500 less! David Baer was polite and attentive. Although i didn't get as much for my trade-in as I wanted, the deal was quite fair none the less. Very nice facility, a small town dealership feel that you don't even get in small towns anymore.

Being in the service industry for years, I have grown to really appreciate other companies who deliver on a solid customer experience...and when someone 'gets it right' it makes the experience a joy. Bowling Green Lincoln Auto Sales 'got it right' for me from beginning to end. My wife and I worked primarily with Dean and Mark in sales. After an initial visit to their location my wife and I both felt a level of honesty and commitment from Dean and Mark which I rarely see in the car business. I feel strongly that their courtesy and service spirit helped us make a fair deal and feel GREAT about our purchase. Additionally, we use our credit union for most of our financing needs because they most always have a better rate/terms than other products. Jill in the financing department provided a rate and terms that beat our credit union, which surprised me. I've never used the word 'thrilled' more times in 1 day than all of my life. These folks will help you make a decision about one of the bigger purchases in your life and while their job is to 'sell' you a car...they don't make it feel that way. You're dealt with fairly and honestly and there's a warmth of spirit in their service atmosphere that does not exist at other dealers. I simply could not be happier with my experience at Bowling Green Auto Sales due to the efforts of Dean, Mark and Jill.

I am not sure how many pre-owned cars I have bought at BGLM, at least 5, over the past 20 years. They always seem to have the vehicle I am looking for at a good deal. The staff, and a few have been there the entire 20 years, are always helpful and friendly. It's a casual, relaxed atmosphere and there is never any pressure when making a decision. Our sales rep David was very easy going and friendly, as well as Lisa in financing. I highly recommend checking out BGLM, it's a family friendly place.

Hello, Recently my fiance and i bought a vehicle from Bowling Green Lincoln Auto and our experience with them was wonderful. We bought a used Explorer and like usual when you buy used their is always a few things you can find wrong with the vehicle and we did but to my surprise they were more then willing to fix the issues i brought to their attention right away. Also you should all know that they have a very comfortable lounge area that my fiance and i enjoyed as they made repairs to our explorer. We had never looked at cars in the past at this dealership, but now, we won't hesitate to buy again from BG Lincoln Auto Sales. Keith Dallas, our salesman, was wonderful! He took all the time we needed, ran off many pages of different cars, went with us in the three cars we chose to drive, and did everything he could to get us a good deal on our 2012 Toyota Yaris. But the "topper" was that the next day, I had my monthly cancer treatment in Toledo. When I got out of the car, I locked it, but immediately needed to get back in for something. The doors wouldn't unlock! (We discovered later that both locks were frozen because they had washed the car the day before, and it set outside at our house all night!) Long story short, Keith went to my wife's office, got her key, and drove up to Toledo with that key -- checked to make sure that it opened -- then brought it to me at the cancer center! We are extremely grateful! All of the people we dealt with were wonderful at this dealership!

I was in desperate need of a car and all of the other dealerships hadturned me away because of my credit, but not BGLAS. I was sceptical at first, but I got a very good impression right away with the welcoming salesmen and facility. I felt that this could possibly be the one...and it was! I worked with Keith, and he is by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. I gave him a list of needs/wants in a car with a price range and he matched me up with the perfect car! It took a few days because the banks weren't approving to finance my loan, but Keith and Lisa did everything that they could to get me the car that I wanted. As a small business owner I have very little time to waste. Our company has leased Jeep Grand Cherokees for the past 16+ years. We found a car we were interested in online and called and spoke with Keith Dallas. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and gave us an estimate on both our possible trade-ins over the phone. We went down to look at the vehicle and met with Keith. We had done our research before hand and Keith was extremely helpful filling in the gaps about the vehicle, a Lincoln MKX. He took his time going over the car with us and we took a long test drive. We came to a reasonable price for both of us and completed the deal. The physical dealership is unique and welcoming, like being at home rather than your typical car dealership. Everyone working on the day we visited acknowledged our presence and provided an introduction. We immediately felt like part of the Bowling Green Lincoln Auto Sales family. We want to mention Lisa as well - Lisa was wonderful. She made what can be a painful paperwork process go smoothly and quickly. We came back to pick up the car the next day and Keith went over the bells and whistles of the electronics in the car, which can be a little overwhelming when you first get started using them. Again, we were impressed with Keith's knowledge of the car and his ability to demonstrate the important functions of all the systems. I found my 2011 Chevrolet Silverado while searching online back in December. I called BG Lincoln Mercury and spoke to Drew Haslinger. He invited me to take a test drive. I immediately liked the truck, but still had my SUV to sell before buying another vehicle. Drew was very understanding of my situation and said he would stay in touch. Drew contacted me during the next few weeks to see if I would like more information on the truck or possibly look at another vehicle. He was always very professional and ready to help. After selling my SUV, I returned to the dealership in January. Fortunately, the truck was still available and to my good fortune the price was reduced! My entire experience was very enjoyable. I appreciate the friendly, helpful atmosphere of this dealership. They really make you feel like you are their #1 customer. In December 2014 my mom and I were looking for her to purchase a new car, downsizing from her Toyota minivan. Jill Kingery, a family friend and employee of Bowling Green Lincoln Auto Group, suggested my mom meet with Drew Haslinger and discuss the possibilities of purchasing a Lincoln product. She met with Drew that day and fell in love with the Lincoln product and Drew. Drew took the time to listen to what she liked and disliked in her current vehicle and made sure to transfer those likes into a vehicle she may be interested in. She test drove the Lincoln MKX and was "sold". She immediately called me and wanted me to see and drive it myself. On Christmas Eve morning we met with Drew again, on his day off, on what would be a 5 hour journey to get my mom into a vehicle she would love. We test drove the Lincoln MKC and the MKX. Drew pointed out all of the bells and whistles each vehicle had to offer while considering her desire to downsize. She ended up purchasing the 2015 MKC instead of the 2014 MKX that day and I cannot tell you how much we appreciated Drew's taking time out on his day off to help us with this process. Drew reviewed the basics of the MKC with mom and I and scheduled another time to meet to review ALL the car had to offer. He was well aware that a new car, that practically drives itself, can be overwhelming and he wanted to be sure my mom was completely comfortable with her new ride. After meeting with Drew again, she is more comfortable with her new Lincoln. Drew has also offered to make a "house call" to help her set up her in car garage door opener. From the minute I walked into the dealership and was greeted with a warm, friendly hello, I know my mom was in good hands. The owner, management, financial staff and someone from service all introduced themselves and welcomed us to the Bowling Green Lincoln "family". And, the facility, wow is it amazing. I found it to be welcoming, cozy and functional. Drew Haslinger has made this buying experience one of the best I have ever been in. His patience, time, knowledge and personality made us feel even better about purchasing a Lincoln from Bowling Green Lincoln Auto Group. A huge thank you to ALL that took a part in the process. I dealt with Drew when I came into the store. He was the most pleasant young man i had the pleasure to deal with. However, I must say that the service and buying experience was exceptional and painless. Dean King and I negotiated a sale over the phone for my Mother. My Family was in the market for a new vehicle and we had come across BG Lincoln online and went to them after having a horrible experience at another dealership. We had told the first dealership what it was we were looking to try and get into and what we could afford as a payment. All they wanted to do was put us in something we had no interest in and were not able to afford so we left. When we arrived at BG Lincoln we were greeted by Drew who was Great at listening to what we wanted and never tried to force us into something we did not want. He showed us around at vehicles we were interested in and eventually found one we liked. Then Lisa in financing stepped in and worked extra hard to get us into our first choice with no luck. Then together Lisa and drew explained why we would not be able to get into what we originally wanted in a vehicle. A week later they got us into the car we currently have and a month later I can say it suits us perfectly at a price we can afford. I told my wife before we even got the car that when we can afford to get another vehicle in the future they will be my only stop. That is a great dealership with great people like Lisa and Drew working there. So if your reading this review thinking about stopping there to look at a vehicle do it I promise you wont be disappointed.

I was searching for a Ford Edge with specific packages. After searching online, I found three, one of which was at BG Lincoln Auto Sales. I called and spoke with Keith Dallas and set up a test drive for later that day. On arriving, the dealership was clean and everyone was very friendly. Keith had the car pulled inside so we could look at it out of the summer heat. That was a nice touch. We test drove the vehicle and Keith was very knowledgeable, telling us about the car's features with no book or notes. Back at the dealership, we mentioned that we had already lined up financing through our credit union. There was no push to have us finance through someone else. The car was priced very well, better than at some dealers, even though it had fewer miles and more features. Signing all the paper work was quick and, while I don't recall the name of the woman in charge of that aspect, she was professional, pleasant, and not at all pushy. I had expected a "used car slimy" feel, since we had already run into that elsewhere. However, that was the absolutely not the case. The staff was all very nice, very professional, and there was no pressure to buy or finance. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, new or used. Thanks to Keith Dallas and all the men and women we talked and worked with.

We were very pleased with our experience. The sales associates worked together as a team to make the process as smooth and quick as possible on a busy evening, without their usual business office person available. There was no sense of the competition often found at other dealerships, and this was appreciated as they volleyed between customers -- keeping all of us comfortable and processes moving. We ended up with the vehicle we wanted at a good price and terms. Things could have gone south when the DVD advertised on the windshield didn't work (even though it was an "as is" vehicle) but sales and service kept us very happy customers.

I live in Michigan and was looking to lease a new MKZ. I saw their TV commercial and was skeptical. So I called the dealership and was connected with Drew. From that moment on Drew made my wife and I feel as if we were the most important customers he had. We talked to each other three or four times on the phone and once Drew was sure he had what we wanted he invited us down to the dealership. On the way down my wife and I were still skeptical because we have dealt with many other dealers and have had bad experiences. From the moment we walked in the dealership Drew made us felt welcome. He was professional, knowledgeable and made us feel that he had nothing else to do but work with us. Not only was Drew great but also Lisa in the finance department was quick and thorough. We were searching for a particular used car (year, make, model, trim) and found on-line that this dealer had one in stock with low miles. Drew was very quick to respond to my email inquiries and called as well to make sure all questions were answered. Seeing as they are located over an hour away from us, we couldn't just drop by to look at the car so he provided honest feedback about its condition (which was fantastic) before we headed down. When we arrived, he had the car up front and ready for us to test-drive. We loved it and bought it that day. We've dealt with many a dealer and this, by far, was our nicest experience in buying a car - from the warm greeting when we arrived, to working out the details with Drew and Lisa, all went fantastically. Had a great experience! My wife saw a picture of a car that would be a great first car for my 16 year old daughter to drive. When I stopped by the dealership, I was met by Drew Haslinger. He set the car up for a test drive and was very accommodating! He and the staff of Bowling Green Lincoln Auto Sales also worked with me to get my car payments where I needed them. I was in the market for a reasonably priced, top-of-the-line SUV, and that's exactly what I got from Bowling Green Lincoln. Buying used, you never know what you might get, but I was actually amazed and pleasantly surprised at the quality and variety of vehicles they have in stock! So many to choose from, truly! Drew Haslinger was very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles. He was friendly, down-to-earth and able to answer all of my questions. He never made me feel pressured to buy, which is always a worry of mine in the used car market. Drew was also VERY PATIENT with a slow and cautious consumer like me! Mark, John and the rest of the Bowling Green Lincoln family were also very welcoming. The office has a hometown sort of atmosphere, which made me feel more comfortable than the coldness you can sometimes find at larger dealerships. They seem to go to great lengths to ensure their customers drive away in safe and reliable vehicles -- it's very apparent that they aren't just in it to make a sale with a junker. When it came to buying my car, the team made it seem, very genuinely, that my needs were important to them. The prices were some of the lowest I've seen in the area, and, on top of that, the team was able to get me a great rate and a comfortable payment for my situation. We were looking to get a new car. We had a 2011 Lincoln MKZ and our lease was about to expire. We called the dealer where we had gotten the 2011 to inquire what our options were. We learned the payment was going to be quite a bit more per month. We then called BG Lincoln and spoke with Keith Dallas. He was able to come up with a car that kept us at the same payment and this car had more options than our current car. We are so grateful because we love the car but didn't want to increase our payment. We love the new MKZ and are really loving all the options. I don't have the best credit in the world and I honestly thought I would not be able to get a newer car. My Explorer was in borrowed time and I needed to find something as soon as possible. I got in contact with Keith Dallas about a 2012 Fusion Sport. He and his dealership came through for me. The car is practically brand new. Extremely low miles and the color and model I would've chosen, had I been able to afford a brand new one. It couldn't have been more perfect. He answered any and every question I had. He even showed up in his day off to see my sale all the way through. I had quite a drive to get there but it was more than worth it. They got me into a newer car with payments that are very easy for me to handle. It was waiting for me right at the door, shined up and immaculate, like it just rolled off the assembly line.
