Peter Santulli was exceptional with his down-to-earth style and no-hassle approach to buying. He was well versed with all of the features related to the vehicle I was looking at and made every effort to ensure my experience was pleasant and enjoyable. Just purchased a used SUV here and was impressed with the ease of buying, no pressure to add on extra warranties or hidden fees. Peter was very nice and easy to work with while Jess in finance got everything in order so we could get in and out quickly with our two young kids. They have a nice area for kids to play and are very easy going. For Halloween and Christmas they have an off road track to test drive that is lit up.

So it's been almost a year since I posted my initial review of Bournival Jeep and my bad. So after my first visit and post I was contacted multiple times by several of the sales and management team at the dealership. I was given time to be heard about my concerns and how disappointed I was. The dealership connected me with Jeremy Brockton in the sales department, after multiple emails I returned to the dealership and met with Jeremy. He was attentive and well prepared having pulled 3 different Jeeps off the lot for me to look at. Long story short Jeremy and the finance manager are the reason I purchased my jeep there. Since my purchase I have been completely satisfied with my interactions w the dealership and both the sales and service department. I would recommend Bournival and Jeremy for your next Jeep purchase

I recently visited Bournival to "look", I already had a Jeep Liberty that I was quite happy with but I've been wanting a Wrangler since I was like 5 and they were pink. I worked with Dale, who began by giving me a once over on Wranglers. He was very knowledgable, which I think is a huge plus when you're shopping for new vehicle you could potentially be spending thousands of dollars on. He then let me take a look around on my own & see what I liked, there was no pressure, then after he took me around comparing new & certified pre-owned, etc & even let me test out the off road trail out back, which was sweet! My overall experience was amazing, everyone was extremely welcoming & the stress seemed to be taken right out of the whole car buying experience, it was truly fun! I drove away the very next day in a 2016 Jeep Wrangler 75th Anniversary Edition & I am very much infatuated with this beautiful machine! Even though all I wanted was to be handed the keys & get on the road, Dale made sure I actually knew the ins & outs of my new vehicle, which at the time was torture but looking back, something I greatly appreciate! Steve Tobey explained the navigation to me and since I did not have time that day, I returned again the day after and he then showed me how to put on my soft top (basically did it for me), so I owe a special thanks to him for taking time out of his busy day to help me, since I would have NEVER been able to do that on my own! And I can't forget Jessica in finance, she was fast, efficient & had my papers signed and copied in no time, which is great when all you want to do is drive!! If you are wondering where to go for a Jeep, don't hesitate to check Bournival out...you'll leave happy!

Went into this experience looking for a new rig that matched my overall aesthetic interest as well as my capability range long term. I wanted to trade in my Trailhawk for something a little more...badass. Loaded with Rubicons I ventured to Bournival after a sales rep, Kit, reached out to my inquiry and met that day for a test drive. With a super casual, no pressure, "let's have some fun" mentality, Kit allowed me to test drive one of their new Rubicons- it was a fantastic experience.What came next was even more so. Bournival gave me a great trade-in value price for my Trailhawk and handed me the keys to my new rig in no time. Finance guru, Jess, was a rock star in helping me set up an appealing and affordable payment plan while Dale gave me the ins and outs details of the new Jeep. The staff are ridiculously friendly, remarkably well-versed in their inventory (which should be a no-brainer but is actually quite hard to find these days [for a reason I have yet to understand/figure out] and unbelievably helpful throughout the entire sales process. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I went in expecting a tough negotiation, but they blew me away with the price. The salesman I worked with, Mike Hollis, was an absolute delight. I'd go as far as saying that Mike Hollis is the Michael Jordan of selling cars. I don't even need another car and I'm already thinking about going back to buy another car from this guy. I swear, he could sell a ketchup popsicle to a woman in white gloves. The man is truly ahead of his time.

I did a ton of research before hand: I had my heart set on a Nissan Xterra until I researched used vehicles and some of the disappointments of the new vehicles, I looked at Subarus but I wanted something that had more power but with similar gas mileage, I looked at the ever reliable Toyota but I wanted a vehicle with a manual transmission. Finally, I decided on a Jeep, so I researched how to deal with a dealership since I have had unpleasant run ins at previous dealerships back down south. So I did my homework about the practicalities of driving a car (yea sounds silly but trust me, there are things you don't think about like for me -driving ~50 miles a day between work and back - that's a long time in the car, it better be comfortable). I called in and spoke with my salesman, Jeremy, and he full heartedly supported my request to test drive a new Jeep Renegade Latitude from Portsmouth back to the house to get a true feel of what I was getting into. That car is SO MUCH FUN to drive! He walked me through everything that I had questions about, helped teach me how to work the navigation system, bluetooth settings, USB settings, radio, settings for speed limit overage warnings, how to work the middle screen on the dashboard that toggles between the tire pressure, fuel economy, text messages, etc. He was very patient with my requests and making sure I knew what I was getting into. Jessica in the finance department was fabulous in getting me approved for the Renegade with a bit more bells and whistles than I needed, but I definitely deserve :) I never thought the process could actually be fun, but I got lucky with the staff I got to interact with that day. Normally I would try to take the sticker of a dealership off after I purchase the vehicle, but I proudly sport Bournvial Jeep in the back of my black beauty of a beast 75th anniversary 2016 Jeep Renegade Latitude. Talk about some Jeep love happening in my life. Wanna go to a reliable, no gimmicks, and awesome dealership to trade in or purchase a vehicle? I highly recommend you do your homework and let these guys help you out!!!! They will have my loyalty as long as I am in the NH area :) <3

While looking over Jeeps on the lot Alissa Bournival greeted us to answer any question we asked, showing us around with pride, & excitement, and absolutely no sales pitch. A few days went by and knew we were ready to commit but had more questions. It was a no brainier Bournival Jeep was the right choice. Dale Claus returned my call in place of Alissa's absence and was as much knowledgable & helpful guiding us thru what inevitably was a Sahara Unlimited ordered to our needs. Dear Bournival/Jeep,I just wanted to take a moment to thank Mike Hollis for how he treated me duirng my recent purchase of a Wrangler Rubicon. Mike listened to me throughout the process - answering my questions about the various models and features of each vehicle. I was undecided about the models and whether to purhcase a 2 door vs. 4 door. Mike walked me through all the options and features and I eventually settled on the 4 door model. Mike was patent and respectful - never pushing anything on me, but rather listening to my needs and matching the right information. If he didn't know something (which wasn't much) - he said he would find out and he proactively followed up. He was helpful through every step of the process, from the test drive through the financing and eventual purchase. I wanted several after market customizations and he handled this well. He negotiated pricing with me in a straight forward and trustworthy manner and we eventually reached a middle ground between my needs and those of the dealer. I would highly recommend Mike to any of my family and friends interested in a Jeep and Bournival should be very pleased to have him on their team. I was looking for a used car that was a couple of years old and a good price.. I found one online at this dealership. The salesman Tito, was able to work with finance over the phone for me, got an approval and I went up the next day. The car was well maintained they put new tires and brakes on it, which a lot of dealers wouldn't do. They handed me the car fax and the work that had been done on it.... I took it for a test drive.... Loved it... Sat with finance and was out of there in about an 1 1/2. The owner Alissa took he time to come thank me for my business! Mind you, they have $118K jeeps there and I didn't spend close to that, but they treated me amazing!! Their showroom is set up really cool. They also have an off-roading track to try your your jeep. This dealership is an hour away from my home and I would go there in a heartbeat to get another car!!! Very knowledgeable staff.... Best experience I've ever had at a dealership!!! You're doing it all wrong if you buy a jeep anywhere but at Bournival Jeep in Portsmouth, NH!!!!

I am on the road as a business development manager covering from Eastern Canada to Virginia. You can imagine the miles I put on every year. Over the past 18 months I've put just over 50K miles on my previous ride and was in need of something newer. I met with Jim Blaisdell to pick out the right vehicle for me, one that comfortable for the long drives and also fits my budget. With Jim's help I found a certified pre owned with a 100,000 mile warranty, which was a big plus. Jessica put together my financing in record time and I was out of there driving my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I'll be back in another two years for yet another upgrade. Thank you Jim and Jessica for putting me in my new SUV.

Very patient Steve Tobey was a great salesman to work with. It took a. Few Sunday's of visits to make a final vehicle decision but Steve was patient and professional throughout the process. So much so that when we wanted a second Jeep, Steve was who we called. Great service and dealership

I saw that Bournival had a 2016 wrx that was traded in so I figured I would go check it out. I was kindly greeted by a salesman named Blake who answered all my questions and really wanted to help me get into the car. He did what was necessary to help me figure out insurance info and worked with me through the whole process. I would definately buy another car from him and the dealership.

Purchased a used vehicle from Bournival Jeep recently and had an overall excellent experience. Worked with Jay Coffey and it was low/no stress and a pleasure to work with. While there my own Jeep broke down and I had it towed to the service dept.... Jay volunteered and picked us up from the next town over so we didn't have to wait around. Service folks were very professional and personable. I would go back for a purchase and/or service if I didn't live an hours plus away.

ok so call me brand loyal .... 6 wranglers under my belt lifetime ..... an now a jeep renegade ... as i had to get a sticker for my now year old renegade that i waited for the 1 st one to come to the showroom floor we alway enjoyed it with no major issues .... there were some pc ubgrades that needed to be done at no charge ... it took longer than expected but bruce an kayla were amazing ... after consumin ok more than my fair share of free popcorn an ringdings , the vibrating chairs basdicly put me to sleep .... the saleman jeramy i purchased a few vehicles from came over a few time to basicly be a friend more than a sales rep ... showin me pic of a cool hemi build of a wrangler an letting me in on some mopar news about a wrangler truck possibly in the makin .... the finance girl can be seen runnin up an down from buildin to buildin .. but yet stoppin to tell us ... yup fresh pop corn is on ..... after an hour bruce an kayla both same out an informed us there were over 10 updates to the pc an it was a slow process.... they handed me the keys of a new jeep an we got to explore ryr beach an a local eatery while we waited ..... how do recall all their names.... it becasue they truly went out of their way to make sure they could do whatever they could to give me a pleasant experiance at the dealer ship not just prior to the sale .... post sale i am still thrilled with the entire team an will always drive the 30 miles from manchester for anythin jeep related ... when my wrangler needs its 1st oil change i am gonna bring a container of milk ..... yup ring dings .. funnybones an the vibrating seats sign me up ....... attaboy to all...

I was needing to get some more fun into my life so instead of buying another motorcycle, I decided to jet a Jeep. I found online the 2012 Call of Duty I was looking for at Bournival, it was worth the trip from Mass. Blake was GREAT to deal with he made our experience easy and comfortable. Bournival has the largest collection of new and used Jeeps than any of the dealerships by me. this was actually a fun and stress less time there.The amazing thing is that they have an off road course to practice on for less experienced off roaders like myself. I will HIGHLY recommend to friend, family and anyone else to travel to them.Jessica was a pleasure to deal with for the financing, she made us very relaxed and got us threw out it with no problems.Alissa was great, she took the time to meet with us and just talk with us.I an't stress enough to go to Bournival to get a Jeep. That's all they sell and know what they are talking about.

This is our second purchase from Bournival and all I can say is when you're looking to buy a Jeep - go there. Response to questions was excellent, they really know Jeeps (that's all they sell of new cars), and they want your business. They even have an off-road course out back of the dealership! Shop around if you want, but end up there.

Our experience at Bournival was unpleasant and disappointing. We were visiting the dealership for the second time and ready to purchase a Jeep that we had previously test drove. We had done our research and knew the value of the vehicle. We ended up walking out less than 20 minutes after we arrived. We were made to feel unwelcome and we were insulted. The final offer we were given, after adding their dealer fees, ended up being more than the sticker price. When spending such a large amount of money, we expected nothing but the best and we were shocked at the treatment we received. Good customer service goes a long way.....and we did not find it here. We can only speak for the salesperson we dealt with....and due to his service, we do not recommend this dealership.

I schedule an oil change for my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Upon arrival I received a phone call confirming my appointment and that they were expecting me. Once I arrived I was greeted with a smile and updated on the processes and the time line for completion. I was offered refreshments and escorted to the lounge where the had television and massage chairs. While waiting on my vehicle, I was able to purchase some of the latest Jeep apparel and accessories. I don't normally do these reviews but after my experience I just had to write something. My husband had bought a vehicle from Bournival Jeep a couple years ago and uses them for his servicing. He suggested that I start getting my oil changes there because it was closer and more convenient to get it done there than the dealership I bought my car from. I was a bit uncomfortable because I didn't buy my car there and it's not even a Jeep. My husband still made the appointment for me. I just went into Bournival Jeep for my oil change and was pleasantly shocked! I am sitting there waiting for my car to be serviced and the owner of the dealership came up to.me and introduced herself as Alissa which I thought was very nice on its own but she actually offered me some snackies and a beverage (her words). The dealership that I bought my car from never did that they just pointed you in the direction of the waiting area.Now that's service!

I went to the Bournival dealership to check out a car I found online. First person to greet me was Blake. He took me for a test drive and showed me the ins and outs of the vehicle. He was great to talk to and very knowledgable. When we got back I spoke to Blake about some credit issues I had. He could tell I was a bit uncomfortable talking about it but assured me it's not a big deal. He promised to work with the team at Bournival to get me the best rate he could. Was headed to Saco ME, to buy what I thought was my dream car when I stopped by Portsmouth Jeep to take a quick peek at their inventory. Was admiring a sweet like-new Charger and was greeted by the owner-Alissa who was friendly and inviting and ultimately ended up drawing me in. I like the fact that Alissa actually works at her business and oversees it like a mother with her children, and it shows as this place feels more like family than business. I next met with Jim Blaisdell who greeted me with just the facts and a low pressure pitch. The Charger was very, very low miles-almost new and the car was pretty much mint yet it was priced 3K below average sale price and I like the fact that they didnt try to jack it up to pretend to negotiate it down. Jim comes off as genuine and trustworthy and he was more than happy to let me run my own numbers on the internet and I have to say they priced it more than fair and better than "on the money". I couldnt pass this deal up so off I went to Jess in finance who was quick and efficient and got me one of the best bank deals I've had in ages. She has a easy going nature and I felt more like I was dealing with my best friend than a banker. After sharing a few funny stories and signing some papers my freshly washed, full fueled, inspected, and low mile, low price steal of the century drove up front like a chariot and out bounced JIm and handed me the keys. Overall a fantastic experience with Portsmouth Jeep. ALissa, JIm, and Jess made this a great experience and left me feeling great about this deal. The fair price and treatment for a great car at a fantastic price is what kept me there but the respect and team environment fully on display here is what will bring me back. Keep it up Portsmouth Jeep- you have the ideal business model going on and it shows and your human resources are the best!

I began having intermittent issues with my power steering. I brought my car into my local garage to get it checked out. It was determined it needed a new power steering pump, so they thought. I asked them to get me a price on a new pump. After a couple days of no return call I decided to make the drive to where I purchased my car. I mentioned the diagnosis from my local shop. After further review by the mechanic at Bournival Jeep it was found the pump was working fine. The issue was a clogged filter screen. After flushing the system and replacing the fluid the pump is now working fine. The service departments troubleshooting the issue saved me hundreds of dollars in unneeded repairs.

I had been researching used SUVs online and had it narrowed down to either a Ford Explorer or a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I put together a list of about 15 vehicles I wanted to test drive in the Portsmouth area, and set out early one Saturday morning to test drive as many as I could and see if maybe one was worth purchasing. My wife and I stopped at Bournival Jeep after test driving a 2011 Ford Explorer that day at another dealership (and crossing off 3 other vehicles found online that didn't make the cut when seen in person). We were about 90% certain we were going to buy the Explorer at the other dealership, but felt that we owed it to ourselves to visit Bournival Jeep since they had such a good selection of Grand Cherokees in our price range, and we knew we'd regret it if we didn't at least test drive one of them.So we got to Bournival, where Blake Palmer introduced himself and quickly showed us to the 2012 Grand Cherokee I had seen online. It was in great condition and at a great price (recently reduced from an already competitive price). We took it out for a test drive and upon returning to the dealership, Blake brought us through the neighboring off-road trail to demonstrate the capability of the 4WD. I am not sure if this is normal practice for a Jeep dealership, but it was definitely a notable and enjoyable part of the experience. After the test drive, my wife and I talked and realized that we just didn't like the feel of the Grand Cherokee as much as the Ford Explorer. However, we noticed that Bournival also had a 2013 Ford Explorer. So we test drove that and quickly decided that was the car we wanted.Despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon at the dealership, Blake spent about 4 hours solely on us. Even after the sale was done, while I was waiting for my insurance and financing to come through and for the dealership to final inspect and clean the car, Blake sat with me and kept me company when he could have gone out on the lot and got more sales. We talked hobbies and other interests, and it felt like I was just chatting with an old friend while waiting for the car to be ready.I also need to note how nice it was working with Jess. She was energetic, positive, and just a pleasure to work with. She explained the financing terms clearly, ran through multiple payment options/scenarios, and was able to answer any and all questions I could think to ask.My overall experience with Bournival Jeep was positive. Scouted out a particular used car make and model for weeks on the internet. Found quite a few within a short distance but most were either over priced - at least out of my personal price range. Came close more than once but wasn't satisfied with either the particular car or the service of the sales person. Finally found one at Bournival Jeep and made a call. I asked for the best salesman and was given to Mr. Blake Palmer. Blake and the dealership were open honest and reasonable. We were lucky to work with Steve Tobey, we went with intentions to purchase one 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, and was going to have a few things done as far as a lift, bigger tires, etc. Ended up with a really informative salesman who offered comparisons of the different models, and so on....The next weekend we went back an purchased a 2nd 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Steve was very thorough, explained the features of the vehicles, how to take care of and adjust the soft-tops, how to remove the hard-tops, etc. The conversations were always casual, took the time to really get to know his customers. Worth the long drive for us from Southwestern NH to beautiful Portsmouth! Even the paperwork was seemless and not long and drawn out. Jess, the finance manager was great as well!

Finding a reliable used car is always a worthwhile gamble, but it's just that -- and for all the hidden sinkholes you encounter, it can be a punishing experience. Not the case at Bournival Jeep. I had already found a potential set of wheels, and when I called to ask about them, was told that the car had just come in, had not yet been cleaned -- but to come right on over (a rare chance to see what those fresh smelling "just like new" vehicles look and smell like before they're fresh). I arrived, Blake took me around back to look at the car. We both knew it seemed like a good deal, but neither of us really knew, because the dealer hadn't had a chance to properly inspect it. I was nervous, and decided to come back the following morning, Thursday, to make a decision. By Friday noon the car was mine. Yes, the price was right. But what impressed me most was the experience. Blake was straightforward, forthcoming and respectful. He actually listened and responded to my concerns (which included my life story...). I felt a sense of relief before I bought the car. On transaction day, it was pretty clear there was some common DNA at this dealership: I could hear it in the voices of customers and salespeople behind me. When the time came, and I was "called" into the finance manager's office, well, there was that same aura of easygoing honesty. When Jessica laughed at some comment I made, I knew it was a real laugh -- and not, to put it precisely, at my expense. I'll be back, folks!

Recently I had an issue with my rear drive shaft boot. Bournival was recommended to me by a friend. He has used Bournival for over 2 years and never had a single complaint. I figured it was time I gave Bournival service a visit. Called and Mike was very professional on the phone. He had me scheduled a couple days later, which was quite surprising since I usually have to wait about 2 weeks with my usual dealer. On the morning of the appointment I showed up and Bruce greeted me. I mentioned to him the issues I was having and informed him I would be waiting for the Jeep. He took a quick look in the service bays and said they would take a look at the Jeep shortly. I had expected to be waiting for most of the day; however, by 10:30 the Jeep was ready to roll. They could have held the Jeep longer and I probably wouldn't have noticed. The dealership wants customers to feel welcomed. Their waiting area has some comfy leather sofas, massage chairs and complimentary popcorn and drinks. Plus the Jeep displays are delightful. I've been to most of the central and Southern NH Jeep dealerships and not one displays a Jeep the way Bournival does.Overall this was a great experience and I will definitely return for future warranty and general maintenance work. When it comes time to upgrade my Jeep Bournival may get first dibs.

From the minute we drove onto the lot, we had a great experience. No pressure .....our salesman, Jeremy, was great. Great to work with. I decided on a jeep to purchase and amazingly enough, I was done in 45 or so minutes. Including test drive, trade negation etc.....for us that was amazing, we've been been at other dealers for 4 hours. Came back and met with Jessica in finance, again very quick and efficient. All docs were done, and done correctly. Delivery of my jeep took about 15 minutes. Just yesterday, I had to visit the service dept. for a defective valve on my tire --- got a flat after washing my jeep. I met Bruce....with the service department closing soon. I figured we would have to leave the tire and come back, but nope, tells us to be patient, he would take care of in about 30 minutes. WOW. This kind of stuff is unheard of.......I would highly recommend this dealership ??. They are AWESOME.

A unique experience at a car dealership. It was wonderful working with a salesman (Steve Tobey) who was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. Any question I asked he answered without hesitation. The best part was the NO HAGGLING over price. I had my internet price and my trade-in was met with the number I had in mind! Was interested in a very specific used car - 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited w Navigation. Cars.com helped me identify which dealers had the car I was looking to buy. Once I had identified the dealers with the available car within a 75 mile radius. Next step was to gather Carfax and remaining warranty information from the dealer. Thanks to Phil had info same day. Having completed that step next I wanted to negotiate and finalize price and delivery before I arrived at the dealership. Talked with Blake finalized price and what I needed to bring to the sale. Finally, Jessica had our MA RV1 form done and off we went. We were in and driving out of the dealership with new car in less than one hour. On 25th July, I attempted to book my 2015 Grand Cherokee in following a 'recall'. Spoke to someone at the dealership who said they could do it on Monday 3rd August, and that someone from the service department would call me to finalise details. Received an automated e mail from Phil Walter to say that someone would contact me within 30 minutes (of office opening hours). Nothing. On 29th July I e mailed Phil to advise I hadn't been contacted. He responded with apologies, and said he would make sure I was contacted. Nothing. I sent a further e mail on 30th July, this time copying in Alissa Bournival, the President. As of 10.34a.m on 1st August I am still waiting for that call, and have no idea whether I have an appointment with my car on Monday 3rd August. Very poor customer service. I will find another dealership to look after my vehicle.

While looking into leasing a new Jeep by phone to "many" dealerships I bumped into Blake Palmer of Bournival Jeep in Portsmouth NH. He was nice enough to listen to everything I had to say as far as my individual needs. After letting him take a moment to digest the information he proceeded to give me the pros and cons on leasing versus buying. It was then that our family decided to buy a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Blake and I then went over the numbers to which I wrote them down so when we got there there would be no surprises. We then packed up and took the 50 minute ride to the dealership, As a small business owner I was ecstatic that things went so well when we got there. After the paperwork was complete Blake sat down with my 2 kids, Josh 18 and Laura 16 and explained all the features on the Wrangler. Then after about 3-4 days from our purchase, Blake took time to give me a ring and see how things were with the jeep and how we liked it. First I want to start off saying I have a hard time when I am not in complete control of things. Due to this I know I contacted the dealer a few times more than I probably needed but that is my nature.I worked with Blake through the whole sale process. I had spoken with and gone to 3 other dealers before I spoke with Blake and he gave me a lot to think about that I never thought of before. Other dealers saw what I wanted and if they had it tried to sell me without even asking what my plans with the Jeep would be. That was one of the first questions Blake asked and because of that I had some other options I never opened my mind to. He did a great job helping me find what I need vs what I want and the customizing options after I could do to make it my own. After talking with Blake on the phone for about 30 minutes he found a car they had coming in shortly that fit what I wanted. He texted me a picture of the invoice so I knew the features and the cost of everything without me asking for the invoice (something no other dealer I worked with would do before I walked). We talked price a little over the phone and got everything squared away before I came over to finish the final price and put a down payment.I have an interesting credit history which has been problematic for me getting a rate I needed for things to work. There was a lot of me calling and emailing to see how the financing was going they accommodated my situation very well even when talking with a few different people (shout to Phil for dealing with me here). In the end between Blake and Jessica working for me I got a point lower then what I had been pre-approved for when I started looking for my Jeep. Very happy again!! I didn't work personally with Jessica long but could tell she knew what she was doing just by how everything came together.10 days later my Wrangler Unlimited Willys Wheeler came in and I couldn't be happier. When I went to pick it up Jessica had all the paperwork ready for me to go over and sign. I probably spent around 15-20 minutes with her, quickest and most organized auto finance person I have worked with, Then Blake went over the vehicle answering all the questions I had and made sure to point out a few things I even forgot to ask about!I would definitely recommend Bournival Jeep especially Blake and how he actually works to put you in the right car not just sell you what you came in asking about. Also Jessica made everything such a breeze with financing that the whole experience with her went smoother than I ever thought financing a vehicle could go.

I have to have a car. I hate buying cars. It stinks. Dealers bs'ing you. The price they ask isn't the price they want. Last minute trickery. Trying to sell you garbage extended warranties. I was over it. I came here. Believable story about the car from Phil. He got me through the paperwork and made sure I actually understood it. No gimmicks. Great deal. People were friendly. Jessica went above and beyond and got me an interest rate I couldn't even dream of getting. Steve made sure I knew everything I needed to before he saw me off. I live an hour and a half away. I came for a car. I got a deal. I will be back when it's time for one for my wife. This place made me not hate car shopping. Next time I'll skip the others and come where everyone involved gets a fair deal.

i purchased a 2015 JKU HR Rubi from a local dealer that didn't go over all the bells and whistles of my new jeep. After making a visit to Bournival I was was greated by a salesman named Steve Tobey. He went over every detail and ? I had on my new jeep. He also helped point out where I installed my soft top wrong and fixed any concerns I had about it and showed me a few pointers. After that he offered to take me on the only one in newengland 4x4 test track that they had in the woods. My son loved it! He showed me how to use sway bar disconect and explained locking differential. Did I mention it was pouring when he went over the soft top with me, he didn't even care that he got soaked, lol If I was to buy another jeep I would def give them a chance. He went over and beyond to help a fellow jeeper out even when he knew there wasn't a sale! Great costumer service.

I almost got a Jeep Cherokee but wanted on the bells and whistles (leather and sunroof) and the Compass was a better option for my budget. Going from one Jeep to another was extremely easy with the help of Steve and Jessica. Steve was extremely helpful in educating me on the differences between the Wranglers that I looked at and explained how I could get the most bang for my buck. Jessica made sure I understood everything from a finical stand point, and I knew exactly what I was doing when it came to dotting all the "I's" and crossing all the "T's". I love my new wheels and couldn't have not have asked for better car buying experience. I bought my 2015 wrangler from Bournival a week ago and couldn't be happier with the way the dealership staff treated me. The communication was great, and Jon didn't try to pressure me into buying something I wasn't interested in. I had to order my jeep due to my desire for specific options/color combination and Jon showed a great deal of patience throughout the process. The finance manager, Jessica, was also able to get me a great deal on financing, far better than I was able to get on my own. Overall they are a great dealership to work with and I would reccomend them to anyone.

So I've had five big touch points with this dealership so far; Sales to determine the right vehicle and price, Sales to purchase the vehicle, Delivery receipt of vehicle (I had my Jeep built to order), Parts to order half doors, and Service to have the doors assembled and installed. I was truly blown away at how every experience, with four different departments, was way above any car dealership experience I had. Maybe this is just a Jeep thing and I've just discovered it but these guys are awesome.Service was unbelievably good.

We bought a Dodge Ram about 2 weeks ago and planned a camping trip for the 4th of July weekend. We found out Friday morning that we could not use our after market trailer break controller in our new truck and needed one installed by a dealership that day. We called around all over the state of NH and no one could fit us in before the holiday weekend until we went to see Mike at Bournival. He told us to buy the module from one of the other dealerships that had it in stock and he would install it that day. He saved our holiday camping trip! I was quite unprepared to wait in a dealership with my toddler, but Bournival's waiting area has a children's area, free water, and popcorn. My daughter was also told by one of the service people that she could play in the inflatable pool and play with any of the decorations they had out. This made waiting a lot easier with a busy toddler. Thank you Bournival. You guys rock!

Every dealership and private seller said they a Jeep in perfect condition, when I would arrive the perfect car was a junker so many miles so many lies. These guys went above & beyond to help me purchase the Jeep I wanted. It was a highly desired used vehicle, and they could've sold it to someone who was a lot easier to deal with. I was a state away and didn't have my plates yet. The owner picked me up, and then they had a driver follow me home with dealer plates 60 miles away so I could keep the car until my plates came in. Awesome... and they have massage chairs. Really nice massage chairs. Everyone is friendly, honest, so much better than my local Jeep dealer. Jeremy was helpful from start to finish and had a solution for every hiccup we ran into. Even though it's another state away I'm coming back for all my service needs, and to sit in those massage chairs. I know just from meeting the owner that the service department is going to be honest about any future service I need.

On top of that, my new car is part of their amazing certified pre owned program with an amazing warranty. I was greeted by THE OWNER as soon as I walked through the door! He never pressured us when showing us the Jeeps and answered every question we had. His way of selling cars is a welcome change to the normal way at most dealerships. Leased a vehicle from Bournival yesterday! Although, I have had only a few experiences with a couple car dealerships, this was by far the best. Steve is extremely knowledgeable not just about his Jeeps but about various other brands on the market (past and present). He made the process easy, enjoyable, and fun! Not something you often hear from someone who spent a good chunk of their day at a car dealership. Anyone would be able to tell that he loves his job. Jessica got us through the finance portion quickly and is just as knowledgable and helpful. Everyone else in the building also seemed willing to help in any way. Very welcoming and laid back atmosphere. This was a much smoother process than my last car and I would definitely recommend Bournival to anyone thinking about a new vehicle.

Overall a good experience. Fast and easy experience until i wanted to buy the used Jeep I was looking at (trade anyway). They didn't have the title and so they can't see it. I don't think it should be listed if they can't sell it. That's my only complaint. It was a waste of time. Aside from that I hope they get the title and call me.

I brought my car into bournival to have the front end checked out for a vibration/ swaying, they were able to pinpoint the issue fast and promptly, I got a phone call with what the issue was, hub and berring assembly, they had the part ordered and installed same day.. I woke up last Sunday to find that my car would not get started. Suffice to say that I was not a happy camper as this made me late for work. I made a few calls and had my car towed to the Bournival Jeep dealership so they could check it out for me. Not only was I quoted an incredibly fair price, but my car was repaired and back in my possession by Tuesday evening. Who does that????!!!! An awesome team of service people that's who! From the time we drove on the lot we were greeted with Shannon's great smile. I pointed out the cars we wanted and I was able to drive them within minutes. We soon after met Dale who gave us an amazing deal on our trades. While waiting, the owner came out and greeted us herself. Very friendly staff right down to the service manager Mike and Jessica the finance manager. Overall the best experience purchasing a car or 2 than any other place I've been to. I have considered writing a review for the past few weeks about my experience, for several reasons. This is just my opinion and my own personal experience. You always have that gut feeling when something won't end up in your favor. This overall experience solidified that gut feeling. . I made the mistake of purchasing a non-Chrysler vehicle from a dealership that sells Chrysler products. This was my first mistake. No one knew anything about the vehicle, except myself. I was lied to, on several occasions, but I wanted the vehicle as they were difficult to come by with low mileage. I was guaranteed that they would "fix" some mechanical issues I found during my initial test drive. Low and behold, they wrote it up on the bill of sales as a "inspect and service if needed" after I took delivery. I planned for 4 weeks to get to the dealership for them to fix the issue. After nearly a 4 hour drive (because I lived out of state) I was told that they could find nothing wrong with the vehicle. I was clearly the bigger person here while the service manager and salesman attempted to explain why they weren't willing to do what they said they would, which was "fix" the issue...because they couldn't find the issue again. Just to note, I took my vehicle to someone who specialized in the brand and they immediately told me that the problem was overlooked and they ended up fixing it through the factory warranty. This dealership never took the vehicle and put it on the lift, they just did a test drive. To make a long story short, I walked out and will be recommending every other dealership in their area to my friends and co-workers as this dealership clearly had one thing in mind $$$$$. Yes, I know all dealerships do have $$$ on their mind, but this isn't the point. Make a customer happy and they will be repeat business, or will send business your way. I never got to meet the sales manager, which based on what the sales man told me about him, I'm glad I didn't. I tend to keep myself very calm and composed and I maintain a professional demeanor. I left the dealership livid, which rarely happens to me. Next purchase will be handled much differently on my end. Avoid my gut feeling at all cost!

We recently purchased a new Jeep from Bournival. This is our second Jeep we purchased from them and traded that one in for a new one. The entire staff could not have made the enitre process easier.
