Ray turner was our salesman and did an outstanding job. He found the vehicle we wanted, arranged for a test drive, answered all of our questions, and guided us through the purchase process. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the lady that handled the "paperwork" associated with the sale, but she was also excellent.As a previous Ford owner I have had the pleasure of dealing with their service department in the past and they are excellent too. Worst customer service I've ever received and I've had many cars serviced during my 62 years of life. I was traveling home to Norfolk va with my two grand children when my 2014 Ford Escape went dead I had it towed to the next town to Boulevard ford on Tuesday evening. I called the next morning and Daniel got on the phone and stated we're going to hook it up and I'll let you know I didn't hear anything I called at 4:30 that day and he said oh the computer blew out and we have to order you new one maybe 2 to 3 days before the part will be in I called on Friday to see if they could track the park to see when it would arrive and he said probably Monday I called back Monday and Daniel stated the part would be in that day I said can you service the car on Tuesday and I'll make arrangements to come to Delaware on Wednesday he said OK. I called Tuesday afternoon to let him know I was leaving Norfolk and I would be at his place at 1:30 Wednesday to pick my car up he said no problem just bring my extra key so they could program the new code I said well I can bring it Wednesday morning he said don't worry just takes a few minutes to code the key. I showed up Wednesday at 1:30 he said oh it's going to take a couple hours I said to code the key will needless to say I was perturbed by the fact that they had my car for eight days then I saw five guys pushing my car into the repair shop I don't know this for fact but I believe my car was not even done until I showed up there Wednesday at 1:30 here I am again with the Rent-A-Car that I have to drop off and no transportation. After I drop the Rent-A-Car an hour later I came back and the mechanic was test driving my car that tells me for sure the car was not touched until I got there. I'm not sure if it was because it was warranty work or I was from out of town but not once did Daniel call me in those eight days And each time I called I seemed to be bothering him. I will say the supervisor came up to me in the end and apologized for the time I had to wait.

I leased a car from this dealership 3 years ago. The service department is incredible at finding and fixing any issues or recalls with my car. They could use some help, as it appears many times they are understaffed especially behind the desk. When my lease was due to expire, I went back and worked with Anthony Jagielski. He was very knowledgeable about all the car models and options available. He was very helpful in assisting me to choose the right car for my driving habits. This was important to me as in the past I have had dealers just pressure you to buy the most expensive. They worked with me to get me the most car for my price range. I am hoping I can be a customer for life at this dealership.

I saw the Ford Focus Electric online and thus started my new car journey which led me to requesting an online quote. I was immediately contacted by Bill Woods who offered any assistance that I may need. I put a lot of mileage on my vehicles due to my working and hour from home so trade in value and lost equity were big concerns for me. I saw the Chevy Volt on their website and thought that may be a better alternative even though I love my Fords. I was not interested in a hybrid and the car has to be visually appealing as well as energy and gas efficient. So several emails later after giving Bill my current vehicle stats, trade in estimate, lean payoff and my list of demands that would have to happen to make me purchase a new vehicle, we scheduled an appointment that Friday. Having a very realistic picture of where I was at in my current vehicle and then trying to purchase a new vehicle I went in with a casual "this probably won't happen" attitude. We drove the Volt and I was hooked so we started the process of trade in appraisal, bank financing and negotiating. Bill was running around checking on things and checking with finance and keeping me in the loop of every detail of the process. He was more excited at one point more than I was and told me he was confident the team would make it happen for me. After an exhausting fight I am sure for the finance team, Bill came back with a deal that was too perfect not to take so I took the deal. I almost hugged him. So Bill made all the arrangements with insurance, getting the car prepared and even went out to educate himself on my new electric car. The final loan paperwork and warranty review was a breeze and I got everything I wanted at the monthly payment I needed and I am an extremely happy camper thanks to Bill and the Preston Team.

I live in Colorado and located a used car online at Boulevard Ford that caught my attention. When I called the dealer, the salesman, Bill Woods, answered, instead of an operator. He was able to give me basic information about the car, then find the answers he did not have and call me back immediately. There was no hassle or pressure, and I eventually decided to buy the car. Bill was able to facilitate most of the paperwork via fax and/or email, so that when I arrived, there was little left to be done besides inspecting the car and taking it for a test drive. He even offered to pick me up at the local hotel where I was staying. Once at the dealer, things were very efficient, which was important as I had a long cross-county drive ahead of me. I was in and out in about 45 minutes (partly owing to having completed much of the paperwork ahead of time). The car has turned out to be great, and the experience was fast, friendly, and painless. While I will not be able to take advantage of continuing service at Boulevard Ford, I would highly rate all aspects of my experience in my unique situation.

Our Salesman, Tom Daly, went above and beyond our expectations. We were in the market for a gently used minivan, and sent Tom a list of all the options we were looking for. Within a day, he had found a van that was in line with our requirements. After a test drive, we were still unsure..... He suggested we take it home for the night to get a true feel for it, and get more opinions from our family. Needles to say, we showed it around to everyone, and even put in a car seat to test it with our child. At no point did we feel any pressure to purchase this van, and the van he selected is a perfect fit for our family. This the 3rd vehicle we have bought from him and Boulevard. Each time, we were more and more impressed with the customer service he and the entire staff at Boulevard gave us. Service Writer was GREAT, He tries to help customers and work with them to solve theie problems. [Scott]. I feel the mechanics are not trhe best. I feel they are below the average mechanic. This is my 3rd Navigator and I experienced this feeling from my 1st visit and all the rest of my visits for service. For an example, on July 24,15 I had noticed oil on my garage floor. I put newspaper on garage to check for leak. I found an oil spot on the paper. Took Navigator to Boulevard, along with the oily newspaper and tried to show them exactly where the leak was. The next day when I picked up my vehicle I was told it was condensation, after everybody from both Scotts and the mechanic saw that it was oil on the paper. I also told them the leak was just inside the passenger side front wheel. When I got home, I put the newspaper back under the car. The next morning I had an oil spot. The next day or so I took the Navigator back to Boulevard with the oily newspaper. Few days later I pick up my vehicle, told it was condensation. Took my vehicle home and put newspaper back. A few days later I found oil on the paper for a third tim; returned Navigator to Boulevard with oily paper. Scott the service writer, ask if I would mind if took the Navigator home. Monday morning Scott called to say he had put some cloths down and got the same results as I did with the newspaper. At that time the mechanic must have done looking and found a strut leaking..Just the beginning of the problems I had...took 35 days to fix....

While on vacation, I noticed a drive train oil leak. Upon return to Delaware, I took my 2011 Lincoln MKS to Blvd Ford/Lincoln. The service personnel were very efficient and made an appointment for the following Monday. After inspection it was determined that a part needed to be replaced. The service people provided me with a loaner car, fixed my vehicle the next day and was very willing to work with my insurance company for payment, since I had Mechanical Breakdown Insurance. the overall experience was outstanding, even though I did not purchase my vehicle from Blvd.

On 9/29/2015 I purchased a new Ford F-250 from Preston Boulevard Ford Lincoln in Georgetown, De. This dealership is by far the most hassle free dealership that I have ever been too. They are friendly, courteous, and helpful. The overall experience was outstanding! The sales Consultant (Tom Daly) was extremely helpful & well versed in explaining the details of the vehicle & made the transaction smooth. I also meet with sales manager (Neil Murray) Finance manager (Kyle Moon) & service and general manger thru the process & they were outstanding as well and worked hard to find me the truck I wanted and very very low interest rate. I spent a good three weeks trying to get honest quotes and delivery dates from about three other dealerships. One local dealer north of Dover quoted me a price online but he wouldnt honor it or work with me once I was in the showroom. Car salesman have a reputation and we all know what it is....whether true or not. This is NOT the case with Tom Daly & Neil Murray. Tom and Neil didnt sell me a truck, they helped me purchase what I want. I hope in the future that I will have the opportunity to send friends and relatives to Tom since I know that he will work closely with them and guide them through the car buying process.

When changing oil, technician splattered oil on lower engine and undercarriage after I asked Service writer to have tech clean oil off engine after the change. I attempted to clean the oil off the vehicle in the parking lot of the dealership and when I went home. After approx. 20 minutes of cleaning at my house, I returned the vehicle to the service dept at the dealer for them to clean my vehicle. It was not an enjoyable experience. One would think the tech would know, and see, the oil all over the engine and undercarriage before returning the vehicle to me. Ford can do better than this. After this experience, I would not recommend an oil change at this dealer location.

We went in to buy a new car and our salesman showed us a certified used with all of the options that we wanted as well as a new car. There was no push for either car and we didn't have to go to a different building or sales person to look at the option for a used car vs used. We ended up buying the certified used car because of the better warrantee. The dealership is also fixing the ding and the scratch on the car even though it is a used car with no cost to us, they are even providing me a car while it is being fixed! Great customer service!

I purchased a 2014 Ford F-150 4wd. I wasn't sure what vehicle I was going to buy. I stopped by Boulevard Ford just to take a look at a Ford in person. The day was very cold, the parking lot was snow and mud covered. A dealer walked across the street to help me. I figured if a dealer is willing to assist me in the conditions he will get my business. John Cribbin was the name of the dealer. I found the truck I wanted and he made the deal to get me in that truck. I dealt with John Cribbin because he made the extra effort to talk to me. I enjoyed working with John making the deal on the truck.

I just stopped in Boulevard/Georgetown Ford/Lincoln to casually look at the new Ford Fusion, never truly thinking I would drive a new Fusion when I left. The sales person was patient and listened to everything I had to say both about the car I was driving (which was not a Ford) and what I would like on a new car. He hit the nail right on the head with what I bought. The entire staff there was very kind and considerate and I would not have a problem recommending them to anyone who is interested in a new car. Due to a broken ankle, I literally couldn't get to the dealership to see the car I had identified as perfect for me. I have been dealing with Boulevard since 2002. The quality of service continues to improve. The service department is efficient and most of all they listen to what you are saying, not what they think you are going to say! The sales staff is great and they have been here a long time. I have hit a "pot-hole" every now and again, but in retrospect, that was mostly my own fault! I recommend Boulevard to any one that will listen and will continue do so. Everything is easy and explained in terms that I can understand, even that office where you sign off on the deal (I call that the 'Trick-Box') The dealership truly tries to make buying a new or used car an effortless task for the consumer. Try them, you'll like them!!

For those of us that don't need a new car, but situations arise where you have no choice....I truly would recommend Georgetown Boulevard, their team there made it fun to look for the car I need and want. I would like to give Bill Woods a 10 out of 10! My husband and I contacted the dealership mid afternoon and Bill was able to set up an appointment to come and meet with him that very same evening. He had the car we were looking for out front and waiting for us as soon as we got there. We took a test drive, great performance by the way, and Bill was very helpful with all of the gadgets in the car. If he didn't know, between the three of us, we were able to figure it out. I know it's a Volkswagen, not a Lincoln, so the expertise was not expected. He was stellar with everything else. Any and all questions were answered, either by him, or your finance department. He was even kind enough to introduce us to the owner, Mr. Wilson,Jr. himself. All in all we had a wonderful experience with Bill, we will definitely be back to see him when we are ready to buy our next car!

I contacted them with some questions, which they answered, and while I stayed in contact with a salesman, there were no intrusive phone calls or emails. 2007 Ford Fusion SEL...Bought the car with the help of Bill Woods. He is a great guy...very helpful and did all he could to answer my questons. I can honestly say the car did look new...inside and out....EXCEPT....someone obviously liked the car mats a little too much!! I have none on the front driver and passenger side!! The previous owner only put 45,000 miles on this 2007 and took much pride in the car, both inside and out...so....What's up with selling a car with no car mats??? The carpeting is very light and very clean...I would love and appreciate if you could come up with some front mats for my new ride...Sincerely..............Kathy

I can only say I have never left dissatisfied or with a feeling that I didn't get a fair deal. I have recommended Boulevard Ford to my friends and neighbors and have referred them to Tom. I can also say pretty much the same for their service department. I've always found them responsive and helpful. I was a little concerned that when Preston Auto Group bought Boulevard Ford that things might change for the worse but that hasn't been the case.

Clint Bader, the salesman, and the finance lady, Jackie, at this dealership were both outstanding. Everything was arranged by phone, so I didn't have to wait, and all I had to do was complete some forms when I visited. Everything was as represented, and both Jackie and Clint answered all questions, patiently and thoroughly. In 55 years of car ownership, this was the most direct and forthright experience I ever encountered.

I was not expecting to buy a car at the time, but when I met Crystal, the salesperson, and explained what I would like in a vehicle, she brought out the new Escort Titanium for a test drive.
