My review of Boulder Nissan is, in essence, a review of Nigel Zeid as he handled almost all aspects of the purchase. Nigel was exceptionally knowledgeable and made every effort possible to ensure I knew the details of the vehicle, purchase, financing, incentives, the whole deal. No pressure, patient with my questions, took his time and was conscious of mine. It was an excellent experience with a consummate professional. My experience with the dealership as a whole was also very good. The team seemed supportive of each other and they were all very interested in providing me with whatever I needed to finalize my decision. No high-pressure sales, no pushy financing people, just a smooth process and a good deal.

I like Nissian. The Service department is here is the worst. Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Cost $180.00. Service guys have a bad attitude. They changed the oil, did not do the alignment or rotate tires. How do I know. I marked all the tires, before I took it in and they were still the same when I picked it up. They claimed it was done and the service tech disappears so he want have to talk to me. They also helped them selves to all the change in the vehicle, guess he used that for lunch. then denied he took the money.. My address and telephone number had also changed and I asked them to change it. They only changed the phone number and then put on the wrong mileage on the ticket. The Service Manager just blew me off when I complained to her. ON top of all that, they broke the cap off of the windshield wiper fluid and wanted to see me a $40 cap, I know because I checked everything before I took it in. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR YOUR SERVICE. EITHER DO IT YOURSELF OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We were really lucky to find the exact vehicle we were in search of at Boulder Nissan. Even better, was our experience with Matt and John, who made the purchase experience very seamless and even enjoyable. Matt went out of his way to show us all the features of the vehicle and made sure we knew everything was functioning properly. As well, he rented a DVD at a red box during our test drive to get the entertainment system lit up for my step son which was the highlight of his Saturday. I would definitely recommend checking in with them for used inventory or a new Nissan!

I bought a used 2010 Camaro as far as the initial sale went everything was great our Salesman Mike Newton was awesome to work with gave me a fair price on my trade and worked with me on the purchase price.But there were a few problems with the car, but no big deal because they were willing to list those problems as something they would fix on the "we owe you form"......Wrong it was a big deal here is what was wrong, TPMS light on, Muffler Rattling, Front Tires need replaced all listed on the we owe you. Then a day in to having the car realize and report to them that the brakes are very noisy I am assured no worries we will take care of it while it's on for tires.1st visit - come back to pick up car the new tires are on, rear brakes have pads and rotors replaced but the TPMS light is still on and I am told they don't have the right tool and I am told my exhaust rattle is actually in trunk and they won't do anything with that. I take the car home the brakes still squeak bad and I get under the car and find out the rattle is clearly in the muffler.2nd visit - they reset the TPMS light and tell me the only thing they could do for the brakes were to soak them. I also got a call to say that the rattle is in the muffler which is too expensive so they are not going to fix it (mind you they put on the we owe that they would fix) I had to offer to pay for half of the cost to replace after market mufflers just to get my car fixed to what they already told me they would do. I took the car home and ordered the aftermarket muffkers and guess what an hour in to my first real drive with the car brakes are super noisy again. I immediately email Joey (used car sales manager) and told him I believe the rotars need to be replaced, he emails me back and asked why I thought that so I told him why, then never heard another word about it.3rd visit - I brought in the car to have the exhaust done and point out to John in Service that the Rotors prob need to be at least turned he tells me the last inspection it went through prob determined they couldn't be turned ( now I'm furious that this wasn't already taken care of). I came back to pick up my car and Joe gives me my check for half the mufflers and tells me that they looked at the brakes and the rotors are still good and that my brakes make a little noise at high speed..... What he doesn't admit or mention is that people inside the bldg can hear me come to a slow stop because they are so loud then.All in all I am furious and very disappointed that I am having to pay half the cost to fix something they said they would do and now I am going to have to put out more money to take care of the front brakes that should have been caught ant repaired on a used car inspection prior to being sold.Above the 2k I put down on the car I am forking out $800 just to pay half the muffler and to do the front brakes the right way my self.Will never recommend this place very unhappy!!

I've always bought cars through an agent ( a "buying service"). The last time I did this, my new car was delivered w/ the rear door broken ( had to be replaced right away) - then the windshield wipers, heating system, then 4WD "stuck", etc.etc.. That car was bought through a dealer in Denver. I live in Boulder, and took it for repairs at Boulder Nissan. I "lived" in the Service Dept. there for 5 years, so have lots of experience w/ them! They were always great.This time ( first!) I decided to buy my car myself, and to buy it at Boulder Nissan.It was an excellent decision.Tanner and Ed helped me, were meticulously honest, were helpful. Everything has gone well! It has been a good experience ( and far less expensive than using the buyer).Highly recommend them.

We had been looking for a used GMC Envoy and saw one listed on Boulder Nissan's website. We live about an hour and 15 minutes away, but it was SOOO worth the drive! Our salesman was Tanner Shoemate and he couldn't have been nicer. I had a couple of questions that needed an answer before we drove that far to look at the vehicle and since he's a Nissan salesman and not a GMC salesman, he said he wasn't certain about the things I asked about, but he'd find out and call me back. He not only found the answer to my questions, but went above and beyond to address a couple things I hadn't thought to ask. The day we looked at the vehicle, he had it pulled up and ready for us, and the whole process from test drive (both my husband and I), looking at the vehicle and paperwork for our deposit took just a bit over an hour. We had to wait a couple days to get our money to purchase the vehicle and when we went back, he had all the final paperwork ready and waiting for us. All we had to do was sign. We also dealt with Jason Bradley, who did the title paperwork and final paperwork and he was really nice as well. At no time did anyone pressure us in any way, or try to switch us to buying their brand or add-ons, but let us look and discuss. Every single person that we spoke to there was very, very nice, from the receptionist to the other salespeople in the showroom. I have already recommended them to some friends that will be looking for a new vehicle soon. It was SO worth the drive. If you're looking for a new or used car, you won't be sorry if you're dealing with someone at Boulder Nissan.

I received an online quote. Spoke with a salesman and he insured the quote would not change. When car was ready for delivery I drove to dealership and it was as specified at the price and it had a full tank of gas. I was shocked. In my 50+ years of car buying this was the first time the salesman didn't lie and delivered as quoted. Then took additional time to explain each and every feature to us before we drove off. PS I drove by several other dealerships to get to this one and am glade I did!

We had been looking for a new Armada for about 3 months. We live 400 miles away from the dealership, and I found them online. I sent pictures of my trade and they gave me a very good price right off the bat. The price was very good compared to all of my other inquiries at other dealerships, and it was a firm price, so I knew there were no games to play. We had never bought a car out of state before and were worried about driving all the way there, and getting heckled. That was not the case at all! The car was clean, full of gas, and ready to go. The paperwork went quickly and they educated to every option on our new vehicle. All of the staff were well spoken, friendly and the facility was very clean. They said to call anytime, day or night, with questions. That reinforced to me that this dealership truely cares about its customers. Best car buying experience we've had yet.....and we really have not had any horrible ones!

We had held off having our Xterra's timing belt changed because we had had an unpleasant experience with the dealer we bought our vehicle from. On my daughters advise, we instead went to Boulder Nissan. Not only did this major repair cost $300 less than I expected, but the experience of dealing with Shaun Lewis was above awesome. Not only did we have the timing belt done, but they noticed the serpentine belt and tensioners needed replaced too. We took it back and had that done, again, for a very reasonable price. We got the surprise of our life when we picked it up and not only had the engine been steam cleaned, but they had washed it like I've never seen before. Basically, we picked up what feels to be driving like a brand new Xterra and we love you guys!! Professional, kind and above great at what they do...can't thank them enough for instilling confidence in a dealership we will now be devoted to. High praise for this company!!

I received a legitimate quote up front-very realistic and a good starting point for negotiation-and was able to work to a final price very quickly. Often with other dealers, it takes hours and even days for a salesman/woman to go back and forth between me, their boss and whomever to even get to a starting price to work with. If I'm in the market for another Nissan vehicle in the future, I would certainly start here. Definitely recommended.

Buying a new car from Boulder Nissan was a pleasurable, hassle free experience. I responded to a very good sales price posted on their web site for a number of new models. The sales price was pretty straight forward. Other dealers would have a list of qualifications (ie military discount, college discount, etc), making it difficult to truly figure out a price. The Boulder guys kept it easy, and it was a discount that every buyer could obtain. I worked with David Taylor who was no pressure the whole time. He was also respectful of my time and directed me to the exact models that fit the bill. I test drove 3 different models, and he had great patience as I made my final color and option decision. I did a price check with a car buying service, and found the advertised price was a great deal. No further negotiation was necessary. With the barrage of newspaper and TV advertising from Denver area dealers, I was skeptical that I could find a good deal in Boulder. The guys at Boulder Nissan proved this wrong. Straight pricing, no pressure, amiable and a pleasure to do business with.

Wonderful Experience after going to other Nissan Dealers. Which is HUGE because I HATED the usual "buying a car bit". THIS Dealership was SO much better. Pricing was much better. No pushy Salesmen but, when you wanted someone, they were right there. They knew their product, were willing to deal without the hassle and we were in and out in no time. Got the car I wanted. They detailed it for me before I left. I drove off with the car I wanted and paid the price I wanted. Thanks Mike , Ed, and everyone who treated us so well. We will be back....grin.. I recently bought my 2012 Nissan Sentra at Boulder Nissan. I worked with Jason over the phone and David Taylor once I arrived at the dealership. My credit is not great and I did not have a great down payment. Prior to calling Boulder Nissan I went to three other dealerships only to be laughed at and not worked with. I called and spoke to Jason, and he literally spent his entire day back and fourth with me and my boyfriend all day trying to find me a deal and a bank that would finance me. He pulled my credit and info and instead of being rude about my situation he became understanding and worked even harder to get me financed. He did not settle for no. I lived far away from the dealership and they were willing to work with me over the phone for the entire day. I know it was an annoyance but they did not make me feel that way and exceeded my expectations. I was really expecting to call them just to get shot down. When I arrived at the dealership I worked with David. He was so fun and sweet to us. Our test drive was a real test drive. He had me take the car for about 10-15 minutes (different than my visit at the previous three dealerships). Boulder Nissan restored my confidence in car sales people and car dealerships in general. I have already recommended Boulder Nissan to some people I work with and my mom is soon going to be in the market to get a new car and I will not let her go anywhere else but to Boulder Nissan. We worked out our entire deal via phone and internet. We drove up to Boulder from Colo. Springs on a Saturday morning. Our paper work was ready, the vehicle we chose was parked out front all gassed up and ready to take back home. TedI just wanted to explain to you why when I get the feedback Survey from Nissan your dealership is getting negative marks. I dealt with Jason Bradley when buying my 2013 Nissan Frontier truck and BEFORE buying the truck Jason bent over backwards to answer my questions and helped me in any way to secure the sale. BUT once I signed on the dotted line things changed. He said if I needed anything or had any problems with the truck to call him. Well I went out in my garage one day to find blue colored liguid all over the garage floor by my left front wheel so I immediately called Jason hoping for a solution to my problem which by the way was very disappointing with a brand NEW truck and I hope it is not an indicator of things to come. I might be sorry I bought a NIssan! He said he would take care of it. Later on I received a call from some woman instead of Jason explaining she had talked with service and tried to explain what my problem was but obviously she didn't really understand my problem. I guess Jason was off selling another car or truck. I now had been relegated to low priority from high priority because I had already SIGNED on the dotted line. Jason did not call me back to check if I had solved my problem so obviously he didn't care because I had already BOUGHT the truck. I solved my problem by dealing with Autonation Nissan on 104th and they were quite good about getting my problem solved which turned out to be a defective windshield washer tank which had a leak at the seam. They had to order the tank which requires me to make two visits to the service department to get it fixed. Not a lot of fun after buying a new pickup to avoid problems like this. The point is Jason should have followed through and HELPED me with my problem on my Nissan truck. I am VERY disappointed in your dealership but since Autonation on 104th is closer to me I will be dealing with them if I have any problems with my truck in the future. I never take the time to write a review, but I was so impressed by Nissan Boulder's service that I just had to write. I am from Miami, FL and the sales people there are pushy and annoying. They just care about getting a sale. At Boulder Nissan, they care about assisting you and making sure that you are happy with the car you purchase. Ted is awesome! I've just relocated to Colorado and it has been a stresful 2 weeks. He took the time to listen to my situation and figure out a way to find a great car at a price I could afford. Dan was my sales person. We test drove the car. Usually a test drive is short and around the nieghborhood. He took me all over to test all the areas of the car. He wanted to make sure that I felt comfortable with the car. He explained all the features of the cars. Then Joe thouroughly explained the warranties. They were all there after hours to make sure I am able to drive out of the lot that evening. They really made my week. I will continue to go there for all my service because they care about their customers.

BAIT & SWITCH! I went to this dealership just to look at cars that might fit my needs. Mike said an Altima had just been traded in a few minutes ago. He asked another sales person or manager how many miles were on it and how much it would cost. Answer: 33,000 and $16,000. I decided to drive it and noted there were only 23,000, so asked again if it indeed was $16,000. Mike told me that was the case. I looked elsewhere and then came back to deal on the car that I drove. Mike said - oops - made a mistake - the car in the back with 33,000 miles is for $16,000 and I was just giving you an example of what an Altima is like. The one in the front with 23,000 miles that you drove is $24,000. blah, blah, blah. He HAD to have known better than not to double check the mileage and price; since he did not, they should have honored that price that was quoted. Needless to say since they did not, I walked out. What a crock!

I met the folks from Boulder Nissan in Moab for goneMOAB X. We chatted about the Nissan Xterra at the time. I currently have a Nissan Xterra and was debating on whether to upgrade my front differential of the Xterra to a Titan front differential. I started my search in December 2011 for some Nissan parts that I need and gave Boulder Nissan a shot. I was quiet amazed with how awesome the folks in the parts department were to deal with and the amazing price I was quoted. They beat out the dealers in Phoenix AZ (where I live) on the price and were less expensive even with shipping included! Needless to say I ended up ordered the parts I needed from Boulder Nissan and had them shipped! Wish we had dealers like this one down here in Phoenix AZ!Awesome team to deal with!

Michael and Nigel were very friendly and informative. Since they work as a "team", when one is busy with a customer, the other fills in as needed. We asked for and received a test drive from Michael in a new Nissan Rogue during which we received excellent information about the car. There was no pressure to purchase the car that day. We received a courteous follow-up call. When we returned to the dealership, we were afforded additional information. The negotiation was extremely pleasant, again, with no pressure. We only dealt with Nigel, in this case, and did not have to deal with a "closer" to make the deal. The entire transaction was concluded quickly and efficiently. We were given the same efficient and friendly attention by Trent White, the finance director when we completed the paperwork.We would strongly recommend this small, family owned dealership in Boulder.
