The folks ar Boucher are awesome. My salesperson Detrick Smith was extremely helpful, polite, not pushy at all and very honest with me. I know right? An honest salesperson? That is what you get at Boucher!! I got the best deal on the vehichle I wanted and everything I wanted in it. Detrick helped me find my perfect SUV! He was patient with me and one of the most polite salespersons I have met on my quest for the perfect vehicle. Financing there was easy and Mike was awesome!! Professional and very helpful

I stopped in to look at Sierra pickups after shopping for trucks. They're sales staff are professional and very helpful. Management is no nonsense and a pleasure to deal with. Not pushy at all but just great to work with. I haven't purchased my truck yet but their prices are the best around. This should be your first stop.

Wonderful Experience!

I just have to tell you that this dealership was amazing! I was in a car accident with my whole family in the car on January 11th. My car was deemed totaled. I was less than happy because I loved my truck. We have been searching for a car two months. After test driving several different kinds of vehicles, I decided that the 2016 Arcadia was going to be new truck for the next 5 years. I have to tell you, I worked with Sales Consultant, Edwin Alarcon and he was fabulous. He was extremely helpful and made the process of purchasing this vehicle seamless. He listened to what we wanted and didn't want and did not push us into anything we were not interested in. I can honestly say that car shopping is not my favorite thing to do and this team made it painless. I also need to thank Matt Anderson for helping to make this deal work for us. We are under tight money restraints and he was able to ok the deal. Finally, Matt Anderson, in financing was great to work with. He explained everything to us and offered us all the extras without being pushy. I can honestly say, I was in and out of the dealership in no time with a new car at hand. The entire team was friendly, nice, easy to work with, able to answer questions, accommodating, and really bent over backwards for us. The kids even got popcorn! So, kudos to the entire team......we will be back and cant thank you enough for a great experience. We will be back and I would recommend you to anyone who needs a car.

Great buying experience!

I had previously owned a 2003 Toyota Camry, unfortunately I had gotten into an accident where I was hit by another vehicle, the damages were too much and I had to total the car. I quickly had to search for another vehicle. I went into Boucher to look at another Camry I had seen online and to see what else I could find. My sales associate Martin showed me many great options and was able to find me a 2011 Ford Fusion for the same monthly cost as I was paying for my old Camry! He had the car thoroughly cleaned and inspected, and even went as far as making sure the tire pressure was correct and the car had a full tank of gas before I left. The vehicle and service I received from Boucher exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this buying from this dealer.

Pleasantly Surprised

I was pleasantly surprised by all I met and dealt with at Boucher in Waukesha. I've been searching for over two months for a vehicle and was overwhelmingly unimpressed by most dealers in Northern IL & southern Wis, until I contacted Boucher. They were very prompt with responding to my question via the internet which got my interest to visit them. Nick my sale rep made the process easy an uneventful and I found the truck I'd been looking for. Excellent Sales and Service

The buying experience was beyond EXCELLENT! My Sales Associate was Dynel Endl (all shoppers should ask for her by name) and she certainly took care of me and my family. We were in the market for a SUV and she made the entire Boucher inventory available to us, not just the product as her store. She called and brought in vehicles from 4 other locations. Features and of course budget were important factors and Dynel helped us find the best of both worlds. It took us a couple days to weigh our options and make a final decision, but she and the Boucher team were very kind and patient. Prior to shopping, we were planning to arrange financing through our credit union and with a no pressure approach, the Finance Manager, Matt Anderson, provided warranty options and shared information on how he could provide financing options that could lead to greater savings. We ended up using one of Boucher's lenders and are very happy with our vehicle. Everyone we encountered was great, including the management team, Don Jordan, Kevin Dennis and Ken Rice. Dynel Endl and Boucher are highly recommended by me and my family!

Great buying experience

It was the easiest experience we ever had in buying a car. We let Nick know what we wanted, he found it immediately and we picked it up. Nick went over the new details thoroughly for us and the hardest part is for me to remember everything it has on it. It is beautiful and fun to drive. I love having the unseen chauffeur put the seat back so it is easier to get out. Also, the back-up window is wonderful. I would recommend Boucher to anyone.

Great Shopping Experience

This is a great place to shop for Buick and GMC vehicles. I really had a very positive experience with Boucher Buick GMC. I worked with Byron Bock and he is an amazing sales person. I must really appreciate his patience. I picked a car and the very next day I changed my mind and had to choose another one, he seamlessly worked on both the cars without any hesitation and gave me apples to apples comparison which helped me to choose the right car without burning my budget. Even after sales, Byron had the same enthusiasm when I asked for accessories. I must appreciate Cory Elbert who helped thru our paperwork without any hassles. Great Experience!

Boucher Waukesha was a pleasant, comfortable, stress free environment where I felt almost at home. My salesman Pat Kerski. Well, what can I say, Pat went to bat for me everytime I asked him too and he held up his end of the deal so I was more than happy to hold up mine. I would have to say that at this point I would NOT consider buying a car from anywhere, or anyone else other than these guys. Even after the deal was done after 10:30pm, Pat & Byron were so helpful & patient with me. Outstanding Service

I will be forever a customer here. From start to finish the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Terrance Neal!

We were loathing having to purchase a car, and all that entails. We went to several dealerships in the area, and all the salesmen were the same...trying to get the sale; could care less. But our last stop, we ended up at Boucher GMC. A nice gentleman greeted us: Terrance Neal. We explained what we were looking for, and within minutes, he had three options.
