Best service department I've ever dealt with. I have bought two vehicles from Bosack HONDA and one of the reasons I love the place is the service department. Sales people have always treated me with respect which does not always happen especially when you are a woman I am always able to get convenient appointments and I am never pushed to purchase more than I want or need. I am always so glad to see that John is in place in service. I trust him. I have already referred one of my very close friends to this dealership and she did buy a Honda civic which She loves.

After calling another Honda dealer to make an appointment for an oil change, and being told nothing available for several days, I called Bosak in Michigan City. The woman in service that answered the phone was very friendly and efficient. I was able to schedule it for the following day. I was impressed with the friendly employees at Bosak, and the clean comfortable waiting area, ( they even have free popcorn)! Service was quick, and I was given a very informative menu of recommended services with prices. Speaking of prices, my oil change cost was significantly less than I had been paying at the other Honda dealer. Bosak, you have a new very satisfied customer!

Apply time taken to evaluate all options . Great customer service. They answered all my questions that they were able to deal with. I had some suggestions of my own on how to improve standardized forms issued by Honda financing and they appeared to be truly interested in new suggestions.

If you are interested in buying a new or used car I would seriously began looking at Bosak Honda in Michigan City FIRST. They have some very nice sales people. I would highly recommend Travis or Chad, we dealt with both of these guys they are AMAZING!! We also dealt with one of the managers Mike Walsh. If you would choose to work with any of these three guys, I don't think you will be disappointed. These guys will do their best to work with you and go above and beyond to make sure you are a happy customer.

The after sales pressure for"other" services was over kill and I would advise anyone going to "beware" of this step.A suggestion for you. Hold the key chain that you give new car buyers until you can get it engraved with with their telephone number or e mail address on it so that if they lose the expensive "KEY" it might be returned to them. They were great! No pressure at all to buy. They showed me the vehicle I wanted and didn't try to sell me anything else since I wasn't interested in anything but the Honda Odyssey 08 they had. They were super patient with my two toddlers that were running around checking out the car. They let us take the minivan to McDonalds to get dinner while we waited for my husband to get there after work. They gave the kids popcorn and had a playroom while we discussed prices and such. They were clear about their prices and why they set them at that price which was very fair but still came down a couple hundred when I told the how much I wanted them to pay. They were friendly and polite and helpful.

I called and told the serviceman that I could not start the car and he said they could call a tow truck and I said let me see if I could get a neighbor to help. I got someone to help me get it started and just drove over to Bosak. The serviceman explained what they were going to do. About an hour later he came into the waiting room and explained what they did and what they found. Then he told me that he would move my car up closer to the building so I did not have to walk so far, I have a knee brace and also use a cane. The serviceman was very helpful and understanding. I really appreciated the help I got.

As I was driving to my parent's home, in SW Michigan from Chicago, a part fell off my car! They said keep going if you can and we will take it to Bosak Honda in MC. I arrived safely, dropped off the car and waited to see how bad it was and it wasn't bad at all the piece turned out to be cosmetic! They went over everything and saw I needed new bake pads in front and wipers. They called with a quote the next morning, I gave the OK for the work needed and the car was ready that afternoon. Chad King is a very knowledgeable sales person that knows your product very well. We really appreciated that as we have been to many dealers over the years and the salespeople generally don't have the answers we were looking for. Or they try to sell us something we don't want and are pushy. He made sure that we knew all the smallest details about the car we leased and even took the time to sinc my phone to the car and show me those options as well. Impressive to say the least. Ralph was exceptionally helpful in getting us out of an "upside down" car, and gave us several options to choose from and we were able to to pick the one that worked best for us. He made sure that we knew what each option was providing and didn't try to arm bend us into a certain one or put us in a car we didn't want. Rachael was very helpful as well and gave us many options to think about for extending the coverage on the car. We really enjoy the car so far, and we definitely will be doing more business with you in the future. My wife will be looking at the Pilot in 3 years when her current vehicle is paid off and I will probably will be selling mine back to you in a couple years and leasing or buying a new one at that time. Great service all around. We will be return customers. Thanks so much for providing us with great service.

I stopped in on a whim and ended up making a purchase. Chad worked with me and was able to get me a CRV with the same payments I had. I never liked the van I had after about 6 months, just did not feel comfortable in it. I feel more comfortable and enjoy this vehicle. Chad made the experience very relaxing and humorous.

I found myself with time on Saturday needing an oil change, some grinding brakes, some indicator lights, inability to use cruise control and a few other things. I showed up when service department opened and the CSR informed me that they would be able to get me in, but it would most likely be a few hours - possibly 6 or even more depending on what they found. He let me know that they would be glad to provide a loaner car or I could wait. After waiting for about 2 hours, he came in and gave me the estimate for all they found, I was a little surprised - the brakes were about half of what I anticipated, and I found out I needed tires. In all, the price was MUCH lower than I had anticipated. The reason I have bought and leased 1 ea vehicle from Bozak was because of the Service department giving me an honest estimate, quick service and continuing to do so over the past two years. I would and do recommend them to anyone and everyone I meet looking for a vehicle or service.

I have been visiting Bosak Honda for the past five years for business but this is my first buying experience. In my line of work I visit many auto dealerships & can tell the ones that have it together. Bosak Honda is definitely one of those! The environment has always been inviting & no one has ever been pushy (even when for the last five years I've been wanting to purchase a car from them but it's just now in the budget). Every once in a while they'd ask me how the budget was looking but like I said no one was ever pushy. When the time came to begin looking for a "new" vehicle I knew just who to ask for. While all the salespeople at Bosak are great, Don McCarty & I have done business before so I requested him. I knew he would take care of me. While I was looking for something a little lower in price, Don explained to me that the vehicle I eventually ended up purchasing was a better value. With a bigger down payment I was able to get into the monthly payment I was looking for. I appreciate Don looking out for my best interests. Steve was the one to go over the warranty packages with me. He was knowledgeable about the products and services they had to offer & again was not pushy when I said that it didn't fit in the budget (can you tell being pushed is a pet peeve of mine?). When a couple of days later I found that the auxiliary music plug did not work, Ralph did not hesitate to take care of the issue. Overall my experience was great from beginning to end. I will continue to have a relationship with Bosak Honda for years to come. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends and family. I know that anyone I send there will be taken care of.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to show and explain all the technology involved in my new Accord. The only negative feedback I have, is that it took about 5 hours to complete the transaction. I went in knowing what I wanted. I was pre-approved with Honda Finance. I had the paperwork with me and attempted to give it to the finance person. About 3 1/2 hours of the 5 hours spent at the dealership, I was waiting to sign the paperwork. I called Bosak Honda and told them of the letter I received from Honda America concerning a software problem that might occur in some 2013 Honda Accords. They asked me to bring the car in for a check on the problem and indicated that because of scheduling, it would be advisable to leave the car. When I brought the car in I was greeted immediately by a very gracious young lady who drove the car into the dealership and referred me to the service person who was right there to greet me. He asked when I needed the car and I told him that I knew they were busy and they should work on it when they had the time. He thanked me for the courtesy and offered to drive me home. I told him I has a ride waiting. I received a call from the service manager three hours later telling me that the problem was fixed and there was no charge. They also checked fluid levels and tire pressure and wear and let me know that everything was fine. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience.

My Wife and I drove from Muskegon Michigan to test drive and purchase used car. Gregg did a stellar job of showing the vehicle and steering us around Michigan City for the test drive. Nicole was a bit too persistent in her efforts to include extended warranties with the car, but she's a very nice lady.The Car was cleaned up pretty well, and well represented on Bosak's website, which made our decision that much easier.

Do not trust this dealership. If their MANAGER, Mr. Mike Walsh, (the BDC manager did not even have the decency and integrity to be honest, how are you to trust the the rest of the company and the employees he manages. I only feel bad for the three owners of the dealership(s) who are unknowingly losing potential customers, getting bad reviews online and word to mouth- in addition to having the reputation of their dealership tarnished because of the unscrupulous acts of their own manager.I typically do not write reviews & never once in my 20 years of buying cars did I write a negative review for a dealership, but the actions of Mr. Mike Walsh need to be known and future customers need to be aware of the unscrupulous practices and lies that occur at this dealership,In a nutshell, on Thursday September 3rd, I inquired about a 2000 Mercedes E-class that I seen on autotrader that belonged to this dealership. I showed interest, and was called the next day and was told the car was moved to their other location and in the process of being sold. Continued my car search the next two days and saw the same car showing as newly listed and unsold. I call immediately and get connected to Mr.Mike Walsh. He told me that I have first bids on the car because I was the first to show interest and followed up after the initial buyer backed out. The dealership is a 5 hour round-trip commute, so I needed to know as much about the car as possible before making the drive. I asked about the condition and Mr. Mike Walsh says it's in great condition and no issues. I asked if he can make sure and he calls back to tell me that the car has a rear differential leak, tail-light that was out, and bad tires. I tried to ask how bad the leak was and its location but by the time he called me back the last time it was 30 minutes from close time. He did not seem to even know anything about mechanics, which is fine. I asked him if he can ask his manager if the issues can be fixed and if not if he can consider the flaws in the price (the car was priced over 1K of KBB and Edmounds without the flaws. I still wanted to buy the car, so I asked Mike just find out how bad the leak is, if his manager can bring the price down to make for the difference of the defects and if not at least I tried. I asked to put a deposit because I did not want the car sold before I arrived the next day. Mike specifically advised me against making a deposit. He said just call the next business day early in the morning and I will have your questions answered and you can come pick up the car. I was fine with that. I took off work and called before the business opened the next business day. Before the business even opens Mike Walsh was on the chat info section and told me the car sold. The car sold? How? We finished our conversation right before the dealership closed and I called the next business day to have answers to my questions and reserve a test drive to purchase before the place was even open.. He lied online and told me he never told me not to make a deposit. His lie was so blatant and he was unapologetic and I took a day off work to buy this car and he cost me from buying the car by not letting me put a deposit then claims the car sold the next business day before the dealership even opened. It was a couple minutes from opening time. I ask to talk to the owners or the GM, but was transferred to Rene Richmann , the sales manager and not the GM as I requested. Mr. Richmann started out combative, over talked me, did not give me the time to explain what happened and gave me the attitude of I don't give a crap about what happened to you. It was obvious him and the Mike were friends. STAY AWAYPlease stay away from this business. I lost hours on the phone coordinating this purchase, missed work today, and was lied to blatantly. Dishonest Manager, caused me a day off work, and combative sales manager friend who defended the acts of his friend Mike without letting me tell him what happened. This place does not put value on customers & have unethical lying managers.

My father's 2006 CRV has a recall on the drivers side airbag. Bosak handled everything so smoothly, thanks to Alex Gardner. Since I made an appt online, I wasn't aware that the replacement airbag needed to be ordered. And that takes 10 days to 2 weeks. Alex found the part needed, had the vehicle checked for any other necessary services and help me select new tires for this CRV.... I can't tell me how impressed I was, let alone how friendly and helpful the other employees were.

Larry Zych took great care of us and set us up with the perfect used 2011 CR-V with only 27,000 miles (practically new by Honda standards). We originally went to the dealership to consider leasing or purchasing a brand new CR-V to replace our 2002 CR-V and decided to inquire about low-mileage used inventory as well.
