Best service department I've ever dealt with. I have bought two vehicles from Bosack HONDA and one of the reasons I love the place is the service department. Sales people have always treated me with respect which does not always happen especially when you are a woman I am always able to get convenient appointments and I am never pushed to purchase more than I want or need. I am always so glad to see that John is in place in service. I trust him. I have already referred one of my very close friends to this dealership and she did buy a Honda civic which She loves.

Best service experience

After calling another Honda dealer to make an appointment for an oil change, and being told nothing available for several days, I called Bosak in Michigan City. The woman in service that answered the phone was very friendly and efficient. I was able to schedule it for the following day. I was impressed with the friendly employees at Bosak, and the clean comfortable waiting area, ( they even have free popcorn)! Service was quick, and I was given a very informative menu of recommended services with prices. Speaking of prices, my oil change cost was significantly less than I had been paying at the other Honda dealer. Bosak, you have a new very satisfied customer!

Apply time taken to evaluate all options . Great customer service. They answered all my questions that they were able to deal with. I had some suggestions of my own on how to improve standardized forms issued by Honda financing and they appeared to be truly interested in new suggestions.

I was looking for a new car. After looking a several different brands I decided on a Honda CRV Ex-L.I couldn't make up my mind on color and finally chose the silver with light grey interior. Leased a New Honda Civic

I recently went into the dealer to checkout the Honda CR-Z, but Jordan was quite helpful with understanding what I really needed out of a car. He pointed me to the Civic and I was a bit skeptical at first but the more he talked the more it made sense.He was really helpful and friendly.

If you are interested in buying a new or used car I would seriously began looking at Bosak Honda in Michigan City FIRST. They have some very nice sales people. I would highly recommend Travis or Chad, we dealt with both of these guys they are AMAZING!! We also dealt with one of the managers Mike Walsh. I have bought all my Honda's from Bosak. So it is only natural that I get them serviced there as well, but they treat me with respect, the complete the job on time and they do it as economically as possible. Suggested improvements!

Jordan our salesman was very professional and helped us select the right model. The after sales pressure for"other" services was over kill and I would advise anyone going to "beware" of this step.A suggestion for you. Hold the key chain that you give new car buyers until you can get it engraved with with their telephone number or e mail address on it so that if they lose the expensive "KEY" it might be returned to them. Your supplier of the key chain may do this for you.Jack McGann

Brought my daughter's car in for an oil change. Only coupon available was for oil change and tire rotation, so we did a tire rotation, as well. Only gripe is lack of service coupons available. Maybe they would accept competitor coupons?

Good Car Buying Experience!

They were great! No pressure at all to buy. They showed me the vehicle I wanted and didn't try to sell me anything else since I wasn't interested in anything but the Honda Odyssey 08 they had. They were super patient with my two toddlers that were running around checking out the car. They let us take the minivan to McDonalds to get dinner while we waited for my husband to get there after work. They gave the kids popcorn and had a playroom while we discussed prices and such. They were clear about their prices and why they set them at that price which was very fair but still came down a couple hundred when I told the how much I wanted them to pay. They were friendly and polite and helpful.

Don was awesome getting me the truck I wanted. Very friendly. Bosak replaced the catalytic converter after I bought the truck, when engine light went on the first day I had it. So happy with my purchase and the people at Bosak.

They not only fixed that problem under warranty, but caught another problem & took care of that as well, alsounder warranty. I stopped in at this dealership about half an hour before they were to close. I assumed this was going to be a short visit just to get some information. The people I dealt with were amazing, professional, amusing, and so ready to help me out. I did feel bad as I think it was about an hour after closing as I was finishing up paperwork for my new car that I drove away in!

I had been thinking of buying a Honda CR-V, so when I took my Honda Accord in for service, I decided to have a look. A few weeks back, I bought a low mileage 2013 Civic through Chad. First time buying a car since 1989 so I was not looking forward to any hassles. The car is immaculate, so far it drives flawlessly and everyone I encountered was low key, helpful and straightforward. No games which I really appreciate because, obviously, I'm not a "car guy"--just looking for dependable, comfortable transportation and I think I found it.

I was well satisfied with the way things were explainted

I called and told the serviceman that I could not start the car and he said they could call a tow truck and I said let me see if I could get a neighbor to help. I got someone to help me get it started and just drove over to Bosak. The serviceman explained what they were going to do. About an hour later he came into the waiting room and explained what they did and what they found. Then he told me that he would move my car up closer to the building so I did not have to walk so far, I have a knee brace and also use a cane. The serviceman was very helpful and understanding. I really appreciated the help I got.

Response to Internet search as well as our in-store visit was excellent. The team at Bozak all work together in a very organized manner providing timely and helpful communication. Help Please!

As I was driving to my parent's home, in SW Michigan from Chicago, a part fell off my car! They said keep going if you can and we will take it to Bosak Honda in MC. I arrived safely, dropped off the car and waited to see how bad it was and it wasn't bad at all the piece turned out to be cosmetic! They went over everything and saw I needed new bake pads in front and wipers. They called with a quote the next morning, I gave the OK for the work needed and the car was ready that afternoon. My 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid w/ 100,000+ miles is back on the road and running great. Thank you to Kelly and everyone in the service department for being so kind and Happy New Year.

Wonderful service! Friendly Service

We were shopping for a 1st time vehicle for our daughter. Steve Nietzle went above and beyond to sell a used vehicle. He contacted us when he had trade ins he thought we would be interested in. I went to a different Honda dealership first and was sooo glad that I decided to go to Bosak afterwards. I dealt with Larry Zych who made my experience painless and gave me a much better deal. I hit a raccoon in the dark..It separated the wheel wall liner. I showed up on Saturday morning. They took my car in replaced the clip and charged me under $12. They were so nice and I was so Grateful. Great people and wonderful customer service. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Excellent service without a doubt

Chad King is a very knowledgeable sales person that knows your product very well. We really appreciated that as we have been to many dealers over the years and the salespeople generally don't have the answers we were looking for. Or they try to sell us something we don't want and are pushy. He made sure that we knew all the smallest details about the car we leased and even took the time to sinc my phone to the car and show me those options as well. Impressive to say the least. Ralph was exceptionally helpful in getting us out of an "upside down" car, and gave us several options to choose from and we were able to to pick the one that worked best for us. He made sure that we knew what each option was providing and didn't try to arm bend us into a certain one or put us in a car we didn't want. Rachael was very helpful as well and gave us many options to think about for extending the coverage on the car. We really enjoy the car so far, and we definitely will be doing more business with you in the future. My wife will be looking at the Pilot in 3 years when her current vehicle is paid off and I will probably will be selling mine back to you in a couple years and leasing or buying a new one at that time. Relaxed and no pressure.

I stopped in on a whim and ended up making a purchase. Chad worked with me and was able to get me a CRV with the same payments I had. I never liked the van I had after about 6 months, just did not feel comfortable in it. I feel more comfortable and enjoy this vehicle. Chad made the experience very relaxing and humorous.

Brakes, Oil and more

I found myself with time on Saturday needing an oil change, some grinding brakes, some indicator lights, inability to use cruise control and a few other things. I showed up when service department opened and the CSR informed me that they would be able to get me in, but it would most likely be a few hours - possibly 6 or even more depending on what they found. He let me know that they would be glad to provide a loaner car or I could wait. After waiting for about 2 hours, he came in and gave me the estimate for all they found, I was a little surprised - the brakes were about half of what I anticipated, and I found out I needed tires. In all, the price was MUCH lower than I had anticipated. The reason I have bought and leased 1 ea vehicle from Bozak was because of the Service department giving me an honest estimate, quick service and continuing to do so over the past two years. I would and do recommend them to anyone and everyone I meet looking for a vehicle or service.

Air bag recall

Was in at 6:00 and they had it finished by 6:45. Included changing a battery and a complimentary wash. Fantastic service and great people.

Ready for winter!

Just stop in to buy a part for my 2012 Honda and as I was walking across the lot, This Blue HR-V started calling my name. After sitting in it I decided, not to test drive but just order my part and go home. Well stopped back in the next day to get the part and instead of leaving with the part, I left with a new SUV. . PS I cancelled the part, let service department put it on! lol

Great experience from beginning to end!

I have been visiting Bosak Honda for the past five years for business but this is my first buying experience. In my line of work I visit many auto dealerships & can tell the ones that have it together. Bosak Honda is definitely one of those! The environment has always been inviting & no one has ever been pushy (even when for the last five years I've been wanting to purchase a car from them but it's just now in the budget). Every once in a while they'd ask me how the budget was looking but like I said no one was ever pushy. When the time came to begin looking for a "new" vehicle I knew just who to ask for. While all the salespeople at Bosak are great, Don McCarty & I have done business before so I requested him. I knew he would take care of me. While I was looking for something a little lower in price, Don explained to me that the vehicle I eventually ended up purchasing was a better value. With a bigger down payment I was able to get into the monthly payment I was looking for. I appreciate Don looking out for my best interests. Steve was the one to go over the warranty packages with me. He was knowledgeable about the products and services they had to offer & again was not pushy when I said that it didn't fit in the budget (can you tell being pushed is a pet peeve of mine?). When a couple of days later I found that the auxiliary music plug did not work, Ralph did not hesitate to take care of the issue. Overall my experience was great from beginning to end. I will continue to have a relationship with Bosak Honda for years to come. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends and family. I know that anyone I send there will be taken care of.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to show and explain all the technology involved in my new Accord. The only negative feedback I have, is that it took about 5 hours to complete the transaction. I went in knowing what I wanted. I was pre-approved with Honda Finance. I had the paperwork with me and attempted to give it to the finance person. About 3 1/2 hours of the 5 hours spent at the dealership, I was waiting to sign the paperwork. This will not deter me from recommending Bosak Honda.Thank You

Extra Kindess Shown

I checked in with Alex and also I dealt with John as this was a regular servicing for my car. There was another couple waiting for their car to be serviced. When Alex came out to give them their keys he noticed they might need extra help getting to their car.(they both were walking with canes). He asked for their keys back and told them he would bring their car right up to the door. What an awareness and kindness extend to them --I was impressed --Thank You, Alex for your special service to them/

Recall to fix a software problem in some 2013 Accords

I called Bosak Honda and told them of the letter I received from Honda America concerning a software problem that might occur in some 2013 Honda Accords. They asked me to bring the car in for a check on the problem and indicated that because of scheduling, it would be advisable to leave the car. When I brought the car in I was greeted immediately by a very gracious young lady who drove the car into the dealership and referred me to the service person who was right there to greet me. He asked when I needed the car and I told him that I knew they were busy and they should work on it when they had the time. He thanked me for the courtesy and offered to drive me home. I told him I has a ride waiting. I received a call from the service manager three hours later telling me that the problem was fixed and there was no charge. They also checked fluid levels and tire pressure and wear and let me know that everything was fine. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience.

Chad was an excellent salesman. There was a car-fax in each vehicle we test drove. He was knowledgeable and pleasant. His attention to detail made it a good experience!

Didn't Have an appointment but was taken care of right away. He came and told me my car was ready and it was just like new with less then 18,000 miles.

Pre trip check up

I brought the car in to have every thing checked before I drive to Florida. I had a few concerns and they were addressed. Service department was as usual courteous and efficient. Also I have a problem with Pandora. A sales person ( who sit by the door between the service department & the showroom, I think his name started with a J) helped me out with that problem. I always feel comfortable when I come to Bosak for service.

We recently had a recall on our air-bag for our 2007 Honda Pilot. Bosak informed us of the recall, ordered the new bag and called to set up the appointment to replace it. They are so friendly and efficient at this dealership. We were in and out in 20 minutes. It makes me wonder why I hadn't puchased a Honda for so many years. I will certainly keep the business with Bosak when I look for a new vehicle in the future. They are GREAT!

So many times when I buy a car, I feel good right up to the point that I drive off the lot. Then the whole way home, I think to myself - What have I done! My Wife and I drove from Muskegon Michigan to test drive and purchase used car. Gregg did a stellar job of showing the vehicle and steering us around Michigan City for the test drive.
