I just picked up my new 2016 Ford Fusion and am as happy as can be. The car drives like a German luxury car...it really feels that good. The service I received at Bonnell Ford from William Kerns was professional and honest, in stark contrast to what I got at four other dealers, including two other Ford dealers (one just north of Boston and one in Salem, NH). I would definitely do business at Bonnell again, and would recommend Bonnell to my friends and associates, especially if they could be assisted by Mr. Kerns.The paperwork, which is voluminous, was processed perfectly and smoothly with no surprises and no glitches.It's a class place and Mr. Kerns is sharp, professional man. I will return, for sure.

I have had an excellent experience (so Far) with Bonnell Ford and salesman Dean Bennett. I new I wanted to buy a new Ford Explorer but was unclear of what options to get. Dean Bennett was exceptional in taking the time to go over each option and the price. He also suggested package options that were available. After this initial meeting with Dean I took his advice and went to the Ford web site and built the Ford Explorer I wanted with specific options. I emailed this information to Dean and he quickly got back to me with a price and it was ordered.Dean would email me with updates as to the delivery date of my new Explorer.Once my Explorer was at Bonnell Ford, Dean called me to come in to look at it and prepare some paperwork.The evening prior to picking up my Explorer Dean Bennett called me to ask if I had transportation to Bonnell Ford. Lucky he called because I was in need of a ride . Dean Bennett picked me up, at my home, (with a coffee) and drove me to Bonnell Ford. Once the paperwork was done he spent a great deal of time explaining each available option I had and gave me a hands on lesson. He also told me that if I needed any assistance with any of these options to call him and I could meet him again.Though this is my first day with my new Ford Explorer, I truely love it. Curt Bonnell contacted me by phone when I gave a less than stellar review of a previous visit to the Service Department. My dissatisfactions stemmed from my own misunderstanding of the situations and confusion regarding scheduling Service visits. Mr.Bonnell took the time to explain the procedure to me, which was much appreciated. After setting up another appointment, the receptionist was very pleasant when I arrived and called Mr.Bonnell to the front. He then went out on a test drive with me so that he could fully understand my concerns. He explained that this was a common issue and informed me that there was a technical bulletin on the issue and a "quick fix". He informed me that the repair could be done in a couple of hours. I agreed to wait----pleasantly, the repair was completed in 1/2 the time he had estimated.I appreciate the time Mr.Bonnell spent with me and am quite satisfied with the outcome of the work!

I was having a problem with the Shaker 500 radio in my 2008 Mustang. The radio, which was already replaced under warranty, was not working properly either because also defective or poor installation. Clearly a potential for high owner frustration! Within a short period of time the Bonnell Service Department identified and rectified the problem and I was able to pick up the car that very day. In addition, there was no hassle over the cost. My experience has been sound equipment/system issues can be very difficult (costly, time consuming) to remedy. The Bonnell Service Department did an excellent job but that is what I have become accustomed to expect.

Let's face it, NOBODY wants to have have car repairs or service done, but sometimes it just can't be avoided. Unfortunately, my vehicle has needed a lot of service in the past few months, but I am pleased to have my vehicle serviced at Bonnell Ford.Everyone at Bonnell is polite, courteous, respectful and professional. My service agent, who is usually Rob Greenwood, is wonderful to deal with. Rob always explains in common terms what is wrong with my vehicle and what the repair options are. I have also dealt with a few other service agents, and they too, are wonderful to deal with.I also feel that the price for repairs at Bonnell is very reasonable, I don't feel like I am getting ripped off, and they have an advantage program where you earn money towards future repairs/service, and this has saved me a lot of money.I highly recommend Bonnell Ford to anybody.

Purchased a brand new Ford Edge Sport from Bonnell Ford. The Sport comes with special sport rims. After about 8 months I noticed the chrome was not shiny in certain areas any more on two of them. I was really reluctant to bring my vehicle in, as I was sure they were going to say it was something I did to the vehicle. The man took pictures and said he had to send them off to Ford headquarters for them to inspect. He even seemed skeptical, as the sport rims are very expensive. Well, to our surprise I was approved for two new rims, and they were put on and my car was ready the same day. I was very pleased. I would highly recommend Bonnell Ford.

I have been buying and getting my Ford vehicles serviced at Bonnell for many years and would highly recommend this dealership. I recently brought my Escape in for service early on a Saturday morning with a list of 5 things that needed to be done, knowing that the service department closes at noon on Saturday. I wasn't sure if all of the things on the list would be done. However, not only was everything done, the service visit was a very pleasurable experience. Steve Haverty, my service advisor, was very friendly and helpful and made me (and others) feel welcome. He gave me and all of the customers I saw excellent customer service! I was VERY satisfied with the work that was done and feel as if my Escape looks, feels and drives better. Thank you Steve and Bonnell!

When installing a new water pump, mechanic noticed a small bolt on one of the attachments was broken. There was no replacement part in stock, so he eventually located one in Maine and had it shipped down overnight. The repair was quickly completed the following morning and I was able to pick up the car shortly thereafter.

I was so pleased to have Steve Powers assist me in selecting a new automobile. I had purchased Ford vehicles over the years and in approaching retirement I was very selective as to what model Ford I wanted to invest in for the long run. Steve was, above all else patient and kind. I did not have the impression that our joint process had to be hurried. He walked with me throughout the showroom and vehicle lot pointing out and explaining the positives of all of the various models and model years as to cost, efficiency and sutiablity for my purposes. When we arrived upon my selection of a 2014 Ford Escape Steve encouraged me to teast drive the Escape..."Take it out...go as long as you want"...even laying out a comfortable route as I was somewhat nervous about drivfing someone's new car. I was hooked on this car and knew that I wanted it right away, but was also aware that I had to negotiate a deal. He seemed to fully understand that and made me so comfortable that I felt that he had become my advocate instead of a salesman. Steve explained many avenues that I was not even aware of and pointed me toward a purchase plan that really suited my present life style. Answer to above question. First person I would comment on as regarding sales is Kurt Bonnell, even though he is not part of your sales department, because before that model car was ever available Kurt told me about it and suggested I try the sho model when it became available. It took a few years because I didn't want to get rid of my Maurader which I have enjoyed owning. Now that the mileage on the Maurader has more than exceeded my expectations (141,000) I felt I had to start looking, I told Kurt when he told me about the car that if I bought one I would choose Bonnell first before buying that car elsewhere even thought at that time I thought that the price estimated was ridiculous for a Taurus. I admit I did look around at other local dealers to see what the they had to offer in new cars and really only considered the Lincoln MKS. I thought about what Kurt and I spoke about and after thinking, decided to buy the pricey SHO. I spotted it on your lot immediately as I drove in and only looked at that car. The next day came back looking for Kurt and found he wasn't available so I hunted out a salesman on my own and asked about the car. Christopher was very informative and easy to work with as was your finance person. Before I signed I spoke to Steve Haverty and Dick in service about the car, this in my mind was an escentual step in the process, I've worked with them many times and Trust their integraty, they have never been anything less than fair to me, expecially Steve. In closing I find these people that I've commented about are the best reason I can think of for purchasing a car at Bonnell Motors. By the way please tell Kurt he was right, a Tauras is not a Taurus anymore.

I recently leased a 2013 Ford Edge. From the moment I walked in I was treated exceptionally well. I was torn between Edge and Explorer. After speaking with Steve Bonnell I test drove both vehicles and ultimately went with the Edge. I was never pushed in any one direction the experience was all about my wants and needs, and I was not oversold. Once I settled on the Edge the entire process was quick and easy. My car began shuderring on my way home and a " sevice now "sign came on. I drove it right to the service dept. Although they were backed up and very busy they were able to fix my car by the next day. Also when I dropped it off it was late in the day and pouring rain.It was too late for the shuttel servie but Rob found me a ride home, Kurt Bonnell. It was so nice of them especially since I was quite shook up. My 2013 escape is only 6 months old and it was qluite an unhappy surprise to have that happen.

I was in the market for an SUV, but had never driven one so I went to Bonnell to test drive an Escape. My sister, neice and I looked around (it was a busy day) after a few minutes Steve approach to see if we had any questions or needed any assistance. Very personable and friendly, he answered our questions and let me take out one for a drive. I loved it! Loved the color; loved the way it handled etc. so I purchased it. When I came back to drive off with my new SUV, Steve familiarized me with all the options and features of my new vehicle. He hooked up my phone to blu-tooth (very important seeing I'm terribly technology challenged. Steve took all the time in the world to go over all the features. I was so comfortable and confident when I left that I drove all over Winchester, Arlington, Lexington then home to Waltham. I am very happy!!

Bonnell Ford is awesome. I have bought my last 4 new cars there from the best sales guy in the biz, Steve Powers, he goes above and beyond to get you everything that you want and need and walks you through the process every step of the way, even through setting up my phone and fave presets. Also Ken the finance guy was amazing and jumped through hoops to get me the best financing possible, even with a fair credit rating due mainly to an error in the credit report, I think he tried about 10 different options. Everyone at Bonnell from the front desk to sales to finance to service and everyone in between are just top notch and treat you like you are the only customer they have, though they are a very busy dealership. I was using my sons car and had a starting problem with it. I had to be Washington on Sunday so it left me little time to deal with getting it fixed. I went to Bonnell Ford after 9 on a Saturday morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem but did not have the starter in stock. Jeff sent a person into Boston for a new starter and had the car fixed by noon. Most dealers would not even do this type of work on a Saturday but Jeff Bonnell went out of his way to help me out. Very thankfull for great service.

When in for a brake service on my 1998 Mercury and an inspection sticker and was told that in order to get an inspection sticker I needed 2500 dollars of work on the front end. When I mentioned to them that 1 month before when I visited them for an oil change the mechanic told me that my front end was just fine on my car with just 58000 miles driven. I had to negotiate the price and in order to get the inspection sticker had to have work done for 1200 dollars on the front end. Lesson learned never buy a car from a dealer with mediocre service department.
