Mike Kufskie answered all of our many questions and never made us feel pressure to buy. We knew it was time to replace our 10 year old Ford focus and wanted a new Escape . We also fell in love with a slightly used F250 super duty to replace our 2002 Ram. Mike worked up a deal that was very competitive compared to research that we did. Great Experience

Our family went to Bommarito Ford on a recent Friday evening to look at the Explorer SUV. We worked with Nathan Bultman who did an excellent job of understanding our needs and requirements for a new vehicle. Even though it was getting close to the end of the day for the store everyone on staff including the finance department worked hard to make the experience easy and without delay. When my husband took the kids to get some supper they even let them enjoy their meal in private and offered them the TV remote to choose their show. After the sale, Nathan spent time with us to show special features of the car as well as the Bommarito facility so we will be prepared to return for efficient service appointments. While buying a car often can be stressful and frustrating, this experience was neither. And we love our new Explorer!

Stands Behind Their Cars

I purchased a 2011 Ford Edge. Did not come with any warranty. I discovered two issues that I was not aware of when I bought the car. Sergey Gilgof in sales along with his boss and the service department took care of what could have been a contentious problem. I was duly impressed.The second issue was seamlessly handled by Mike Fraser. Purchased a used Edge out of warranty.Discovered a week after the sale that the CD player had a disc stuck in it from the pervious owner.My sales representative took care of the issue along with his boss and the service department. Solution is a new unit.Could have been a contentious issue but this dealership stood behind their product.Well done!

Terrible

We have had to bring our vehicle to the shop more than three times for the same exact issue. one incidence they called and said the vehicle was ready when we went to pick it up the whole back seat was ripped out. wires laying everywhere.

Best St. Louis Ford Dealer I have found

I searched other dealers in the St. Louis area for a comparable vehicle of the one I purchased. Long story short, the other dealers did not come close. Since my truck buying experience took several days, it was natural for my salesman, Steve Nodiff, to have a day off or two. Had a car I was buried in, as upside down. Been wanting a Mustang for years, and couldn't make a deal at 3 other dealers. Stopped in to look at some leftover 2015s, and found my car! Ford F150 XLT long bed

I called Bommarito Ford and spoke with Steve Nodiff looking for a hard to find truck I needed for my company. Steve said he did not have what I needed but he would try to locate one for me. He called me back that afternoon to let me know he located a truck for me and that he could have that truck within a couple of days. I believe he was extremely fair with pricing and I purchased that truck 2 day later. Steve was pleasant and very professional to work with throughout the sale. I will definitely use him for other vehicle purchases.

I went in to get my car repaired only to find out that it was not worth repairing. Jeff sat down with me and talked options., We decided to go with a 2016 Ford Fusion. Outstanding Buying Experience!!

Went to Bommarito Ford because of their outstanding selection of new Ford vehicles, and a prior sales experience with Terry Watkins, their New Car Sales Manager. Because Terry had a prior doctor's appointment, I dealt with Jeff Mueller, who is by far and away one of the finest salesman I have ever met. He showed us several models of the Focus we were interested in so we could see and experience the different options and their functions. We received a more than fair trade-in allowance for our used car. The dealership is bright, clean and friendly to anybody looking to buy a car. When our new Focus was being prepped for delivery, they discovered a flaw in the battery and immediately replaced it. Other dealerships would have simply washed the car and sent us out the door. When the battery would later fail, they would have replaced it as a warranted item, but we would have been inconvenienced by the whole process. A dealership, and their sales staff,that looks out for the well-being of their customers is had to find in todays world!

They treated me well, and I don't have any complaints in general. They were able to work with me on the price of my trade-in pretty respectively, and I couldn't complain about the way my trade-in was handled considering the car wasn't in perfect condition. They were not able to come down on the price of the car I purchased any but I was given documentation showing the price was lower than some of their competitors, so overall I was satisfied with the price. I would definitely go back for future purchases.

Perfect Truck

I test drove trucks at two other dealers and decided exactly what I wanted but it was not in inventory at any of the local dealers. Called Bommarito Ford (the only Ford dealer with a free 10yr/200k warranty) and talked to Steve Nodiff and told him exactly what I wanted. Steve found my "perfect truck" out of state and had it delivered within a few days. I received fair value on my trade in and the sale was fast, professional with no surprises.
