I needed to replace my vehicle quickly. Boch Honda had a wide variety of choices in models and colors, both used and new, and they had the best prices of all the greater Boston dealerships. Features of the new model I was interested in were explained well, financing was available, and within two days I was driving my new vehicle off the lot. The service department is also great, and deliver quickly and courteously. I recommend Boch Honda for a quick, pleasant, helpful, and efficient car-buying and car-servicing experience.

Was looking for used Ridgeline and saw that Boch had one the met my requirements. 1st visit was no nonsense review and test drive. Edison provided me with all the information that I needed. It took me a few days to finish my research and Edison respected that I needed the time and provided just the facts of what waiting a few days meant (no pressure to buy now). When I decided to buy this car, the negotiations were straight forward. I would recommend anyone to shop at Boch.

I purchased a used vehicle from BOCH the service was ok not the best but I was on a time schedule so I had to purchase it right away. To make a very long story short my car was stolen and totaled. Which means I no longer have the vehicle. My bank not BOCH honda notified me to cancel my service agreement. I ve been calling BOCH Honda for over two weeks to resolve this problem and no one has called me back. I went in person and they told me it would be more than an hour wait. I have no problem waiting but 15 mins prior to me going to BOCH Honda I called to make sure it is a good time to go and they said yes. Then I go in and they tell me to wait. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they send over a sales representative who had no idea what I was talking about. HORRIBLE SERVICE!WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!WHAT A JOKE!

Everyone that I spoke to was nice at this dealership. I just wish they could've informed me that the car I was inquiring about was sold before I drove an hour and a half to come test drive it. They did offer to fill my tank up which was cool but my tank was full already. So that's it nothing to serious. Just a little bit of some wasted time and inconvenience but no big deal. I was mad at first but what are you gonna do. I ended up finding the same car just a year older with a little more miles on it but a lot cheaper so it's kind of a blessing in disguise type of thing. I'm not going to recommend this dealership to anyone just because of my personal experience with them but I'm sure it's fine if you're going to buy a new Honda just not a used car. Lesson learned- make sure Boch or any dealership for that matter didn't sell the car that you are excited to buy before going there.P.s- This is my first review I have ever written about anything.

We received an Internet quote from Boch Honda, which was an excellent price. However, when we went into the dealership, they had sold the vehicle we received the quote for. Of course, they had plenty of others in stock, but the internet price wasn't valid on any other vehicles... if we still wanted a similar car (same model, same trim level), it would cost an additional $750 for a vehicle fresh off the truck. Waste of my time. Ended up with a better deal at Honda Cars of Boston, and a much nicer experience.

We truly got lucky when we met "Chapin" our salesperson at Boch Honda on Rt. 1 in Norwood! Chapin is a very nice and honorable young man and he knows his stuff! He listened carefully to what we wanted, which was the Odyssey, and came out with it very quickly for us to take a test drive in. He sat and explained some of the features and answered all of our questions clearly and concisely. My husband and I had respectful negotiations with Chapin and his manager on the vehicle and finally came to an agreement. We had researched quite a bit and had also gone on TrueCar to get an idea of what others have paid for the 2016 Odyssey. We feel we got a fantastic deal for what we got and left there extremely pleased with our experience of dealing with a "no-pressure" dealership and a salesperson who was so helpful and informative. Chapin is a young man with a very likable demeanor and personality. He is intelligent and decent and has a genuine class about him. We feel Chapin will go far at Boch Honda and in life in general. You couldn't meet a nicer young man who is so willing to help! Soooo, if you're interested in a new Honda, go into Boch Honda and ask for Chapin...you won't be disappointed in your dealings with him even if you don't end up buying a car. We love our new Odyssey and our best wishes go out to Chapin for a very successful life!!!

Well to start i went their to test drive a few cars and was hoping to purchase one that same day.i told the salesman my price range of 15,500 and after that he shows me some cars a few honda accord sports and a few accord exs none had prices on them. I found the car i wanted after our drive and went inside to fill out the papers to find out the car was 20,000$ so because that clearly was over my budget i had to walk away without it then i went home and looked up the car on truecar.com and saw it was 17,398$. So now i was mad confused and had no car. I called and asked them for a price on a vin # for this car the man on the phone says 17,989 i told him i saw it for 17,398 and he puts me on hold then says sorry about that your right.i then tell him what allready happen and to give me an explanation for whats up with this car.he laughs and says i guess someone was trying to make a quick buck and they dont get much for used cars.needless to say they lie and play games. Go to bournes in easton they were upfront real and had great deals. Also never buy a car from them without research on the price by edmunds or trucar. They will get you for more money if they know you havnt done your research.

Short story, terrible and disrespectful. I will tell the full story because I think that's how stories should be told, especially for bad experiences.My wife and I did online inquiry about Honda CRV night of Saturday 9/3. 3 dealers contacted us: Cambridge, Everett and Norwood (you guys).Honda Cambridge and Honda Everett were the closest one to our home. We visited Honda Cambridge at 5:00pm on Sunday 9/4, because Google says Everett close at 5pm and Cambridge close at 6pm, but really Google had the wrong information. Cambridge close at 5:00pm too. The sales associate took our information, asked us to look around, promised to give me a call the next day. He never did, so our mindset moved on.Sunday 9/5 afternoon we had phone conversations with Everett and Justin Salvador from Norwood, had a really good experience with both, so we decided to visit both. We went to Honda Everett to do a test drive. We told the associate up front we just started shopping and learning about Honda cars a day ago. We need time to decide on the color and trim, so please don't push. "Sure, my job is to help you decide". After the 10 minute test drive, he became very pushy. Asked us if we like the car, if we do, why aren't we willing to pull the trigger and buy right now, because the car we are driving may be gone tomorrow.Everett wasn't pleasant. Justin Salvador gave us a price quote through phone and email, but also told us to visit because Norwood has a strong incentive to help me buy. I got to visit so he can tell us the details, but don't worry he will customize those incentives for us, so we decided to visit and give Norwood a shot.When we arrived Norwood, front desk girl was nice, it was really pleasant to have the bad experience at Everett washed away. Maria Santos was the associate helping us. She didn't seem to be knowledgeable enough on the different car trims. When we asked her what's the differences between CRV EX and EXL, she kept on repeating moon roof and blind spot monitor, which both models have. That's fine. That's something we can look up online too. At least Maria was sincere, walking in the rain, and willing to work hard for our business. When we talked about price, I told Maria I went to Norwood to find out your incentives to sell. Another dealer beat you guys. Please tell me your incentives to sell. She said she has to ask her manager about things you can offer.Then Mark came (or Marc, whoever Maria's manager is), and read Honda's service phone call log. I told him about another dealer having better price than you guys. He didn't bother to ask what the difference was or what he can do to help us decide to buy at Norwood. He just asked what's our problem? He already gave us a price. He doesn't believe we have a better price else where otherwise we wouldn't drive to Norwood in the rain (Well, it wasn't raining in Somerville when we headed out). If we aren't buying tonight, then let's not waste his time, and our time. I can come back tomorrow if I like, but good bye.My wife and I were really unpleasant about how Mark responds, and unwilling to at least spend time to listen to customers. We decided Norwood wasn't going to work, but we were thankful for Maria's time, so I went to Maria to show her the quote we got else where was better, wanted to thank her, and if the manager changes his mind, she can give me a call, and left my phone number.Then Mark came interrupted Maria and my conversation.Mark: What's the problem?Maria: I'm keying in the customer informationMark: I already did that. Customer unhappy with price. Case closed. Now move. We have to lock the door.Seriously??? He was interrupting customer's conversation with associate and kicking customer out like that??? Time was around 8:55pm, not even closing time yet.One the way back, my wife and I had the conversation, "Does car shopping have to be painful like this? Aren't customers allowed to inquire about prices and services? Let's just buy the car from Everett and end this non-sense. We didn't like his pushiness, but at least he tried working with us, and with integrity."The next day we paid and signed with Everett. Price was better, but it's not even about the price. We just want car shopping be over. We are glad we don't have to ever see Mark again, and would tell friends Norwood is not worth the trip.Stories like this need to be told so other people can avoid the really bad experience we had.

I would give them less then one star if that was an option, they made my car buying experience worst. we went to purchase Honda accord sport at Boch, our salesperson was Garry who had very little knowledge of vehicle, i have to say finance guy was very nice , we purchased the remote starter installation with new car they promised that car will be ready in two days, Next two days no update even after repeated calls , after three days we received call from salesperson that car is ready in morning, we called 10 times after to confirm the time of pickup but no care at that dealership so at the end we went there, they handed the keys like they doing favor to me (like its courtesy vehicle) and there was no remote starter installed ,when i asked they looked surprised and then gave me option that there guy will come and install that at my house very next day, but after even week they never contacted they even don't answer my calls, still waiting for my remote starter. I never recommend anyone buying from them they don"t care once you purchase the car.

I recently purchased a car at Boch Honda, the second car I bought there in 4 months - it will be the last time I buy a car there. I intended to buy without dealer financing. The sales bosses flat out lied and did everything the could to get me to finance through the dealer, including stating that they could not take a substantial deposit and hold the car for 2 days as the funds were procured externally. Of course they could take a deposit and hold the car, but they refused to, instead pushing for dealer financing and refusing to finalize the deal unless I financed through them. Part of this ploy was the transparent BS that if I delayed signing the deal, the car would not be available by the time the external money was available. Review of their website one week later demonstrated that ALL of the similar vehicles that were available the day I went are still there. Another flat out lie... You have to do your homework before talking to them as they will feed you the line that they can't move from MSRP because the cars are flying off the lot and will not be there after the weekend. It took all day to work through the nonsense with them when it should have been a 2 hour encounter. I should have just left and gone to Silko Honda, a dealer 15 miles away that will give you the "Real Price" with the first inquiry. If you want to waste you time and be treated like an idiot, by all means, visit Boch Honda. I will take my business elsewhere


Disappointed and still owed a refund

I purchased a used car (non-Honda) from Boch Honda in Norwood in July 2016. Besides having to spend an entire afternoon waiting for them to clean the car and finalize the loan paperwork, I thought they were an OK group and I was satisfied with my purchase. But then, right as I was taking official possession of the car, my salesman told me that they couldn't inspect my car without a valid registration so I could just go have it done on my own and they would refund my money after I provided proof of inspection. Yes, they charged me (and I subsequently financed) the $35 for an inspection but never intended to provide the service. I provided that proof less than 7 days later and now it is 7 weeks later and I still have not received my refund. I was further displeased with their service and professionalism when I realized after driving the car for a few weeks that they had only replaced 1 windshield wiper blade after agreeing to replace both. It may seem small, but it was part of our agreement of purchase and they violated that agreement. I would never visit this dealership again and I will warn anyone I can that they do not honor their promises, they charge customers for services they do not provide, and they lack the integrity to provide refunds in a timely manner.

Very disappointed in the thoroughness of the certified pre-owned inspection process. A couple months after purchasing the vehicle it was making loud noise in rear. I brought it to my mechanic who informed that rear break pads needed to be replaced. I contacted sales person who told me it was wear and tear issue not covered via warranty. Wear and tear? I had the vehicle a few months. Only after visiting GM in person did they agree to repair.Then heater core issue cost $450 to repair using process of flushing with CLR.At one point I asked service manager if they had replaced rear differential fluid as part of certification process. He looked up record and told me they did not. I asked if they knew when previous owner had it replaced. He said they did not know. Then it should have been changed!

Average car buying experience except couldn't get the CRV I wanted on a lease. Made me fill out paperwork for an EX but had to lease LX. Overall everyone tried to be nice and they did get me .9% APR. I also had to rollover negative equity and they were good about that process.

AVOID!!!! I have been doing business with Boch Honda for too long to remember. Lately it has been the worst experiences ever. Today I stopped in to look at the all new Ridgeline while in for service and was told "If you don't want to pay sticker, you're wasting your time and mine." The worse part about this is that I am trying to figure out what has happened to all the faces I knew for so long. I read all these reviews and there are reviews from people who work there about THEMSELVES. Isn't that like false advertising?????Brought my husbands car in for a tire... tire was fixed and all but when I asked a question to the sales team about the new truck, I was completely dismissed. I just wanted to give feedback to my husband. I have been fighting with bringing my business elsewhere and now I think they sealed the deal. I will drive 4 more miles down the road and introduce myself to a new dealership.

Went in to get information about the new Ridgeline and was told very disrespectfully what the rules of the purchase would be. It was like they assumed I couldn't pay sticker. I know it is a new model. I know the rules. I am not a recent high school grad with a lack of purchasing history. My husband and I have bought many cars and a few from there. The service team is always great. The sales team WAS always great. Don't even recognize the faces anymore. RUDE. CONDESCENDING. Also, I look through all these reviews to see if its just me.. oddly.. since I have been servicing and buying cars from there for so long.. some of the reviews are from the staff about themselves. Doesn't sound like that's a good business practice.. Just my two cents.

I went to the service center to have my car looked at because it was making noise and I thought I needed new brakes. My car was within the 36,000 miles and 3 years for the warranty, but the man there blatantly lied to me saying the brakes were only covered for a year under warranty. I called another dealership and the brakes are in fact covered. Boch even wanted to charge me to just look at my brakes. I wasted my time going there and it was especially difficult to get there because I had my newborn baby with me. Don't waste your time or money, go elsewhere!

I just entered into my 3rd lease with Boch Honda and a 2016 CRV. I dealt with Amine Abad the last 2 times and don't ever want to deal with anyone else! I'm sure most of the other sales people are good too, but Amine goes above and beyond to make sure his customers leave happy. He is professional and never makes you feel pressured. When I went to pick up my new CRV, Amine was tied up with another customer. A different sales guy started the process of switching my plates from the old car to the new. Amine noticed he had put a rusted screw into the plate on the new car and he immediately replaced all of the screws with brand new ones! He truly cares about his customers and it shows. Thanks again Amine!! See you in a couple of years for my new CRV :)


False advertisement price.

They advertise the 2017 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E way bellow MSRP price, when I called them to make sure that they will honor that they say " No, this is a mistake I will let manager know about it." The mistake that has been there for a month and it is STILL THERE.

Amine helped me narrow down vehicles upon minutes of telling him what features were a must. I walked out that day buying a 2013 Honda CRV (absolutely beautiful!) and it feels like a brand new car to me. I recently went to Boch Honda on Memorial Day. I went in to upgrade my lease. I met Mike McShane. Mike was a great listener and was able to hone in on what I needed from my car. He recommended two models. He was very knowledgeable about all of the Hondas. He was up on all of the technology and knew what models did what. I went with the 2016 Honda Civic and was able to stay within my budget all while getting the function and style I needed. What was really impressive about him was that he had a sales associate along with him who was training. Chapin was really good as well. I got to rang the bell and take a photo in front of the wall, which was great. Perhaps, the thing that worried me the most was that my mom would be comfortable in driving the vehicle as she would be using the car to drive my nana to her cancer treatments. Mike got that because he is a cancer survivor. Mike was with me at every step. He informed me of the process. We went from Sales to the Finance Office to waiting for the car to be serviced. Mike took me and my mom to show me how to work the car. Mike was excellent. He gave great quality service and was very kind. He even called me to check in to see how I liked the car and how I was faring. I am extremely grateful to Mike and Chapin for their expertise and support in the process. I definitely tell everyone I know how awesome Mike is and how much I love my Honda. My mom, who is Catholic, definitely said prayers of thanks for both Mike and Chapin. Everyone should have the experience and receive the treatment that I received from Mike McShane. He is really that good and that awesome.

Boch Honda is a great dealership. The sales consultants are very attentive and provide detailed answers to all of your questions and concerns. If you are looking for a great price, Boch is for you. However, be prepared for a poor buying experience and inexperienced sales staff. Unfortunately, I knew more about the model I was purchasing that the sales person. They brought over help but that wasn't much better, they finally brought over a sales manager who was able to answer our questions. Everything goes through the sales person is what you are told, unfortunately the sales person could not generate a correct sales contract or price the dealer add on's (floor mats etc...). So you wait and wait and wait. Delivery of the car was as poor as the sales person. Since the sales person doesn't know the product how can they explain the technical options? They can't. To make matters worse the car didn't have all the dealer on's installed when the car was ready for delivery. So you wait again. Be prepared. Got a great car at a great price but the overall experience was poor.

Amine even delivered my car to me personally on his day off (I purchased out of state). At delivery, after putting the plates on my car (which is certainly by no means required of him) he spent about 30 minutes going through every single feature the car offered. He did not leave until he was certain he answered every one of my questions. He even gave me his personal cell and said to call with any questions whatsoever. What a way to do business! I would HIGHLY recommend Bach Honda and especially Amine Abad! Five Stars from me!! :)

My experience at Boch Honda started out less than positive. As I negotiated with my salesman, he countered my offer, and stated it was the final counter offer. He stated that I must pay 100% of the amount due, on the spot, that day. It was acknowledged that the salesperson and I had started far apart, with our price points. Without further discussion, about trying to make a deal on a car, I was dismissed from the dealership, and wished luck on my quest, for an Accord. There was no mention of working out a deal, with any of the other cars that I was eying. I never really even said that I wouldn't pay the amount of his counter offer.My friend, Joe, and I were discussing the experience at the dealership. We were perplexed at our quick dismissal, and the demand for full payment. (My plan was to leave a deposit, then go to a bank, to get a cashier's check, when they open, after the President's Day holiday). Instead of risking another less than good experience, in the hands of another dealership, I decided to call Boch. I asked for the general manager, Rocky, to report my experience, and to see if we could repair my relationship with the dealership.Rocky and I had a nice conversation. He admitted that my case was not handled particularly well, and apologized. He shared some information, which gave me some insight into the psyche of the sales staff, and why our salesguy said what he said, about payment being needed the same day. Rocky and I decided we could work together, to try to make a deal on an Accord. I returned to the dealership. We sat down, settled on a price, which actually matched the initial counter offer, from my initial sales guy. (I did some further research after my first visit that day, and realized the price was probably pretty good.)Rocky assigned me salesman Amine Abad, to handle my sale, through delivery. Amine was very experienced, responsive, and directed the rest of the deal well. I had made some requests for information, and vehicle alterations, before delivery. Amine was able to meet each of my requests.In hindsight, Presidents Day weekend could have been a terrible weekend to visit a car dealership. They were very busy. I empathize with the sales staff. They likely have a pretty tough job. They likely get lot of pressure from managers and customers. Rocky shared that he is new to the dealership, in the general manager position. I wish him well in his new position. Lots of the folks at Boch Honda seem experienced and like they are good people. I would give them a chance at your business, when shopping for a new, or new-to-you, Honda. Good Luck! Thank you Rocky and Amine! I have had the car for a couple of days, and am very pleased!

The worst experience ever. I talked to probably 5 people before I went with very explicit details about what I wanted, that I had a pre-approved loan from Bank of America, etc. They did the standard haggle, which I don't mind, but when they pressed to me to finance with them vs with BofA, I said no. They said if I financed with Honda they would "get their money right away"....even though Boch is listed as a preferred dealer on the BofA website for easy financing! Joe, the Mgr, basically said if you're not financing with Honda, we don't want your business. I'm appalled. I've always heard rumors about Boch being hard to deal with. Now they proved it to me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BOCH HONDA!!!!!

I went to Boch Honda to purchase another CR-V because I had purchased a Honda from them 11 years ago and had a wonderful experience...Not this time!I had spoken with a wonderful woman who quoted me a great price for the 2016 CR-V Touring, black on black. I had researched the prices and the exact car I really wanted and felt this was the best price. When I arrived the sales associate took me out on a test drive, I then met with his manager. He was not a friendly person, and when I mentioned that Honda gave me a free first oil change when I bought my 2004 CR-V, he said "that manager doesn't work here anymore and I can't give you that." He basically said that if you don't want the deal, you can leave.When I went to pick up my new car that I paid almost $35,000, the sales associate brought the car around and he knew what time I would be there because I told him 3 days prior. He was in such a rush and when I started asking him about the features he said he had customers waiting. I said that I was your customer now. Needless to say he did not show me all the features and told me to just watch this DVD. There was also a nick on the end of the door that they had to fix. The whole attitude of this dealership was so negative.Before I left I spoke with a very nice manager and I explained the issues I had. He gave me a card for my first free oil change, which helped me to feel a little better about the whole experience. If I ever buy another car from Honda, I will deal directly with a manager.

I found an oil leak 2 weeks after i purchased my Odyssey. I was expecting a hard time with limited warranty. Long story short, our old car broke down while visiting family in MA. So, suddenly, we were in the market for a new car. Boch had a lot of good looking deals online, and was recommended to us by said family, so we gave them a shot. The negotiating process was a little drawn out, but we had an overall good experience. Amine, our salesperson, was extremely professional and knowledgeable of all the cars we looked at. So was JD, our financial guy. Very friendly and understanding of our current dilemma. Not pushy at all. In the end, we got the car we needed and wanted, and at a pretty attractive price.

I recently purchased a 2016 Accord Coupe Touring from Boch and had the best new car buying experience I've ever had. (And I've bought plenty of cars over the last 30 years or so.) The price quoted to me for the car I was interested in (by email) was well below invoice, and the price offered for my trade-in was reasonable and right in line with my expectations. The salesman, Bill Varkas, was low-key during the test drive, and once back in the office put absolutely no pressure on me for a sale. He was well-versed about the car, though I had done my homework and knew what I wanted. The sales paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently, and I drove away with my new car (spotless and with a full tank of gas!) the next evening. I was so pleased with the purchase that I recommended Bill and Boch Honda to a co-worker, who bought a new Accord Sedan two days later. Highly recommended!

This dealership tried to tell us that we needed to wax our brand new 2016 Pilot every 30 days or the paint would not be maintained, unless we purchased their special protective coating. We were also told the new tire design would cause more flats than previous tires, so we needed the tire protection plan. I understand that they want to sell their extended warranty plans, but they shouldn't be lying to customers about how their brand new Honda is going to be falling apart. We left and purchased our vehicle at Honda Village in Newton and had a much better experience there (we even got a better price for our trade-in and a better financing rate that was actually based on our credit score instead of some arbitrary number that the dealership picked, like Boch tried to do). Go somewhere else! Don't waste your time with this dealership!

You buy a car once but it's the servicing that makes or breaks the total experince. The competence, convenience, and friendliness for servicing of our 2 Hondas at Boch Honda never ceases to amaze me. Their service team managers are all great. I happened to gravitate to Bill Georgaklis, partly because of his prior experience in high performance cars (meaning I'm fussy about who I want overseeing work on my cars). I have owned 2 Hondas one for 10 years and a new Honda Accord which I drove off the lot in 2012 which still runs awesome. I recently traded in my 2005 Honda accord and after looking around to maybe try a few different cars I found that nothing compared to the Honda dealership in Norwood. After walking around, looking at the different Honda makes and models I finally found a used Acura on the lot and I instantly fell in love with the car. Within minutes I was talking with the sales rep Michelle C and test driving it. She worked with me for hours making sure I was happy with the car, answering any questions and making sure I got what I wanted. After I signed all the purchasing and insurance papers and traded in my 2005 car and drove home my new one , I remembered I left a few cds in the cd player. I called Michelle and even thought the car was already moved to the back of the lot and she had started her break she went out and got them for me. That may be no big deal to some but to me it shows that even after the purchase, she still went out of her way to make sure I received what I forgot. I'm Definitely a returning customer. I will never purchased a vehicle from Boch Honda in Norwood in the future. They charged me for work that wasn't done to my car. After 6 months of driving my car I needed front brakes, an air bag switch was recalled, the heater motor sounds like a Diesel engine. I took the car in for service and I was slapped with a service quote for $300. That quote was only for the brakes that they claimed were brand new at time of purchase. They fixed the switch and said the heater noise was normal. At this point I'm shaking my head. The brake issue wasn't resolved. I spoke to sales manager Bill and Bob and also Service manager Kent and they all told me that's my problem.

hahahahahaha this dealership is the best!! From the moment you have a low credit score, THAT IS IT, youll get screwed everywhere.Beginning my story, I can say that This guys saved my life. Being black, low credit score, student with a short working experience, I can affirm that Boch Honda of Norwood from the hand of Amine Abad and Mark Schloss my problem was solved quickly. Yeah took us 2 hours from them to listen to me, analise my situation, find me a car (that I like within my affordability) and get me approved. All I needed was some money down, a co-signer (which also has a low credit score!) and BOOM! This guys are special and I very very thankful to them for treating me with respect and giving me a chance to improve my credit rate. Not all dealerships treat you with respect and dignity when you have a low credit score and not so much money. Most dealers that Ive been to and spoke through the phone, they dont even want to look at your poor face when they realize that its gonna give them a hard time to sell/lease you a car.I know what Im talking about Ive been searching and contacting everywhere. When you are in disadvantage, very few if not any place will deal with you. I remember exactly what I though the day I decided to contact Boch Honda of Norwood let me contact the dealer, and if I get rejected Ill buy from this small car sells down the street. So I called Christina and scheduled an appointment (which also was quick to set up one). I walked into the show room and saw some people (customers) in there, which was the first sign that the dealership has something special. At the front desk, gave my name and got assigned the salesman. I hope you pay attention to this 2 names: Amine and his manager Mr. Mark. These two gentlemen are a beast!! I first spoke with Lord Amine, he called the supervisor and all he ask me was tell me the truth my son. After a hour and a half I was pre-purchasing an 2012 Honda Accord V6 with a beige interior and low mileage for a reasonable price and deal. I was hesitant to bring my car to a dealer because I knew there were some costly repairs that I had been putting off. I was greeted by John McDermott who from the first Hello, listened to everything I said. Most times I feel as though they are looking to see what they can sell me. After about 30-40 mins John came into the waiting room with a list of everything my Pilot needed. He thoroughly describe everything in terms that I could actually understand, and what it did for the vehicle. Sensing the fear of seeing the overall cost, he broke everything down and have it a priority in which I should get it done. He made it so that over the course of 3 oil changes, I would be caught up on not only the repairs that I definitely needed, but the routine maintenance that would be popping up on future visits. One more visit and I am finally caught up. Thank you John for all of your help!!!

He informed me it would take approx. 2 hrs total and that all costs were covered he also told me they would go over the car for safety.He then escorted me to the waiting area and told that there was free coffee and pastries. My car was ready under the time frame and Frank then went over what was done and told me nothing else was needed at this time,He thanked me. I was the one that had a big thank you for Boch Honda and for them hiring such a personable employee.

bait and switch experience

We went for one specific type of car, they said they had it (bait) went there, said they didn't have it and tried to sell us a used more expensive car. They emailed us at 12:01am telling what they had in stock, none of which was talked about over the phone. Who emails at 12:01am??? It was a set up, knowing no one checks there email that late. We left after using vacation time to leave work, and driving 46 miles. They lied... and lied... and switched it to a car we didn't want. I'm only glad my dad taught me about salesman!!! We left running. I will never set foot in another Boch dealership. Which is too bad, because we had a good experience from Boch Toyota. But after this experience, I wont set foot in another Boch dealership. Run from Boch Honda!

Purchased a 2016 Odyssey and was signed and driving away in under 3 hours. I am a returning customer to Boch Honda and specifically Jose. This is the 3rd vehicle my family has purchased from him in the last 7 years. Jose is extremely knowledgable about the Honda vehicles and can accurately and efficiently speak to each of the models and the differences in each model year. Dragging 3 little ones in for a car purchase is not optimal, but Jose and the Sales Manager Gary showed extreme patience in allowing us to look at a variety of options while we balanced our parenting duties.

This is the second time I've purchased a Honda Odyssey from Boch Honda. I've had my minivan for 12 years/175K miles, and had a very good experience with it. I've been putting off getting a new one and was in the dealership for a recall so I looked at the new ones. Gary Lee gave me all the information I needed from the start and did not pressure me to buy. Even though I knew what I wanted, and so the car sold itself, he was professional and expedited everything quickly for me without a lot of time wasted hanging around the dealership. He was friendly, worked with the price, informed me about the model changes from my old van to the new one, made me feel comfortable, and cared about finishing the deal all the way through. Gary actually made buying the car a complete pleasure.

I dread having to go to the dealership to buy a new car. Someone I knew also warned me about how terrible their experience was at Boch Toyota so I was only expecting the worst when I went to Boch Honda. If it weren't for the fact that they had the pre-owned car I wanted for a very competitive price, I probably would have avoided coming here. I'm a younger Asian female so I'm pretty sure all salesmen take one look at me and assume they can take advantage. But for a girl, I'm actually more into cars than all of the guys I know and I take the time to do a lot of research before I even walk into a dealership. I like to make sure I have all the details and know if I'm getting a good deal or not. In preparation, I read through the positive reviews of Boch Honda and kept a few names in mind for salesmen. When I arrived, I asked for Gary Lee and lucky for me, he was available. Gary was so great to work with - he wasn't pushy at all and took the time to answer questions and let me think through things. He was probably one of the more sincere guys I've ever dealt with. I'm sure there were tactics used to push the deal through (like telling me that he couldn't increase the money any more for my trade-in, but that the final numbers would come down to my interest rate and what the finance person could work out for me). However, I still got the numbers I wanted in the end and didn't feel taken advantage of at all. I would definitely recommend asking for Gary Lee if you come here. He's great! This place does get busy though so prepare to do A LOT of waiting around. If you can, come first thing when they open on the weekend or during the week when it's less busy. The test drive and conversation about costs went relatively quick, but it took awhile to sit down with their finance manager and do all the paperwork. In the end, was there for 3 hours but they also got my plates moved over and got me in my new car that night!

To start, Derek of Boch contacted me VIA phone within 15 minutes of my asking for a price from Edmunds.com to multiple dealers. No other dealer contacted me so quickly. Derek confirmed Boch had the car I wanted in stock and promised me a test drive ASAP with no pressure to purchase. It was 8PM and Derek confirmed Boch was open till 10PM. Therefore I visited Boch Honda that evening and was driving the car I wanted within 1/2 hour from my arrival. There was no "over the top" pressure in buying the car that night. The next day I came back and bought the car. It took 1.5 hours to traded in my old car and buy a new one. Great service and great price. My sales person was Gary Lee. Gary and his supporting crew were all extremely professional.
