I have dealt with Phil, Herb, and Adam at Bobby Rahal Acura and I have had a great experience each time. I purchased one RDX in 2011 and leased another in 2014. Both have been very good experiences and I have been pleased with each aspect of the process. They are straightforward, helpful, and respect your time and budget. Phil and Herb have been with Bobby Rahal for years and know what they are talking about. They are both very personable and helpful. They provide all the information you need, transparently, which is so important in a car buying or leasing process. I would absolutely recommend to a friend and I plan to continue utilizing Bobby Rahal for my car buying needs.

I had a wonderful experience at Bobby Rahal purchasing a 2013 certified Acura TSX and trading in a 2008 Acura TSX. The certified Acura TSX was fixed up by Bobby Rahal to meet the certification standards and looked like new. Dave Williams, my salesman, was very informative but also very easy going and was willing to listen to me and address any concerns that I might have about the entire process.

As others have said, Dave Williams is an excellent salesperson but more than that you just know that he is a good person. There was only "straight talk" when it came to discussions about options that were available to me at Bobby Rahal Acura. There was no sales pressure. Just open and honest conversation. I left my RDX for a MDX (expanding grandchildren population) and I am very happy. Zach the finance guy was also great to work with. Even other sales personnel that were there the day I drove my new MDX home were congratulating me and they weren't even involved with the sale. They were genuinely happy for me. I am not sure about this but I don't think there are a lot of dealerships that have the same family like atmosphere. I recommend Dave, Zach and the entire dealership.

Over the years my family has purchased six vehicles from Bobby Rahal Honda and my sons both purchased used Acuras from Rahal Acura. I recently traded my 2010 CR-V for a 2016 Acura RDX. Dave Williams was the salesman. He did a wonderful job explaining all of the features of my new SUV. The buying process was a breeze as Dave is so laid-back, not at all like the popular image of a car salesman. I would highly recommend Rahal Honda or Acura to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

My RL was in for warranty repairs and a loaner TLX was provided. Well, that did the trick as I had to have that car. My salesman, Herb Haft, did an excellent and was very professional throughout the entire process. I am very particular about my vehicles, certain tires, certain prep, and, Herb made all of those things possible. I could not be any happier with the Rahal dealership for both the sales and service. One final nice touch was the sales manager finding me just prior to taking delivery and having a few nice words....excellent touch. Finally, it was raining very heavily the day I picked up my vehicle and they pulled my trade into the adjacent garage so I could get a few personal things without getting wet. I recommend this dealership highly without reservation.

It was time for me to purchase a new SUV. I decided to purchase an RDX after reviewing other options. We met with Dave Williams at Rahal Acura and we hit it off right away. He was very prompt getting back to us with information and setting up the pick up. Dave went through the new "bells and whistles" on the SUV and followed up a day later to see how I was doing with the car.

The car buying experience here is a pleasure: buyers are treated with courtesy and respect, the vehicles are clearly explained, there is no insulting sales technique, the transaction is professional, and the delivery process is friendly and helpful. All of this in a beautiful and impeccably maintained facility. Dave Williams has assisted us with buying two Acuras. Buying a car can be stressful. Bobby Rahal Acura took the stress out of buying. We found a beautiful RDX in great shape, low miles for a fair price. No strong armed sales tactics, no feeling of being rushed to view the vehicle or hurry up and buy. Jeremy took all the time we needed, answered every question we had and made us feel as though we had his undivided attention while there. Zach in the finance department was great to work with as well. He ran all the numbers and scenarios I asked about, and helped us secure the right loan for us. The dealership plays a large role in buying for us as we plan to service there as well. We were very satisfied and we love the RDX. Overall a 100% positive experience and we look forward to working with Bobby Rahal Acura for future car buying.

From the test drive through the actual purchase and vehicle orientation, our sales representative and everyone at the dealership were excellent. Our sales rep was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and all aspects of the transaction. Our vehicle was ready at the scheduled time, spotless with no defects. We love our new Acura and would not think of seeing another dealership. We've been Rahal customers for years and do not expect that to change. We've also been told that the service department is just as good as the sales department by friends that have used it for years.

I waited 10 minutes at the Parts Dept window and nobody ever came to help me. I saw several people shoving a slice of pizza in their mouth, but the parts person was nowhere to be found. I wrote a review on Snap21 and instead of posting it, I got a generic "we apologize" from the manager and the review was never posted so as to make people believe it is a great dealership. I will never go back to this place with employees standing around doing nothing while customers need assistance.

I had serviced my 2nd gen TL while I was in the Harrrisburg region 6 years ago , I returned to the Harrisburg region and serviced my new RDX with these guys. I can tell you these guys are honest, courteous and a professional dealership. On one occasion they had a small incident with the SUV while servicing it and they were honest about notifying the incident ( a regular mechanic would have ignored to notify me) and were courteous to lend me another Acura while they would fix the SUV. Their prices are pretty reasonable. Chris at the service is your To go guy

Philip was an excellent sales rep from the beginning, showing us the RDX and MDX vehicles, all the way through showing us the features of our brand new 2014 MDX Tech. The vehicle was delivered in spotless condition. I felt I was treated honestly and with respect by both Philip and Brian the sales manager. No gimmicks, no tricks, NO PRESSURE - just letting the vehicles speak for themselves. The 2014 MDX is an awesome vehicle! you need to drive one to truly appreciate it.

This car is more then I expected. The features are more than I can explain. If you're thinking about a TL don't, just do it. And Bobby Rahal Acura is the place to go.

They were fast to respond to our email inquiries, provided the carfax report, and we test drove with ease. They were very friendly and not overly pushy like you would find at most dealerships.
