Since buying a car is typically the second most costly thing you buy after buying a house, you would think the process would be smoother. It was an "all day" endeavor even though we knew what car we wanted and accepted the price as presented. After all is said and done, I am happy with my Regal.

Tom Spears was a great help to us in the purchase of our new car. I was able to drive other SUV styles before deciding on the Encore. I felt no pressure at any time. I was also offered a fair price for my trade-in. My wife and I like the Encore very much. We have not driven it much yet but are looking forward to doing so. It is a surprisingly smooth ride for a smaller vehicle.

This is the second survey/review I've done and it is unchanged from my previous one. You all did a fine job of trading my money for your vehicle. The Encore was our choice after looking at most of the other suv crossovers out there. The price was fair and the service was great. If youre looking for suggestions on improvement, I would say you should include a 50.00 dinner gift card with every purchase of a new vehicle. This is a classy way to say thanks for your business. All that paperwork can make a person hungry :)

We broke down on I-75 Friday night May 27th south of Cinncantti on our way to MI had to be towed to the hotel in Miamisburg Ohio, not sure what we could do on a holiday weekend...call Bob Ross Buick and spoke with the receptionist right at opening time and explained to her our situation she put us on the phone with Barry the service manager right away. Barry had our car towed to him within 1/2 hour of our call...had it pulled right into the bay to be diagnosed, the mechanic knew immediately what it was ( crack seal and valve cover) had both parts in stock and we were on our way within 1 1/2 hours a promised. Top notch service for out of towners probably never to see us again.... for locals I believe you are blessed to have them at your doorstep. Thanks Barry, Robert for entertaining us while we waited with our dog and thanks to the knowledgeable mechanic (sorry didn't get his name) that reads the bulletins and made our vacation trip a total success.

I was favorably impressed with the people I worked with in my shopping experience at Mercedez-Benz of Centerville. I especially appreciate the efforts of Travis Spears. I test drove a M Class Mercedes with Travis. When he followed up with me a few days later I told him that I was looking for something with more of a sporty feel. He immediately asked if I would have interest in looking at the BMW X5 that had come in on a trade. We met on that vehicle and ultimately made a deal. I also appreciate the professionalism of Kenneth Watson, who worked with me on securing a very good deal on financing. Both worked with me to very satisfactorily clear up a few minor fulfillment issues (missing second key, etc.)

My experience at Bob Ross Buick GMC was absolutely wonderfulWorking with my Sales Consultant Tom Spears to find the right car with the right options was easy and very comfortable, without any of the pressure that you find at many other dealerships. Tom did a great job of listening to my needs and matching those with the right vehicle. Tom also did a great job in delivering the vehicle with great explanations of all the features and functionality of the high tech dashboard. From the first foot in the parking lot to a week after we purchased our vehicle, Charles Gray was the friendliest, most accommodating sales person. We bought a Buick Enclave that was sitting on the showroom floor. He brought it out of the showroom so we could drive it. When the deal was sealed, he took us on a tour of the whole facility and introduced us to everyone. This was the cleanest, state-of-the art service department we've ever seen! I leased my 2012 Acadia Denali from Bob Ross and worked with salesman, Jim Roark. What a pleasure it was! No pressure, very knowledgeable and so friendly! I knew that when my lease was up, I would head back and talk with Jim on a new vehicle. I received a letter stating Bob Ross was interested in securing used vehicles for their inventory and to contact them if interested. I did, and two days later I was in a new 2014 Acadia Denali! Had a tour of the newly remodeled dealership and met employees I may encounter in future maintenance schedules. Love the dealership, highly recommend the personnel for their honesty, friendliness and lack of pressure. Will not go anywhere else!

I normally don't write reviews but I saw the other review posted on here and had to say something about it. I've been dealing with the Bob Ross organization for a while and can't begin to imagine how "accurate" that particular review is. I have never received anything other than the utmost professional treatment from the top down. They seem to have an attitude of at least trying to take care of the customer vs. just blowing them off. It's not easy to take care of everyone, and who knows how hard the other reviewer went off on them, but I definitely can't see them just being rude to someone without cause, if at all. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I took my 2006 Envoy in to have the driver side mirror fixed since it fell of in my hand. I examined it and saw that the retaining clip had popped off. I tried to pop the back cover of the mirror off but couldn't without risking breaking it. So I resorted to taking it to the dealer. My wife dropped off the car for it's service appointment. The service man took one look at it came back and said it was apparent that there was impact damage to the mirror and the entire mirror assembly would need to be replaced. The car is out of warrenty (37000 miles, 1000 to late). The service man said he couldn't give us a price till he found out if the car was under warrenty but said the mirror suffered impact damage so it wouldn't be a warrenty repair anyway. My wife then called me to come talk to them since they wouldn't listen to her or tell her what a new mirror cost. I arrived to talk to the service man a little frustrated and made the mistke of saying " The idiot that looked at my car says there was apparant impact damge..." At which point he went off on me, told me not to call his people idiots, and that it was obvious there was impact damage. So I told him there couldn't be impact damage, since the mirror was fine till I tried to unfold it after moving it out of the way and it fell off in my hand. He told me it was apparant there was impact damage. I told him I didn't appreciate being called a liar. He insisted there was impact damage and I was lying. My wife then asked what a new mirror cost, and he basically said he couldn't tell me a price till they determined the extent of the impact damage. At this point I told him to bring my car around front since I had decided not to them work on it. The service man refused to return my car to me until I told him I was calling the police to report them for car theft. He then stomped off to get my car muttering under his breath a few choice words I won't repeat.True, I overreacted but the Service man was rude, and called me a liar. My wife said while she was waiting, he exploded over the phone at another customer. I guess he was having a bad day. Maybe the dismall economy and GM's uncertain future is weighing heavy on him and his future job prospects look bad, but his attutude has insured that I will never deal with this dealership again and will make every effort to stear people away from them. In a service industry you have to deal properly with irrate people, and that is doublely so when business is bad. His poor attitude has undone a lot of marketing effort and expense on the part of the dealer. Bob Ross GMC's sales staff is great but their service department needs help. 30 mins later... I see why they were insistent on impact damage now. I looked at the mirror again and a couple of the plastic tabs fell out. They broke them off trying to take it apart. All is clear now.
