I was looking on line for a new Kia the MSRP price was 26.515 then it said sale 23.000 when I went in I was told that is how they put it on line due to competition then you had to be numerous qualification to get the 3,515 off, I was also told you had to go through Kia finance, I did they chose the bank i still did not get the sale price, in total they gave me 50.00 off. Not a honorable dealership. General manager offered me 500.00 to make it better. I declined. It was a insult

I purchased a Kia Soul 2 yrs ago at the Bob Moore Kia dealership in Edmond, which is now Kyle Hill Kia. When I bought my car I had to make several trips to sign or resign paperwork that was not done correctly or at all. At one point they redid my whole contract and again I had to make another trip to sign. Well, apparently when my paperwork was redone they left something out. I had purchased the wheel and tire package which allows you to have full coverage on both. Back in April of 2015 I went to have my rims redone with no issues, no problem. Same day service. Well, it was time to have it done again almost a year later so I tool it to what is now Kyle Hill because the Bob Moore on nw hi way is not real convenient especially when you have to leave your car for a couple of days, just to get the rims done. It was the same in Edmond but easier to do. I dropped my car on a Monday expecting to pick it up the next day. Finally after 5 days I get a call saying my wheels are done and they then decide I do not have the wheel and tire coverage, even tho they could see I had it done previously. Although most of my paperwork was in transit to Bob Moore, NW Expressway. Well it all came down to my word against theirs because some how that coverage got left off the 2nd time I had to go in to resign paperwork. It didn't matter that it showed I had it done before with no expense to me. No one ever told me I did not have the coverage. But why was it paid for last year?? All I heard was, if you would have brought it here, Bob Moore, NW Expressway we could cover it for you. I'm sorry, is it still not Bob Moore????? Are you not fixing to have my paperwork??? I ended up having to pay $200.00 for something I would have never had done if I knew there was yet another screw up in my paperwork. This was very upsetting to me and even more upsetting that no one was willing to make it right. This is my 4th Kia, the last 2 purchased from Bob Moore. I'm still in shock that they had no desire to make it right when the proof was in the paperwork. They did not care that their mistake was costing me $200. I will never deal with them again. Poor customer service

Found a Jeep Patriot Bob Moore was advertising on Craigslist. I live 3 hours north of OKC, so pretty much worked out a deal on the phone based on the pictures and the salesman description. Drove the 3 hours only to find hail damage and a broken windshield. Went ahead and work out a purchase price only to have to wait an hour for the finance dept to take my check. Get the car home and two days later it dies right in the middle of traffic and now the check engine light is on. They supposedly preformed a 100 point check. Not very impressed

Bob Moore Kia is the only place I will ever buy another vehicle. We saw a car online, and we were talking to a guy online about the price. We finally got a great price. Surprise, surprise when we got to the dealership, the price we were told was a "mistake". They lied just to get us down there. We should have run then, but we didn't. After some dealing (still not as good as they originally said), we purchased the car. What they didn't tell us was that it didn't come with a key fob. This is was a car with electric everything, so I just assumed it would have a key fob. Our sales guy said he would ask his manager about it, but we haven't heard anything over 2 months later. I'm sure we won't since they already got our business. Go here if you enjoy being lied to.

Came in for a transmission evaluation. Asked them to test the transmission control module and two sensors. After an hour and a half they had tested nothing. Their tech drove the car and came back to say that it needed a new transmission. He said that they would test more but there was a $90/hour charge for him to do what I came and asked for from the beginning. Will never go back and will never recommend them.

I went to Bob Moore Kia in search for a new car. I was going for the new Kia Optima when we arrived we were greeted by John Doughty. He came up to us with a great attitude adn he was training a guy, he was kink to ask if it was ok if he followed along. We were fine with it. I am a picky person and he showed me all the Optima's and I didn't like them. He was very patient with me and made sure I found the car I wanted. He showed me the Forte and I fell in love. The bad thing was that they didn't have the color of car I wanted but were willing to bring it to me. I told them if I didn't find the car it wasn't meant to be. He did the best he could to get me the car I wanted. after a few hours we found my dream car! I got what I wanted and he made sure I was satisfied! I was driving off the lot with my new car! I had a great experience with this company. The last time I purchased a car I had a horrible experience and we were scared it was a repeat. We were wrong! It was a 360 and I'm glad we came! The next day I went back to retint my car and the service was great! John was there and made sure I was attended correctly. He would check on service to make sure I wasn't waiting a long time. I HIGHLY recommend Bob Moore Kia if your interested for a Kia. I RECOMMEND John Doughty to any of ya who are interested to get a new car!

Ryan Shaff was the first salesman I worked with. I was kooking for a Kia Soul. I knew from test driving the Kia Soul that it was just a box on wheels.You can hear and feel every crack on the road. Rough ride! And no cargo space. So I know the manufacuring cost is low.All I wanted was a cute car with a personality ( Kia Soul ).I decided that I would buy a Kia Soul and dress it up with all you had to offer. Ryan Shaffs manager quoted me a price of 24,900 dollars for a Dune loaded Kia Soul. That was way to high. Finally we get to 22,900 and I trade in my 2004 PT Cruiser worth 1,500.When I went to my bank to get the 22,900 I was informed that a fully loaded Kia Soul was worth 23,175.I told Ryan Shaff and his manager that I was not happy with the price. But, I had singhed the P.O. ( entrapment )!I feel like you made me pay 2,000 over sticker price. You should give me my PT Cruiser back and 500 dollars. I feel SWINDLED.

In spite of the unpleasant experiences of my sons' recent visits to Bob Moore Kia, I stopped to look at new cars. We had been customers at Bob Moore dealerships for over twenty years and always very happy with sales and service. The salesman who greeted me was neither pleasant nor interested in selling a car to fit my requests. High pressure does not always sell cars. Women do drive cars and often are equally, sometimes more, as knowledgeable as men. I was not treated in this manner until Fred entered the office. Through his conversation, people skills and expertise I decided to consider a Kia Rio from this dealership. I returned home, did some research; decided to purchase. The finance officer was quite young and new and refused to put my name as primary owner of the vehicle. My husband of forty-three years had accompanied me. A few days later we were contacted to return to sign papers that had been forgotten. I went alone only to discover that the papers had been signed just not located in the file folder. There was a question about the Resist-all treatment. The car was not properly detailed at time at time of delivery; I returned at a later date for a more complete detail. Overall I would not give an enthusiastic recommendation to this dealership. I would also not give a completely negative review either. All difficulties can be rectified.

We bought our first Kia (2013 Forte Koupe) in October of 2011. John D. was amazing with his knowledge of the vehicles and the company itself. He was very laid back, friendly and never once tried to push us into something we didn't want. He was interested in our lifestyle and our family to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted and needed... even giving us his personal cell phone number should we ever have a problem. Financing was a breeze with Richard since we were already pre-approved through our bank and even though I was very ill with pneumonia, I was very pleased with how quickly all the paperwork was completed. They even allowed me to lay down on the sofa in the back through the majority of it. We were never pressured to buy all the warranty options that were offered either. It was just so easy.Buying the Forte was such a wonderful experience that when we decided we needed to buy another vehicle, we gave John D. a call. My husband met with him on Friday and spent several hours going over different vehicles. John even took my husband and oldest son out to breakfast! So on Saturday(01/26/2013) after I got off work, we gave John a call to see if he was available to meet with us and he made a special trip to the dealership to do so. He showed me what he and my husband had looked at, explaining in extreme detail all the pro's and cons about each vehicle. Once I settled on the Soul... we test drove each level. Base, Plus and Exclaim. He was fully knowledgeable about each model, showing me each feature and how they worked. What I loved best is that he remembered my first name, my kids' names, ages etc. John treated us like family not just a sale that he wanted to make. Once I decided on which vehicle I wanted... John D. took off to make sure the car was ready for us. He actually even re-detailed because the detail guys missed some stuff and he cleaned the windows again because there were visible streaks. Finance went easy despite them having technical issues with the printers... some pressure techniques on the extras that were a tad annoying but nothing that would put me off from buying another car from Bob Moore Kia.Overall... we have had the most excellent experiences with Bob Moore Kia and couldn't be happier with our vehicles.

I wanted to get out of a two car payment and decided to stop and look at an optima. After test driving one my wife and I decided to go ahead and get one if they could get us out of the two car payments we were making. We traded both vehicles for one. William was very knowledgeable about all cars on lot. We could not decide whether to get a black one or a white one. William told my wife that the white one in his opion had more personality (which we thought so also). We settled on that and went in to see Richard Battles the finance man. Richard was a hoot. My wife asked when will the first payment be do, and with out missing a beat Richard said tomorrow. Had her going. I was rolling on the inside. The salesman, John, was very nice, knowledgeable and not pushy, which is how they initially try to present themselves. However, the pushy and true side of them came during the finance stage. I actually was given the classic car salesman line, "You're trying to take food out of my mouth." Really? I guess they assumed that since I was a female I would be stupid enough to pay sticker price. I understand they are in the business of making money, however, during the haggling stage, when I suggested 6 free oil changes (which I found out a week later came with their car deal anyway), Anson, the finance guy, acted completely appalled saying, "Do you know how much money that is?!" You would have thought I asked him to cut the price of the car in half. We finally agreed on a price that I was satisfied with, but not before I had to go through 2 different people trying to pressure me into buying all these extra "insurances". I don't know how many times I had to say NO. Then about a week after having the car, Anson calls with another classic lying dealership strategy. "We made a mistake with the financing. We need you to come back in and resign some papers." So now my payments are higher than they initially were. All in all I amy very happy with the car. Love it! I just hate that Bob Moore Kia Northwest is the one I gave my business to. It's like having a baby that you love with a guy you now despise and regret that he's the father.

I must be in heaven because I just bought a 2013 Kia Optima Ex! William, my salesman, found exactly what I was looking for (style and price similar to my Saturn), but he found better. First, from my criteria he was able to drive a white Kia under the awning for me to examine in the shade. Then, during the test drive, William explained the various functions on the display. I felt at ease with his patience because I had several questions. Finally, water was offered as I went through the paperwork. From service to sales to finance, everyone was congenial, courteous, and knowledgeable about cars in general. Their humor also lightened what could have been a stressful time. William even gave me a courtesy call to see how I was doing with my Kia after I had brought it home. This was to be the first car for my daughter. Her 16th birthday is coming up in a few weeks. I had simply mentioned this during our conversations with Ryan (our salesman) that this was going to be her first car and for her 16th birthday. They had to order the car she wanted and they worked diligently to get it in by her birthday. Originally, it was not supposed to be in until 10 days after her birthday. But, they found one and traded with another dealer to get one in early. When we showed up, Ryan had put her name in big letters across the windshield with a "Congratulations" sign and a big red bow. Wow! Over the top and totally unexpected! It added to the already exciting moment. She was thrilled. The sales staff was friendly, quick and thorough on their demonstrations of the vehicles. The process was quick and painless for getting pricing and they were very easy to let me walk out the door with a price in mind and "think things through". A couple days later I called them asking for a specific version of a car I test drove and they obtained the vehicle for me, pushed me through the paperwork quite quickly, and the car was there the next day. Just stopped in to look at the 2012 KIA Optima. They only had one available. A red one with the standard trim package. I love the new body styles, but said I didn't want a red car. I wanted a metallic bronze with the full premium package. two days later, they had the exact vehicle with the exact trim package I wanted(some dealers would just try to talk you into buying something already on the lot). Needless to say, paperwork went fast and easy, Rick worked hard to make sure I got the best deal possible on my trade-in and every incentive available. Ryan was also very helpful in making sure I understood all the cool new functions on the car and made himself very available for any further instructions. I've only been driving it a few days now and am more than happy. I've also gotta say, the quote I love hearing most... "That's a KIA???" Everyone loves it.
