I worked with three people, but mostly Sadia. Instead of leaving happy I was very disappointed and extremely irritated. She portrayed unprofessionalism to the highest degree. I was given false information, contacted by phone in a rude manner, and she attempted to belittle me for wanting to go with a different company for extended warranty. The false information consisted of Incorrect prices, specific times given, and promises that were not kept. When I was contacted I didn't get a "hello..." Instead I got "I need you to come up here and get your car certified"The day I purchased the car (after being there for a long time given the run around...), I set an appointment with Sadia to have my car certified on Friday August 5, 2016 at 9:00a.m.I received a text calls and texts to come on Tuesday and then Wednesday. I expressed that I was busy and had to come Friday. On Tuesday night she called me and said "I need you to come tomorrow at 11:30"I was not asked...I told her I couldn't because of work but that I could take a lunch break and go then if it doesn't take long. She told me it would for sure be done in 30 minutes because it doesn't take long. So I agreed to go Wednesday August 3, 2016 at 12:30.When I got there she was not ready for me. I spoke with her about my extended warranty offer with a different company, which she decided to say "that is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Not trying to call you stupid but that is stupid"SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!Then she couldn't explain the cancellation process correctly but refused to let me speak with the finance department.She did not have a welcoming demeaner.The process that was supposed to only take 30 minutes, ended with me sitting in the showroom lobby for TWO HOURS plus...Promises that were not kept were giving me a rental car to drive while they worked on my car if it was going to be over 30 minutes and also pricing that was quoted for my monthly payment changed even though I initialed on a paper to pay that amount.I left the dealership over two hours ago and I am still upset.

Went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation and it took much longer than expected. Service Manager immediately gave me the service for free because of the inconvenience. I've had service done there before and service was timely so the wait was not normal.

We have been coming to this dealership since 2003, and have given our business to Bob Howard Nissan for almost 14 years. Purchased numerous Nissan; all brand new. Staff was friendly, Mechanics were well trained, Service was always top notch and Managers/Service advisers were all well-educated on Nissan products and knew how to retain, communicate and respect customers. Now that's all Past.We always knew that our investment will be in good hands. However this is NOT the case now.Our recent experience with the service department at Nissan has been very challenging and disappointing. Service Manager "JESSE ROWRAY" has been very unprofessional, rude and unethical each time we communicated with him.All he does is sit behind glass doors and does not even keep a smile on his face, it feels like we are asking him a favor when we bring our vehicles in for service.On one occasion, he even told us to take our business somewhere else and he will be OK with it.He even tried charging us over $400 dollars for the wrong and faulty part which they installed on one of my vehicle. Mechanic broke the oil dipstick in my other car, and we were not informed. No replacement was offered or installed, I found out later when I was checking the oil level. Now I am driving my other car with a broken dipstick.Worst part is that no apologies were offered.I would like to speak to someone in in management regarding his behavior. There are numerous people I have known at this establishment who have complained about his behavior with customers and even employees.I can name numerous people who we miss seeing at this dealership and wish they could return back.My advice to Nissan would be to kindly look into this matter SERIOUSLY. If this attitude at the dealership and His behavior continuous, you will see a lot of LOYAL customers like myself and my family turning away.In a long run you will be losing a lot of business.

I could travel to Enid which is 20 minutes away to use their Nissan dealership but thru time has learned they are a complete circle horrible. SOooo... I travel 65 miles away to Bob Howard Nissan for vehicle purchases and service as needed. Bob Howard Nissan treats me exceptional every time I have been there whether for purchase of a vehicle or service on a vehicle. Their customer service is awesome. I have compared prices and their pricing is always reasonable. Their service and parts department is just as awesome and very knowledgeable and also has very reasonable pricing.

Couldn't even give it 1 star. My new 2015 Sentra came with a 2 year old navigation system SD card installed (version 4.0 instead of 6.0) - something which Nissan says is impossible - and I can't get management at Bob Howard to return my calls. Will definitely report the dealer to Nissan corporate!

You'll think you'll have a deal but suddenly they're asking for much more just as you are about to pay (and you've already spent several hours there). Certainly don't bother taking a trade in, they'll offer 1/4th the value of the car, compared to the other dealerships 1/2 to 3/4.

I shopped for a car at Bob Howard Nissan and I had a wonderful experience! Mark Samson and Jessica Spence are the 2 people who helped me the most. They were both so friendly and helpful as could be. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. They gave me tons of helpful information, they let me test drive cars several times, and they let me borrow a car for a day to see if I liked it! All of the managers that I talked to throughout my car shopping process at Bob Howard Nissan were very nice, and really tried to earn my business without being pushy. Also the facility is very nice, and a comfortable place to be. They have a really good coffee machine too! I had such a great experience car shopping here!

Talked and emailed with sales and a general manager. Truck picked out told them about the trade, oh come in we can do this. Long story short walked in oh we cant do that truck our online price is wrong it has extras (which it did) but they typed the price. Then the smoke blowing began we need this and that and a large down payment. Well I told them in the beginning no money down but had some if need be but after their circus of an act and smoke blowing I decided it best that I take my business and money elsewhere and if you want to be treated decent you should too!

Although I didn't buy a car here, I wanted to write a review to compliment Will Bowden, a sales representative. I do my own research and am very deliberate about buying a car. I take my time. Will was fine with that and never applied any pressure and that made me want to buy from him. Unfortunately, I appeared to have frustrated Tom, the new car sales manager. I got an offer that was a little better than a very good counteroffer that Tom had extended to me. I gave them an opportunity to match it (with actually a car having a little more equipment AND a little more money) but Tom passed. They didn't have to beat it. I wanted to buy the car here because of Will. I'd buy from Will at any dealer. Let Will help you. Good luck with Tom. Sure he's a fine enough fellow just seemed as though we couldn't get on the same sheet. This is the only reason that you see some average ratings from me instead of good or excellent.

I was in need of a new car. My wife and I were pregnant with our first child. I was driving a mustang and my wife was driving an older saturn that needed some repair work. We decided it was time to get a new family car. Bob Howard Nissan was the first place we stopped by. We were greeted by Thomas Osborne and we had mentioned what we were going through and that we had 8 months before we had our child. We had no intentions on buying a car. Thomas made buying a car so easy that we just couldn't say no. We got a great deal on my mustang and on a new Altima that was well equipped. Our monthly payments went down and we were not expecting that. Thank you Thomas for getting me and my wife a great family car and such a good deal!

I don't like shopping for cars. It was that time to go shop for a new car. I was expecting the worse because of my last experiences with other dealerships. I went to Bob Howard Nissan because I saw that online they had a very good deal. As I arrived I was thinking that I was a fish in a shark tank. I thought I was going to be swarmed with salesman hungry for my money. I met Thomas and he was very friendly and helpful. We have gone to several dealerships looking for a car and this was by far the strangest experience my husband and I have come across. Found the car we liked,went in for a test drive and it moved to the high spot on our list of potential cars. The initial salesman was very nice and polite and so far everything was going along very professionally. Honestly, we would have purchased the car right then had it not been for Ken. He was very rude and pushy even before we started speaking about the price. He was even rude to the people he was speaking to while we were waiting for him to print out the CarFax for us. We were concerned about the mileage on the car and he basically demeaned us about those concerns. I would go into it more but I'll just say that if you're going there you may want to talk to someone other than Ken if that is an option. It's a shame about his attitude because were it not for that, we would have driven it off the lot tonight.

I am shopping for my teenage daughter a car and the manager Mark twice exhibited why BH Nissan doesn't have a clue what they are doing. First, I called about a car, they said yeah come see it, got there, and drove it. Daughter liked it. Manager walks out and tries to be cute and jokingly says "Bad news, we sold the car". Wasn't a joke, they sold it, but that wasn't what made me the most upset. Mark the manager began to suggest that my 17 yr old should be in a more expensive car. He hasn't a clue what our needs are and I don't want my kid strapped with a big note going off to college. Two days later get an email from Steven the salesman about a car we might be interested in. Great! We go and look and drive and make an offer. 30 minutes later, Mark walks back in and says "Bad news, the price on the car is wrong. $4000 wrong!" The only thing nice about that place is Steven. Too bad he has to work for a bunch of lying weasels!

Decided it was time to purchase a new (used) car....came to bob Howard on a whim, got the first sales person who was at the door....Thomas. Thomas was niece and friendly, only slightly pushy and a bunch of old school tricks. Found a car that I liked and decided that we would sit down and talk it was your standard back and forth, I ended up walking out leaving a fair deal for the dealership on the table because he wouldn't agree to come down to my price. Thomas got me back in the door and closed the deal on my terms. Financing went well, all old news here...it was after the sale where they FAILED....After financing and driving away in my new car I felt great. I knew that I needed to come back a few days later to turn in my trade in( traded a sight unseen). When I returned I mentioned that there were things missing from the new purchases that I wanted. Such as floor mats and a owners manual. Both of these items I had to haggle to get. After a no from Thomas and a manager, eventually they got both the floor mats and the manual, should not have been that hard...After that it was your typical waiting game for the title. 3 weeks went by, no title mailed. I called the dealership and they said that I should be receiving it later that week....waited 2 more weeks and nothing. At this time I called again, afraid that I would be getting a paper ticket any time and also having to pay an additional fine for the late tittle. After calling a second time thy assure me that I should have it that week. It finally was mailed 2 weeks later...only to have been notarized a full month after I had made the purchase, and received with only 3 days to register without any additional fees, and was lied to as to when it was mail. Overall, an expected buying experience, and terrible follow through at the end of the sale. I will NOT be doing business with bob Howard/Moore any time soon.

BH Nissan sends me a coupon in the mail. $15.00 off regular $39.95 oil change. (Hmmm oil change for $25.00 - ok?) Take car in and wait for oil change. Service Tech. comes in and says we need to change your air cleaner ($24.95) and all your fluids are getting "old" and "dirty" so we need to change those and the rear end needs alignment - he says "total around $300.00". I say NO Thanks - just change the oil and filter. Girl brings in bill for oil change - $30.00. I say - coupon says $25.00. She says - sorry, we had to use 6 qts not 5 qts. of oil for your 6 cyl. I show her coupon and she goes and gets the service manager. I ask service manager - how much for a quart of oil? He says $3.00. I say, then I will pay you $28.00 and not $30.00 (tax was already included in the bill). He says no you owe $30.00. I say with the coupon it's $28.00. He says we'll write it off and now you take your car. I go look for Gen. Manager, Rodney Guthrie. False advertising and price gouging. Not around leave my phone number with salesman and ask GM to call me. Never got a call from Rodney but did go to NAPA and got the air cleaner for $6.95 which was 300% cheaper than BH Nissan. My shadow will never - nor yours should either, cross the threshold of the BH Nissan Service Department.

I made an offer $200 below their offer and their financial manager "Ken" decided to come out and call us "fools" for not accepting his offer. I don't know how other dealerships handle their business, but being called a "fool" is not acceptable and walked out of the facility futhermore being insulted that I "apparantely" was not very good at my own job. I wish a manager like this would be held accountable for speaking to a potential customer like this, but highly doubt i even get a phone call back to discuss the situation. NOT PLEASED!!!

I went to Bob Howard looking for a new car after I had wrecked my beloved Pathfinder. The day I bought the car, everything went smoothly no major issues, the staff was friendly and competent. The day after I took the car home I got a phone call from the finance department saying that they signed me on a loan rate they could not back up! they wanted me to come back and sign a whole new loan for a 2% higher rate! From then on out the treatment I received from staff was abhorrent, I was sniped and snapped at, put on hold for so long that I gave up talking to them on the phone and went directly to the dealership. I ended up financing through a credit union instead, when I went to Bob Howard again to give them paperwork from my credit union for financing the loan officer looked at my credit union APR rate and quipped "Wow you must be good "friends" with someone important at the credit union." I can't believe how immature and incompetent the staff was at such a large and apparently successful dealership. I will not be going back and I will be telling everyone who will listen to look elsewhere when buying a car.

I went to Bob Howard looking for a used car with a low budget. Looking to spend $5,000 I got pressured into getting a $3,800 being told it would not last on the lot past the day. The test drive of the car went well, nothing seemed wrong with it and I was reassured that the car passed a 90 point inspection and was completely mechanically sound. After these promises I felt comfortable buying this car.After sitting in the lobby waiting for the paper work to go through for 2 hours (the time was quickly approaching 9 PM, closing time at the dealership) I left in the used car with relatively low mileage and a clean carfax. About 15 miles down the road I could feel something was not right with this car and that the transmission was probably about to blow, I barely made it home and could not bring it back that night because they were closing up as I left. When I went back in the following morning they promised to look at it. They told me it had actually NOT passed the 90-point inspection, even after I had been told by 3 different people about this policy before selling the car. I took the car home again, this time after it was "fixed". Again it did not take more than 20 miles before I felt the same transmission issues and I brought it back again the next day. They refused me any option of returning this car that I bought under false promises of it being mechanically sound.The general manager, Ken, actually walked away from me when I brought it making me feel completely unimportant to him and a worthless costumer whose money meant nothing. I have never seen or experienced such clear disregard for customer service, I was shocked by the rudeness this guy presented me with. After they "fixed" it a second time and I drove home once again to find the transmission was not fixed, the third time I brought it in they told me they were not going to attempt to "fix" it again. This was the worst buying, customer service, and general human interaction experience I have ever had and I would recommend that no one ever go to Bob Howard for any reason, EVER!

Our buying experience so far with Bob Howard Nissan has been overall extremely negative, unprofessional, unethical, and even technically illegal. I will never service any of my vehicles and strongly urge you to buy somewhere else.1. Our experience started when my wife and I were looking for a used vehicle for our 16yr old daughter. We went to the dealership and saw a 02 VW Jetta for sale with price of 4,999.00 after being marked down.Our salesman Don Evraets got the key for us to test drive. We started vehicle and it made a high pitched noise, then went away. Don verbalized that they were aware and their service technicians could not find any cause for it and suggested it was just the belts. After the test drive, we decided to purchase vehicle. We went back and forth on price and settled on 4, 200 out the door (including 199.50 process fee) thus price was $4000.50.I later found on EBAY + Bob Howard Nissan webpage that the real price of vehicle was really 3999.00, not even "BUY IT NOW PRICE". They even kept the listing for sale for over a week on websites after vehicle purchase. It is the salemans job to know what the current price is, however lesson to consumer is to always check internet price. 2. 6 days later after purchasing vehicle, check engine light went on. I took it Autozone to check the code. It was a secondary air sensor. I researched and found out that first indicator of faulty sensor is high pitched noise when starting vehicle. I contacted Don and explained what happend as above. He verbalized he would talk to manager and call back. He never called back. I ended calling him back after 5 days. Don verbalized that it was used vehicle and since check engine light was not lit when I purchased vehicle, I was out of luck. 3. The main issue is after purchasing the vehicle, I received the Oklahoma Title in the mail. I went to register vehicle and the clerk noticed a major and serious problem. He asked me how many miles were on vehicle, I informed him 109990. He informed me that the title stated 131000. That is a difference of 21,000. This technically is a misrepresentation of vehicle by Bob Howard Nissan. Odometer fraud or tampering is a violation of federal law. The problem is if I decide to ever sell vehicle, from now on it will have a tag connected to it stating wrong odometer. I went to Bob Howard Nissan and spoke to Used Car Manager Sonny Rose and explained my experience. He verbalized that price issue was due to automatic price drop after vehicle has been sitting a while at dealership ( I later noted on my paper work that they had vehicle for only 9 days) and that sometimes the saleman don't know the actual price of vehicle since automated price drop or a saleman fails to check price...What?!Sonny explained about check engine light issue is not their responsibility since it is used vehicle, even though they were previously aware of high pitched noise. He did try to resolve issue by giving me a discount on service, however my trust and faith with their service dealership is gone since they couldn't identify the problem in the first place. Sonny went on to explain how Bob Howard is reputable, they have high standards and wouldn't sell a vehicle unless safe, all the paper work was in order, etc..I then showed him the Title paper work with the incorrect odometer ... he began to down play the situation. Oh this happens all the time, not a big deal....you see here...no odometer is exactly ends with zeros. He said they will take care of it. My faith in them non-existent. I will wait and see what happens if it gets fixed correctly with no "wrong odometer statement" .Overall, you can see why I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BOB HOWARD NISSAN!!!!

Scanning Autotrader.com over the weekend I found a perfect upgrade to my old truck. I emailed Bob Howard Nissan and requested they text me Monday morning about the Dodge Ram. I've tried this many times with other dealers and they always call me instead of text. I really appreciated them being able to follow my simple request. I also am very short on time so I went up there and test drove the truck, love it and then had to leave for a few hours. There was no high pressure "this is gonna sell while you're gone". I didn't get bugged with phone calls. They just respected my time. When I went in to actually buy it, it was the most relaxed, stress free car buying experience in my life. I first called Naomi about a 2009 Nissian Sentra that I found online, she was very nice and professional over the phone. When I went to the dealership she came out to meet me and she was wonderful and checked on the progress and my satisfaction through out the whole process. Anson helped me in the finance department and he was wonderful and very informative as well. I found that everyone that I met at the dealership to be extremely nice and to have a positive attitude toward the customers as well as fellow employees. Just bought a new 2011 Murano. No pressure. Sales Manager went out of his way to get the color and interior package we wanted. He found the car at a competing Dealer and delivered to us the next day, keeping the price the same. Chuck the Finance Guy was easy to deal with, fast and very low pressure. We would recommend this dealer to anyone!

This pertains to work done on a 2007 Titan 4x4 OR KC. Granted my truck is lifted and modified running 35x12.50r18 and of course the answer to everything that goes wrong with my truck is because of the lift. I understand that but certain things are not effected by the lift. First repair was on the infamous rear axle seal leak...not much they could say about my lift causing the problem so it was fixed under warranty...it took them 3 times to actually get the bearings seated properly I was getting a grinding noise out of the rear bearing after they had fixed it. Problem solved but it took them 3 times. So my next visit I'm getting odd popping sounds out of the rear end over bumps. I take it in and they tell me nothing is wrong we can't reproduce the sound so they figured over tightening the nut on my shocks will help...course not now my shocks are popping due to over being over torqued. So I under the truck and noticed the ubolts on the leaf spring are way loose after I tightened them down to spec I didn't have any popping from the rear end. Third and last visit ever...my slip yoke is leaking at the u joints and they procede to tell me the lift is causing it too much angle on the driveshaft. The bearings and seal is bad...So once again I'm doing my own warranty work. I drop the drive shaft the bearing and seal are good. Turns out the cap on the slip yoke is leaking and all it needs is to be resealed with high temp silicon...no more leak. Way to blow me off I'll never have my truck worked on here..idiots and full of $hit they will tell you anything to get rid of you so they don't have to do warranty work. The least they could do was actually tell me what's wrong and not make things up...if you don't want to work on it fine just say so and don't fill your customers full of crap that actually know a thing or two about trucks...not claiming I'm a master tech but I'm not a moron when it comes to repairs either...

I've had two Nissans and have always liked this dealership. I've always had great service from them and I really like the service guys who are there now. I have a 2007 Murano that I bought new from them. They have been terrific about everything. I used to have a Lexus and those guys treated you well, but this service dept. seems to work together and work very hard to make my experience a good one.P.S. I did my homework when I bought the car and went to Edmunds.com to figure out what the dealer was paying for everything. The salesman said to me that he only made fifty bucks commission on the deal, but it was worth it to see me work his salesmanager!( I got up and walked out three times before we made the deal).

I recently had my Murano serviced at Bob Howard Nissan where I had purchased it about a year ago. The next day I discovered a 3-inch scratch on the fender over the front wheel that was deep enough to remove all of the paint. I was not sure how this could have happened, but could only suspect the service provider since it was obviously not a door ding. I wrote a letter regarding the damage and suspicions about where it happened and was immediately contacted by Rodney the General Manager. He asked me to bring it in so he could assess the damage, and after looking at it, without hesitating, offered to fix the damage even though it would require repainting of the front panel. I found this to be above and beyond customer service since I could not absolutely guarantee that the damage had occurred during servicing at their facility. They had my vehicle for 24 hours so the paint on the repair could dry and it was worth it, they did an excellent job. Rodney was very professional and handled what could have been a sticky issue with speed and class, the very definition of quality customer service. Thanks again.

I just bought a used car from this dealership, the car we bought broke down the very next morning. I called the dealership as well as sent them an email explaining the problems with the car. I told them I wanted my trade back and they notified me they sold my trade the same night and they would be happy to put us into another car. I have made several trips to the dealership to look at other cars only to be disappointed because all of the cars should be on buy here pay here lots. They needed interior work, body work, front end work, electronics repairs and more. The management were very nice but I could tell they were tiring of me and wanted me gone. the trade in we had was a nice dependable car and they made good money on the sale (the salesman told me what it went for) and they still pushed the clunker we originally bought on us. They say they fixed the car but they will only will give a trade in value on the car instead of a direct trade for another car that is dependable. Stay away, they are untrustworthy. Kevin

After having had many bad experiences with car dealers in the OKC metro area I've become more than a little jaded, but I have to say Jack and the staff at Bob Howard Nissan are awesome! Jack gave us the room to look at every car we wanted and make an informed decision, never once pressured us to buy, was very knowledgeable, and above all was someone I felt I could actually trust to sell me a quality vehicle (we opted for a used Toyota Rav4 and got a great deal!). I've been elsewhere in this area, mainly in Norman where we live, and almost walked out of several dealerships in the middle of a deal from being screwed around with shady salesmen playing numbers games. Not once did I feel like Jack was trying to take advantage of us or trying to benefit his own bottom line. The man is truly a credit to the auto-sales industry and I strongly recommend paying him a visit when you're shopping for your next car. To put this in perspective - while we were waiting in the showroom to meet with the finance people I actually texted a friend to let him know how great the experience had been - how many of you can say that?

I would like to review Bob Howard Nissan Service Dept (Edmond, OK).My Wife and I have spent about $65,000 on 2 new vehicles (350z and 3.5se Altima), and repairs at Bob Howard Nissan. The sales crew did a phenomenal job with us....then to have a bunch of unprofessional, untrustworthy and flippant service folks treat us with contempt and condescension?! I think not. We will absolutely avoid Bob Howard Nissan Service at ALL costs in the future. I will be posting this rant with Nissan USA also. When customers spend THAT kind of money with a company, it's not too much to ask for common courtesy and and plain decency from the company in return. On the last visit (today), they offered to change the in-cabin micro filter on our Altima for $79 before tax. I did 3 minutes of research, and purchased the filter for $31 shipped from the internet, and will remove the 2 screws and screen myself. I can't believe that a company would have such poor management that they would allow their customers to be price-gouged at this level. 20% on a mark up?...expected.... over 200%?! Criminal.Bob Howard....you just lost 2 die hard Nissan customers....and, hopefully, anyone that else I can inform!
