Just purchased a new 2015 F150 supercab from Nick at Chapman's. This was one of the easiest purchases i have done. The loan process was so smooth. They came in under my budget. I hope i find the service department as helpful as Nick was when i need them down the road.

Bought 04 Expedition from them told them something was wrong with the transmission guaranteed me there wasn't cuz they're the oldest dealership in Ohio and they're honest and wouldn't sell anything that was broken but month later had to put a torque converter in a couple months later transmission couple of months later intake manifold the absolute worst car I've ever bought

Stopped by Bob Chapman about 20 minutes prior to closing on Saturday to check out used vehicle. Salesman greeted us, showed us the vehicle and started it up. He asked if we're ready to purchase a vehicle today...we responded "maybe". We were definitely interested in the car. After discussing the options of the car, I asked if we could take it for a test drive. The salesman responded "Well...we're closed now". I noticed the time, it was 4:05 PM. He wasn't going to let us drive the vehicle. He said to stop back on Monday. Before I could get a chance to go back, he left a voicemail on our home machine that the car was sold! He said we could stop back out but that's not going to happen. I wouldn't want to keep anyone there past "closing time". Unhappy Customer

I went to Bob Chapman because they were selling the cheapest Ford Fiesta in the area. It was such a great experience working with Nick, one of their seasoned (in a great way) Sales representatives. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it done and he helped me every step of the way. All of the staff I encountered that morning were exceptionally helpful and kind to me as well as the other potential customers around me. Compared to previous dealership experiences, this one was certainly my best! Their Finance manager, Jason, was also a big help in the deal. He was very knowledgeable about the add-ons, warranties and options. I would highly recommend someone else to go to the dealership in hopes of receiving the same warm welcome I did that morning.

Although going through remodel, the atmosphere and energy at Chapman is still "what can we do for you?" My last experience was purchasing my 2007 Ford 500 with 145 miles on it. I have maintained it by going to Chapman service and they know me by sight and name. I kept the 500 with 230,000+ miles and have just purchased my 2016 Ford Fusion with less than 50 miles on it!!! Everyone, from my salesperson, Jason Beeney, to the Finance Manager, Jason Burris, to the owner, Joseph Chapman, have been super!! Making sure all my questions are answered and that I love my new car as much as I love my "old" car!!

We have been Ford owners for more than 25 years. We had no experience with Chapman, but have passed it several times when visiting Marysville. From the moment we set foot on the lot at Bob Chapman, we were impressed. Don Plumadore greeted us in a way that didnt make us feel like we were being run down by a salesman. Within 2 minutes of conversation, he asked if we would come inside and go over with him what features we were looking for so that HE could find us the truck that fit our needs. He listened to what we wanted and quickly came up with the perfect fit. It was the best sales experience I have ever had. When we told him we were A-Z Plan customers, the service continued to be excellent. Once we completed the deal, we interacted with Jason Burris to complete the paperwork and financing. The customer service continued to be excellent. Jason was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. By far, this was the best financing and closing session I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle.. Quite simply, Jason was top notch! What seemed to be the difference in this experience, compared to the 9 other new car deals I have completed in my lifetime, was no one tried to sell me anything I didnt want or need. Instead, they listened and did everything possible to meet my expectations. Of those items for which I asked for their input and recommendation (V6 Eco vs V8; Console vs Fold Down Seat; Bed liner options; Wheel size differences), they were 100% knowledgeable and readily provided their recommendations. My wife and I agree this was, by far, the best new car purchase experience we have ever had. We believe have found OUR Ford dealer, one we can trust and who truly appreciates our business. We look forward to using the service department as well as returning to the sales team for our future new car purchases.

I purchased at 2012 Ford Fusion with 29,000 miles. Within 3 weeks the change oil light came on. I took it in for an oil change. Not having 500 miles on it first oil change was free. Wow that was great, don't you think with having an oil change so quickly the second one should be free. Nope. Second oil change came around, not having 3000 miles. I needed tires, and a 30,000 mile change fluids at 500.00. So let me see I bought a car that needed tires, and recommended maintenance. When I called Jason Beany I asked him would you have treated your mother this way? Sold a car that needed tires, maintenance and oil change. Would never ever recommend this dealership. Very cold and uncaring.

Bob Chapman Ford was the same as going home for me. I stopped in to look, had a very nice gentleman ask if he could help me, and he did. After talking a while and looking at a new car on the lot, he asked me if I wanted to look at a vehicle that was used, but like new. I looked and really liked what I saw. I didn't test drive it then, but I told "Old" Don I would call and be back. Made my appointment and went for a drive. No sales push, just nice conversation. Met Mr. Joe Chapman. Such a genuine young man, much like his grandfather Bob, who we had done business with for many years. An impressive dealership! If they say they will do something, they will I am sure. I bought a Lincoln MKZ, trading a vehicle I had a year. So far, I am happy with my decision. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. If you leave unhappy, it would greatly surprise me! As for "Old Don", then you will meet Jason, who takes care of the paperwork, and if you are luck, you will meet Joe Chapman, a special young man in my book!

I purchased a new 2015 F150 with the new 2.7 liter eco boost engine. I could not be happier with the handling of this aluminum truck, not only is it noticeably lighter , it also has plenty of power. I pull a horse trailer with 2 horses and it has no problem with the weight. My initial encounter with Bob Chapman Ford was in July of 2013, I had purchased a 2011 Fusion brand new from a local dealer in my home town and the bumper paint began to chip and peel. My local dealer told me that it would be hard to cover under warranty as I had already driven over 60000 miles in less then two years. A friend told me about Bob Chapman's Collision center in Marysville as I had no idea that they even existed until he said to take it to the collision center and see if they could help me. I went and spoke with the collision manager Chad and even though I had not purchased the Fusion at Bob Chapman he said he would see what he could do. SO Chad worked tirelessly to try and cover the issue under warranty. While Chad was busy taking pictures of my vehicle I was browsing the lot and began looking at the Ford Edge as my wife had always wanted a edge since they hit the market. The salesman waited for me to come in and ask about the Edge and was knowledgeable and very professional. I then called the wife and brought in the SUV for trade the very next day. I was given a very fair trade value and even though they did not have the color of Edge my wife wanted they did not hesitate to find it and get it. I felt no pressure to buy and they stayed within the parameters of payment we gave them and the sales team also found me a 5.5% interest rate even with a bankruptcy on my credit report. I really liked the fact that the GM Joe Chapman personally thanked me after the purchase was complete and wanted immediate feedback on his sales staff and my experience with the purchase we ended up talking for more than the time it took to complete the purchase. This first experience lead me to begin having both of my vehicles serviced at Bob Chapman Ford and with exceptional service staff (Jeff and Linda) I could not be more happier that I did whenever I needed service they would provide a loaner vehicle even on the Fusion I purchased else where. With all of the positive experience with the sales staff and service department, I returned in April of 2015 to trade of my Fusion and purchased my second Ford Fusion and the first time in my history of vehicle purchases returning to a dealership to purchase a second vehicle (I have purchased 14 new or used vehicles). Again with my Fusion purchase in April 2015 the sales staff was there for me and again gave me top dollar for my trade and found the best financing option. So if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle go see Jason Beeney or the sales staff at Bob Chapman Ford and they will do everything under the sun to earn your business and make you feel like family. At the time of this review we are considering a third purchase from Bob Chapman as my family has outgrown the Edge and are looking at a bigger SUV and Jason Beeney and Jody White are again giving me their all on giving me the best deal. I have always purchased my tires from this dealership as well as some other service work. They are the best priced for tires and I really enjoy coming into a smaller dealership where you personally known and not just a number on a service schedule. They have always advised me of other items that were ready for maintenance to keep my vehicle running at top shape. I just took my Honda civic in to get 2 new tires and everything is great.

Bought my Ford at a different dealership. Went to Bob Chapman for recall service work, oil changes, and tire rotations. Asked if I could get a free car wash after service was done. Female service gal told me I could drive the car into the washer myself. Once leaving the car wash, Bob Chapman himself was standing there asking what business I had washing my car in there because I had Ricart Ford tags on. I told him I had service done. He told me the car wash was only for paying customers. I told him I was a paying customer! He asked me why I bought my car from Ricart. I told him I found the car I wanted online and bought it there. He said he could of got me any car I wanted. He also said the service dept should of been the ones washing my car, not me. I told him to take that up with his staff since I was instructed to do it myself. I said if it was such a big deal, that he could give me his plates. So the next time I went there for work, not only did they put a plate on the rear (they took off my Ricart back plate and didn't give it back) AND front, but they also stuck a Bob Chapman Ford sticker ON MY PAINT WITHOUT PERMISSION. When I called to inquire about this, Jeff, the service man was very rude and said the detailer normally does that and Jeff didn't apologize. I told him I took the plates off & picked off the sticker. Jeff then cancelled my recall part order on his own. I am now back to Ricart Ford and will NEVER go back to Bob Chapman. They are shady & rude.

Was in search of a new SUV. Stopped by several different dealers and drove into Bob Chapman Ford. After experiencing the big city dealers, and all the empty promises, I found a large selection of vehicles that I was looking for, with a small town appeal in this town of Marysville Ohio. After discovering three generations of selling cars that this was the dealership I was looking for. Ryan Guisinger, the salesman, made us feel right at home right up until the deal was closed. Ryan was very knowledgable about the product he was selling. He new how to sync my cell phone and quite a few other features I wasn't familiar with He was very very helpful. The total process took less than a couple of hours. I drove away a very satisfied customer in my new Explorer. I would, and have, recommended this dealership to my friends and family. Derek at Bob Chapman was great. They stayed 45 minutes late just to get me in the door because I was stuck in Columbus, OH traffic trying to get to the dealership. They had the vehicle all gassed up and ready to go at time of purchase. I have purchased many Ford vehicles but this was the quickest in and out of the Dealership I have ever had, which is fantastic as most other Dealerships keep you there for 3-5 hours. I was done in 1 hour and 15 minutes, which to me is worth going there again even if another dealership is $1000 cheaper just to save me the headache and hassle. I have already recommended Bob Chapman Ford to my brother who is in the market for a new Ford. I will recommend them to anybody else in the market for a new vehicle because of the hassle free experience. I usually buy from Ricart Ford but Bob Chapman was faster and blew their prices out of the water; and they most likely will be my new Ford dealer of choice

From the moment I arrived at Bob Chapman and spoke with Marilyn Collins, I was impressed. I visited the dealership a week prior to purchasing my 2013 Escape, but was looking at used sedans. Marilyn was knowledgable, willing to assist, but NOT pushy. I was so appreciative of the attention she paid to what I originally thought I was looking for in a used car, and her willingness to point me in the direction of the vehicles they had onsite, which met my criteria. I did not feel, even slightly, that she was a stereotypical sales person trying to sell me more than or something different than what I reported I wanted. Not finding a car that I felt passionately about, I walked away from the lot that day and visited 5 other dealerships (all Honda) in pursuit of a used Accord. I test drove at least 5 used Accords, including one car a dealership allowed me to keep over two days to really get a feel for the vehicle (and probably sway me toward purchase). I grew up driving Fords (my father is a retiree), but made the switch to Hondas (including a Civic and CR-V) because of their affordability, reliability, fuel efficiency, and the fact that they retain their value in the Central Ohio market. I was convinced I was going to stick with a Honda, as I had for the past 10 years. In spite of the feelings about what I felt Honda had to offer over Fords, I just wasn't sold on the cars I was test driving. I decided to return to Bob Chapman Ford and take a look at the 2013 Escape on their showroom floor. Marilyn greeted me once more, remembering me from my previous visit. I explained I wanted to test drive the 2013 Escape. I'm sure she was baffled by my change in vehicle selection, as you may recall, the week before I was looking for a used sedan. However, Marilyn graciously got me the keys to a 2013 Escape they had on the lot and I went out on a test drive. I was sold. Immediately. The 2013 Escape was responsive and handled with ease. I loved the new exterior look and the interior styling was a significant step up from my last Ford (a 1998 4x4 Ranger XLT with Extended Cab and Stepside). Honestly, I had never been a fan of Ford's interiors in the past. In my opinion they seemed bland, and cheap. However, I was blown away by the look of the interior - from the stitching on the leather seats which offers a sporty look, to the technology and its layout, to the "smart" feel of the whole interior package. The feel of the vehicle also captured me. The sporty exterior, the comfort of the seats, the peppy feel of the engine upon acceleration, the tight handling, the smooth and quiet ride, the feel of sitting in a cockpit, hugged snugly but not tightly by the surroundings, and the ease of use offered by the awesome technology all lent itself to the feeling of being in a "luxury" car. I loved it! I returned to Bob Chapman Ford and explained to Marilyn that I would be purchasing the 2013 4WD Escape Titanium with 2.0L Ecoboost engine from their showroom floor. I immediately met with Joseph Chapman, 4th generation Dealer Principle, who offered me a great trade in on my 2007 Honda CR-V. I worked with John Herold, who secured great financing for me and offered lively, comical conversation throughout the process. I closed the sale with Marilyn and Mr. Chapman and drove away in my new Escape with the feeling that this dealership offered me "the total package" in relation to my sales experience. I really felt as if each person I encountered had a personal interest in making sure I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the process. In a word, the staff felt "genuine". I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Bob Chapman Ford in Marysville, Ohio to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Their level of professionalism, personal attention, and genuine nature all contributed to an outstanding sales experience. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!

A vehicle was not on my shopping list last week but that changed in a heartbeat when my Toyota Forerunner over-heated; it did maintain a pretty decent service record over it's lifetime considering it was a 1999 with 176000 miles on it so it was time to move on...I have now come over to Ford country and purchased a 2011 Ford Edge Limited. In the past five years, I have had my Toyota serviced at Bob Chapman Ford because of it's outstanding service group and all of the Chapman Team Players including Joe Chapman, Brenda Page, Chris Creagen and EVERYONE employed there! It is definitely like visiting with "family" when you go in. I applaud Chapman Ford for it's excellence in execution including sales and service along with a HUGE trust issue that they have earned over the years. Joe and Chris knew exactly what my "needs and wants" were and did not waste my time looking at vehicles that wouldn't fall into that category; actually it was the first out of two vehicles I drove that I bought; pretty impressive! The vehicle i purchased had an engine light on the next day. Makes you wonder if it was reset for the sale. Took it to another dealer and the vehicle needed $1000 approx. worth of work. $1000 repairs are the reason you decide to buy another vehicle and not fix your old one. Also was told the interest rate on the loan would be around 6% when it came time to sign it was 9% because of my credit? because of job time? No, it was because of the vehicles age. They only thing they knew for sure when someone came in to buy it! When told of the issues with the vehicle all i got was a "sorry it drove fine on the test drive" Just my opinion but i must say i felt like i was taken advantage of.

Took a truck in for service with one problem and it when it was done it had a complete other problem. They were way overpriced, when I went picked up the truck the started was stripped out, someone had grinded it to the point that it wore the teeth off of the starter gear. The truck did not have this issue before I took it in, I just had the transmission replaced before I took it in and they verified there was nothing wrong with the starter or flywheel. When I brought it to their attention they said they could have never done it and would not reconcile the issue. I will never go back and do not recommend anyone to go back.

I dealt with two customer service representatives. One was very rude and the other was ok. The body shop was rude to me several times. When I first brought the vehicle in to be serviced, the body shop was great. Then when I called to confirm the appointment, they said that there was no loaner car available for me and continued to be rude about the service on the vehicle. I will never go back to this shop or dealer again, and will never recommend them to anyone. My family has dealt with Chapman's for years-- the whole family will never go back.

Saw the vehicle on cars.com, emailed the dealership and negotiated a good deal via email based on photos and descriptions they supplied - no phone contact needed. Traveled 4 hours to dealership. The vehicle was excellent - better than I had expected. Friendly sales team and no pressure. No surprises on the deal either - paid the agreed amount, filled in paperwork and on my way. Just love this truck. Third vehicle I purchased this way.
