Carl Burt was extremely helpful, polite and professional. We were only planning on selling our used car, but decided to look at BMW's used vehicles on display. Carl gave us ample information about the vehicles, but also gave us enough alone time to look and discuss; he even brought an umbrella to us, due to the rain! We ended up buying a 328i and got a great deal with a very good trade in price for our old car. Carl and the dealership went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable; they offered hot drinks and snacks and were all very nice and easy to talk to. Carl has followed up since to see how we like the car and is going to show my wife all the car's features at a future appointment. Very good experience overall. Thank you.

I had had an excellent experience leasing my new car with the assistance of Ryan Holland. He had a very professional, no pressure approach towards me and excellent follow up. My work requires me to travel often, but he was sure to stay in touch via text and email for about 2 weeks before I could make the trip out to visit in person. BMW of Murrieta was certainly not the closest BMW dealship to my home, but Ryon was able to put together a deal for me that made the hour trip worth while. Really enjoying my new X5, and looking forward to continuing a business relationship in the future.

My salesman was John Hardin. My experience here was awesome. What I especially appreciated was during the negotiations John didn't call in the Big Guns to try and sell me the car. Unlike other dealerships during my first visit at BMW in Murrieta there was no pressure to come in the dealership after my initial test drive. I told John at this point that I was making a decision between 2 car makers. Made my decision the next day and came back to see John for another test drive which then I decided to make the purchase. This is the best experience I've had at a dealership! John was very knowledable and his customer service was excellent! Overall I'm very pleased with this experience and would continue to do business here!! I would highly recommend asking for John!!

Went through our Insurance Internet Service and heard back within minutes from David Townsend. He provided several options with pictures, followed up with a phone call and invited us to come check out the cars. Had them waiting for us to drive the next day. No pressure, just solid, friendly knowledgeable advice. Truly enjoyed working with David, a class guy who knows his stuff. Allison in service has also been great. A little less than three years ago I leased my first BMW from here, Joe Garcia is the lease manager who helped me out. I knew the car I wanted but didn't have the time to take the trip down to the dealership to pick it up. He brought the car to me, I did not even have to ask, and I live FAR, but this guy got it done and did not even bat an eye. Talk about customer service. It did not stop there over the duration of my lease Joe regularly check up on me to say hi and make sure everything was fine with my carIm talking old school real human to human customer service here. Believe me, these kinds of things matter cause when I had a problem or question Joe was there to go out of his way to help me out. Anyway, fast forward to today. I'm was looking to get out of my lease a little early and weighing my options. For me this time around I was between a new, or used BMW and so I let Joe know what I was looking for and he was on the hunt. He sent me a couple of nice low mileages used BMWs, actually saying these were nice cars would be an understatement. To be honest Im kind of afraid to repeat the exact used carsseriously Im talking hooked up configurations that have been barely driven. You dont find these cars and for good reason it is because they dont stay on the lot for very long. Turning down one of those used cars was a difficult decision but ultimately I decided I wanted a new BMW to call my own. Joe found me the car I was looking for, actually he found me the car I was looking for plus a few added extras. Normally you would think okay those few extras might raise the price a bit, but this guy took care me and I walked out paying the price I expected walking in without hassle. I dont know many people who can say that. So, if you want a CONNECTION at BMW please do yourself a favor and ask for Joe Garcia. This guy has been around at BMW for a while and he know how to take care of his customers. There is no question this guy is the Best. I have witnessed it first hand, people want to see Joe when they come here, so do yourself a favor, call in advance and ask for Joe Garcia- you wont regret it.

I have purchased numerous cars over the years. This was my first experience at a BMW dealership. The experience was average. I expected a little more in customer service being that this was a luxury car dealership. Our sales associate and finance manager were good. The person we did the finance paperwork with had a change in demeanor and body language when we declined the extended warranty. There were a couple of items that were not dealt with in a timely manner after we took possession of the vehicle. Personnel were hard to reach by phone. A promised bonus for our inconvenience was not forthcoming and had to be requested.

A little over four years ago now, I walked into a few dealerships to test drive this and that. I was gearing up for my undergraduate studies and needed a car desperately, but I truly had no business walking into a dealership expecting to come out with a car. I had no credit established whatsoever, planned on using everything I had saved up over the years on the car alone, and essentially had no idea what I was doing because I was going through the process all on my own and for the first time. About a month ago however, I got word from a close coworker of mine about a car salesman named John Hardin. I was told that his customer service was unparalleled and that he's the type of guy that is willing to do anything he can to help. So despite living a few counties away from the BMW he worked at, I knew that I was now finally ready to see what my options were to get my first car, and reached out to him. He greeted me with the most genuine insight, answering any and all of my questions right away by phone and texts. We scheduled an appointment for me to come in person and even though I hadn't planned on getting my car that very same day, John's agility and resourcefulness made it possible - the entire Murrieta team did. Everyone welcomed my questions and offered their help when appropriate. I didn't feel smothered when I first stepped onto the dealership grounds, and more importantly I felt comfortable making one of the biggest decisions of my life because of the people/team that were surrounding me. At the end of the day, I was able to walk out of there with my very first financed car and the experience couldn't have been any more streamlined. These guys were on it and John was a one man army; I cannot thank him enough for truly going above and beyond to help me walk away the perfect car for me!!!

This was my first encounter with Mr Chad Ludwig. I found him to be very personable, knowledgeable about the BMW Motor Car. I was interested in changing the type of tire that originally came with my BMW M5 to a different brand. I asked Mr Ludwig a couple of questions regarding the type of tire I wanted to have installed. We both agreed that this particular brand would definitely compliment my BMWas far as safety and looks. But when I return to pick up my vehicle, there was a slight problem, the tires they installed were the wrong tires. I went back to Mr Ludwig, and advised him of the mistake, he was very apologetic, took full responsibility of the mistake. Thus offered me the use of a loaner, said he would take care of it and have it ready the following day. Murrieta BMW, thanks for having a young person with a great attitude when it come to customer service. I would recommend your service department to any and every BMW owner,

I got a letter from BMW advising me of their Air Bag recall, so I called the dealership to make an appointment. They didn't have any replacement units available but told me they'd call me back when they had new delivery of airbags. To my surprise, they called back only a couple of days later and fixed an appt for me.Chad Ludwig was very personable and helpful when we took the car in and we were in and out of there within 10 minutes.Unfortunately, the quoted fix time of approx an hour wasn't met and indeed turned into nearly 7 hours, which meant we had to wait until the next morning to recover the car. Disappointing. But for this delay, we would have given 5 stars, because the car was cleaned and inspected and Chad's service was fine.

This was the easiest purchase for a vehicle I've ever had. The employees were knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of my time. I let them know what I was interested in and they got me set up and in that car for a test drive. I loved the car it was just what I need, I know they deal cars that are more powerful and full of options but that wasn't what I was looking for right now. They treated me respectfully and I would definitely come back again when I'm ready for another vehicle. I live quite a distance from this dealership but they more than made it worth the drive.

I dealt with Brandon and Ryon Holland at the dealership. Brandon drove the vehicle to my house to make sure it would fit in my garage- no small "ask", as I live 1/2 hour away from the dealership. Ryon handled the paperwork at the dealership and there were no issues whatsoever. Since it was month end, their inside staff was buried and Ryon kept apologizing for it taking so long, but it wasn't that bad at all. I would buy another vehicle from this dealership in a heartbeat. These folks have tons of integrity and won't waste your time.

About 2 years ago I helped my daughter purchase her new BMW. Dave Townsend took us for a test drive, and from that moment I was hooked on the Ultimate Driving Machine (this guy knows how to drive a BMW). We ordered my daughters car straight from the factory. When it arrived on US soil (about 1 month) we were notified. When we arrived at the dealership to pick it up a few days later, the car was beautifully displayed on a round platform with a sign that said "Congratulations Ashley". Everything done here at BMW of Murrieta is done with class. Attention to detail is everywhere...the cars, the customer service, and the ongoing customer support. When I was in the market to buy my own BMW, I went straight back to Dave Townsend...not just for another awesome test drive, but to deal with a familiar, friendly, professional sales associate who knows the business well. This is the second BMW that we've bought/leased at BMW Murrieta and there's a good reason why we're back again! When people make you feel like they're working for you to put together a deal that was actually beyond what you thought was possible, then you're not dealing with just another dealership. My wife, Sue, had a BMW 7 series that we leased almost five years ago from BMW of Murrieta - after the lease was up Sue decided she wanted another experience so she leased a Lexus (a wonderful car but lacked the pizazz she'd had before in the BMW and had missed deeply). We were 22 months into a 48 month lease and she'd been bemoaning how she just wasn't happy with her car and wondered if there was any way we could work things out and get back to leasing another BMW. We decided to go look, but in my mind I'm thinking there is no way this is ever going to work without it costing us an arm and a leg. We were not only able to get a new 7 series BMW, but this one was tricked out and it was a 750 and not the less expensive 740 model. Talk about shocked (and happy!), I'm the new hero in our house and momma is happy (you know the saying, when momma is happy . . . everybody is happy, but . . . . . . ). Thanks to you wonderful people - we are happy customers who will be back again (in about three years!).

HelloI walked in on a Saturday and next week walked out with a new 328i. Worked with Carl Burt and he was excellent to work with. There finance team was excellent and all staff very friendly. Going back next Saturday to meet with a genesis who will go through additional special details on the car. So far my experience has been "classy and exceptional". Everything I was looking for in leasing a car. First time easing as well. Have always bought cars out right but this was so well done thought i would give it a try! Carl Burts customer service was great because I felt no pressure and when I went to pickup the car I choose the week before I changed my mind to a white car and with a blink of a minute he found one on the lot, cleaned it up and it was delivered the next day to my door. I leased a 2016 3 series with BMW back in January Carl Burt helped me then and everything went perfect. This is the first time I had to take it in for service for a check engine light and an oil change for 7000 miles. Chad Ludwig Helped me out. Chad called to let me know that the check engine light is on because a rodent had chewed through some of my wires. When I first heard this I thought it was a scam! I told Chad not to fix it I want my dad (a shop foreman for 25 years) to take a Look. Chad said no problem! He even gave me a paper listing the EXACT problem and location. I took my car home and sure enough my dad confirmed the problem and fixed it for me in less than 15 mins. Most dealerships would not be this nice- thank you BMW for yet another great experience !!

headed north on the 15 when i get the old "you need two quarts of oil immediately" warning. quick google search said BMW murrietta was up ahead 5 miles. pulled in at 6:15 on a Friday, the place was busy, but not to worry. the service guys listened to our story, got us in right away, updated our records in the global BMW system (we're from Carlsbad), and got us back on our way in 30 min. if these guys do this for a complete stranger who didn't even buy their car from them, i can't imagine how awesome the service is for someone who did buy their car. i'll be back when my lease is over. great job guys. and thanks chad!!

I would not advise dealing with them. They continuously negotiated with me in bad faith. I spent a ton of time working with them on a new car purchase, and was about to go to the point of taking a train to them to pick up a new car, when I realized they'd been dishonest with me about the price.I was looking for a very specific car, with a certain set of options. Murrietta had one of the few cars in the area in stock. I had a price in mind which was in line with other quotes from nearby dealers and asked Bianca to meet it. After some back and forth she said she could not, and I thought we were done. Then I started to receive multiple sales calls per day, surveys to understand why we couldn't close a deal, etc. I answered honestly. Then a few days later I got a call from the general manager, George. He asked what we could do to close a deal. I quoted him my price. He then asked what we could do to close a deal RIGHT NOW and I quoted him a lower price- which he said he could not meet. But he did say he could meet my price and that he had saved the deal, I could come back and take advantage of it (I was not expecting his call, so wasn't prepared to decide on the spot).I called them back in about 24 hours and said I was ready to go- it's now about 7 pm on Friday night. They said that in order to close the deal at this price it had to be done same day. Tomorrow the price would go up. I live an hour away, so said look you tell me what to do but I'm physically unable to get to you tonight. They tried to run my credit, process everything that night, but ran into a problem with an incentive that I was supposed to be eligible for. On Thursday, when I spoke to George and we agreed on "my price" that incentive was 500 dollars. The next day I realized that my paperwork was not in order with USAA, and wouldn't be in time to close this "expiring now!" offer. So I decided to eat the $500 and buy the car for "my price plus 500". They informed me that on Friday, the USAA incentive has actually increased to 1000, and so now they would have to sell me the car for "my price plus 1000". First of all, if the USAA incentive increased on Friday, shouldn't I have had the benefit of it? Second of all, we had agreed on a price on Thursday based on a 500 incentive. When that didn't work out, I offered to go into my pocket to make up the 500. But now they wouldn't accept that and abide by their original deal. But then, of course after a nice long interval, great news, Bianca called to tell me that her manager had finally approved to get my payments down to "my price plus 500"! Whoopee! I booked a train ticket and arranged to spend most of my Saturday getting there but, lo and behold, when I got the paperwork in writing, the way we got from "+1000" to "+500" was my making a 500 dollar down payment. So, they didn't actually come down in price at all, they just had me pay more upfront... So, they did not honor the agreement we had on Thursday on the phone, they pressured me into closing a deal at 7pm on Friday, and then lied to me on Saturday about the terms of the deal I was going to receive. In addition to being dishonest, they wasted a ton of my time. The only good thing about this whole experience was that Bianca had the decency to send me the details of the sale in writing before I left my house to go there (only 1 hour before)... I'm not sure what I would have done had I been stranded there. That earns them exactly 1 star.

Many luxury car dealerships claim to provide 5 star service, but truthfully I've never walked away from a dealership feeling like a VIP. The car buying or leasing process has always left such a bad taste in my mouth. I'm a huge fan of BMW, so I knew I wanted a BMW again. An i3 to be exact. But I definitely did NOT want to go back to BMW of Monrovia, which is the closest dealership to me. I was sharing my frustrations with my friend, and she told me about her experience at BMW of Murrieta, and in specific she mentioned that Bianca Mata gave her that 5 star, VIP treatment I've been expecting, but never got at any other luxury car dealers. So I called BMW of Murrieta yesterday and asked to speak with Bianca. She asked me what I was looking for and said she would get back to me within the hour. Sure enough, about 30 minutes later she called me back, with good news. They had the exact i3 I wanted and it was ready for me... But I work pretty late and I was racking my brain trying to figure out when I would be able to make the trek all the way to Murrieta to pick it up. However, she said she would personally deliver the car to my home that same evening. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? I have never had a more seamless transaction... She did everything over the phone & email. And exactly at 8:30pm on the dot last night, Bianca knocked on my door with my brand new, beautiful BMW i3. She had some paperwork for me to sign, then we went outside where she went over some features of the car. I can't say enough about Bianca's customer service. Besides having fantastic people skills, she seriously went above & beyond to make sure this transaction was smooth for me and emphasized that my satisfaction was everyone's main priority. Moving forward, I will only recommend Bianca Mata at BMW of Murrieta to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and dignity when leasing or buying a car.

I bought BMW 328i CPO 2 weeks ago and I didn't even drive it 2 days!!!! At the beginning i wanted to program the autostop engine button and paint the rims they took 3 days and when i went to pick it up the check engine indicator was on! And the rims i could've done way better job than BMW! I came back after 4 days and i figured out that the care goes to the right, the alignment was off! So I went back to them and they told me to come back the next day and when i did the car wasn't ready cause it wasn't the alignment it was some mechanical issues and NOBODY contacted me! No one followed up!!!!!!!!!!!I asked to talk to the manager cause i'm done with this car (certfied preowned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)I live in Corona and they are in Temecula (35 miles)The GM called me and he was so nice but he said he couldn't help me to trade the car and make a good deal cause he contacted BMW and they are not willing to help!!!!!But he will tint my car!! I told him i'm done with you guys do it and when i went to pick up the car they didn't do it as i asked !!!!!!!!!!!!!! However the manager said it's their fault not to check the car before they call me to pick it up!! And they did it 4 times!!This is really frustrating!Worst service ever and i will tell that story to everyone!

Hannah is my go to rep! I've never had to bring my car in for re-work and am always provides a loaner car. I recommend this dealership to anyone needing service. You can probably get some work done cheaper but I think they're work is worth the extra cost.

I was fortunate enough to come across Mr. Chad Ludwig who went out of his way to greet me, ask about my family and hear out all of my concerns regarding the vehicle. Bottom line, it is awesome in this day and age to find people who actually want to hear you and even more, want to help you. Mr. Ludwig manages to do both at what I feel is the highest level.In two days time, not only did Mr. Ludwig complete the oil change, he had the routine service performed, addressed a few superficial concerns I had and also had the car detailed!Mr. Ludwig is an asset to BMW of Murrieta and one of the reasons that my last 3 cars have been BMW's that come from here. Carl was very responsive and would return my calls promptly. (That is why I chose this dealership which is an hour's drive from my home as opposed to the one that is 10 min away - I couldn't get the salesman from the nearby dealership to return my calls). BMW of Murrietta is definitely the best dealership I have ever experienced. I recently had my X5 worked on by the service deptartment and I have to say they were efficient and satisfied all of the cars needs. The service advisor was courteous and kept me in the loop the whole time. Can't say enough about this dealership!!

My on-line shopping experience was very positive with BMW Murrieta. I submitted an email for follow up and received contact the next morning in regards to the vehicle I was interested in. I went in that evening to test drive the vehicle. I discussed the information provided with my family and the next morning I choose to move forward with the application process. I received contact again very fast that I was approved and when could I come in to complete the purchase. Robert Sanchez was a great sales representative and made me feel very comfortable from start to finish.The whole experience was very professional along with excellent communication.
