I have purchased many cars at Morristown over the years. I had a friend that was looking for a new car and I helped her with the details. I was extremely impressed with Diana Lynn. Probably one of the most knowledgeable sales people I have had the pleasure to work with. She truly helped my friend work through a potentially odd trade in of a BMW bought at a different dealership (looks like that other dealer put together a shady deal at best). As usual Morristown BMW came through and put together a great deal.

I had to repair my entire rear brake system on my 2008 535xi. It went on a Friday night & I had the car towed to BMW of Morristown; left the key in the night drop.I returned Saturday morning & spoke with Ralph. He told me that they would likely not see my car until Monday morning. Ana and the ladies at the service desk quickly gave me a loaner car for the weekend. He called Monday morning and told me what was wrong, an approximate cost, and said to let him know what I'd decided on.Over the next few days he stayed in constant contact with me, updating me on repairs needed, costs, and even suggested the Value Line to save additional money!I can't thank Ana enough for the help she gave with the loaner car & more. And thanks again, Ralph, for keeping me updated and for your honesty throughout my entire service, and (of course) helping me save some extra money!I'm an Audi fan but my experience here makes me think twice about switching from BMW on my next purchase. Who knows where else I'd get service like this!

I went to request an estimate for damage done to my vehicle at your customer service center. I was told that the system was not working at that specific moment, but I would receive the estimate via email. However, I never received the e-mail. I am very frustrated and disappointed as this has created a set back with my insurance claim. If your center was not able to process this request when stated it would be done, I could have gone to another BMW dealer.

I walked in and out of there in just over 3 hours, pretty good considering how picky of a human I am. I left with a brand new 535 with every feature I wanted just the way I wanted, got fair trade on my Acura. Worked with Shravan he said he was there for over 4 years, best sales guy Ive worked with out of all the local BMW dealers. I never leave reviews but felt so compelled. He knows the brand he knows features/options. I got real straight answers and I didn't have to listen to made up stories in a fake attempt to build rapport, he kept it real and I did everything to give him my business. He got to the point and made the deal happen and all my expectations were satisfied ! Good stuff, thank you Shravan !! Love the car !!

I had nothing but problems at this dealership from the day I picked up the car. Upon delivery, the 5-series that I purchased did not have the specific features that I requested from the sales person. When I told him this, he didn't offer to remedy the situation in any way. My service experiences have equally been problematic. In one case, despite the fact that I requested a loaner car when I made the appointment so I could go to work, the ladies at the front desk told me there were none left. Yet, there were several lined up against the wall in the garage. When I protested, the service manager came over and simply said, "Just give him a loaner." On other occasions, the car was returned with the presenting problem not fixed. In one case, they returned the car to me and the driver's door would not close. I couldn't believe the technician and the valet both drove it, and neither of them realized the door wouldn't close. In another instance, I received a call from my service advisor asking me to complete the customer survey and give him all "10s" or else he would lose his job. His performance was hardly worth a "10." I've owned several luxury cars over the years, and I have never had to file a complaint with a corporate office until I began to work with this dealership. I agree 100% with the other reviewers here: many of the employees are rude and have no customer service skills. I will never return to this dealership for sales or service.

I cant say enough about Carlos Duarte and the service team at BMW of Morristown! I picked up my new I3 on Christmas Eve, and luck would have it, i drove through a construction site and must have picked up a screw and got a flat as I pulled into my garage. I called Carlos Duarte, Service Director, who offered to send a flat bed to pick up the car for me at their cost even though the flat had nothing to do with them. However I was able to plug the tire myself and didnt need the flat bed. Though I am sure the plug would have held, Carlos insisted I bring the car into the shop the day after Christmas so they could take look at it. He met me there and insisted on replacing the tire, at no cost to me. This was my first experience with Morristown BMW and it was a terrific one. Thank you Carlos!

We bought our first BMW vehicle from BMW Morristown in 2013 and the experience was great. I left my review here on 12/9/2013 and I gave 5 stars for all the categories. However, when I came back last Saturday, things were all changed.My wife and I came to the BMW Morristown on Saturday and tried to get a new SUV. Myles Beck was the sales person the front desk lady assigned to us. After we discussed, we decided to test drive the 2015 X6 50i. Myles told us the vehicle is parked 10 minutes away from us and he will drive the car back in 20 minutes. However my wife and I waited there for almost 2 hours for him to come back. He explained the car was in the snow and he needs to dig it out. OK, since we were trying to get it, 2 hours is fine. Then we tested the car on the road. Myles kept telling us how powerful the car is and how good looking it is, however, he has little knowledge about the cars details such as packages and dimensions. And he is not even familiar with the Idrive system. We did a very short test drive and then we started to talk about the price. During the negotiation, Myles kept pushing us the take the price which is way above my expectation. Then after 2 hours of negotiation, we went to Stu (sales manager, a very nice sales person, Im happy to do business with him in the future) and finally reached to a price which is near our budget range and we were about to get the car. However, as its already the late in the Saturday evening and both my wife and I were starving. And my wife and I were still debating on the details (such as budget, parking, purchasing or leasing). We decided to consider it during the weekend and come back in the following week. Its a near 90K MSRP car and we dont want to be pushed to make the purchase when we are not 100% comfortable. When I called Myles on Monday afternoon, I told him that Im willing to get the car and shared with him my only concern is finding out a way to get out of my current lease contract. (I dont want to have 2 cars at the same time as the parking in my apartment building is $300 per month). I asked Myles if theres a chance BMW Morristown will take over my remaining lease as Im going to get a new car here. Otherwise I may need to find a person to take my lease before I make the purchase. Myles shot at me on the phone directly and used the word absurd to describe me. I told him that I really want to buy the car and just need to figure out a way to get rid of my current car as soon as I can. He shot to me directly and told me no chance. He told me he never heard any examples that BMW will take over a lease. I told him that such examples existed before and asked him to consult with the senior sale manager. After he talked with the manager, he told me its possible that BMW Morristown will take over my remaining lease as long as my credit check is good. He told me that I need to come back and take the deal by the end of the day or I will never ever get that price if I cannot make it on Monday night. I told him that I cannot make it on Monday as my work place (NYC) is far away from the dealership, and I told him that I could guarantee to come back on Saturday morning. Then he shot at me again and used the word disrespectful, absurd as well as some cursing word. He blamed that I wasted him for 3 hours on Saturday and he has not make any money from me. I told him to watch the language as he already used a lot of impolite words during the conversation. He told me he doesnt care and he doesnt really need my business. Over the past 3 years, BMW Morristown treated me nicely and thats why I came back to shop my second car. However, Myles attitude and his bad manners truly disappointed me! Not only because he has little knowledge about the BMW products, but also he is so rude and very impolite to the customer as deals went off. I cannot imagine how could a salesperson use so many cursing words to treat an existing customer. I sincerely hope senior management could do something to fix the issue.

Wanted to trade my car in. Gave me auction price. I would have to add four grand for a car that's three years older than my trade in haha. My car was worth more than theirs and they still wouldn't even give any wiggle room. He didn't take me seriously because I was only 21, but he didn't realize I'm very wealthy... I could have bought three cars in that lot if I wanted too. Went for the test drive, felt insulted. Whatever, not coming back.

I had to go to this dealer early this year, because i got a notification that my go-to guy could not fix. So, I went to the BMW dealership. They fixed the issue, which was really a small repair. Apart from that, they gave me a report on 'needed' service for my 2008 BMW 525xi (60,000 miles). They came up with thousands of dollars of service that would be needed to avoid a failure of state inspection. I did not trust this, and did not do this service. My regular service guy confirmed that I did the right thing. Today I had my car inspected, and there were no issues.Based on my experiences with BMW of Morristown, I think you should try to avoid them.

Mr. Shravan Patel is the best dealer one may ever work with. I showed up at the dealership on Friday evening just one hour before they close. Shravan was very nice and patient, tookme for a test drive, sat down with me and picked the right car for me. He was very genuine and straightforward. No tricks no games. He made the shopping experience extremely pleasant and I got a very good deal on a nice 328xi. I felt like he is not selling the car to make profit, but sell the car for me to enjoy. He explained the contract carefully and explained the features of the car. He especially pointed out how to use the wiper since it was gonna rain the next day! I really appreciate it. After I got the car, Shravan followed up with me to address any questions I had. I recommend whoever shops for a BMW go to see Shravan!

Took delivery of our very expensive BMW M6 with all sorts of damage promised they would fix the ten (10) scratches on the car then was told that they were to deep and would need to repaint those areas on a brand new car! Later that week I told them that an auto body shop said they could repair this problem on my brand new M6 without having to paint the car so I had the work done and was promised after I shelled out the funds for the repair that they would refund the cost after many weeks I have been given the run around and never got reimbursed and am unable to get anyone on the phone to resolve this matter. This is one of worst Dealers I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with will never ever go there again. Take heed if you do they just do not care!

On Monday June 1st, I had the worst experience ever with sales person Fabian Rendon. I was inquiring about lease options and wanted to know what promotions were being offered. Since, then I have left messges/ called him numerous amount of times (now June 10th) and he still hasnt retuned any of my calls. What kind of customer centricity is this! (Still waiting to hear back from him!!) Best of luck to anyone who does purchase a car from the BMW Morristown, maybe he will return your messages and phone calls!!

I brought my car in for service in the beginning of November and got it back in the beginning of December. Literally one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They barely diagnose problems, the service department loves to say "It's Normal" or "Cannot duplicate"... oh how they live for those words. The service advisors are a complete joke. They absolutely do not call you. One of the service advisors named Danielle talked to me and told me she would call me back in a bit, 3 hours after not hearing anything I decided to call her and of course she went home. One of the other service advisors named Katie is the same way. "I'll call you later today with an update" translates to "don't expect a call from me." Heck, even the managers don't call people back, it must be something everyone there lives by.Katie never knows whats going on. If I ask a question about the repair she'll leave a note for the technician and never follow up with me on what I asked. In fact, today she put me on hold, or at least she thought so, and I clearly heard her say that "I was saying 10 different things and didn't know what I was talking about," then she must have realized then hung up.The repairs in general take a long time. I had many cosmetic repairs and it still took a full month for me to receive my car. When the car was finally done, I drove around the parking lot just to hear that my car was making the same sound that I had already personally showed the technician (David Mendez). Literally all the time that I spent driving with him to show him the sound meant nothing as he claimed he "could not duplicate" the sound after I had already duplicated it for him. And of course, my car had to be left at the shop again, and that repair was completed in one whole week. I also had recall work done by these guys in my taillights. When I looked over the work, all the wires from the taillights were freely hanging, not even taped up, but FREELY HANGING! Is this why I take my car to the dealer?? As a response, the manager gave me a free detail and Katie was completely clueless about what was included in this detail. I ended up never using the detail because I didn't want their valet drivers taking a dirty towel to my car and leaving soap all over my car for it to be baked by the sun. And YES, this did occur to me.Needless to say I've had it with this unprofessional dealer. The only thing the service department is good at is giving me quotes for anything that isn't covered under warranty so I have to pay their ridiculous labor rates (highest in the area) and part prices. Save yourself the trouble and don't come here. Completely unprofessional staff all around.

I bought one car and leased a second one at this dealership on November 21. Our experience was excellent. There was no pressure, the pricing was transparent, the negotiations quite friendly, and the ultimate price was fair to the dealership and to me. Our salesperson Alvin Monroy not only knew the cars we were trading, but also was very well versed in the BMW line and his inventory. I highly recommend the dealership, and Alvin as well. The used car manager, Gary, was pleasant and easy to deal with. In fact, he is the first used car manager I've ever met who was NOT sour and bordering on rude! It was a pleasure dealing with both of these gentlemen.UPDATE: A few days after the sale, I emailed Alvin with a question during the evening. I was expecting to hear from him the next business day. He answered me ON SUNDAY NIGHT with valuable information I needed. This is customer service on an extraordinary level.

Dealt with Mark Neubart - purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle. I traded my car in. They gave me a great deal on both the purchase and the trade-in, and took care of every concern. Financing was easy, very quick, and they even saved me a quarter percentage point by recommending a lender. I highly recommend these guys - true professionals.

We leased a car from this dealership with the understanding the car had a "back-up" camera as part of the navigation package. However, upon reaching home, we realized there was no camera included, although the car did have a full navigation package and a number of other upgraded options. We contacted our salesperson, Mohammad Soheb and unlike the other poster's experience, he arranged for us to return the car and provided us with a replacement vehicle with all features we desired. We found this experience to be very favorable and the salesperson to be very diligent in resolving the issue to our satisfaction. I would definitely consider leasing another vehicle from him.

I was shopping around for a new car. I visited several dealerships and test drove a dozen cars. I met Mark Neubart at the beginning of this search. He was knowledgable about the vehicles, friendly and patient. I really liked the car and Mark but I had two months left on my lease and my search had just begun. Mark followed up with me but did not pressure or push. I went back to the dealership but Mark was not in. Another salesman, knowing I was there to see Mark, without hesitation, took me for a test drive, answered my questions and passed all the info along to Mark who called me the next morning. Mark worked with me to find the car I wanted, the price I hoped for, picked me up to go to the dealership, walked me through all the workings of the car and even handled all the paperwork with me. I would highly recommend BMW of Morristown and Mark Neubart.

We used BMW of Morristown for the last 9 years and the service was horrible this time...absolutely unacceptable. As we got our last 3 cars from this dealer, we, without looking elsewhere, went back to this dealer. My husband went in on a Tuesday to service our current BMW when Alvin (sales) approached us and said we could turn our car in early and get into a new lease. they spoke a bit and then I got involved and Alvin and I talked about what car we want. I told him " I want a car with EVERYTHING" my current car has. Alvin said he found the perfect car and send me the window sticker via text. I noticed some things were missing, Alvin said these were standard and its all there. Alvin came to our place to drop off the car and have the papers signed. Prior to signing I noticed 2 things were missing. Alvin said he would take care of the first thing (sun shades) tomorrow (Wednesday) morning. The 2nd, was fog lights and he mentioned the new 5 series don't have those anymore.I signed the lease at 8:30pm. the next morning at 7:30am, we called Alvin's cell to let him know the new model does have fog lights. he said he will take care of it.My husband went to the dealer at 9:30 a Wednesday morning and Robert and Alvin proceeded to explain why they couldn't do sunshades, how it was our fault, and a multitude of excuses...we said we wanted to undo the new lease and back into our old car and Dave, Robert and Alvin proceeded to LIE about how the old car was gone, registration was already done, etc....now they have promised to do AFTER factory tints and fog lights and think this should be ok. we left the dealer at 5:30pm!!!!!! we were there form 9:30am to 5:30pm and Robert and Alvin were rude, lying and absolutely unwilling to own up to Alvin's mess up and right it for a longtime customer. Robert actually said that if it goes to litigation, then it goes to litigation, but we will not let you out of this lease. What kind of company has this mentality???? We were still willing ot lease, just wanted the right car!!!! but now, who want to be a customer of theirs???I spoke with BMW corporate and Paul miller BMW and no one could believe that a Dealership and Sales Manager would act this way! The GM (alexander Paul), was not around, but I have emailed him.DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!

Seriously a horrible sales experience - Please do yourself a favour and try one of the many other wonderful dealers in the area. The experience was excellent. They take the extra step not make a customer happy. Shravan was very helpful and made sure that he went over and beyond what needed to be done to get my business. This is the second time doing business with him, and he takes care of his customers and make sure to provide excellent customer service. They are easy to communicate with and are always very responsive. I have recommended several friends who were as satisfied. I picked up my 2014 X5 and I think I couldn't have gotten a better deal or better service. This is my sixth experience with BMW Sales and by far one of the best experiences.

My experience at BMW of Morristown is fantastic. My wife and I were interested in getting a luxury car for my 28-year old birthday gift. We went to BMW of Morristown on Nov 9th to test drive 528. Jason Casimiro was arranged as our client advisor. He spent whole afternoon with us and introduced us all the details and technology of 2014 BMW 528. We were impressed by a lot of features (such as head up display, touchpad for Idrive, fuel economy and its search functions on Idrive). And the Idrive could also display Chinese character from my cellphones contact and music album. Although 528 is 4-cylinder engine with only 240 horse power, it very powerful when I changed it to sport mode. Then we were introduced to manager Robert Redcross and he gave us his best price in 10 minutes. Since we didnt know the real market value for this car at that moment and we also wanted to see other brands such as 2014 MB 350, Audi A6 and Infiniti M37, we finally choose to leave. We came back after 2 weeks. We supposed to go the MBs dealership to test its E350 but in the last minutes I decided to check out 528 again. Jason went through all the features and technology again and we felt really excited about the car. He basically gave us his lowest price at the first time and I think its a very competitive price. Jason, I bought the car mainly because of him. I was negotiating a purchase with Mark Monnano at BMW Morristown. I was set to buy a pre owned 3 series BMW. I had an appointment to meet mark to finalize the sale, unfortunately when I arrived at the dealership Mark had fallen ill and had to go to the hospital. Max redirected me to Angel Perez. From the start Mr. Perez seemed to be bother by my presence, all though there were no other customers in the dealership, it was empty. When I discussed the terms that Mark and I had worked out, Mr. Perez insisted that the price was wrong and he would have to talk to Max. I explained that I had already had a verbal agreement and would wait for Mark, then Mr. Perez agreed to the price I had originally negotiated with Mark. I stated that I had not yet been able to get inside the BMW or drive it. Mr. Perez said it was a bad time for a test drive because of traffic. I asked if I could look inside the car. Mr Perez walked over to where Max Horn was and I heard them talking about me and Max used a derogatory term. When Mr. Perez came back to me he held out the keys and said, "you know where the car is, right?" At that point I told him I was no longer interested and left the dealership.

His approach was a refreshing change to what I experienced at most stores. He respected that I did my homework and hit the showroom at a quarter end for one reason. I went into this location looking for a certified pre owned BMW all sales associates were very friendly, however the vehicles were all over priced according to Kelly blue book. The sales man we had worked with over promised and under delivered. I put down a deposit and down payment and was told I would be getting a phone call Monday morning with an update on the progress from the bank loan. Monday came and went and I received no phone calls. I called Tuesday morning to follow up with Dave, I called 5 times before I got a hold of him, I left two voice-mails and still did not receive a call back. Finally at the end of the day He calls me back seeming very annoyed, he told me to "be patient" and he will call me the next day with updates. Once again I never received a call, I felt very unimportant and rushed. After 5 days I call him back disgruntled at this point with his quality of service requesting my refund. I have worked in customer service for7 years and never have I seen such terrible service, especially with a high ticket item. I would not recommend this location to any prospecting clients. You can find a better dealership!

This is the second bmw and never going back to bmw again. i bought a 2007 335i with the certified pre-owned warranty. besides getting ripped off on the car i took it in once to bmw of morristown as they told me the headlight motor was bad but is covered under warranty. after wasting a whole day and several hours in traffic i come to find that nothing was even fixed, they just stated it was in paper. i drive it home and later on that weekend one of my headlight is filled with water! they deny everything and even step so low to even tell me my advisor i was dealing with no longer works there so i can't really get the side of his story of what he told me or them. so i bring it back for the same issue but this time they tell me i have to pay over $2000 because my headlights have water in them now and it's going to be more work!!!!i didn't have my car for a whole week and still after contacting bmw north america about this stealership they refuse to help me and don't help me.....i end up picking up my car with several hours of time wasted on a he said, she said type basis. i have never expierenced such horrible customer service in my entire life until i have dealt with bmw of morristown and than bmw of north americaplease read all the other reviews from people just like me that fall for these scams of bmw stealing everyone's money for their own technican's mistakes!stay away! i will never be buying a car from bmw again, the most shadyiest manafactuar i have ever dealt with

I purchased a BMW from this dealership and my salesman, Angelo, turned out to be a straight out liar. He sold me an extended warranty for $1,800 which was nothing at all like we discussed. What I paid for was a service contract for oil changes and routine maintenance. This is disturbing to me because this dealership refused to perform routine service on my brand new 535xi when the service light appeared on my dashboard a week after I purchased the car new. Two weeks later, I found out that they sold me my car with a less than minimal amount of oil in it. I certainly did not want to extend such pathetic service.It also took me 1 1/2 years for this dealership to resolve an issue where Angelo sold me a broken bicycle rack for $750 and wouldn't exchange it for a proper one.Stay away from this guy, he is dishonest and doesn't honor his commitments. Bought a CPO 750i in December 2011, brought it in in February 2012 because a light came on, was advised that I need to change two rear tires. I was in shock that I had to do this after only two months, but reluctantly agreed. When they changed the tires they failed to diagnose an alignment problem causing me to have to replace brand new tires again in May at $500 each and two cracked wheel wells at $275 a piece. Would not trust them with my safety, could have cost me my life but they didnt care, denied that it was thier mistake. Fool me once shame on you foolme twice shame on me. Will go to another dealership for service. I dont mind paying, but I do mind them not owning up to thier errors.

This is the fourth car that I have leased from BMW Morristown, and have had a ten year relationship with them. Brian has always been the sales associate with whom I have dealt. To date, all of my interaction with this dealership has been a positive one. Service has been courteous and timely. I have taken advantage of a loaner car when needed. The employees, salesmen to service agents, have always been polite and interested in taking care of the customer, wanting their complete satisfaction. There is ALWAYS a follow up call to the customer inquiring about their experience with BMW Morristown. They ask if there is anything that they could have possibly done better. My feeling is that they extend themselves far beyond the "deal", and try to develop a long term relationship with their client.Of course it goes without saying that the product has to be worthy of a person's repeat purchases or leasing. I have had a Z4, X3, 128, and now a 328i. Two of my cars were stick shifts, and two automatics, each offering a different experience and ride! I have not had any problems with any of my cars except to say that the Z4 and the 1 series were not good cars to take out in extreme snow or ice. I did anyway, and I made it to my destination, but not easily!Finally, I would like to commend this dealership for their thoughtful, routine changing of my wiper blades without me asking or complaining about them....they wash my car after each service call and put down protective mats to keep the carpet clean. The facility is beautiful and new, showing off a gorgeous product!I'll be back!

Ok experience overall. The salesperson was accommodating in terms of the numerous emails I initially sent about the price and ultimately gave us the second best price amongst dealers we inquired with. He was also accommodating with the back and forth at the purchase about the color and option we decided to go with. On the flip side the delivery was a poor experience. The salesperson was busy with other customers so we sat there for quite a while until we finally able to drive the car away. The Finance Manager tried to pull a fast one by giving us a higher loan than it was supposed to be by not properly incorporating the proper down payment check we gave. I initially asked him why the number didn't match and he explained that it was sometimes different. That didn't make any sense to me as I handle mortgage loan documents for a living so I carefully re-inspected the numbers and realized the final loan amount did not properly reflect the total downpayment we had brought to the delivery. If I had not double checked it I have no doubt we would have ended up just paying an extra $1000.00 for the vehicle. I don't know for sure if it was just carelessness on his part or a purposeful attempt to defraud us, but either way it left a bad taste in our mouth. If it was carelessness then I find that quite scary that the finance manager does not look at the actual bank check brought to delivery and subtract that from the final purchase cost before drafting the documents up. If you are looking for a good price, at this dealer is near you - you could do worse I'm sure but just be careful along the way.

Despite understanding how car dealership and car sales system works, it was very disappointing to see that customers are still treated as if they are stupid. Each time this sales person went to clarify the final number with his VP he returned back with a higher number and with additional clauses that were not mentioned earlier. It seemed like, even though the sales person said he has been in the sales for a long time, we were his first 'prey'.Embarrassing to say the least the total experience was exactly opposite to what my wife and I had expected. We walked out being disappointed not because we did not get the car but how we were treated as a customer.I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I recently leased my first BMW from BMW of Morristown, working with salesman, Robert Redcross. Robert made the entire process so easy and seamless that it was my best car transaction to date (too many prior ones to count). I had been researching pre-owned BMW 328 convertibles for a while and, after spotting a potential vehicle at BMW of Morristown, my wife and I made the trek from Edgewater to this dealership. This was my first upcoming BMW car purchase and was prepared to view many such vehicles in the week's to come but somehow fate drew us to this particular dealership.First impressions when arriving was that it was a well run enterprise with all the different vehicles, used and new, on display. Cafe and showrooms were neatly laid out and presented. We had no appointment nor did we expect to begin any serious negotiations - just to merely check out the car in question. We asked the reception lady for help in requesting an associate to show us the car. She called Fabian Rendon for us. Initially, before I met Fabian, I was apprehensive about meeting some pushy seasoned veteran salesman who would rub me the wrong way with his slick 'dealer double talk'. I was pleasantly surprised with Fabian, young guy in his thirties, who was quite down-to-earth and comfortably easy to deal with. Enthusiastic and helpful, he allowed me to test drive the car with no come-ons or conversation domination tactics. He seemed genuinely eager to be of helpful service. He took his time in carefully explaining all the intricacies of the 328 convertible, He even gently persuaded me to take it out with the top down and get a feel for the car.After deciding to purchase the car, the back-and-forth negotiations were cordial and I felt like I was dealing with a polite professional in Fabian. He was for the deal to be a win/win for both parties.His supervisor and finance manager, Miguel, also treated the entire negotiation process with respect and professionalism and in no time did I feel condescended or patronized - it was refreshing. Shravan over heard the conversation and said he can help me if I give him 2 minutes. I think he was finishing up with some other customers who looked like they'd enjoyed dealing with him so I waited. He came back apologized for the wait and offered his assistance. I truthfully went in only to inquire about the 328xi, but had no intentions of buying one. First and foremost I would have to say that I have purchased 5 BMW's in the past and never dealt with a more knowledgeable salesman than Robert Redcross. I thought he was one of the managers the way he handled my current situation.We met Robert while we were having our car looked at in service. He happened to be in the Cafe area and offered us a cup of coffee. We began a conversation which led to him asking why we were there. My car was in service and was being diagnosed for a problem (which we never found out what it was)Robert made a few suggestions and helped us trade out of it for a value I would say was more than fair and put us into a brand new BMW for a great deal. He was efficient and explained everything to us step by step. What impressed me the most about Fabian was the after sales customer services he provided on two separate issues I had. Outstanding! I bought a used car from Morristown BMW on the internet. I live in Canada and I was intending on exporting the car into Canada. From day 1, Shravan was helpful in the process and gave me the information I needed along the way. I flew in to Newark and he came to pick me up and since the car wasn't being registered in New Jersey, the paperwork was a little complicated and time consuming, but he spent the entire day with making sure everything was done properly so that I wouldn't have any issues getting temporary registration and crossing the border. The sales rep, sales manager, as well as dealership manager work really well as a team to do their best to meet the customers needs. I traded in my Toyota Camry into Bmw 328i Sedan and i love it ! Originally came in to just look at some options due to my Volvo being paid off i did not need a car at the moment. Dave insisted that i drive the 550 GT and i fell in love with the car, however the price being offered was way too high for a demo with allot of miles. I purchased a 3 series sedan about a month ago. This was my first "luxury" car purchase and I am just as impressed with the quality of service as the car. David was able to beat a more local BMW dealership's price and did not hide anything (A month later, I am still convinced I got a great deal). My experience at BMW Morristown Used Cars was so good, I keep wondering if there is a catch! I was warmly greeted by a sales manager. My salesman was Shaun Hayes. This was one of many car purchases in many states over the years and this was the BEST used car experience I've ever had. Not only did I get a good car for a good price, but the experience was actually a pleasure. There were some hiccups because the used car dept has moved across the street from the new car dealership. So, getting through the paperwork in a timely fashion (I had my own financing) and having to go over there for faxes, was time-consuming compared to what it could have been. The car leather also could have been a little cleaner, but I failed to re-inspect and it was very late when I finally got the car. Overall, this experience was topnotch, especially thanks to Shaun. I needed to bring my BMW in due to a "low battery charge" light indicator came on. As it turned out, it was something to do with computer program and not actual battery problem. This was fixed by rebooting the program.I was introduced to Michelle Sellers as my service director and she was really awesome. Not only did she follow up with a phone call when she said she would, she also had a 30,000 mile servicing performed so I did not have to bring car back in again so soon.Who ever hired Michelle Sellers was spot on and what I would expect from BMW.

Purchased a 2009 335 xdrive in May of 2011. Vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke when I picked it up and continued to do so even though the dealer guaranteed they could remove the smell. After 4 drop offs for cleaning the car still has the odor of smoke. Since the smell was not being removed the dealer suggested that I pursue a trade-in option and purchase a different vehicle. I agreed to wait for them to search for a comparable vehicle. However, the dealer never called back with the results of their searches. In addition, my initial loan paper work was filed incorrectly, it only requested a partial portion of the vehicles purchase price, a week later the error was found and a new loan had to be found and applied for. This all resulted in additional paperwork and hassle on my end. Moreover, I still receive letters from my loan bank requesting the vehicles title. I have expressed my concern with the dealer numerous times but they have obviously just waved me off because Im still receiving letters. I also recevied letters requesting proof of insurance, which BMW of Morristown should have provided, but they did not. To avoid any additional hassle on my end I submitted the paperwork myself. I also purchased wheel and tire coverage for the vehicle. When an incident occurred on 9/9/2011 in which my wheel and tire warranty was to be exercised I found that Safeguard, the company supplying the coverage, stated they had no paperwork on file for me or my vehicle. BMW of morristown should have provided this paper work shortly after the sale of the vehicle, but they did not. I was forced to pay for the repairs up front at cost to me, and wait an additional 3 months for my reimbursement. I also requested a copy of my vehicles verified CPO check list to see if the vehicle had been properly CPOd, but I never received anything from the dealer, no calls back, no emails, nothing. This dealer has left me extremely disappointed. So much that I refuse to have my vehicle serviced at Morristown BMW after a terrible experience there!

Unlike other dealership, here there was no need to deal with multiple people to buy the car you want. They tried to cheat the purchase price over the phone and on site. And worst, never paid attention to customer. I am PA resident, who don't need front plate, but they put front plate on my brand new car, without asking my permission, resulting 2 holes on my brand new car! I bought the car by cash, but they put financial lien on my title. No one informed me this mistake until 4 months later I found out by myself from DMV office, they could not release my title. Then I called the dealer, they delayed another month and still not release my title, so now 5 months passed after I purchased my new car, I still have not received my title! Very unprofessional and low quality work, made mistakes and never trying to correct it for customers, cannot believe such bad service for BMW!

We can not say enough about the good people and the fantastic experience we've had with Morristown BMW. From the GM Victor to the sales reps we dealt with, every detail was covered and handled in the utmost professional manner. He was very very very helpful. He did everything in his power to get me into a BMW. He got me the best rate he possibly could with my credit with the payments I could afford. He understood that I had shopped around and would really prefer to buy a BMW if the price was right and after 2 weeks of working the banks he was able to get me a pretty good deal. Peter was a pleasure to work with. I was having trouble finding a dealership that had a 2011 335i xDrive Sedan with a manual transmission available for test drive. I called Morristown BMW to see if they could accommodate that request and to my surprise, they could. When I arrived at the dealership, Peter had the test drive model ready for me. The car was freshly detailed and gleaming. That sounds like it should be the norm, however after test driving BMW's at competing dealerships I quickly learned otherwise. After the test drive we decided to pull the trigger on the car. After extensive research we knew where we wanted to be in terms of final number etc. Peter worked with us and with his manager to get us to where we needed to be. After negotiating back and forth we agreed on a number and placed the order for our car, which had to be custom ordered. Peter kept us in the loop with regard to the cars progress and was in touch as soon as he learned when the car was going to be delivered. We picked the car up and everything was seamless and looked great. Before leaving the dealership I noticed a small chip in the rear drivers side passenger window. They provided a clean car fax but conveniently did not provide an Autocheck report, which indicated the damage and accident. I have written twice to the head of service with constructive criticism and not received a response after seeking one multiple times. see my most recent correspondence:I have been a customer of BMW of Morristown for nine years. We have also been customers of Smythe Volvo for eleven years. I have some observations, constructive in nature:1. Your dealership has made a decision to limit the number of BMW loaners you have on hand. I am confident when comparing the ratio of embedded customers to loaners you would have a lower ratio than Smythe or Warnock Lexus - you would be the lowest. This creates consequences:a.You discourage loaners I have observed that you appear to emphasize to customers that the visit will only be one hour. I wonder if you measure a metric vs. that claim.b.Only after several hours and issue do you then offer a rental car from either Enterprise or Dollar. Imagine my surprise when I am offered a Kia Mini Van as my loaner after paying $60K for my BMW. I then this week I got a very large jeep that could induce labor for an 8 month pregnant woman due to its shocks..2.Unevenness of your Service desk staff:a.I observed three young woman yesterday they ranged from outstanding to very poor. One who truly gets it vs. one who does not seem to view us as customers with passion or priority. 3.Your reception area for customersa.This gets an A as a facility. It works for me as I can work on site. My wife only cares about meeting the quoted hourb.Associates of your company should understand that all their conversations are heard by the customers and should refrain from holding them in this areaSmythe is a true customer focused dealership. They earn 10s consistently from us. Their experience is flawless, have virtually no turnover. We get loaners 99% of the time, the rest our sales guy will drive us home.And relative to a 10, you would receive a 6 particularly since my visit on 3/30 was a repeat due to the fact that a replaced GPS DVD player did not work after leaving the dealership on 3/17. I love my car, but dealership performance is now a strong criteria for purchasing my next one which will be this year.

BMW of Morristown sold me a defective 2011 BMW 750xi, refused to replace defects that were agreed to before delivery was accepted, registration process took six weeks longer than promised during which car could not be used, sold a tire and rim insurance policy from non-BMW company that has subsequently refused to honor claims against covered damage, refused to communicate or respond to e-mails and calls. Vehicle is now in repair shop of BMW of Manhattan and I am being asked to pay approx. $4,000 for required repairs to bring car back to original condition.

All I have to say is "First In Class Service." True professionals that go above and beyond to take care of the customer, particularly in Service. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a BMW dealership in New Jersey to buy or service their vehicle. My wife and I bought a new BMW in September of 2010 and had a horrible experience with a totally incompetent staff. The moment we said we would buy the car everything that could go wrong could went wrong and things that couldn't go wrong went wrong. First, the car we bought had already been sold so we waited for another car to be delivered from another dealership. We were told that it would only take a half an hour so we waited. Two hours later the car showed up and the driver told us that he left his cell phone in the car. We had to help him try to find it. He apparently never had it with him so he left without telling us that and we continued to tear the car apart looking for it. We did not receive the 2nd key to that car and it took 2 and 1/2 months to get a replacement because the sales manager did not approve the expenditure because he was waiting for the 2nd key to come from the other dealer. We requested new license plates rather than transfer our old plates from our trade in. This dealership is proud that they have their own DMV on premise so we were told that they would take care of everything. A little over a month later, because we were driving with an expired temporary sticker, my wife went back to the dealer to get a letter from them explaining the situation in case she got stopped with the expired temp sticker. A month later the plates finally showed up. We had paid for new plates and a duplicate registration. New plates come with a 5 year registration. Our registration was only good for 4 months and we never received the duplicate. I then received a call that the duplicate and corrected registration was at the dealership. I went there and found that there was no registration but there was another set of license plates. The sales manager took the second set of plates and told me that he would straighten things out. Nothing was straightened out and I called several times over the course of a month and never got return calls. My biggest fear is that the is a set of plates registered to us and they were given to someone else because we were finally told that they couldn't tell us what happened to the second set of plates. I checked with the New Jersey DMV in Randolph and was told that I would have to go to Wayne New Jersey to find out if there was a second set of plates registered to us. I have not yet done that because I would have to take additional time away from work to clean up this dealership's mess. The salesman told us he would fix the situation with the 4 month registration and get us the 5 year registration that we paid for. Our 4 month registration is about to expire and we still have not received the corrected one or the duplicate. I just called again and was told that the dealership will give us a check to refund us what we paid for the registration and we will have to renew it ourselves. We got no apology and a lot of attitude from both the salesman and his manager. I have been buying new cars since 1963 and this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. If you want a BMW....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY IT!!!!!!!

Most dealers and sales reps were good, some very good, but few were as "exceptional," as BMW Morristown. My Sales Advisor Michele Clarke is the best in the business, and the main reason for my returning to her dealership for a third second and third BMW after my prior leases expired. Michele stayed in touch during the entire three-year lease period, keeping me informed about product developments, design changes, special deals and general news about the BMW brand. Ryan McGowan in Finance was extremely efficient and forthright. Servicing the vehicle at BMW Morristown's massive facility is swift and painless, no long waits, and the car is returned when promised, with all the work done. This is a professionally run operation across all departments, and, the most important observation that I could make is, while there, always feeling that the owners, managers and sales force have the best interest of the client as the first paragraph in their "Mission Statement." I would highly recommend BMW of Morristown to any auto shopper looking to reclaim the glory days when "Customer Service" was NOT an oxymoron.

I purchased a Certified Pre owned 2006 BMW 330XI. IT was well equipped and the price was good. The sales experience was very good. My salesperson was very knowledgeable of the car. I was able to take it on a very extended test drive over 30 miles. I only have two complaints. The car was still in transport mode which meant that the engine cut off at 4,500 RPMs which almost got me into an accident. They found the problem and fixed it. They have always been easy to communicate with, they know the cars, their service, however little is needed, has been great, they are always cooperative and friendly, and their facility is state of the art. They give you good information as to what service is being done. On the lease exchange/lease agreement side, they have been a pleasure to deal with. Brian DesRosiers, who I have leased multiple cars with, is a top professional who knows the cars, and is a total straight-shooter to deal with. He has great credibility and goes out of his way to help you make choices, and he follows thru from beginning to end when you get your car. He spent a lot of time wiht us going thru all the updated electronics, and is always available for questions that arise after that. What a terrific representative for Morristown BMW! I stopped into the dealership spontaneously, after a service appointment at the nearby Toyota dealership, where my 2004 Prius with 133,000 miles on it needed $600 worht of work. "Let's see..would I rather own a new Toyota, or a used BMW?" I asked myself. With no premeditation, I turned into the lot and began looking at 2008 and 2009 convertibles. I am no the proud owner of a 3-series convjertible hardtop, absolutely the most georgeous and fun car I have ever owned in my life. My salesman even drove to my house to let me see if my dog crate fit in the back seat; I have two miniature daschund puppies. He brought the crate out and set it in the back seat for me. We just took our first road trip this weekend, and their ears were flapping the in breeze. My commute is now a recreatinal experience. Everyone at this dealership is friendly, helpful, informative, responsive. I feel I could ask them anything and they would do whatever they could to help. After I had driven the car for less than two weeks, I hit a pothole and got a flat tire. I had fortunately purchased the tire and wheel protection plan, and my tire was replaced, no questions asked,and the car was washed when I picked it up--so far, life as a BMW owner is great.

I recently leased my 3rd BMW since 2004 from Morristown BMW this past weekend. 2010 X5. Before reaching out to Morristown, I had visited the dealer who I had lease my X3 to explore options for next vehicle. I was very unhappy. They offered me a X5 with about 4k less in options than Morristown for a price that I was forced to believe was the best price. After doing a little research online, I came across Morristown who had a wider variety in color and more options for a much better price. I spoke with a manager over the phone who faxed me a inventory checklist of the vehicle including the numbers. The following weekend I went to see the vehicle and the manager honored the pricing he agreed to on the phone. I must say that Morristown was by far the best of the other 2 BMW dealers I had done business with. I highly recommend Morristown and look forward to doing business with them again in the next 3 years. Also, my Client Sales Advisor was very honest and knowledgable. I've lived in several states with my BMW, and when I moved to the NYC metro area, I quickly realized that service and integrity were very difficult to find in the area. I tried Manhattan, Bloomfield, Denville, and Morristown and was extremely displeased with all.Until I met Jason at Morristown. He correctly identified and resolved a problem that Bloomfield and Denville could not. He has continued to be extremely detailed and works with a high level of integrity and commitment. We bought a certified, pre-owned X5. During the drive home, my husband, who was following me in his car, noticed liquid on his windshield and smoke coming from my hood. We had to wait 2 days for them to tow the car back to their service department to fix it.The next 3 times we brought the car in for routine maintenance checks, we had to bring it back the next day because they broke something (door locks, headlights misaligned, etc.). Last week I brought my X5 in for a routine maintenance check and didn't realize until I returned home that all of the audio was disconnected from the car (radio, GPS, cd player, etc)!! I had to drive back the next morning (ruined my Saturday). The service manager, Steve, told me that it was just a coincidence that this happened the exact same day that I brought the car in for the service check-up. It had nothing to do with them. He also said they would fix it for me, but it's not under warranty anymore, so next time it breaks, I'm on my own. I laughed and told him about all the other "coincidences" that occurred during past visits to their service department. I also told him that would be the last time he would ever see me or my car. I guess they don't care about repeat business. He lied right to my face....I will never purchase a car from these guys or bring my current car for a service ever again!

I bought it new and with all of the options. This was the third M3 that I leased (I am now on number 5). The prior two, I leased from Morristown BMW. The reason I didn't lease this one there was that I couldn't find a parking spot on the three occasions that I went there. JMK is far from my home, so, I always planned on having service done in Morristown as a BMW warranty is "supposedly" handled by any BMW service center. Now the problem.I went out one night and hit a pot hole. The 19" rims on the M3 are notorious for getting flats when running over anything bigger than a nickle on the road. I ended up with not one, but, 3 flats. I contacted BMW road side assistance, and they said they could get the car in 3 hours. This would be nightmare number one. I waited and waited and, 5 hours later, a flat bed got my car. They asked where to bring the car to, and, I told them Morristown BMW as that is my "service" center. I called Morristown BMW, and, did not get an answer as it was about 11pm at night. I left a message stating my car was going to be dropped off there. When the BMW contracted flatbed tried to drop the car off there, they were told that they would not accept the car as it was not purchased there. What the f? The flatbed driver took the car to their impound lot. The following day, they tried to bring the car to Morristown again, and, again Morristown BMW would not accept the car. They told me I would have to get it fixed somewhere else. I ended up having the car dropped off at my home as BMW would not tow the car all of the way to JMK...only to the closest BMW service center (which was Morristown, which would not accept my car).I had to personally remove the tires off of the car and bring them to a tire center to have new tires put on (one rim had to be replaced). I also had to personally pay for the overnight fee for storage. I contacted BMW NA and complained. They did nothing. The wouldn't pay for the lot storage, nor would they do anything about Morristown BMW. Morristown BMW refused to EVER work on this car. I have still not learned my lesson as I am on BMW M3 number 5. This time, I leased it from one of the dealers owned by Morristown BMW, so, they will service my car in Morristown, but, will not give me a loaner. The terrible thing here is that I went to Morristown to lease the car, they did not have one (end of stock of 2006), and, searched for the car and told me to go to the other dealership to buy it.I have had 4 of my BMW M3s serviced by Morristown BMW. I have rated them a 0 (yes....a ZERO) for EVERY service appointment I have ever had in the 13 years of going there. If it were not for the car (the BMW M3 is one of the best cars I have ever owned or driven {I personally usually have 5 cars at all times...during this difficult economy, I have dropped it to 4}) I would NEVER deal with Morristown BMW. This may be my last M3 as I do not like the new M5 or the new M3 V8. I am going to keep this one, and, once the warranty is expired, hope to NEVER have to deal with Morristown BMW again.Read the other reviews and notice that NO ONE has had a good experience with these people. I was almost arrested there for punching the sales manager (I happily broke his nose after he had the audacity to shove me). BMWs are great cars. I wish a different dealership was near me, or, one not owned by Morristown BMW. I heard Steve Miller is a good dealership, they are just too far from me.Enjoy the car...hate the dealership...and in a lot of ways, hate BMW NA service overall.

1/11/08 Tire replacement front and rear passenger due to hitting a pothole. I have tire insurance. I was told the claim had been submitted for reimbursement on 1/11/08. Contacted IAS L.P. on 3/12/08. Informed claim was denied. BMW Morristown service had been requested to submit photographs of damaged tires. Photos were never submitted. IAS has no claim number or additional information indicating a claim was ever submitted. Due to miscommunication between BMW,insurance Co. and customer, I am out of pocket $531.88. I intend to contact BMW North America and inform them of the miscommunication and poor customer service. If I were told pictures were necessary to complete the claim, I would have taken pictures. NO one communicated this to me.

I should have listened to a friend not to go to this dealer, now I know why. I'll explain why ...Walked in, looking for an X5 with minimum options - found one that they said will get for me. Explained that I need one ASAP as we were on a rental car. Was assured that they'll get it. I haggled a little bit as it was the year-end closing, agreed on a price then shook hands then wrote a check as a deposit. Called Saturday, Sunday, Monday - they were not able to get the car explaining how busy they were due to year end sales. Was again assured that they will have one. Tuesday was New Years Day, called them on Wednesday - they were not able to get the one we wanted and they proposed another one with more options. It was a few thousand more but I said okay but of course negotiated - agreed on a price. I called again, they were not able to get it - it appears that they were getting from another dealer's inventory. Another one with more options was proposed - I yelled and told them not to propose anything until they are sure to have it.Thursday morning - we still do not have anything from Morristown. Note that it was me doing most of the calling. I was truly annoyed so I called another dealer that we visited while shopping. They happen to have one with 4,000 dollars more in options than we originally wanted. I negotiated over the phone and told this other dealer that if they agree with my offer, I will be there in an hour. Done Deal. I had the X5 for my wife the following day.Back to Morristown - I asked my money back. They said, they'll cut me the check and will have it in 15 days. I said NO - I want it sooner as I need to put that in as down where a dealer HAS a car to sell.And this is the real kicker ... this manager told me "THAT WE COULD HAVE HAD THE CAR FOR YOU IF NOT FOR THE FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS THAT YOU WERE NOT WILLING TO SPEND" - This really made me so mad yet GLAD that I did not purchase the car from them. I bought one for the wife with $4,000 more in options plus extended maintenance.There is no exaggeration to this story - I presented it best that I can. You be the judge.I just believe that a customer deserves the same courtesy as you walk-in as a potential client, as you close a deal or when you cancel - they failed to deliver yet had the guts to insult a customer.Would I recommend this dealership - DEFINITELY NOT!

Bought a BMW 5 series, July 2005. We are from out of state, however they had the vehicle we wanted. The sales woman was inexperienced, the automotive department delivered the car in poor condition (ruined inside car seals), the clerk screwed up the title process, sales manager covered for all of their incompetency and never took accountability for their unprofessionalism. It took 2+ months to get a title, expected us to drive a vehicle illegally. Never again would I buy a car out of state, nor would I recommend this dealership. Reported this to BMW service center several times, they listened however their proactivity in solving the matter was fair. Plan to write a letter to the owner of this dealership of this horrible experience.

I purchased a used car from them 7/1. Because of their great price, I drove from Maryland to NJ to buy this car. It is 8/22 now and I have expired temp tags, no title, no registration or Maryland tags. Phone call messages go unanswered. Emails go unanswered. They even told me to drive the car around on expired tags and if/when I get pulled over, to mail them the ticket for reimbursement. This is totally unacceptable. I made a phone call to MD MVA today and they dont even have a record of them submitting my paperwork!


I wish I could say better things about the Morristown BMW...

I wish I could say better things about the Morristown BMW pre-owned department. The only benefit I can promise is to say that it's in a different area of Morristown than where the new BMWs are being sold. Morristown BMW is supposed to under new management. Sorry to say, the pre-owned people haven't heard about it, yet.

Tonight, I was next door, looking at a Mini. Cold from the rain, I was pointed by the Mini staff to a coffee machine located in the pre-owned section of the regular BMWs. As my cup was filling up from the free "magic" machine, my eye caught a used All-wheel-drive 3 series BMW sedan.

I spoke briefly to the salesperson. Mind you, there were two people in that section, and their showroom was completely vacant of a single customer, save for me.

It was evening, and over a half-an-hour to 45 minutes until closing time. I had just finished testing a Mini. As cute as the roadster is, I still haven't decided whether I wanted something "bigger," and more practical.

The problem was the BMW I saw in the showroom was a stick shift.

The salesman mentioned, not to worry, he had several AWD pre-owned 3 series sedans available.

I asked them about how much they cost. The prices he quoted me for these cars were much higher for used vehicles than I had seen before (like add $1,000-3000 to everyone else's price -- almost new car prices, for near 3 and 4 year-old cars?). He debated with me the difference between a maintenance versus warranty contract (earlier BMWs had a limited maintenance benefit, and if the contract expired, it can't be renewed as with the newer cars -- making the buyer liable for all the oil changes, brake pads, rotors, tune-ups, etc. -- which is okay, I guess if the car was much less than a new one).

You would think I would know the difference between an oil change versus needing an entire transmission replaced, wouldn't anyone? So, why did he tell me that if I bought a car, and I needed a new transmission, the warranty would cover it, and mix up the two? This didn't make too much sense.

He thought he fooled me, right? I finally explained to him what the difference was.

He was nearly laughing at me when:

I asked if I could test-drive one of his xi 3 series models. Get this? He says that the pre-owned department has a rule that customers can not test drive cars when it's raining? I just couldn't figure that out.

I later found out elsewhere that they maybe, just maybe, they don't test drive cars in the rain, except for four-wheel drive cars. Now, what was I asking to try? A four-wheel drive sedan, perchance?

Somebody pays these bozos over there in the pre-owned department to stay open 'till 9pm? Waste of lights and overhead in my humble, rainy day opinion, but I'm just a woman.... and, a shopper looking for her "mystery" car, reporting out pitfalls to potential online customers.

Don't go there, until the dust of the new management shakeup has settled, at the very least.

Real highway store mentality, sell as many cars as possible and screw the people when it comes to service. If you are looking for a place to keep your car for a week before they look at it, then not fix it right, this is the place. Part of the Ryan Automotive Group, which I found out after I bought. They are known in NJ for giving decent prices with bad service. I made the mistake of letting them match a deal I had from another dealer, becuase they were closer I went with them. Big mistake.

They originally told me when I bought the car that I could get a loaner whenever I had any service done and I've been there 3 times so far and they always tell me they don't have any loaners left. I think they probably only have 1.

I went there twice and both experiences were unsatisfactory.
The first was to install an in-dash CD and foglights. The price I ended up paying for both was over $500 more than the original quote. It also took 2 days more than they originally told me. What's worse, they wouldn't call to tell me about delays until the very end of the day.
The second time was for a broken thermostat and some leaking by my antenna. Again, the job took longer than expected, I was never informed of the delay, and it cost more than I was originally told. When I was called for a follow-up inquiry, I reported my complaints. I was told I would be contacted by a representative, but never was.
