Stopped by to check out a BMW and ended up seeing a used AUDI the sales people were so great at selling all of them. BUT to follow through with what was promised to this date I'm still waiting. I told them I would not take the car AT ALL if both buttons were not fixed. To this date I have contacted salesman twice and no buttons fixed. They said they would go to the DMV for me and I gave them a blank check and to date no plates have I received. Then to top it all off I don't know how to work the stuff in the car and neither did the salesman and he advised me to go to an AUDI dealership to find out how things work. NEVER will I ever buy a car from them. Everything that is said from a used car sales man that is bad I experienced!!! VERY UPSET customer

I got charged for two hours of labor without being asked for permission to work on the car a second hour or even being notified that my car even needed extended time! I signed and agreed to pay for the 1 hour of labor only and the rep onMy file told me in his own words that if any more time was needed I would be notified but I was not! This place does nothing but scam people I asked for one specific procedure to be done not for your technicians to take my car apart! The rep in charge of my file was Giuseppe Carcione, and I am extremely upset that he has charged me for things I haven't been notified about!

The salesperson and I bought the car from was okay however while sitting there waiting for them to complete the financing, I heard a gentleman tell one of his salespeople to help the person with a 7 Series first because 7 Series has precedence over all of their cars. That made me feel like I was definitely at the bottom on the totem pole with my Chrysler. The next day I was told to bring the car back because it had a spray of something all over the windows. I sat for over an hour waiting for them to clean the windows. After 1 1/2 hrs. I looked out the window to see my car was not moved. They forgot about me. They than said we will have a porter take care of it if you can wait a bit longer. Twenty mins later, still in the same original spot. I told them to give me my keys so I could leave. They apologized and said the detail shot closed 2 hours ago. Really?? They did come out to my job the next day to pick up the car and have it detailed. That was nice however, of course they failed again because the back window still had the film of whatever was on the sides and the inside was not cleaned. I asked if they could clean the inside like they said they would when I bought the car. I wish I bought my Chrysler from a Chrysler dealership instead of BMW on Sahara. If you are not going to buy a BMW (7 Series) I suggest you don't go to that BMW dealership.

Being from California I have many dealerships (including BMW) to choose from. As luck would have it though nearly the exact car that I was looking for (a white on black competition package M5) showed up at BMW of Las Vegas. My options were to buy the car sight unseen and have it shipped or go out and see it for myself. What I can say about any business is that you are only as good as your worse employee. Krystal, who handles my sales, was phenomenal. She graciously took the time to take all my calls and emails, answering all my questions and helping me much to streamline my buying. Since I flew in, they assisted in getting me to the dealership, even taking a detour so that I could have coffee prior to getting there. I honestly have never been treated so well at any car dealership. Joe, the financial manager was awesome as well. Buying a car is never a short process, but it was much shorter than what I am accustomed to. During that time Joe made real conversation and made the whole experience pleasant. Like I said, I live over 500 miles away and have many options much closer. This was my first out of state car purchasing experience and would be happy to go back for my next car and plan on doing just that. Besides that, driving home was a true joy getting to know my new car.

Had the misfortune of dealing with this sad excuse for a car dealership in May 2016. During a cross country road trip in a new 435 X drive convertible, the thermostat quit in the open position. Closest dealer, was this sad excuse of a 'car dealer' in Las Vegas. Had car in by 8 AM was told I'd be called by 12:00, no call. Waited until 1:30. Left meassage with the assistant service manager whom was the service writer (a level of incompitance personified by his lack of action). Finally received a call at 2:30 that the part was not in stock, but would be overnighted & installed next day. Not hearing any confidence in this fools voice, I called the parts department to see if they had any pending special orders for the next day. Response, none. I asked again specifically about a thermostat for my year/type car, again the same answer. Called to 'chat' with the service writer whom had left for the day. Asked for the General Manager, whom was busy. Was told I'd be called back, no call. Called to speak to the service manager, whom was busy. He however, did call back. Confined that the part had not been ordered. I pointed out that the car had been there since early AM, that they had time to do things in a timely way, but instead elected not to. There was not much intelligence the service manager could shed on the problem. Now, it was going to be a three day ordeal. I asked for the car to be left out & I would pick it up by closing time. Upon getting in the car, I noticed my luggage had been opened & a expensive sweater was gone. Truly a example of why people are fearful of car dealers. Worst service in my life.

Overall it was good service. It took about 7 hours, which was a bit long, but I did drop off my car there. The one issue that I had was that at the end, when I went to drive off, I noticed that my car still had water spots all over the front and the driver side half of my car. If you gonna wash the car, then do it right. I had to rewash my car again when I got home. And being at BMW, you'd expect a little more attention to detail. Pretty disappointed.

First time we went to go check out a Kia Optima at a dealership in Sunset. We arrived, no one was there to help us or anything. So we moved on to the next dealership on Sahara for BMW & right away someone came to help us, was super friendly and tried answering our questions to the best of their knowledge. After an hour in, with a test drive, questions answered, help from both TK & Feng, we decided to purchase the Kia Optima Hybrid. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely recommend anyone to come by or check out BMW dealership on Sahara.

Poor communication between other services. Up until my excellent service advisor, the wait for a car wash was ridiculous. It appears to me the car was purposely parked in the back so I would not see as of every vehicle was pulled to the front to get the owner attention and my vehicle was never pulled to the front. I sincerely recommend to look into it, as I was the only person sitting for almost two hours until I had to ask one of the guys bringing vehicles and calling for owner to find my vehicle and bring without washed. That's when he said the car has been parked for a while. Very strange where the car was parked. Again, either intentionally parked there or the worst communication ever. I have always been satisfied with BMW service but this is the second time service overpass the disappointment to a point I am not looking forward to renew my lease with BMW in the future at all.Additionally, my vehicle was due for out change since 3/2016 and I was never notified by my previous service advisor or anyone. I guess I have to check on that, something I never did before, I was always notified ahead of time.

The evening that I visited this dealership, I wasn't intent on buying a new car. I had previously left another dealer (different brand) after they were unable to work with me on a CPO vehicle I had been researching for some time. I made a detour to BMW of Las Vegas afterwards on the recommendation of my girlfriend. A client advisor by the name of Rami Chaaya was the person that helped me through the whole process. I told him what I was interested in (mainly a two door coupe), and he showed me all the available options to choose from. After a short trek around the lot, I finally decided on checking out a '16 228i. After a short test drive up the road, we returned to the desk to discuss pricing. At this time the dealership was ready to close, but Rami was still patient in assisting me. I never felt rushed, or pressured to make a decision. He answered all my questions very well. After a couple back, and forths regarding the price of the car with the assistance of the sales manager Elie El Rai, we finally settled on a price that I, and my girlfriend felt was fair. Since my bank was closed, I wasn't able to pick up my new car until the following afternoon. My car was fairly clean upon final delivery, although a complete detail would've been greatly appreciated. Anyways, after Joe Spilotros in finance expedited the rest of my paperwork in an efficient manner, Rami drove my car up to the front of the building for me. I declined the "genius" because I enjoy reading my manual, and learning on my own. All said, I was thoroughly pleased with my experience from this nice group of people!

We were in the market for a new car and thought we wanted a Mercedes-Benz. The salesman at their dealership did not make us feel like a valued customer so we left and went to BMW of Las Vegas. We were immediately helped by a salesman, Shawn Sullivan. He was very friendly and listened to what we were looking for. He graciously showed us several cars he thought we would like and let me test drive a 2016 535i which we fell in love with. We started dealing with him on the price and were pleasantly surprised how easy the processed was and we were offered a fair price without a lot of haggling. We also were trading in a Toyota Prius. They offered me more money that I expected to get for the car (I had researched it's worth before going car shopping).From there we were sent to complete the sales paperwork with Joe Spilotros. He was professional and quick and we were out of there in no time. When we returned back to our hometown, three hours away, we noticed we forgot to retrieve our garage door opener from our car that was traded in. Joe immediately overnighted the opener back to us! We would definitely recommend buying a car from BMW of Las Vegas if you are in the market for a luxury car.

Just brought in for 30,000 mile service and to reinstall driver side kick plate. Had 8:30 Am appt and was going to wait. Tyler saw me at 8:30 said it would take about 90 minutes and asked if that was ok. Finished a bit early, Waiting room is nice and comfortable. Coffee, tea, fruit, snacks, and football on TV could not be any better.

We were out of town when the temperature light came on. BMW sent a tow truck to take my car to the nearest dealer which is Las Vegas. Butch, the service advisor took care of everything and he is very pleasant. I got my loaner car for the day. BMW Las Vegas changed the electric water pump and washed my car. Everything is under warranty and my X5 is fixed. My car was done at the same day. Thank you very much for the wonderful service experience with BMW Las Vegas and Butch (the service advisor). I've purchased BMW 5 series. I went to the BMW dealer to look for an used car to replace my 2011 BMW 3 series, which I had for 2 years and was nearing 50, 000 miles. ( bought it 2 years ago as an used car, from the same dealer). After doing math with my husband, we realize that leasing a new BMW is just the same deal as buying 2-3 year old car. Our objection was to have roughly the same monthly payments. The representatives at BMW helped us to achieve that goal.

Sitting home Sunday night on October 4th my wife and I decided to attend the Greek Festival here in Las Vegas. Walking around we had seen a BMW they were raffling off and me being who I am who has never won anything in my life said "No way!" When my wife said go get a ticket.. Turning back around in the parking lot at the 2 min warning I bought a ticket. My wife said her gut feeling was is that I'm going to win that car.. So she said lets takes take pictures for good luck while we waited. Sitting there waiting for 0695 to be called I hear my first name.. 30 seconds must have gone by than my last name! I looked at my wife and she said "I told you, you were going to win!" Stumbling in shock barely being able to breath I go to the stage and show my license I was the winner of a 2016 BMW 328i. The next morning I was told to get in touch with Steve Broka at BMW Las Vegas so I left a message for a returned called. After his returned called we set an appointment for 3p on October 5th. And my new car was at BMW waiting for me. After going through some options because no one with a $38,000 credit at BMW would think straight I ended up taking the car I had won. Mr. Broka has gone from my car sales man to a friend. He helped us though the entire process and made sure we were taken care of. From the point we got there and still is today. I know not everyone is going to win a car in their life time but I highly recommend Steve Broka as their personal BMW Sales man because he goes over and beyond making everything effortless and stressfree. This was an enjoyable experience and a fantastic vehicle lease. Glen was friendly, very personable, and extremely knowledgable regarding the vehicle leased. High pressure sales people can easily make a purchasing experience a nightmare. However not the case at this BMW dealership. Every member of the staff we interacted with added to the overall pleasant experience. I've returned to the dealership on several occasions to ask simple questions and Received the same friendly reception as my initial visit. Kudos to Glen and the staff at BMW for realizing that individuals have options when purchasing a vehicle and going the extra mile to create happy customers.

So my story is pretty simple, but speaks to the amazing customer service at BMW of Las Vegas. I brought my car in to fix a cup holder that pops out from the dashboard. They were going to give me a loaner car, since I couldn't get there until 4:00. Instead, they bumped my car up in the line, fixed the cupholder in less than 30 minutes, offered to detail my car if I wanted to wait for another 20 minutes, and I was on my way. I hope to never buy or fix a car anywhere but at BMW of Las Vegas.

Employees are very customer oriented and friendly. They are well trained and will always make sure the customer gets what they need. When I bought my brand new X1 from this dealer, the employees and my sales agent made me felt like i was a king in their store. I never felt that hospitality before, every time i go to a luxury car dealer I got ignored most of the time by sales agent because i don't dress well. Not in BMW, they treat every customer very well no matter what you wear. I was also very pleased that i got the exact deal that i want. For years, I always wanted but hesitant to buy a luxury car, I can handle the monthly payments but one thing only worries me is about the maintenance and registration costs. I did my research and BMW is the only luxury car brand that offers zero maintenance for 4 years. Love my X1

Beware of the service department. Every one of my visits, I am there for MANY hours. My last visit a few days ago, I had an appointment for new tires and balance. It took 6 hours! Even an oil change takes 3 hours. I will never go back.

Purchased a used 2003 Toyota Tundra, the salespeople were so kind, I didn't even haggle on the price, and coming fr om a sale s family that says a lot. Steve Broka and Krystal Perry, were the best with follow up and aided in getting problems rectified. The finance department was great as well, I stopped in to update some information only to find out they had found a bank to finance me at 7% lower than my original agreement. The only negative experience was the service department. Wasted 2 days of my time and didn't fix a simple problem, had to be sent to another location for a third day out of my schedule.
