Finally! an awesome BMW dealership in KC to do local business with! BMW of KC South was the best experience I have had in a long time. I was very excited when I heard the news of them opening a new BMW dealership in KC. My first experience was with a routine service on my old M235i. I called in and was able to schedule an appointment at my convenience and not have to wait weeks before they could get me in. I drove right into the bay and was immediately greeted and the service advisers knew exactly who I was and the service my car was in for. I was given a loaner while the service was completed (better car than I have received in the past from other dealership 535xi). My SA and Service Tech, Chris and David M, did a fantastic job on my car. I am very particular when it comes to work on my car. I had issues in the past where my car was damaged or mistreated during a service visit. My car was not only hand washed, but taken very good care of. There was only 3 miles more on the car when I dropped it off for service, to make sure everything was working before handed back over to me. Thanks guys! My second experience - with the sales team. My CA (Jon F) and Sales Manager (David A) did an awesome job for me on my new purchase. My purchase was a little unique since the car I wanted was not on the lot, but potentially coming in over the next month. They both went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make the deal as comfortable as possible. Every time I went into the dealership I felt like family. If you are in the market for a new car or just need service done on your current BMW. This is the place to go. I also got the chance to meet Ken N the GM out there and glad I did. He envisions an awesome future for this dealership and he is not tunneled visioned like the rest. He understands the importance of customer relations for the long term, not just to make a quick sale. Terrible Customer Service

I inquired about a car and was told it was still in stock. I set up an appointment and drove 15 miles to the dealership only to find out that the car I had inquired about at 3:00 p.m. was sold earlier this morning. The salesman was not apologetic and had no idea who the woman was that had told me it was still available. I would say there are some major communication and/or trickery tactics. I would never again consider doing business with this dealership. I wasted gas and time for nothing!
